Speaker 1 (00:00):
Let's go over to the Legacy Retirement Group dot com
phone line Eben Brown, Fox News Eben. Is there a
deal to stop the war with Israel and Hamas. What's
the latest. Well, there's certainly a plan on the table
and an offer being made. The question is will Hamas
go for this. What's interesting is that in the past,
not even twenty four hours since this plan was revealed

(00:23):
to the world by both President and Trump and President
Prime Minister at Danielle at the White House yesterday, there
had been overwhelmingly high buy in from the Arab nations
and that is very very telling, and it's very very processing.
It's a twenty pot plan that when you read through

(00:44):
and it does make a lot of sense. It calls
for a security force called the Civilization Force, made up
of international partners to take over the administration of Gaza.
It requires Hamas, the remnants of Kamask Kaza to give up,
to turn in their weapons, to basically give up the

(01:05):
fight and to stay out of anything in the future.
And if so, they will get annesty and even free passage,
safe passage out of Gaza to a country that would
accept them. That's not going to sit well with a
lot of Israelis, but I think they view it as
a concession. Okay, we'll give you this, but if all
of this stuff happens, first of all, it means a

(01:27):
return of the hostages, and that had happened within seventy
two hours of acceptance. If all of that comes to be,
then the Gulf Arab countries will begin major investments to
be builded and to build it into what it should
have always been. That's another do Bay, another Singapore on
the Niterranean, something that would be another pillar of Middle

(01:51):
Eastern opulence and prosperity the way it should have always
have been and never was, because the people of Gaza
elected Hamas as their leadership back in two thousand and six.
Now what we're waiting on is whether or not Hamas
is going to accept. Even Cutter, the entity that has

(02:12):
given Hamas it's diplomatic cover for decades, is saying this
is a good deal. And I think there's a lot
of pressure here on Conter to bring Hamas around because
Hamas Cutter has tried to position itself through all of
this as, oh, we're the only ones that can do
this negotiating and bring an end to this, and so on.

(02:34):
And so forth. But if they cannot deliver Hamas to
what would be the best deal, that might be it
for their prowess as being seen as the prime negotiators here.
And President Trump made it very very clear yesterday in
his remarks that this is it, that if Hamas doesn't
agree to this, he's not standing in Israel's way to

(02:56):
finish the job the way Israel wants to finish it,
and so that you know, so this really is it.
And I think that's been well communicated to the other
Arab nations saying that there's nothing else beyond this other
than Israel taking control of the Gaza strip, which is
something that they don't want. And so they have all

(03:16):
glommed onto this very very quickly, including Saudi Arabia. Everyone's
giving this a lot of thumbs up. They're also giving
it a lot of thumbs up because they believe in it.
And they believe in it, I think because of what
is being called the Board of Peace. This is the
entity that will administer Gaza and President Trump himself is
personally going to chair it. There's a lot of and

(03:38):
we thought maybe Mark Rubio would be given and yet
another job, but the President is going to take this
on his own. And you know, the Arab Mid East
really does love and have a lot of confidence in
President Trump. They are very taken with him. They believe him.
They see him as someone that gets things done, that
treats them equitably and fairly, and gets results. So I

(04:03):
think having President Trump saying I'm going to run this thing,
it was a big confidence booster for them, and I
think that's one of the reasons why they're so quick
to say, Okay, we're all on board with this, let's
get this done. You know, I think the best thing
that could happen is that the message comes from Hamas Okay,

(04:23):
we agree, and that the process begins, and that Hamas
keeps to its word, and we could see first of
all hostages returned. We could see true peace in the
Middle East, in the Holy Land. It does give an
avenue for the Palestinian authority that runs the territory known
as the West Bank to begin reforms so it could

(04:46):
become trustworthy and maybe take over the gause of efforts
in the end. There's also a clause in this twenty
point plan that says, if Hamas does not agree to this, yes,
the President yes Israel can do what it wants to do,
but in the areas that Israel is already controlling in Gaza,
and Israel probably has a majority of Gaza under its

(05:07):
control right now, that they'll begin this plan in those
parts of Gaza without the help of Hamas, without the
help of people that won't agree to this. So this
is going to happen one way or the other. The
question is you want to come along with the rhyme

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
