age of seventy four, when the original founding members of
Kiss and I think back, Shannon my personal memories. One
of my very first memories, I'm four years old, so
I had just turned four late September. Halloween was a

height of Kiss Army and their popularity.

a huge part of that movement.

I really wasn't. In eighth grade, I remember.

barely a private in the Army, so they assigned ranks.
I'm sure they did, but once again I did it
was a little bit too much for my metabolism even
at that time.

What I loved about Kiss is they were in on
the joke that was themselves. You know, they didn't take
themselves too seriously. They were out of this world literally
Spaceman Ace Frehley. Their performances on stage was much more
about that stick and how they looked in the makeup
and the outfits and the characters they would appear on

Christmas specials they would save Santa Claus, they would be
in cartoons. That's how I viewed them as a youth
in the late seventies and early eighties.

having a good time.

to use this as a smoke screen to detract from
all of their other failed policies that are returning right.

a bill Entitled Hiring preferences For veterans And americans With Disabilities.

democrat purple State michigan is also involved in this on

are working together to make life better for. Everybody so

House i've Got Don, davis A democrat in The house

who is My house co. Sponsor it's actually bipartisan and.
Bicameral we have A Republican Senator Tim sheehy And Democrat
Senator Alissa slotkin who are sponsoring this in The, senate
and at a pretty simple. Bill it's a bill that's
personal to. Me, again you, KNOW i spent twelve years
in The, army and The army had me all. Over
i've been stationed In, arizona In, kentucky In Washington, state In,

alabama In, virginia in The Middle, east and so when
you're moving around all the, time you don't typically change
your permanent. Residence your home of record is what we
call it in the. Military WHEN i was stationed down In,
alabama my home of record was still here In, colorado
regardless of where the military stationed. Me but that can
present problems if you have either the military member themselves

or their spouse who is trying to volunteer or work
as an election. Worker and so one of the things
that this piece of legislation That i've introduced does is
it says that in hiring an election worker the state
or local, jurisdiction they can't deny somebody that job just
because they're a non, resident spouse or military.

a healthy relationship with law. Enforcement you, know are there
bad apples here and, THERE i, mean you, know randomly
and very, occasionally but for the most, part law enforcement
is an amazing resource for people throughout their whole, lives
and it's good for children to develop to develop that

role models in their in their. Lives it's it's really
great separate from school resource, officers which you know are,
expensive is the armed school staff. Members and these are
people who already work on the. Campus they already have
a concealed carry, permit and they are willing to commit

to an extremely rigorous training, schedule not just the annual
training that we do at, faster but ongoing training throughout the.
Year and what they, provide whether they're school resource officers
there or, not it's you, know kind of a mixed
