Now he got an Arkansas man who stole thousands of
dollars from a Franklin County elderly woman, and he got,
of course, community control. He has been according to a
spokesperson of the Franklin County Prosecutor's office, David Nelson received
a suspended prison sentence, community control and was ordered to

dollars eighty four cents. The prosecutors say they did argue
for prison time. According to the Sheriff's office, seventy six
year old woman was she was contacted or did contact
authorities back in March and said she believed she had
(00:45):

later arrested and extradited to Franklin County. I mean, not

being forced to go back to Arkansas could be kind
of a penalty, I guess, yeah, but been down there, no, Oh,
I've seen pictures. That's enough. This guy should have been
locked up. You know, he's an old man himself. His
mugshot here, I like his I like his His shirt
(02:39):
says David, I know, and what's his name? David? So
it's like, you can't even hide that from people, can you?
Master criminal? But he yeah, I just I'm sorry, this
