And then she'd use a rowboat to get to Dawson's
house and she sneaked through.

late after.

So yeah, so this house in North Carolina, right on
the creek with a duct leading water.

Oddly enough, her parents were both dead and her sister
raised her.

Yeah, kind of a smaller house Tater Property, North Carolina,
cheaper back in the nineties. It's a little small house
coastal Organ's really nice. It is a small house, a
little more run down, but it has this beautiful dock
out to the Wawon.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
His house was nice, was loaded.
Speaker 6 (10:19):
He was dad, Dawson's dad died r I p driving.
He was driving and he was licking an ice cream
cone and the ice cream fell and he went to
go pick it up and got hit by a Semi
what the fuck?

That's how they came up with his death.

I think it was vanilla figures. I mean, you're reaching

Well. Joey's House in Dawson's Creek was featured for six
seasons and It was very prominent in the show. Lots
of scenes shot with this house. Well, it turns out
that this home is going on the auction block for
a steal.

But there's a bit of a catch, so.
Speaker 2 (11:28):
Does it doesn't come with Joey?
Speaker 5 (11:31):
Ok So the house is going to hit the auction
block for twenty nine thousand dollars.
Speaker 2 (11:40):

But here's the catch. You don't get the creek.

You buy the house and you have to remove it
from the property. So you are literally just buying the
house and you have to incur the costs of lifting it,
putting it on a flatbed, and taking it away.
Speaker 2 (12:15):
Where would you do that?
Speaker 5 (12:16):
Because the people want to put a mansion on the land,
but they know there's actual value in the house because
it was on the TV show, So they're literally just
selling the house, not the proper twenty nine.
Speaker 4 (12:28):
Grand it's history there.

Would you take Joey's house and place it somewhere here
in sand?
Speaker 4 (12:33):
