JC a couple of really big things out. There the
one THAT i kind of alluded, to The Supreme court
has accepted a case Granted Granted Surgery rory and the
case Challenging hallaii's ban on licensed Gun CARRIER ccw holders
taking their firearms on public property without the owner's express. Permission,

now this kind of reverses the default presumption that has
kind of really across the nation where that has been out,
there where if you have a LICENSED ccw holder you
can take your gun into places like, stores, restaurants gas
stations unless the owner. Posts you, know firearms are not allowed.
Here we've all seen that signed with the firearm the

gin gun to the line to. It, Well hawaii has
reversed that and it, said, oh you can't take your
firearm on any privately owned property Like i've mentioned without
assigned saying guns allowed. Here so The High court will
now decide that this. Rule it's interesting the Gun wife's

activists have done this, rule the vampire, rule and they're
going to take you a look and see if it
it violates The Second. Amendment, now WHEN i first heard
this term vampire, RULE i just assumed that it, meant,

unless you invite them, in and that's basically what they're saying.

we were hoping that that's what they would. Address but

of concerns property. Rights so they're, going, hey you, KNOW
i want some gun. Cases, well all these scholars said
that they agreed that this would be relatively, simple and
it's got a relatively low profile of, controversy and they

because they just have to, decide you, know, hey can
a property owner say you, know, nope that's that's. It
i'm going to have to say we allow and post.

and that's What hawaii is trying to do is make

can't carry anywhere that Part National rifle should have had
filed an immicus brief back In, may urging The Supreme
court to take the. Case now that they're doing, it

Supreme court to really take a look at this because
The hawaii's law was deliberately designed to make public carry

so impractical that citizens choose not to exercise Their Second amendment,
rights and you, know they've gone to the trouble of
getting your concealed carry. Permit and now the way the law,
reads and this is what the The, circuit The Ninth
Circuit court has come up, with saying, that, well you
can carry on some, streets in some, sidewalks and, yeah

you got to go to the bank in their parking,
lot but only certain parking. Lots everything else is off.
Limit and THE nra pointed out that ninety six of
all the publicly accessible land In maui is off, limits
like almost the whole island is off limits to, anyone
even with you, know with THE. Ccw and they also

pointed out The Supreme court that The Ninth Circuit court
kind of is a runaway. Court it is the worst,
court a circuit, court federal circuit court in the nation
on gun. Rights as a matter of, fact they pointed
out that gun owners in The West coast And hawaii
The Ninth. Court Ninth Circuit court's hostility towards The Second

amendment is well documented because they have supported gun control
in fifty to nothing on challenges to these gun control
laws that are putting out. There so they've ruled in
favor of gun control fifty to nothing on the laws Before.
Bruin now That bruin's out, there they'd, Beize, okay we

got to do. Something now they're picking these things. Apart and,
basically as they, SAID i don't look they're putting this
in the, brief but they, said, basically The Ninth Circuit
court is giving the middle finger to The Supreme court, saying, yeah,
well we can still do what we. Want, well, anyway
we'll find. Out i'm just. Ruling can you imagine if
they said, no, yes that's the way it's got to.

carry on any public property unless they have a sign
posted saying guns allowed. Here but they're going to. Continue
they're going to hear the case sometimes early next, year
so we will certainly take a look and see what
was happening with. That and here's another case we talked
about this morning BECAUSE i just found out about, it

time and giving you back to them once they they

About this there's an organization for veterans that once you

special operators and the guy who was in charge of
it WAS an abco for six years and several of

blackwater and those kind, of orders they hire. These contractors

need to claim that and pay sales tax on that

Say from staples and we paid sales tax. On it
we're good. To go so it's stupen you kind of
you're aware of in business. And Everything so, i'm like.
That's fine we have nothing. To hide we've always done
things on the up. And up SO what i didn't
know at the time is it was a segue into

getting into when we did the renovation back in. Twenty
thirteen so, Get this so this is in. Twenty eighteen
now they're going to go back to. Twenty thirteen so, they,
said hey no, big deal, but hey by, the way
when you did, your renovations did you pay sales tax
on all the dry wall and the duck work and.
EVERYTHING else, i, Said well i'm assuming. WE did i

mean we hired. A contractor they oversaw the. Whole project
we never were in touch with, the subcontractors and, you
know we saw them come, and go but we didn't. Know.
Them right so, they, said well you need if you
can't prove that they paid, sales tax then we're going
to assess you a fine of, Twelve grand, and me
BEING who, i am being kind, OF frugal i. Said

no AND so i went and over a PERIOD of
i think it took me. A month i came up
with receipts from, these contractors so you can imagine all
the contractors that went through this place. DURING renovation i
came up with the receipts where they bought, the drywall
where they BOUGHT the, pvc pipe all those where it
showed they pay. Sales Sex so. I'M happy, i mean

look at this, showed YOU and I think I think
i accounted for ninety five percent of the receipts that they,
asked for so normal, at it you would extrapolate that
to the. ONE hundred, i mean if you're one hundred
percent on those, ninety five then you can assume that

RIGHT so i send them all in and, you know here,
you go and what do they do ed the Twenty

eighteen they reject every RECEIPT that i. Sent in why
because there's some loophole where they didn't call it, a
loophole but there's some loophole in the way the law

user which would have, been us had to pay for

and road to, check them into the plumbing spot and road.

never got a response from the state. ON that i
wasn't calling checking, on it right and every month when
we paid our sales tax that we have. To do

outstanding balance of twelve grand. Under review it could have

i'm happy to announce after seven years we got the

letter from the state saying they reduced the fine. To zero,

case Challenging hallaii's ban on licensed Gun CARRIER ccw holders
taking their firearms on public property without the owner's express. Permission,

now this kind of reverses the default presumption that has
kind of really across the nation where that has been out,
there where if you have a LICENSED ccw holder you
can take your gun into places like, stores, restaurants gas
stations unless the owner. Posts you, know firearms are not allowed.
Here we've all seen that signed with the firearm the

gin gun to the line to. It, Well hawaii has
reversed that and it, said, oh you can't take your
firearm on any privately owned property Like i've mentioned without
assigned saying guns allowed. Here so The High court will
now decide that this. Rule it's interesting the Gun wife's

going to take you a look and see if it
it violates The Second. Amendment, now WHEN i first heard

Circuit court has come up, with saying, that, well you

you got to go to the bank in their parking,
lot but only certain parking. Lots everything else is off.
Limit and THE nra pointed out that ninety six of
all the publicly accessible land In maui is off, limits
like almost the whole island is off limits to, anyone

pointed out The Supreme court that The Ninth Circuit court
kind of is a runaway. Court it is the worst,
court a circuit, court federal circuit court in the nation
on gun. Rights as a matter of, fact they pointed
out that gun owners in The West coast And hawaii
The Ninth. Court Ninth Circuit court's hostility towards The Second

amendment is well documented because they have supported gun control
in fifty to nothing on challenges to these gun control
laws that are putting out. There so they've ruled in
favor of gun control fifty to nothing on the laws Before.

basically as they, SAID i don't look they're putting this

and that Makes it her addition makes it nine justices
that have been Appointed by republicans, Versus six so we
have a nine to six chance. Of this and this
is a, big case and this could make a difference
in what people are thinking about because, this case this

is the Challenge To new jersey's BAN on ar fifteen
rifles and dandir's. Capacity magazines they have banned ownership of
air fifteens and thirty round magazines anything over. Ten rounds
so they're going to make this decision and if it goes,

think that this could really set a precedent of a
circuit court now, saying no you know you cannot. Do

special operators and the guy who was in charge of

his friends have. Committed suicide and it TURNS out i

once you, get out these, special companies, you Know the
blackwater and those kind, of orders they hire. These contractors
they want the best of. The best they said that
one percent of our military forces did most of the Combat.
In afghanistan that just, shocked me, and well what's? Happening
now the suicide rates are, just soaring, They, said now

Next day and they said that suicide rates went from
eighteen percent a couple of years ago to twenty. Four

They're advocating boost spirits at any of these events by
driving by honking, and waving then circle the block and do.

car caravans will have a couple of decorated cars on
the front and back uh and then as many cars
