Speaker 1 (00:00):
I guess there is a coffee situation now. We haven't
had a coffee situation in a long time. Remember when
we had coffee club, it was it was a magical
time in our lives.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
I'm getting tired of my coffee situation. I gotta switch.
I'm at the bird switching.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
This guy. How often does the biggest tissues out of
anyone with the coffee. Yes, there was a French press
time for him. There was a bringing in the coffee
spilling all over the place. Then he started enjoying the
coffee here, and then you know, we were in coffee
club together for a minute and that didn't work out.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
Coffee here, I've just gotten tired of it's the same
three flavors, and I always go two bags, and it's
just it's.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Just I don't know, I just I got switch it
up again. But that's not what we're talking about.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
No, we have all these different coffee situations, a lot
of difference going on. Well, apparently now Sky has a
coffee situation going on in the morning. We ain't done yet.
It's time for one podcast over a.

Speaker 3 (01:01):
Year, completely uncensored and unding filtered except for that part.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
The show's after show starts now. I still to this day,
have never gotten a straight answer from Scott. Back during COVID,
when we were broadcasting from my house, I would make
coffee every single morning for me and Scott, and she

(01:29):
loved it. Was like, look forward to it everyone.

Speaker 4 (01:32):
I would skip into that little room we were broadcasting
from at all so excited for Freddy to make that
pot of coffee.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
It was good coffee. Occasionally there's some left over.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
I'd get another little cup and it was delicious. Okay,
so then let's chill them. It was, it was delicious.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
I mean, it wasn't a fucking Italy or.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
France for coffee. Let's chill the fun out right. I'm
not the beans for you. But that was appreciated. That
was the most insane, fucking I do feel like I
make a pretty good cup of you.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Don't make a bad cup.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
Take a good cup. But I mean that was crazy. Okay, Okay,
I'm not a Dutch brother. It was.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
I didn't do that. I take it back. I thought
you would appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
I just said I appreciate it many times. Why are
you mad at me? I'm not saying it, Okay, I'm
not saying anything why are you mad at me? He's
the one attacking Listen, So coffee, I made this coffee,
and then we're back in the studio. So we said, well,

(02:48):
we got to keep it going. We got to keep
it going, this delicious coffee situation, delicious coffee, and so
we bought a pot. I said, all right, I'll make
coffee every single day for me and you sky back
in our office. It'll be great. Yeah, she made one
cup of coffee from that coffee and then never again.

(03:09):
And I was like, well, is she like just stop
drinking coffee. Then come to find out no, she's still
drinking coffee now. And I also found out she's drinking
two cups of coffee a day and has never come
back to the coffee club. And I still have never
really gotten a straight answer. Now. The one thing I
kind of know is she does make coffee for herself

(03:31):
before I get there, so my thought is part of that.
But then I'm also like kind of hurt, like what
happened to our Like our coffee happened?

Speaker 4 (03:40):
We did have a for a while, Yeah happened. COVID
made people do things that they normally wouldn't do.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
Oh, so you you normally wouldn't drink my delicious coffee.

Speaker 4 (03:48):
No, I'm just saying. Prior to that, we weren't coffee buddies.
But COVID made us coffee buddies, and then the world opened.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Back up and you're out on me.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
Well, I'm not out on you. It has nothing to do.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
With you, Zi Kara. Everybody was gardening.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
Yes, everyone was gardening, and everybody good luck getting supplies.
But uh yeah, when we came back here, my routine
was very different. When you know, we were in quarantine
studios broadcasting together, it was very consistent. Every day was
kind of the same thing. You'd make the pot at
the same time, the whole thing. But like you said,

(04:21):
I do have a cup of coffee before you get here,
So then it's kind of like, well do I wait
for him to make the pot? Do I just and
now am I drinking two different kinds of coffee? So
that was going on. But then there was also a
couple of weeks where I tried to get off coffee
because I got a little too addicted to coffee during
COVID where on the weekends when we were alcohol oh
big time, because I was my husband's literally a bartender

(04:46):
and she.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Had to leave work because she got hungover.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
Excuse me, that was a bad chacouterie and like three
bottles of champagne. But yeah, soup so weird. So I
got a little too addicted to coffee.

Speaker 3 (05:04):
Mean, like, so you just shaking your drinking coffee, coffee,
cups coffee all weekend long.

Speaker 4 (05:09):
Ian No on the weekends because I would sleep in,
you know, I'd have my first cup at like four am,
and then on the weekends I was getting a headache
and I would have to get out of bed at
like six am and make a pot of coffee to
make my headache away. I tried like tail and all advil,
and everybody's like, it's a caffeine issue. You're having, like
caffeine with thraws.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
Why didn't you just drink caffeine on the weekends.

Speaker 4 (05:29):
Well, because I don't want to get up at four
am to have a slam a cup of coffee and
go back to.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
Up with a headache. Yes, I drink coffee ever twice,
two coffs a day. If five am, I don't wake
as headache. There's some Saturday I don't have a cup
of coffee.

Speaker 4 (05:41):
What oh, I know that's not where I'm living. So
it was a.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Combination seems extreme, man.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
So it was a combination of me trying to get
off coffee for a little while, and then I slowly
came back on the four am cup before you're there,
and then there'd be days where I wouldn't want the
second cup, and then there'd be extra coffee in the
pot and who didn't have their.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
Cup, and like, well none of that happened because you
quit after like one day.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
Well I feel it was like one week.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
It was like it wasn't.

Speaker 4 (06:09):
It wasn't.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
I hold this deep inside because it really I couldn't
understand it, like what happened.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
So I'm sorry I left you. I'm sorry I went Rome.
But because I'm so inconsistent and you are extremely consistent,
I decided I'm just gonna go with the kitchenette coffee.
And even with that, it changes, it's hitting, it's a nightmare.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
And then you know there was a brief I can't
keep a coffee relationship because then with Thor wanted in,
he wanted to be part of the coffee club, and
we had a good thing going and then out of
the blue, same thing, he just decides you know what,
I'm out, and then started making his own coffee mine
and then and then you went French Press and you
and then when was it that you decided no more

(06:53):
French Press and you started going, uh, drinking coffee here
the months.

Speaker 3 (06:58):
Yeah, the French Press only works if it's good coffee.
And my wife was buying shit coffee. So why because
I don't because because I don't use creamer in it,
so I would have to like the taste.

Speaker 2 (07:08):
Why did she change the coffee up?

Speaker 1 (07:10):
Like, why did she buy?

Speaker 2 (07:11):
I don't know, she just didn't I asked her to.
You know, there's really nothing to it.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
And so I say about I think about Like before
the end of the year, I started going. I started
doing my thing where I get to relax a little
bit in the break room and just kind of sit
and wait for the call.

Speaker 1 (07:25):
Relax what I mean. First started talking, you said, I
like to take a break, and I go, and I'm
thinking about it.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
I go, you go back there five twenty.

Speaker 4 (07:31):
You've been here since five o'clock break twenty.

Speaker 1 (07:35):
He didn't like fifteen.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
Yeah, I just kind of zone out.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
I'll come in here in the morning and then door
will leave and he'll be gone for twenty minutes. Yeah,
I look at the I've always assume you're taking a ship. No, No,
that's surprising.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
I look at the vending machine. I look at it
and I go over the options.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
Do people come in?

Speaker 3 (07:54):
Every once in a while, Frankie V Will come in.
Comfo Okay, but that's it.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Okay, Yeah, there's not a ton of people.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
Know. Emily walks in and you could tell she's really
annoyed that I'm in.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
There because she's got to fill up her water walking
walking in.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
She always was walking in, like was walking in like this, Oh.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
Hey, she's always surprised. Yes, because when I'm in the
when I'm in the broom, when I'm in the breakroom
and Emily comes in, and this is usually like after
the show. Sometimes it will run into each other. It's
always like shock, like oh you're here, and here I
went with you. Every day.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
I feel like she's talking to where she's walking something
going on, Like something's going on going on there, Like she's.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
Like bumble is understand Hey, shocking.

Speaker 4 (08:46):
It's like my thing with people at the store or
something like if I see you guys, I feel like
I have to talk to you.

Speaker 3 (08:51):
But like if I like and I see Frankie b
I don't even say high like.

Speaker 2 (08:55):
We're for the most part, we're both like really nice
to me.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
He's like the same we say three times.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
But it's not like it's just like shut up, build
my water bottle.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
Up guy says the last couple of days, her coffee
situation has been really weird.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
Yes, it has been really weird. And I got a
delightful offer from a coworker this morning, which shocked me
because I don't know anyone else who would make such
a sweet offer in this building. But I've been having
coffee struggles and uh, you know Veronica over on Coco,
she has mornings.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
On Coco Corningstone, no.

Speaker 4 (09:36):
Different. Don't know her last name, but I'm assuming.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
It's not corning Stone, imming it's not.

Speaker 4 (09:43):
So she started here like kind of right at the
I think the end of the year, I don't know.
But she's been here for a couple of months and
it's been a delight because she gets here about like
ten minutes before I do every morning and makes a
fresh pot of coffee for Robert any how, just for
the building herself.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Wants her to do it, and so it's always.

Speaker 4 (10:09):
Wonderful because I come into a nice fresh pot. But
she let me know when I saw her last week. Oh, Sky,
it's gonna be tough for you next week because I'm
on vacation. You're gonna have to make your.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
I know.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
I thought that was nice, and so I have been
making coffee and this morning, uh, you know her co
host ted Garcia, who I call Sweet Teddy. He doesn't
know I call him sweet Teddy, but I do call
him sweet Teddy.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
You guys know, I call him sweep. Everyone on the show.

Speaker 2 (10:44):
I'm the only one that texts with him. You're the
closest sweet Teddy.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
Teddy.

Speaker 4 (10:48):
Yeah, because one day none of the computers in the
whole building would print except for ted Garcia's computer, and
so he said, feel free to shoot me anything and
I'll print it for you.

Speaker 1 (11:00):
From that day Ford sweet Teddy.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
Wow, all right.

Speaker 4 (11:04):
And he is living up to his name because he
came in this morning to the kitchenette and was telling me,
you know how, Oh, he's real busy this morning because
you know, Veronica is out and blah blah blah, and
he's a man in the desk by himself.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Is assignment the Cat Fashion Show.

Speaker 4 (11:20):
There's no cat, and I think it's probably real. I
think it's a quala now, so, uh we have a
new quala at the zoo fun.

Speaker 1 (11:29):
Fact News team.

Speaker 4 (11:32):
Oh probably they're in it for the pandas. So uh,
sweet Teddy says to me this morning out of nowhere
because I joke when he's talking about he's busy, and
I joke like, oh, yeah, I'm having to make my
own coffee this week, and he says to me, he goes,
because do you want me to make a pot of
coffee for you every morning when I get here? And
I like, I'm like that is ted doesn't even drink

(11:53):
coffee for the record, And I said, no, Ted, I've
been doing it. I think I've been making a nice blend.
But like, how cool is it to even make that offer?

Speaker 2 (12:01):
Like so cool? Time out?

Speaker 3 (12:03):
Hang on, You've been making the coffee and you're the
one that's been leaving it there uncovered. And then I
have to what I show up in the morning to
make my coffee, I have to move it and finish
the coffee for you.

Speaker 4 (12:15):
You've been doing that finish What does finish the coffee?

Speaker 1 (12:19):
So when you have the bigger.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
So you put so you put your you put your
coffee the grinds in grounds or grinds.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
I would say grinds ground. You put your grinds in.

Speaker 3 (12:31):
I just told you put your grounds in, yours in
your hounds. And then you press brew and you wait
there and it drips a little bit. So you wait
like you wait like five to seven minutes the process.
Then you put the little and then you label it
for everyone else, and then you put it somewhere else
where there's where they can go get their coffee.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
Yeah, there's like you've been.

Speaker 4 (12:54):
I thought you'd be happy. I've been making a double
bag in the morning.

Speaker 3 (12:57):
Bro, dude, If you make a double bag, you gotta yeah,
I do. But you got to put two bags on
the thing on the on the jug. You don't do that,
You just leave it. So I thought this whole time
you were making somebody was leaving it there. Making one bag.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
You put two bags on the thing, Yes, I do.

Speaker 1 (13:13):
So.

Speaker 4 (13:13):
The carafts are made out of metal, and we have
a bunch of magnets. So whatever flavor coffee bag you use,
stick that all.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
You two bags because you're a bad Because I'm a
two bag.

Speaker 4 (13:23):
I've just been putting one bag flavor.

Speaker 3 (13:25):
But I can't have that much caffeine. Maybe they have
a heart issue. We're now drinking that thing. It's one BG.

Speaker 4 (13:32):
Okay, Teddy doesn't drink.

Speaker 3 (13:35):
I can't tell you how much I just fucked up
my whole morning.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
Wait a minute, I'm on A. I'm on A.

Speaker 3 (13:41):
I have a time limit of how I need to
do everything. I get there at a certain time. I've
taken I gotta do. I gotta finish your work. Now
finish my fucking crazy I had no idea. And what's
bothering me the most is she doesn't finish it.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
What do you mean?

Speaker 1 (13:56):
So you're saying that whoever makes the pot of coffee
has to finish it by finishing it though you mean to.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
Put day and then say until it's done, put the
lid on, label it, and they put it near the
mic wave.

Speaker 4 (14:07):
Yeah, but here's the thing.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
That's this is so typical of somebody that would steal
from the fridge.

Speaker 4 (14:14):
You're making me mad. They're making me mad. Here's the thing.
I would understand if the craft is like open and
so the coffee is getting cold, but there's like the
little pump thing in there, and so it's keeping it warm,
So literally, all this fucker has to do is pull
it off the machine, click the lid, clothes, and that's it.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
He's gonna move to move it though, And I don't
know that it's two bags.

Speaker 2 (14:40):
No, I didn't know that bags on it. I do
when I do too bad.

Speaker 4 (14:44):
I've never seen a.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
Going there right now.

Speaker 4 (14:49):
So since Tuesday, I've been making a two bagger every morning.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
Bro, I wonder why people telling me their heart turning them?

Speaker 1 (14:54):
They can't, So then could you just drink that? If
you saw that there was one made already with two bags,
are you making another one? No? I wouldn't have. I
wouldn't have made a fresh one year.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
I wouldn't be wasting my time or coffee.

Speaker 4 (15:07):
But what about your sweet break that you get in
the morning?

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Looking at the vending you can still make, make your
cup of coffee and then just enjoy the breakroom.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
I would today I was looking at the vending machine.

Speaker 3 (15:18):
Options are atrocious in there. Why is there three different
kinds of flaming hot cheetos?

Speaker 1 (15:27):
So what are we going to do here?

Speaker 4 (15:29):
Well, we got one more day, we got tomorrow Friday?
Are you going to make that two bagger? But I'm
only going to put one bag on it.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
Bro, that's fucking insane, dude, Why would you do that?

Speaker 1 (15:40):
Am I crazy? Am I crazy? That's crazy to do that, right,
that's crazy In this world. I don't know.

Speaker 4 (15:49):
The guys down the hall make two baggers and they
only stick one thing. Sometimes they don't.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
They're idiots, Okay, I'm
