This is Dan Caplis and welcome totoday's online podcast edition of The Dan Caplis
Show. Please be sure to giveus a five star rating if you'd be
so kind, and to subscribe, download and listen to the show every single
day on your favorite podcast platform.Denver can't afford to have you call nine
to one one and get a humanI can't tell you. I'll mention this
to George, who's a great lawman. George has played a critical role in
(00:24):
law enforcement as a tremendous DA outin a rapo now running to be DA
in Douglas and I openly support George, and we've had his opponent on the
show and we had a very pleasantconversation. George is here today to respond
to some accusations that she's made. Two days ago. We invited both to
join us at five oh six.We have not heard back from George's opponent.
(00:46):
George joins us now. But George, if you allow me ten seconds,
this is this is exactly what Iopened the show with, the definition
of insanity. When Colorado now DiamondMike Johnston would rather spend your money on
getting hotel rooms for homeless, whichis only going to attract more homeless to
keep his promise to the world. He made this publicly. You want to
(01:07):
come here, we will get youa home, and instead you cannot talk
to a live person when you callnine one one and George, I thank
god. It hasn't been like lifeand death. Somebody had a gone to
my head, but life and deathin terms of some very dangerous situations.
I've called Denver nine to one onemaybe four times in the last two years,
and three of the four I wason hold for what seemed at least
(01:29):
I wasn't time in it. Iwas driving, but seemed like at least
five minutes before I got to talkto anybody. And I'm not criticizing the
nice lady who eventually answered the call. She's doing the best she can.
I'm criticizing Diamond Mike for spending ourmoney on other things other than core public
safety. But thank you for lettingme get that off my chest. It's
oh, a couple of things. One the traffic you described that your wonderful
(01:55):
daughter was trapped behind I think Imust have been behind her. Oh,
I really trapped in it. Also, it's two o'clock. Oh my goodness,
is it moving that truck crash upby Georgetown, right, she was
right behind it. It is movingnow, it's finally broken loose and saw.
I'm now in four seventy with everyone and their mother. When you
were describing the cutback that Denver hasinstituted for their nine to one one call
(02:17):
center and stuff, I was,I wish I could remember the movie,
but there is some comedy movie wherein it somebody calls nine to one one
and the voice says, if you'rebeing murdered, press why Robert, we
gotta find that? Is that likeNaked Gun twenty or something? We got
to find that because it could havebeen something like that, but it was.
(02:38):
It was right on point, likethis is where we're going out,
and then you're going to end uphearing a voice from someone that also does
your IT support saying I'm so sorryfor what you're going through. Let's talk
about you know, let's talk aboutwhat we can do. Hey, and
then Georgia Little City revenue. ThenI'm sure they're going to have spots for
the local funeral home, right,Hey, you know we won't be able
to get that to your calling time, but keeping Jones and Smith, you
(03:01):
know they do natural burials. Yeah, I mean it is madness. But
speaking of madness, listen, I'veknown you a long time, and I
look at some of these shots beingtaken at you by your opponent who have
had in the studio, and Ithoroughly enjoyed and had a nice conversation with
her, and I left thinking, you know, I really like her,
(03:22):
and there's no doubt in my mindthat George Brockler is the right person to
be da out in Douglas. ButI look at some of these shots being
taken at you, and two daysago we invited Degny and you to join
us at five oh six. Todayonly one of you has responded, So,
Hey, the floor is yours, man, tell people what's going on.
(03:43):
Well, first off, I'd sayyou're in good company because she has
dodged every other on air offer, whether it was from an iHeart station or
other, to come on and havethese conversations, and weirdly, in the
last month or so, has saidno to the Lincoln Club for a debate,
young Republicans for a debate. Soit's been a lot of Hey,
(04:05):
we've had our time together and nowwe're just not going to participate anymore.
But it's the silly season, right. I mean, everybody that's in a
primary knows that there are six daysfrom right now to get it right,
to get your voters out, toget people to get their ballots in,
and so it's a sense of desperation, is what I'm guessing Dan based off
of it, because all of asudden things start flying in social media and
(04:28):
I have to be told about mostof them, not Twitter for some reasons.
But Dagne in her campaign blocked mefrom Facebook, which I didn't know
about until people started sending me screenshotsof what she was posting accusing me of
and I'd go try to find herFacebook page and it wouldn't show up in
any search that I did, Andit turns out that's what happens when you're
blocked. But crazy stuff like onewas that I tried to bribe a public
(04:55):
official because someone in my campaign whileI was on drill stets Fort Carson qualifying
as we do every year on theseventeen, and so I couldn't be at
the Elbert County parade. So someoneon my campaign staff that was going to
come down and do a parade gotfood poisoning, couldn't do it. Called
in somebody else said, look,I'll find someone. I'll pay someone to
(05:15):
come handle the signs since your guyleft. I'm like that, that's cool.
Great. That person turns out tohave been a person that Dagny and
her husband believe is a public official. He's not. I think he was
a legislative intern or aid or something. And the fact that he was offered
money to waive signs, they saidwas an active bribery. And so they
(05:40):
put out there Brockler is trying tobribe public officials, and so I responded
with, that's a huge accusation.Time. Who's the public official and what's
the official act they were paid todo, which is the two big prongs
of bribery of a public official. And then they took the post down,
and then the next day it becamesomething where they said Brockler has misappropriated thirty
(06:04):
million dollars of Douglas County taxpayer moneyby diverting it to a rapa Hoe County
blah blah blah, and I'm like, WHOA. Well, so I look
into this and it clearly comes froman absolute ignorance of the budgeting process for
a DA's office, which is verysimple budgets are allocated in a multi county
(06:25):
jurisdiction based on population and your shareof it. That's it, period.
If not based on crime, it'sbased on population. And so when a
Rapahoe County has two thirds of thepopulation of the eighteenth Judicial District, they
contribute two thirds of the budget. But here's the deal. Aurora itself generates
sixty percent of all the felonies weprosecute, and a rapa Hoe County generates
(06:46):
seventy percent of the crime we prosecute. So that lead lends to the conclusion
that, well, Douglas County isin some ways subsidizing a rapa Hose County's
crime fighting. And that's true mathematically, that's true, but it's not because
of a misappropriation of fund it's becausethat's the way the law mandates DA's offices
(07:08):
be funded. And so it turnedinto this misappropriation thing, and Dan,
I wish I could remember all ofthem. Here's another one. Dagne's husband
reached out to a friend of minea year ago by text or instant message
and said, hey, is Georgethinking about running for the twenty third Judicial
District If he is? Dagnie andI don't need to run. We're very
(07:30):
comfortable in private practice. My buddyreaches out to me, he says,
what do you want me to say? I said, well, yeah,
tell him I'm seriously thinking about it. So I did before I announced for
DA grant. Her husband generates acomplaint with the Secretary of State's office,
saying I've been running a shadow campaignand has his evidence. That exchange between
(07:50):
my friend and and it's like thisthing has picked up a certain momentum where
it's like, what are we doinghere? None of this has anything to
do with the except this. Whenyou're the district attorney, you have the
awesome ability to make accusations against peoplethat change their lives, that can take
away their name and their liberty. And the reason it's important that you're very
(08:13):
guarded and how you do that isbecause if you get it wrong, it's
hard to undo it right. It'svery hard. It's a sacred trust,
your accusation in public. Yeah, you put out your evidence, people criticize
it, scrutinize it, and adecision is based. So when you said,
hey, come on the radio andtalk about this, I thought,
this is just like what a DAdoes you make accusations, someone else shows
(08:35):
up, you have a conversation aboutthem, you put your evidence out,
and people make a decision. Butit's it doesn't work when one side doesn't
show up. And that's the casetoday. Two days ago, because we
wanted plenty of notice, we invitedDagnate again. We had a delightful conversation
with her when she was in studio, which makes this even more disappointing to
me. And I was very openwith Dagnate before she came on, et
(08:56):
cetera. Obviously I support you,but treated her very well and respectfully,
and so I'm very disappointed to hearthis and that she chose not to come
and respond, which the only inferenceI think a reasonable person could draw is
that you're right and she's wrong, and she can't defend what she said.
That's the inference I draw. Ifshe wants to come on and argue otherwise,
(09:16):
well, let's have that conversation,George. I hope you win.
I think the people of Douglas Countybe very lucky to have you in that
job. And good luck next Tuesday. Well, I appreciate this, and
let's just say this, Dan,if at anytime your schedule permits and she
calls in and says, heyoh,on second thought, I'd love to be
able to have this conversation. Iwill make myself appreciate that, appreciate it.
(09:39):
I know George runs from No.One and I appreciate the time,
my friend, Thank you for that. Thanks to take care of that is
George Brockler eight five five or zerofive eight two five five the number text
d A N five seven seven threenine and now back to the Dan Kaplas
Show podcast. I disagree they willhave a chance. In fact, if
(10:01):
you look at Donald Trump's track recordand Donald Trump's Republican Party over the last
seven years, they're a one seven. So yeah, maybe the Biden team's
going to have to work harder.Maybe Democrats are going to have to work
harder. Maybe people who actually likeAmerican democracy are going to work harder.
But they just have to work harderand get the word out that these people
are lying. Not only is theR and C line, but also mainstream
(10:24):
media outlets are now all in onthe lies. Wow wow, Let that
sink in for a second. Thinkabout how far gone Joe Scarborough is right
now. Mainstream media outlets are inon the lies. So he's talking about
CNN. He's talking about CNN,he's talking about the major news network,
(10:46):
some of which are actually now showingthe video of Biden at public events where
he has clearly frozen up. Sothey're now in on the lies because they're
broadcasting actual video from public events whichrevealed the truth about Joe Biden. So
think about think about how far goneScarborough has to be. There. Remarkable.
(11:09):
And a Texter who says, Dan, wait a second, I'm trying
to persuade these people, and theysay that that, no, these are
all deep fakes. How do Ipersuade them? It's real great question.
Here's how you do it. Takefor example, one of the recent deeply
disturbing freeze ups, and it's JoeBiden at a Juneteenth celebration, which oddly
(11:31):
occurred about a week ago. Right, So it's Joe Biden at this celebration,
and he's in a line picture, this straight line of folks, and
he's right in the middle. He'sgot Kamala Harris to his ride and her
husband next to him, and thenliterally some dude, some linebacker in a
dress. It's like a dude witha beard, whose big, tall dude
(11:54):
looks like you could play linebacker dND who's just wearing this big gold dress.
So you've got this line of folksand Biden in the middle, and
he obviously just freezes up. Now, if you've got a friend who believes
it's a deep fake, just havethem go to YouTube. Good, just
have him go to YouTube and putin Biden June Juneteenth celebration and there he'll
(12:16):
see these clips on mainstream media outletsthat show Biden freezing up. Same thing
for Biden at this twenty eight milliondollar fundraiser in La over the weekend.
You google it. We'll actually justgo to YouTube directly and put in you
know, Biden freeze up fundraiser andyou'll see some reliably sourced video that shows
(12:41):
it. But just so revealing aboutScarborough. You know, he used to
be a Republican congressman, obviously didthe math, figured he could make a
lot more money, you know, being a leftist who you know had the
quote street credit of being a formerconservative. What garbage. But anyway,
people ask, okay, why wouldJoe Scarborough do this if Biden's on his
(13:03):
way out? Because I've been tellingyou for a long time, Biden's not
going to be the nominee and hewon't be. Well, the reason is
access, because Scarborough and that showwant access to the dem nominee. So
they are proving that they are teamplayers to the point of being willing to
lie even when everybody knows it's alie, because that's how you prove to
(13:26):
the left that you're a team player, your willingness to lie, and that's
what that's all about, is justgaining access to whoever the dem nominee is
going to be. And I thinkat this point they're betting it'll be Kamala
Harris because I think that has beenBiden's strategy is to hang in as long
as he can so that Kamala Harrisis the nominee because as I mentioned before,
(13:54):
clearly Joe Biden does not want theDemocrat to win. He doesn't want
Trump to win, but it's moreimportant to him that the Democrat not win
because Joe Biden is all about JoeBiden, and his only quote accomplishment is
that he was the one who defeatedTrump. Now I think that was horrible
for America. He views it asan accomplishment and the left does as well.
(14:16):
And Hillary Clinton didn't do it,who he despises. He thought he
should have been the nominee in sixteen, and he believes he would have won.
And he certainly doesn't want somebody elseto come in now and defeat Trump
and take away his one quote accomplishment. And again a very selfish, small
way to look at things, butthat is who Joe Biden is. So
anyway, that's the lay of theland there eight five four zero five e
(14:39):
two to five to five. Thenumber techs d A N five seven seventh
three nine. Obviously, it's Juneteenth, it's a national holiday for iHeartMedia.
They kindly are allowing us to dothe show today. Shannon Scott behind the
glass, Ryan and Kelly celebrating Juneteenthby going out to Rocky's Dodgers. Rockies
literally got robbed last night. Theywon that game and had a horrific call
(15:01):
take it away from him. Butthat's for another show across the hall there.
But what strikes me on June teenthis, and as you know,
June teenth is celebrating the date inwhen slaves in Texas found out on a
delayed basis that they had been freed. So it's celebrating freedom and I just
(15:22):
think of the irony of this date, right, because one of the most
evil things to ever happen on earthwas the enslavement of blacks in America,
that deprivation of freedom. But thinkabout it, the left making a big
deal now about about giving the blackcommunity June teenth. Wait a second,
wait a second, give the blackcommunity real freedom. Fine to give a
(15:46):
Juneteenth holiday, but give the blackcommunity real freedom. And this is why
I think that you're seeing this bigshift among people of color, African Americans
to Donald Trump because people get itthe Democrats going, oh, what we
do for the black community. We'regiving you a holiday to celebrate freedom that
was declared a long long time agoby guess who, Yeah, a Republican.
(16:10):
Republicans want to give African Americans andothers today true freedom, freedom of
educational choice, the freedom to beborn rather than to be slaughtered in large
numbers before birth because of Democrat policies, the freedom to pursue your dreams and
your true capacity. And Democrats squelchthat freedom for African Americans at every turn,
(16:33):
and then including before birth, whereDemocrats glorify and push and celebrate a
policy they know kills five blacks forevery white it kills, and nobody should
be killed. But if the Democratsdon't kill you before birth, they take
away your opportunity after birth by deprivingyou of equal opportunity and education by relentlessly
(16:53):
opposing school choice. So more andmore African Americans are realizing, wait a
second, Democrats give us a holidaycelebrating freedom and then squelch our freedom and
the freedom of our children. Republicansgive you real freedom. And more and
more people are realizing that one ofthe freest people I know intellectually is Shannon
(17:15):
Scott, who is behind the glasstoday, and he is one of the
few people on earth who will saywhatever he is thinking on any topic.
Shannon, I wish you would dothat on air today. Will you do
that at some point before the endof the show? Like the job too
much? Okay, I can't arguewith that. Eight five five for zero
(17:37):
five A two five five the number. Hey, when we come back.
Another form of blatant racism pushed bythe Democrats flooding minority communities in Colorado with
marijuana farms and marijuana stores. You'reon the Dankaplass Show. You're listening to
the Dan Kaplis Show podcast. Youknow, we have a number of big
(18:00):
TV screens, they call them monitorsin the radio studio, and I love
looking up and seeing headlines like thison CNN right now, Larry Sabato,
So the Polster DEM's reaching out tome and with concerns about Biden. Senior
Dems sounding alarm over Biden's strategy towin. And then here's one that came
(18:21):
up during the commercial break that's kindof my favorite. Sabato DEM's asking me
what happens if Biden not nominee.Sabato is a DEM strategist, if I
remember right, may also be apolster DEM's asking me what happens if Biden
is not the nominee. So nowyou've got CNN, you know, openly
campaigning to get Biden out of therace. Right. So, what a
(18:44):
beautiful thing. And not just becauseI predicted it when everybody else said I'm
crazy, but because it's going tobe an amazing time. And if you
happen to be like me, aconservative, this is going to be one
of the best times in your lifebecause the left now is about to reap
what it is so and it's beenliving a lie and now that's all going
to come down crashing on them unlessthey nominate Michelle Obama, who would be
(19:07):
a horrible president but a fantastic candidatefor them. But if it's not Michelle
Obama, you're going to get thisenormous sugar rush if it's Gavin Newsom.
Right, the contrast between Biden, who clearly is not capable mentally and physically,
and Newsome, you know, whoagain would be horrible for America.
He's a liar, he's a farleftist, but he's young, and he's
(19:30):
handsome, and he's sharp, andhe's physically strong. And if he is
going to be the replacement, youknow, you're going to have all this
swooning and you're going to have asurge in the polls initially because you know,
he's not Biden, and it's kindof exciting to have a young person.
But then I think over time peopleare going to see what we don't
want to be California. Right. So let's just hope for all of us
(19:52):
who who really understand how important itis for Trump to get a second term,
Let's just hope that Biden's strategy worksand that the nominee is Kamala Harris
because she cannot win. Hey,George Brockler joined us earlier, and I
understand you may not care about whathappens in the DA's race in Douglas County.
I do think it's important more broadlythan that. First, Douglas County
(20:14):
is such a critical county in Colorado, and law and order is at this
point being so undermined by lefty politiciansup and down the front range. Having
good, strong anti crime folks ina major county like Douglas, I think
helps everybody in the state. Andthere are a bunch of them out there,
and I think George would be theperfect DA there now that they're going
(20:36):
to have their own DA. Butanyway, his opponent, who I've had
on the show, we have avery pleasant conversation, nice person, has
been making some very serious allegations,so we wanted to get them both on
the show together. Two days agowe invited both for five oh six.
Never heard back from his opponent,Dagne, and George joined us, and
I thought, as he always does, made a very compelling case that the
(21:00):
against him are untrue, and wedetail them there. But one thing I
wanted to add, because Ross Kominskidoes a really good show on a fifty
KOA out of Denver in the mornings, and I saw this tweet Ross just
put out endorsing George, and Ithought it was worth reading in part because
you know, I like George. We're buddies, even buddies a long time.
(21:21):
We used to practice law together.I think he was a great DA
and it'll be a great DA again. Ross says, Oh, one more
thing, even if you're a toa purist, a dagne Ro, George's
opponent, Dagney, has neither theexperience, nor the temperament, nor,
based on recent online accusations against George, the integrity to b DA. George
has been steadfastly against this version ofred flag, and I would submit to
(21:45):
you that, combined with everything elsebetween these two candidates, that's more than
enough to vote for the only candidatewho has the skill set and other characteristics
needed for this job. So that'sRoss Kaminsky's endorsement of George. And I've
just always viewed this DA job andI hope you have two, even though
(22:06):
it's politically elected and all that stuff, I've always viewed it as a sacred
trust because, unlike any other job, the DA has the power to ruin
a person with simply an accusation, with a word. It doesn't matter if
they have the evidence to back itup. You know, they make a
false accusation against somebody, that person'sruined. And no other politician has that
(22:26):
kind of power. And so I'vealways thought it was kind of a sacred
trust, and there needs to bea lot more thought put into who's elected
DA than who's elected to most otherjobs, and that it should be the
least politically partisan of all of thejobs. It should come down to who
sees it as a sacred trust andwho's willing, you know, to do
(22:48):
it the right way. And now, unfortunately we see these you know,
quote unquote sorrows back lefty das etcetera, just corrupting, not in a
criminal way or a prosecutable way,but a moral way, in a public
safety way, corrupting not every DAjob, but but you know, way
too many DA's posts. George Brockleris the opposite of that. He's a
true honest, law and order DAand having him will be great for public
(23:11):
safety. And having das like him, whether they're Democrat or Republican, wherever
you may find them, will begreat for public safety eight five to five
or zero five A two five tofive the number text DA and five seven
seven three nine on this June teenth. And what I've been talking about is,
yeah, Juneteenth. It's it's celebratingwhen slaves in Texas found out far
after the fact that they had beenfreed, you know, by a Republican
(23:33):
president, but they had been freed. And so Democrats, you know,
want to appease Black Americans by bysaying, hey, we give you a
holiday. I say, give peoplereal freedom. And the holiday's fine,
right, I mean, we're working, right. Ryan and Kelly are off
at at the Dodger game celebrating Juneteenth. The Texter says, Dan, really,
Ryan and Kelly celebrating June teeth. You're joking, right, No,
(23:56):
I'm not. They are at theDodger game celebrating June teeth or maybe at
a bar right now and their wayto the Dodger game celebrating June teeth.
But Democrats, yeah, they wantto say to African Americans, oh,
we give you a holiday celebrating freedom. Republicans give you freedom. They give
you the freedom to be born andnot killed before birth because five blacks for
(24:17):
every one white get killed before birth, and nobody should be. But the
Democrats celebrate that it give you thefreedom to reach your full potential by having
true school choice. That Democrats fightto the death against people having true school
choice. And do the rich peopleget true school choice, as Condi Rice
said so beautifully, But Democrats fightto the death against people who do not
have those means getting true school choice. And because of Democrat policies that keep
(24:41):
many people down, disproportionately people ofcolor, people of color disproportionately don't have
true school choice. So time aftertime after time, Democrats, starting with
Jared Polists, suppress the freedom ofpeople of color. And I think more
and more people of color are seeingthat, and that's why we're seeing this
shift in the pole. Now there'sand you know what that is maybe the
(25:03):
best hope for the GOP regaining powerstatewide in Colorado is a shift among voters
of color who are sick of givingtheir votes to Democrats and then being kicked
in the crotch, and even worse, giving their votes to Democrats and then
being kicked in the cross, havingtheir children be kicked in the crotch by
these Democrats, which happens over andover and over again, which brings us
(25:27):
to another form of what I considerto be these Democrat policies that are overtly
racist in effect, overtly racist ineffect. And take legalized marijuana. Okay,
where do you see the big concentrationof marijuana farms? Not each and
every one of them, but thesestinky awful marijuana farms. You think you
(25:48):
see them in predominantly white neighborhoods,or you think you see them in predominantly
neighborhoods of color, Over and overagain, it's predominantly not always in neighborhoods
of color. Same thing with thesemarijuana stores, right, and every neighborhood
wants a marijuana store, right,Where do you see the big concentrations of
these marijuana stores disproportionately in communities ofcolor? And nine News Mark Salinger did
(26:18):
a good job of documenting that anywhereyou go in Denver, pretty much you're
not farther away than a block ortwo for finding a dispensary. Of this
time, in a city with moredispensaries than Starbucks, certain spots have all
the week. Well, there aresome neighborhoods where are known to have a
lot of marijuana businesses. Every year, Eric Estudero and his team at the
Denver Department of Excise and Licenses putout a list of neighborhoods that can no
(26:42):
longer add more dispensaries or grow facilities, or if there's a neighborhood that has
a lot of marijuana stores or cultivations, we spot that and we identify it
every year and we don't allow anymore new stores or cultivations to go in
those areas. Yeah, but awhat do you think those neighborhoods are and
how many do they allow? Oh, oh soo enlightened, woke Denver.
(27:04):
How many of these dope stores dothey allow to be crammed into a minority
neighborhood before they say, oh,we've reached the limit. We'll have that
for you after the break. You'reon the Dame Kapitla Show and now back
to the Dankaplas Show podcast The DrugressFilibudy Flu. In my day, we
(27:26):
didn't know what to say when wewere mad, so we just made up
things like flibberty flu because we wereidiots, and that's how it was just
a bunch of people flying out ofcar windows in their burning pajama shouting into
a melon and chewing on trees.Yeah, and does anybody doubt that's really
(27:48):
him? It's certainly the way he'sgoing to sound on June twenty seventh.
But that guy sounds much much betterthan this guy. I don't know if
you caught this with Biden yesterday, but you really need the video to capture
that, the sheer awfulness of it, and the sadness for him and certainly
for this country as he freezes uponce again, third time in a week
(28:11):
publicly, trying to introduce people. But you had to see his face because
the look on his face as youhear the googu gaga part of this was
just so sad. There could beno doubt that that was somebody who is
declining rapidly. Thanks to all themembers of Congress and homele Security Secretary.
(28:34):
I'm not sure going to show whatthat was so sad and so disturbing,
and third time in a week publicly, how many times behind the scenes,
but just confirms what I've been saying. You know, the next Thursday's debate,
that's you know, that's his swansong. That's his last big moment
(28:55):
of public relevance. He knows he'snot going to be debating Trump during the
normal baiting season, so it's hisfarewell and it's his chance to spute venom
at Trump, and then relatively soonafter that he will no longer be their
nominee. Don and Timmoth, You'reon the Dan Caplis Show. Welcome,
Hey, Dan, good afternoon.Need to ask you more of a legal
(29:15):
question. Yes, sir, Biden'sexecutive order that is going to legalize five
hundred thousand illegal people, doesn't thatfly in the face of the Constitution.
And I don't believe that he cando an executive order that conflicts with the
Constitution unless he has given specific powersby the Congress, which I don't think
(29:37):
he's done. Yeah, I thinkit's going to be struck down. I
don't think that he has the powerto grant amnesty to half a million people
categorically like this. So now whathe's banking on, obviously is that it
won't be struck down until after electionday. But but yeah, I don't
think it's going to stand. So, Dan, what would be the route
(30:02):
to expedite this, because if youhave five hundred thousand illegals voting in this
election and bet that they're going tovote Democratic. Yeah, good question.
Don None of these people who willbe granted amnesty through this order right now
will be eligible to vote in thisNovember election. The process wouldn't work quickly
(30:22):
enough because it's going to be staged. But obviously, and thank you for
your great call. Obviously, theopening of the borders and all of the
awfulness that causes for America, notbecause of nature people south of the border,
that's not the point. But youcan't have open borders right and allow
anybody who wants to to flow infrom all over the world and not have
disasters of many different proportions here. And so yeah, yeah, it's a
(30:47):
situation where all of that's obviously beendone to get more Democrat voters and the
horrific toll on the country. Democratsdon't care about that. Whether it's Mike
Johnston or Jared Polis or Joe Biden, it's just it. They're going to
get more Democrat votes. But thesefolks won't be able to legally vote in
November. Now. Big concern obviouslyis how many people here illgally are going
(31:08):
to vote anyway. And I knowyou've heard and seen those stories about forty
eight states now distributing forms on votingrights, etc. To people without having
to show proof of citizenship. Sothere's no way for me to sit here
and know how many folks here illegallyare actually going to vote in November,
and how many of those are goingto get caught. There's no way to
(31:29):
know how many folks here illegally thinkthat they can legally vote. Right.
It's like we talk about the wayMike Johnston is behaving in Denver as one
example of Mike Johnston is treating allthe folks here illegally as if he works
for them, because he views Ibelieve, if I can't prove this,
it's in his mind, but Ibelieve he views them as voters, not
(31:52):
that he expects them to vote ilegallyin this election, but he expects them
to become Democrat voters. Hey,one thing we promote for the show today,
I want to make sure I deliveron is some advice that you can
be virtually certain will save you yourlife or serious injury, or if not
(32:13):
you, somebody in your family ifyou follow it. And I understand it's
not natural, but it's necessary becauseof the way the world has changed because
of leftist rule and the lack ofsupport from the left for law enforcement.
Is we now have so many peopleon the roadways who believe that there's no
enforcement and so that they can doanything they want to. So here's the
(32:35):
advice, and take it from aguy. I mean, I've been doing
this forty years, right, Ido this catastrophic injury and death work for
victims. You have so many peoplenow just blatantly running red lights, blatantly
running red lights, not even closeand I deal with those cases every day.
I'm just telling you this based onmy caseload and my real life experience.
(32:59):
What you've you've got to start doing. And please at dinner or text
your kids if they're not living withyou right now, just tell them.
Tell them when the light turns green, look both ways. Do not go
when the light turns green. Whenthe light turns green, look both ways,
and then go if it's clear. And if you can drill that into
(33:22):
your kids and you can remind yourselfof that, you are going to save
a life of somebody in your family. And maybe they don't end up dying
from that person running the red light, but maybe they're severely injured and crippled
and disabled. So if you andyour family live by that rule, when
the light turns green, look bothways. First, you're gonna save.
(33:43):
You're gonna save somebody, guaranteed,Shannon, I counted up during the week.
I don't know if it's happened toyou, but on average I get
two or three a week because Ido that. Now, I don't go
when light turns green, I lookboth ways, and twice, maybe three
times a week somebody just blows thatred and if I had gone, it
ends badly. And I'm sure everybodylistening has that experience. The world has
(34:06):
changed for the worst that way. Please take that advice and live it.
Shannon's got great to work with youthe icon as always. Please join us
again tomorrow at four on the DanKapla Show. Certainly the way he's going
to sound on June twenty seventh, but that guy sounds much much better than
(34:27):
this guy. I don't know ifyou caught this with Biden yesterday, but
you really need the video to capturethat, the sheer awfulness of it,
and the sadness for him and certainlyfor this country as he freezes up once
again. Third time in a weekpublicly trying to introduce people. But you
had to see his face because thelook on his face as you hear the
(34:51):
Googu Gaga part of this was justso sad. There could be no doubt
that that was somebody who is decliningrapidly. Thanks to all the members of
Congress and homeless Security Secretary. I'mnot sure going to show that was so
(35:12):
sad and so disturbing, and thirdtime in a week publicly, how many
times behind the scenes, but justconfirms what I've been saying. You know,
the next Thursday's debate, that's youknow, that's his swan song.
That's his last big moment of publicrelevance. He knows he's not going to
be debating Trump during the normal debatingseason, so it's his farewell and it's
(35:34):
his chance to spute venom at Trump. And then relatively soon after that he
will no longer be their nominee.Don and Timmoth, you're on the Dan
Capitalist, you'll welcome. Hey,Dan, good afternoon. Need to ask
you more of a legal question.Yes, Sir, Biden's executive order that
is going to legalize five hundred thousandillegal people, doesn't that fly in the
(35:58):
face of the Constitution. And thenI don't believe that he can do an
executive order that conflicts with the Constitutionunless he has given specific powers by the
Congress, which I don't think he'sdone. Yeah, I think it's going
to be struck down. I don'tthink that he has the power to grant
amnesty to half a million people categoricallylike this. So now, what he's
(36:21):
