Speaker 1 (00:00):
Tonight, the cash option value for the power Ball three
hundred and thirty nine million dollars seven hundred and fifty
million dollars up for grabs tonight in the power Ball.
Could somebody win it? Or will it roll over and
we'll get to eight hundred million and so on? They're
(00:21):
calling this this is the tenth highest Powerball jackpot drawing
to take place in the history of the lottery. So
seven hundred and fifty million dollars tonight. Like I said,
will somebody win it? I don't know. I just hope
if somebody does, they ain't. In California, I'm tired of
seeing that Congressman Jim Jordan joining US Congressman. If you were,
(00:44):
if you were to win this, let's say, and you're
probably going, well, there's no way I can win it
because I don't play. Or do you play?
Speaker 2 (00:50):
You don't play, righty, do not play gamble.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
Let's say, just for the sake of you know, this conversation,
that you were, you did play and you won, would
you stay doing what you do now if you had
that kind of money, or would you go? All right,
I'm gonna help in different ways. It's going to be
more behind the scenes kind of a thing.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
No, I keep doing them, would you? Okay? Oh yeah, yeah,
all right.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
Well you know, and I'm sure you were watching yesterday
speaking of a lot of money, you know, the FedEx
Cup and Tommy Fleet. He finally gets it done ten
million dollars. That is sweet, isn't it?
Speaker 3 (01:27):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (01:28):
Yeah, no, you were. You were really happy for him.
I mean party, you wanted to see Scheffler like make
a charge and make it, make it it go and
come down, you know, one of those kind of tournaments.
But because you know everyone likes Scotti Sheffler, yep, and
you kind of re cheering for him. But if he
couldn't win, you wanted You wanted someone like sweet Wood
who's been trying and been so close for so long.
(01:49):
So yeah, it was fun to I caught the last
several holds of that when we got we were out
of town, but we got that Coleman to watch some
of that.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
Yeah, yeah, I thought it was really uncharacteristic. He pulls
that shot on that the long part three with the
water and it was like two hundred and I'm like
sitting there staring at that watching that. What was it
like two hundred and thirty yards or two hundred and
twenty yards or something with the water.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
Yeah, yeah, island green, island green, and you gotta hit
it to twenty. Like what, there's no way I could see.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
I couldn't I know. And I was like watching that,
going what club would I hit there? And I'm like
I got nothing, man, I'm like.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
Well you I'd hit a five wood everything I had. Yeah,
that's what I.
Speaker 1 (02:30):
Was, right. I'm at five wood or three wood myself,
maybe a smoother three wood and maybe choked out. I
don't know whatever, but all I know is most likely
on those greens and the trajectory I hit it, They're
probably not gonna hold if I'm coming in on a
screaming like low yet know or whatever. But I was
really happy for him. He seems like the nicest guy.
(02:53):
And people were also praising him on social media because
Patrick Cantley is notoriously slow player, and so people were
saying I saw one comment where they were they showed
him in the you know, signing their cards afterwards, and
and Patrick Cantley has this scowl on the still and
they were like, I I love watching him sit there
(03:13):
and have to watch Tommy sign off on that because
he's playing slow all day, being a jerk and stuff.
Speaker 2 (03:19):
But there was one hole where they warned him. They were,
you know, slow playing, yeah, and they warned him and
one of the announcers I remember the announcers that one
asked the other one he said, do you do you
think this will affect him? And the announce it goes
it won't affect can'tle He just he just kind of
keep on going, playing the same case.
Speaker 1 (03:37):
He's used to hearing it. He's used to hearing that
he's notoriously slow man. He's been warned the most, you
know a lot of times. And I I you hear
about people who play with him, they try to be
diplomatic and so on. But Tommy just seems like this
nice guy who probably just he's not going to say anything.
And you know what, look at him, look at he
was rewarded, and and for him to fall apart, what
(03:59):
was it a couple of weeks ago was pretty sad.
I'll be honest, it was sad watching it. But there
he is, finishing very strong, very convincingly yesterday. But good
for him picking up ten million dollars. Uh Stone comes
into the room. My son, who's eleven and I go
and there were it was the ceremony, and I go
that guy just want ten million stones? Like what? And
(04:20):
I go for that tournament and he goes one tournament
ten million. I'm like, the start getting your swing down, buddy.
I was like, it's like, you gotta get your butt
on the PGA to or lay the kind of money
those people are winning.
Speaker 3 (04:31):
Man.
Speaker 2 (04:32):
So yeah, it was fun. That would be I always
thought I was a kid, I thought, you know, the
dream job would be playing a little linebacker in the NFL.
But but as you get a little older, like a
dream job would in fact be playing on the PGA tour.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
It'd be a lot of absolutely did you were you
in town? Did you see the did you happen to
Have you been to Columbus Air Show before? Have you
seen any of that? It was amazing. The VEK was
there on Saturday. He was right next to me, Congressman.
I didn't say anything to him, but he was there.
Didn't want to bother him. I've never met him before,
so you.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
Should have said something, well, that's a big radio show.
You should have talked to him.
Speaker 1 (05:06):
I'm sure he would have been like, oh hey, you
know he would have known.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
You know, I'm sure he heard.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
Me and stuff, but I I didn't. I didn't want
to bother him. His families with him and people were
kind of you know, bothering him and trying to talk
to him and stuff. So I just kind of left
him alone. But it was pretty cool. He was like,
you know, right by us or whatever. But possibly Ohio's
next governor, you know.
Speaker 2 (05:25):
So I think he's going to be. I think he's
gonna be. Ha. We had an event, uh in in Upton, Delaware,
in our in our district go two three weeks ago,
and he did a great job. We had a huge crowd,
was great, it was a fundraising up a bit and
he's he did a really good job. His remarks were
great to questions. Yeah, I think he's. I think he's
done done a real good job with this campaign. And
(05:48):
you know, we're still still a year out, but I
think he's I think he's gonna be our next governor.
I think he's going to do a good job.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
Well, I don't know. It's gonna be tough since Amy
acting has Nan Whaley's uh stamp of proof. Sorry, I
didn't even say that with a.
Speaker 3 (06:02):
Like that.
Speaker 2 (06:02):
I apologize Amy acting. It was like, you know, making
this all stay in our house, the one that called
the police on you or whatever. I can't even remember
all that. No, I don't know that she did well,
but you know it was like that whole COVID BS. Right. Yeah,
Remember I always say this, Everything the government told us
(06:23):
turned out to be false. They said it wasn't gain
to function research done that lab in China. It looks
like it was. They said it wasn't our tax money
uses that lab in China. Yes it was. They said
it wasn't it didn't come from the lab in China,
Yes it did. They said the vaccinated can't get it,
the vaccinator can't transmit it. They said six feet social
distance was based on science. They told its mask work.
(06:44):
And the kicker was they told us this was the
first virus in history where there's no such things as
natural immunity. They were like, oh for eight and yet
she that's like that's her claim to famous. Was miss
wonderful on COVID like the come on right? So oh,
it just drives me nuts when I think about that
time and what government to we the people into our
fundamental liberties.
Speaker 1 (07:03):
Hey, when you're watching this congressman, Congressman Jim Jordan's joining
us when you're watching the social media and Gavin Newsom,
who is completely lost. I have no idea what this
guy is doing. I would imagine there are people maybe
on the left going, maybe you should pull a Joe
Biden and go into a basement and knock it off
right now because all of the stuff he's doing, you know,
trying to act like Trump and be like Trump, and
(07:26):
even though he's trolling him or whatever, he just looks
like a goon. It's just like, do you really want
to cast a vote for this guy to run the country.
He's trying to He's trying to make fun of Trump
and do all this stuff. It's like, but but making
fun of Trump, look what Trump's getting accomplished right now
kind of a thing. And I was going to ask
you first question, do you feel safer in DC? Because
how could you not based on all the things we're
(07:48):
seeing right Yeah.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
Well, the Democrats. The Democrats get mad when federal law
enforcement is deployed to stop criminals because they only wanted
to pulloy law enforcement to stop you and and quarantine
you and and have during COVID. They only want to
use federal law enforcement when you show up at a
school board meeting and ask too many questions. They only
(08:11):
want to use federal law enforcement when you're a pro
life Catholic. I mean that that to me is like,
and I take the country seas through it all the
double deck, this double standard with the Gavin Newsom. He's
remember during COVID he went to the.
Speaker 3 (08:23):
French French laundry.
Speaker 1 (08:25):
Yeah, yeah, he was.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
He was, you know, like eighty dollars or two hundred
dollars steak, whatever it was. While the rest of us, well,
you're you've got to be in your house at the
curfews at ten o'clock, and you've got to be in
your house, and we'll deploy law enforcement to keep you
in your home. That's how Democrats stay her hair done,
law enforcement to stop the criminals.
Speaker 1 (08:43):
Yeah, Pelosi getting her hair done in the same city.
Speaker 2 (08:46):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
It's so silly when you look back over that time, right, Congressman.
I mean, you think about that time and it seems
like a million years ago. But they're all complicit in
all of that stuff. I don't think it's lost on
the American people. I really don't think gets lost on him.
Speaker 2 (09:00):
I really don't. I don't think so either. Yeah, I
don't think so either.
Speaker 3 (09:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (09:04):
Yeah, oh there he is.
Speaker 3 (09:06):
Yeah, I'm just listening to you guys. This is very interesting.
We were talking about Amy Acton and COVID and all
that kind of stuff, and I have to say, I
haven't heard the word fauci come out of your mouth
in a while. Is there any progress?
Speaker 1 (09:18):
Yeah, he's hiding. He's in a basement with Biden.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
Can you imagine him and Bernie Sanders having a conversation.
Just think about those voices. But are we any closer
to pursuing any official indictment, any official anything against that?
Speaker 2 (09:33):
I wish, I wish no. Now, I will tell you this,
in the last four weeks on some of the other
issues that were sort of fun centered in the last
last several years, I mean, the last four weeks, we've
learned a lot we had We've learned that Jim Comy
and is chief of staff were leaking classified information. We
learned from a whistleblower that it looks like Adam Shipp
(09:53):
was leaking classified information. Uh and Tulsea Gabbert told us
four weeks ago that, according to a whistle Blower at
the urging of Brennan and Clapper, the intelligence community assessment,
the actual report was changed at their urging to say
something that wasn't accurate, that you know, Trump was working
with Russia, that whole Russia hoax. And then, of course
we learned last week at least the judges said there's
(10:16):
probable cause for a search to take place at John
Bolton's home because it looks like he mishandled classified information.
And of course the big irony is you got you
got Cami, Schiff, Clapper, Brennan, Bolton, who all bashed the
president a few years ago, said oh, he mishandled classified documents.
Went In fact, the president's the one guy who can
declassify things. None of these other guys could. So there
(10:39):
is some there is some some real effort on trying
to hold some of those individuals accountable. Turney, General BONDI
set up a specific task force to look into some
of these things. So, but relatives of Fauci, I think,
I think Fauci is just going to be remembered as
a guy who thought he was the smartest man on
the planet, who told us about eight different things that
were not true.
Speaker 1 (10:59):
I wish we could somehow get him. But I always
saw you on one of the shows, Congressman talking about
how now it's political retribution. Now it's political retribution with
Bolton exactly. That started before and then was put on
hold by Biden. People don't realize exactly what's going on
with that. I'm glad the truth is coming out about it.
(11:20):
But yeah, it's so good. Yeah. Like I said, watching you,
I forget what show was. You're on so many but
you know, talking about that, and I don't know when
when all of that started. I went, oh, oh, here
we go. I go, boy, I bet this is just
the tip of the iceberg. And these people that all
did this stuff to Trump, all of these empty things
that they went after him for all these false things.
(11:41):
They didn't think in ten million years that this guy
would get elected again. And now he get elected. They're like, oh,
you know, kind of a thing. It's fantastic. I'm not kidding.
And if there's a little bit of if there's a
little bit of him, you know, a little extra motivation,
so be it. I mean that's you know, they're going
through his wife's you know, underwear drawer and everything else.
It's awful. You know, when you look back at all
(12:03):
of that, it's crazy.
Speaker 3 (12:04):
Ought to be fair. They were looking at Bolton's boxer
shorts too.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
Oh jeez, think about that.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
I'd go after the low hanging fruit right now, man.
I mean shift on mortgage fraud hot to be an
easy layup, and I mean I just start taking them off.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
Turns out, if you're a senator from California, your principal
residence probably shouldn't be in Maryland. Remember at Leticia James up.
You know, it turns out if the Attorney General in
New York, you probably shouldn't have your main residence in
Virginia yet. So we'll see how those go. But I
do think Brennan. I think Brennan uh live under oath.
It looks like when he when he testified in public
(12:42):
hearing when Trey Gabby was asking questions. I think he
may have said some things that were not accurate to
us last Congress when we deposed him in a private
setting relative to the fifty one Intel former intellificions who
signed that ridiculous letter about the hunter byed laptop. And
but but but again it depends on is it a
conspiracy crime, which is a longer statute of limitation. There's
(13:03):
a number of things you have to go through before
there's ever any you know, ever any kind of indictment.
But I do know that that Attorney General Bondi has
put a group of people to look into all this,
and I think that's I think it's warranted because what
these guys did, particularly back in sixteen and seventeen December
sixteenth January twenty seventeen, they sent out to sabotage President
Trump's first term by going up and giving him a briefing,
(13:27):
talking to him about the dossier that they already knew
was false. Comy did this, he knew it was false,
and they did it, leaked it to the press, and
they created this predicate for launching a Mueller investigation, which
was all based on BS And so I do think
I do think there needs to be accountability there, and
God bless Pam Bondi for looking into it.
Speaker 1 (13:47):
I think some of the greatest tweets that we're seeing
right now, to Congressman, I think it goes like, let
me get this straight, no one is above the law.
Speaker 3 (13:56):
Correct.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
Ye know, it's so good, so so good man. Congressman
Jim Jordan thanks for jumping on with us, all right,
Take care guys, all right, we'll see you all right.
