the guise of transgender care. And then the State of Tennessee,
like many states right now, saying you're not going to
do that to our kids if they want to do
it when they become adults, say they have that right
as adult, and the Supreme Court saying, yeah, hey, wait

is a classification based on age. This is a classification
based on type of medical care. So all the state

has to show is a rational basis for the law.
And then Justice Barrett just nailed it when she then

second is transgender status entitled to special protection under the?

this and this is great news that all of those

for states LIKE us to continue to pass these protections for.

domino and then we'll tackle the puberty blockers and in my,

understand that that's the gateway to these medical procedures and
does great psychological, damage and so we've got to look
forward at tackling that as well.

they were born in the wrong, body that there's something
physically wrong with them that needs to be. Changed and
my daughter was secretly transitioned at twelve years old in
a secret gender IN secx club at, school where they
taught her how to pursue puberty, blockers how to see
a gender affirming, therapist how to get a gender affirming

care letter written without my knowledge or. Consent and unfortunately
we live in a state where those things can. Happen
twelve year olds steward their own. Healthcare it's illegal for
a counselor not to affirm a child's gender. Confusion and
then we have all of these trends WHAT i call
child mutilation sanctuary laws that protect the doctors and protect
everyone involved in pushing kids down this path of. Medicalization

out that The Colorado medicaid website recommends puberty blockers at

not constitute a suspect. Class and she just laid this
out so. PERFECTLY i think it will be very difficult
for any future, court at least one that's interested in
interpreting The, constitution to vary from. This she just makes

It and here's part of what she said The Sixth,
circuit how the transgender individuals do not constitute a suspect
class and it was right to do. So to, begin
transgender status is not marked by the same sort of, obvious,

it is not defined by a trait that is definitely
ascertainable at the moment of, birth and then it goes

like many states right now, saying you're not going to
do that to our kids if they want to do
it when they become adults, say they have that right

is a classification based on age. This is a classification
based on type of medical care. So all the state

has to show is a rational basis for the law.
And then Justice Barrett just nailed it when she then
got to an issue that the majority, the six' to
three majority did not touch, today which, is, hey wait a,
second is transgender status entitled to special protection under the?

Law is it a suspect class the same way that
race or sex would. Be And Justice barrett says absolutely. Not,
now the majority didn't go that, far but the reasoning
behind her concurrence is so rock. SOLID i can't imagine
any sane court in the future varying from. That SO

a gender affirming, therapist how to get a gender affirming

care letter written without my knowledge or. Consent and unfortunately
we live in a state where those things can. Happen
twelve year olds steward their own. Healthcare it's illegal for
a counselor not to affirm a child's gender. Confusion and
then we have all of these trends WHAT i call
child mutilation sanctuary laws that protect the doctors and protect
everyone involved in pushing kids down this path of. Medicalization

and that's always the end. Goal AND i should point
out that The Colorado medicaid website recommends puberty blockers at
panner stage.

Colorado and if kids go on those puberty, blockers they
are ninety eight percent likely to go onto the cross sex.
Foremones and if they do puberty blockers into cross sex,

Children these are not reversible. Procedures and you, KNOW i
hate the word gender. Affirming here backwards gender. Nonsense this

on the, Spot Chase strangeo admitted that there's no proof
that mental health is improved by these physical procedures being

done to. Kids BUT i just think most people's empathy
has been. Weaponized they've been led to believe this is the, kind,
right good thing to. Do and we need a severe
culture wake, up and this is a big step in
the process of waking people up to the harms of these.
PROCEDURES i think people just don't understand, them and we

today upholding the state Of tennessee's law protecting minors protecting
kids against getting body parts chopped off and being chemically altered.

Cetera and adults can still do, it but The Supreme
court say, no if a state wants to pass a
lot of protect kids like, that they can do it
and it is. Constitutional so very important. Decision and THEN
i think maybe the best part of this decision is
the concurrence authored By Justice barrett where she, said, hey
let me get to an issue that the majority didn't

get to today and just say. It transgender individuals do
not constitute a suspect. Class and she just laid this
out so. PERFECTLY i think it will be very difficult
for any future, court at least one that's interested in
interpreting The, constitution to vary from. This she just makes
(29:32):
a killer. Case AND i deeped oved earlier in the.
Show if you get a, chance you want to read it,
tonight but let me give you a quick taste of.
It and here's part of what she said The Sixth,
circuit how the transgender individuals do not constitute a suspect
class and it was right to do. So to, begin
transgender status is not marked by the same sort of, obvious,

immutable or distinguishing characteristics as race or Se in, particular
it is not defined by a trait that is definitely
ascertainable at the moment of, birth and then it goes
on from. There and here's why it, matters, because as
you probably, know if you've got a race or sex based, discrimination,

well that kind of law is almost never going to
be upheld because it has to pass these high levels of.
Scrutiny and whereas if you don't have race or sex based.
Discrimination then you can get to get a law that's
simply approved because there's a rational basis for. It so
you have this movement on the left to try to
(30:38):
get transgender individuals considered a suspect, class And Justice barrett
just lays out AND i just give you a, taste,
right just lays out the case for, why no matter
where you are on trans, rights there you're talking about
a legislative. Process she's making out the killer case for
why it would be a joke to try to argue

the transgender individuals are entitled to suspect class status as
a matter of. Law three all three seveone three eight
two five five the number text d an five seven
seven three. Nine so listen to a state Of colorado
that passes a bunch of bad laws encouraging this kind
of mutilation of kids and trying to attract people here
to have kids mutilated. Here those kind of laws are

not affected by The Supreme court decision. Today Supreme court
did not say you cannot have bad laws Like. Colorado's
they said the state gets to decide these. Issues and
the majority didn't even reach that issue of whether transgender
individuals constitute a suspect. Class, now the majority's never going
to go, there, right nor should? They they just, said

wait a, second we don't even have to get to
that because This tennessee, law this is just based on
age and it's based on a type of medical. Procedure

WONDERFUL i think the answer is there are different causes
for different. Kids and it's certainly chic and hip and

i think there's a different engine. There but the common,
denominator as you, know my, friend is it's just so
sad because these, kids they're, troubled they're, sad they're hurting
most of the, time and it's a real. Problem but
the fix is not to cut off body parts forever
or chemically alter them. Forever you. Know and this term

gender affirming care is such a lie because what they're
doing is is they're, providing you, know the these medical
treatments to undermine the true.

get to stopping well whatever the inappropriate motivation is.

trying to do With polus's lead is make it harder
and harder to get to that because they're passing laws, saying,

if you try to tell that kid that that, no

now if you're not willing to lie and say that
man is really a, woman then your business can be.

Punished so, no the state is actively working against the.

have in our law. Office the truth wins and it
