their morning show in Chicago. Myself, the Destin Legend, Leon
Rogers Brothers. That book What's Hacking, What's Happening? Good morning Friday,
Eve Man, you know how we do. We got a
lot of stuff to get to and a lot of
stuff to give away.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
But before we do that, yes, just have a moment
of prayer.
Speaker 5 (00:46):
Hey man, Dear Lord, I come to you today asking
you for patience, because these drivers out here test every
bit of what I got left. Lord, Father, please bless
those folks who who think they turn signals just for decoration.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
The ain't never touching down the I'm just coming over here.
Speaker 5 (01:05):
Lord touched the ones who love to ride that left
lane doing forty five forty in the left lane. Lord,
and I asked you you put an extra covering on them.
People who cut you off then drive slow.
Speaker 1 (01:18):
Ain't nothing like that.
Speaker 5 (01:19):
Lord, I just asked that you your guide their hands
to the wheel, their feet to the pedal, and Lord,
rebuke the demons, the demons of texting and driving. I
was driving yesterday and woman almost came over into my line.
She talked me about I'm so sorry. Look up, look up,
you're actually driving a car. And I asked that you
you push back and rebuke the spirit of the people
(01:43):
who just slam on the brakes for no reason.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
They're not even in front of you. What are you doing?
What are you doing?
Speaker 2 (01:49):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (01:49):
You getting ready to get somebody hurt out here.
Speaker 5 (01:51):
So, dear Lord Father, I asked that you that if
they don't change their ways, you please grant us traveling mercies.

Degrees GC.
Speaker 6 (02:08):
With us.
Speaker 2 (02:10):
It's the w GC I on the show.
Speaker 6 (02:12):
I want the.
Speaker 4 (02:15):
Number one FIPOPA r b A Chicago. I've been asleep
on this one. But the government could shut down in
less than a week. I can tell you what to
expect if it does. That's coming up in the headlines.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
It's GCI take the news.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
It's time for the headlines, breaking news.
Speaker 6 (02:37):
Your news coverage from Chicago the worldwide.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
But the w GCL Morning.
Speaker 4 (02:43):
Show, Congressional lawmakers are bickering back and forth, Zach, and
you know who feels the hurt on that is like
when adults argue, the kids get it.
Speaker 2 (02:52):
So we we we might be in a little bit
of trouble.
Speaker 4 (02:55):
Congress is out of town this week, but when they
return by day twenty ninth, they're facing immediate govern funding deadline. Now,
if they don't act before Wednesday, October first, there'll be
a government shut down. So they're blaming one another, you know,
dims Republicans, they're doing the whole thing, and the Congress
does not have time to finish work on the full
year funding bills before the deadline, so they'll need a
(03:15):
stop gap bill, something to put in place while they
figure it out where the government can keep running. Now,
unlike the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, funding bills need
at least sixty votes to pass in the Senate. That
means any government funding solution will require at least seven
Senate Democrats to pass if every Republican supports the proposal.
(03:37):
But the Democrats are kind of like saying nah, efforts
to pass the short term funding bill failed last week.
So they say the Democrats are central and the Democrats
are actually keeping the bill from passing. They don't agree
with some of the things on it. And then of
course if the government shuts down, you know, stuff like
(03:58):
getting the Social Security checks people, you know what I'm saying,
that that all slows down.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
I just hope everything work out. I don't have nobody
to go without.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
Yeah, you know, And that's that's you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (04:09):
Like when they when they argue everybody else and then
federal contractors, uh, they won't guarantee they won't be guaranteed
back pay, they're not required to work. Social Security will
continue to be distributed, although it'll be a lot of
slowdowns in the process of people getting that money. Hey Man,
a Chicago police officer is accused of using this position
to help.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
Buy and smuggle guns.
Speaker 4 (04:31):
Now, the officers accused of buying guns and Moknee and Dyer, Indiana,
on behalf of another man who then allegedly smuggled them
into Mexico. So police officer Kevin Rodriguez and accomplished Diego Valdez.
They're charging the duo for conspiring to unlawfully purchase firearms
that will ultimately smuggled into Mexicano. So you know when
(04:54):
you hear stuff like that, now I believe that I
always did. But you even adds more credence to the
crates of guns being left in the alley and.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
In the nighty neighborhood, neighborhood.
Speaker 2 (05:05):
You know what I'm saying. That's crazy.
Speaker 4 (05:07):
Man coming up Man, Leon's a locker room. Michael Porter
has something. He says something that I know, Zach, You're
gonna be like, Okay, this is a real dude that's
coming up Leon's locker room.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
It's CCI.
Speaker 4 (05:30):
One on Summer five w GC the Showers number one
for hip hop and R and B coming up Leon's
locker room. Give you a W n B A update.
Also Thursday Night Football. We'll talk about it.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
So you won't go with you like that, get from
the bottle really.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
Like, oh you need to know in sports. I'm just
here so I won't get found inside Leon's locker room.
Speaker 4 (05:53):
On one of Summer five g CI, all right, man,
Phoenix overcame a twenty point deficit to beat Minnis Soda
in overtime in Las Vegas. Blew out Indiana in the
w NBA Semifinals. Now a series shifts to Phoenix for
Game three on Friday, and on the other side of
the bracket, the number two seed, Las Vegas Aces.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
They go up over Indiana.
Speaker 4 (06:18):
So I think it's gonna be I honestly think it's
gonna still gonna be Minnesota.
Speaker 2 (06:23):
Though in Vegas.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
Minnesota in the Aces, right, Yeah, Minnesota and the Aces
in the finals.
Speaker 2 (06:28):
I can see. That's what I got. Man. Michael Porter Jr.
Is funny dude.
Speaker 7 (06:32):
He was on.
Speaker 4 (06:34):
He's a Justin Lavoy's podcast, right, and he was talking
and he said, I splent the rip fifty to fifty
with his girlfriend. So I spent the rid fifty to
fifty and Justin boy was like, but Maggie signed for
two hundred million, he says, soap. And here's his reason.
He said, why why you split the win and you
worth two hundred million? You just signed to him and
(06:56):
he said the girl a girl was living but a
above our means. He wanted to help, so he agreed
to pay half the rent.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
He said.
Speaker 4 (07:04):
Even though the couple broke up after six months, he
still promised to cover half her rent for the rest
of the year. And then he said, why you ain't
just paying full? He said, well, if I'm like paying
the remaining month to month, and I see she wilding,
and I'm like, bro, it's gonna be hard to continue
that agreement. You feel me, that's gonna be tough because
if you out here wilding, get that next dude to
pay the rent.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
You feel me like Michael.
Speaker 4 (07:26):
Porter, So did he move in with her? He or
he just helping He just helping out. But he had
a key to the place, like you know they did.
Now take the terms. He lived with her, He had
a key toup place. He come and go as he pleased.
Speaker 8 (07:37):
But he.
Speaker 4 (07:39):
Live with her, live with him, He had access, He
had access twenty four hours, so basically like you living.
But he said, I'm paying the rent. And then they
broke up, and he still said, I'm a player for
the end of I'm gonna.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
I'm gonna do. Yeah, I'm gonna do what I said
I was gonna do.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
But he said, if you're wilding, yeah, but you know why.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
I I agree what he said.
Speaker 5 (07:59):
If I was gonna moving, you know, fully moving, you
should pay the whole thing. But if I was helping
you and I told you from the beginning, I'm paying half.
That's when we're on good terms, I told you half.
And then if we end up on bad terms, I'm
still paying half.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
I'm still paying.
Speaker 1 (08:12):
It ain't changed nothing up on.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
You, he said. But you got a year. Yeah, when
this year my help is gone.
Speaker 1 (08:19):
If I switched up on you, that's wrong.
Speaker 4 (08:20):
But then he said, but he said, she wilding out
though after the breakup, if she wilding out, So what's
wilding out? Like if she if y'all broke up, she
can't have nobody else off at the crib?
Speaker 2 (08:31):
You pay after it.
Speaker 1 (08:32):
Now, he said, you good, he said to the years up.
Speaker 4 (08:34):
No, But then he said, if I'm paying the aman
month to month, and I see she's wilding and like, bro,
that's gonna be hard to continue that agreement.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
So my thing is what's wild and letting you out
well known?
Speaker 1 (08:48):
Just pay it up front, go.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
Do the after the edwards.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
No, that's why I ain't doing that.
Speaker 4 (08:58):

Either way, even spoiled or not. Ma Mama billionaire. I'm
all right, they're doing great. But shout out to them though. Also,
let's talk about this man.
Speaker 5 (10:53):
Mario had to, you know, kind of go at the
critics who claim he don't like black women. He said,
I'm so tired of this black women's comments about how
I don't like black women and how black women aren't loved.
If you're making these comments, I'm convinced you have a
problem with black women. Black women I loved and needed.
Speaker 4 (11:11):
Where did they come with that? I think this stems
from the videos or something.
Speaker 5 (11:14):
No, I think it stems from the like the from
his He just got his posted a girl being pregnant
and this girl isn't black.
Speaker 2 (11:25):
Yo, people got it? Really?
Speaker 4 (11:27):
Like who cares can he sing when the next album
coming out? That's that's what I man. When when can
I get some music from Maria? And people have preferences,
like the people have you like what you like? I
guess what I say is what I like isn't a
slight to you exactly. You know that, and that's your
business at the end of the day. And then if
it don't work out, I'm not gonna be like, nah,
(11:47):
that's what you get it didn't work out, because sometimes
it don't work out when you deal with you know
what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (11:54):
So I don't know, just win some new music, Mario, but.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
He said, don't include him in that colorist narrative. He
don't want to be in that. Also Cardi B. Cardi
B said she is ready for her upcoming tour.
Speaker 5 (12:06):
She said, tomorrow, general sale tickets, I mean general sale
starts for my tour.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
I can't believe it.
Speaker 5 (12:11):
I did a Midwest tour a couple of years back,
and I guess y'all don't count that. But I tell
you what this one will count. I'm going to do
everything to give the best experience possible, just like my album.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
So I am excited for Cardi's new tour. Am I
the drama?
Speaker 2 (12:28):
What she wasn't pregnant?
Speaker 1 (12:29):
She posted that yesterday, So I guess the tickets go
to sale today that.
Speaker 4 (12:33):
She ever had to tell what she wasn't pregnant? Like,
I can't remember her going out the last time.
Speaker 5 (12:38):
But you know what, I don't remember, to be honest,
and it just might be me. I just don't remember
a lot of her touring A lot I.
Speaker 4 (12:45):
Remember, but I remember, I remember, yeah, but I remember
she was swore east One.
Speaker 5 (12:50):

She ain't never just stopped.
Speaker 4 (12:56):

Know where you be and crime.
Speaker 6 (15:41):
Watch me.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
I know this little girl, her name is Maxi. I'll
be just like a bunch of rules. And if you
ever tell me about the Maxi, you know, I say,
I don't know what they know.
Speaker 4 (15:51):
But chop your roll chop.
Speaker 3 (15:57):
Job.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
All right.
Speaker 5 (16:06):
So we got a letter day, says de Leon and Zach,
I need some advice I've been seeing this man.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
I really like.
Speaker 5 (16:11):
He makes me laugh, he treats me rhyme right there. Yeah,
he treats me well most of the time, and we
have a great vibe. But the problem is he lies,
not big, crazy lies, but a bunch of little ones
that I can't ignore. For example, he'll say he five
minutes away, he ain't left the house. He'll claim he
watched the movie when he clearly didn't, or he'll say
he forgot to text me back when I saw he
(16:34):
was active on social media. Sometimes he'll even deny things
he said the day before, like he doesn't remember. I
keep asking myself, are these harmless white lives that I
should overlook or are these signs of a bigger problem
with honesty. I don't want to throw away a good connection,
but I also don't want to waste time with someone
who can't be straight with me.
Speaker 4 (16:54):
What do you think, Zach, I'm gonna keep it real
that first one. She gotta let go five minutes away.
They comby what I say.
Speaker 2 (17:02):
If it ain't not a back folks vernacular, hit us up.
It's g C.
Speaker 3 (17:06):
I tell you that somebody.
Speaker 8 (17:35):
G C.
Speaker 2 (17:36):
Who this is where you checking in from?
Speaker 1 (17:37):
This look for to ninety man from ninety how y'all feeling, man,
how you been? I'm alright man, but no, no, like it's.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
Only it's only little lives man, every man little lies.
Speaker 1 (17:50):
So she got to every man little look, hey, exact
naxt be great.
Speaker 6 (17:56):
Then with the little lives, you know, straight up.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
Look, he's just learning about simple stuff.
Speaker 4 (18:02):
So the little lives never turned into big lines or
you sty stacking it.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
No, no, because he's keeping the card with the little
live dude, he's probably tasting her with the little lives.
Speaker 5 (18:13):
You know, man, don't bring me in this. Don't bring
me in this long. Get quiet now, okay, lo lo
le otis all right?
Speaker 1 (18:25):
Now bring me this.
Speaker 4 (18:47):
One O seven five w g C the shots number
one for hippop and r n B with a smack
dab in the middle of eleven, believing man, it's all
about white lies.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
Yeah, man, got enough. Got a letter today.
Speaker 5 (19:00):
It says, basically, a lady wrote in and said she
got a guy that she's dating and she likes him.
But he does little white lies like he tells little
white lies, says he's five minutes away when he hasn't
left the house. He'll claim he watched the movie when
he clearly had, and Hill say he forgot when he
was actually on some social media said sometimes he even
deny things he said the day before and acts like
(19:21):
you don't remember.
Speaker 1 (19:22):
So she just wants to know. It's like, is this
a small problem or a big problem? You know what
I'm saying. It's something she should deal with or or not?
Speaker 4 (19:28):
Eight sixty six eight eight five one on seven five.
Let's go to the phone lines.
Speaker 2 (19:32):
Who this way you check it in?
Speaker 3 (19:33):
From just Kean from two ninety.
Speaker 2 (19:35):
Keanu from two ninety. What should this lady do? I
think she should leave.
Speaker 6 (19:39):
I don't know what load talking about, but I took
you lying for a little so far that's composed of
laying that man enjoys lying. Hey, oh I watched it
annoying You didn't like?
Speaker 2 (19:49):
What are you lying for? It ain't that deep?
Speaker 6 (19:52):
Like that's annoying?
Speaker 2 (19:53):
Yeah, I get like a man.
Speaker 6 (19:55):
You didn't watch it, you didn't want here.
Speaker 4 (19:57):
It's okay, Like, come on, y'all say that, But then
when we don't do stuff that y'all want to be, like, look,
watch the movie so we can talk about the mind.
Then I forget to watch the body Man don't be
wanting to hear y'all mouth.
Speaker 2 (20:09):
So he'd be like, yeah, I watched like that.
Speaker 1 (20:11):
It's okay.
Speaker 6 (20:11):
Like if you ain't watch it, okay, it is what
it is. But so lie about even about stuff. It's
just I can't trust you, like to ask a question.
Speaker 2 (20:21):
Yeah right, what's this medicine in your cabinet? That's old?
You know?
Speaker 6 (20:27):
Okay, the man that got the cloud?
Speaker 2 (20:29):
Oh wow, there it is. Hey for your call, Thank you.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
Here we are all right, exact.
Speaker 4 (20:35):
She gotta let the first one go the whole. I'm
five minutes away. That's part of ivernacular. That's every day speak.
You know, when you're homie, tell you ten minutes away.
He probably just walking out the house.
Speaker 2 (20:44):
He just you know, so we know that.
Speaker 1 (20:47):
And like that corner when I'm around the corner, I
just walked out.
Speaker 4 (20:49):
Right. If he got a string of white lives, that's
a problem. But come on, man, white lives is a
part of the fabric of a relationship. Leon, Did you
go to the store and grab some milk and I'm
sitting out knowing the milk man? You know what, Yeah,
I got it, but I just got to hurry up
and go get the milk, folks, she get home, because
I don't want to hear your mouth. I know you're
gonna fuss. I thought I asked you go get some milk.
(21:10):
So I just lied, say I got the milk, and
I go get it before you get home.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
I just the one that just the red flag for me,
was just denying the things he said the day before.
Speaker 2 (21:19):
That's like he didn't know.
Speaker 5 (21:20):
He's like, you know, something may something main't right now
the time, little white eyes just.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
Kind of buy you some time.
Speaker 5 (21:27):
Understand that. But stuff like that or I forgot to
text you back. He ain't forget who flush the toilet

Speaker 2 (21:34):
I blame it on one of the kids because it
was me.
Speaker 5 (21:36):
He gonna be lying out of everything eventually, you know
what I'm saying, eventually, So just be ready for it.
I would say, just monetory. Put it under like a
ninety day monitory. You know what I'm saying, And see what.
Speaker 4 (21:49):
But I do want to understand white lives interwoven in
the fabrica for relationship.
Speaker 2 (21:54):
Y'all.
Speaker 4 (21:54):
Y'all both gonna have y'all little white lives. I'm telling

I and ain't.
Speaker 2 (22:10):

Speaker 4 (22:11):
Let's go, it's no more hip hop and r B
coming up, man, Leon's goofy ass person of the day.
Speaker 2 (22:19):
Man, We're gonna get to it. Uh government, you'all tripping

Speaker 6 (22:32):
So it's.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
It's that time of the day that everybody loves.
Speaker 4 (22:39):
One person gonna be absolutely pissed, and well a group
of people gonna be absolutely pissed, is Leon's goofy as
person on the day. Listen, man, I'm tired of you
politicians getting in there and being petty with each other
and then at the end of the day, we're the
only ones that suffer for it.
Speaker 2 (22:51):
I hear it is.
Speaker 4 (22:52):
They trying to pass the stop gap law to keep
money flowing so the country can keep running, right, but
you know they don't care about that. Somebody mad at
somebody in the Senate and in the House. Well you
know we ain't gonna pass it. How about that.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
But look y'all rich, y'all getting money.
Speaker 4 (23:09):
Meanwhile people out here, government jobs get shut down. People
start missing payments on stuff because we don't know. Even
if you shut down for two weeks, somebody missing the
check and some of these people need they check. Social
Security slow down. We got the elderly people that need
government funded programs to be working and stay consistent. Kids,
(23:31):
government fund that's spending healthcare whatever. This shuts down. If
the government shuts down, I'm tired of y'all just arguing
and it's words. It ain't even like Look, it's little
simple stuff that you're arguing about. It's not even no
big deficit about money. It's just a pisson contest, right,
But we the people suffer. But we the people also
the ones that put you in office. Do better, man,
(23:54):
do better? Okay, stand up for the people, man, Get
this stuff squared away and let the government keep running
smoothly or as unsmoothly as you think it is.
Speaker 2 (24:03):
But other than that, if.
Speaker 4 (24:03):
Y'all can't do that, man, y'all sitd y'all old goof

Speaker 1 (24:53):
Now let's pop it off with this.
Speaker 5 (24:55):
I don't know, but looks like Young Miami teased her
solo album ym one, a Young Miami solo album, no JT,
are you here for it? She said, how many tracks
y'all think on it? Moved for ym one? How many
tracks you ready for Young Miami by herself? Let's see
how that go. Sometimes a lot of times in these groups. Man,
(25:18):
y'all are really better as.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
A group, and I really wish y'all would get together.
Speaker 5 (25:22):
But if y'all gonna both make music, I remember they
split because it seemed like Young Miami wasn't really trying
to do music and JT was more focused on music.
But if y'all both gonna do music, I think y'all
should do it. Men and y'all relationship and do it together.
That's just my opinion. Also, speaking of new music, Nicki
Minaj made an announcement that she has a new album
coming out March twenty seven, twenty twenty six. So she
(25:47):
put up a date three twenty seven, twenty.
Speaker 1 (25:49):
Six in an album. Now, that's just my take on this.
Speaker 5 (25:54):
I felt like she felt the heat from Carti talking
about her album and then decided to tell us about
her album six it's ahead of time.
Speaker 4 (26:00):
Couldn't hold it like that much. And I kept saying,
I said, I wonder is what Nikki gonna have to say?
She couldn't hold it. It's just like it was fighting.
She were fighting it. Seven of the market.
Speaker 5 (26:16):
You told us it's gonna be in the second quarter, Yeah,
of twenty twenty six. Right, we got plenty of show
got time on that one.
Speaker 4 (26:22):
But it's that competitive, the competitive petty nature there.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
It is also I think I believe.
Speaker 5 (26:29):
He all right wrapping up, Uh, this track is coming
for Cardi B to j T if they say j
T is in the studio cooking one up right now.
So these stories and more, you know what you can

you feel most loved and appreciate? Okay, Zach proposed that
question to you. What makes you feel most loved and appreciate?
Speaker 2 (27:50):
I cood.

Because I was like, we're finna go something that'll be nice,
oh for me?
Speaker 6 (28:11):
Man?
Speaker 4 (28:13):
Uh, if I do something for you, I'm doing something, man,
just acknowledge that I'm doing it.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
Like acknowledgement.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
Just acknowledgement.
Speaker 4 (28:23):
Man, Say like if I grill right, and if the
kids just come and eat now say nothing, like I'll
be mad.
Speaker 2 (28:30):
But if they be like yo, dang fire, and I'd
be like, yeah, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (28:36):
You want them to like celebrate it's good or just
like no.
Speaker 2 (28:39):
Just to celebrate the fact that I was standing out there.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
On that grills because they're going to you know, kids
will grabbed their food and they going in their room
and shut the door. And then you're like later you'd
be like, did y'all like the food? I know they
like it because they ate it all, but just like
be like, yeah, you know, yeah, I won't excite the
same excitement that I got for it, you know what
I'm saying, And then uh, that's it for me. Man,
(29:03):
Like that just just show me that you at least
appreciate that I stood out there.
Speaker 2 (29:08):
It could suck it. It just be like, you know,
it wasn't your best, but I appreciate you getting on that.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
I appreciate that to try.
Speaker 5 (29:14):
And I think guys were pretty simple when it comes
to being appreciated a lot of time just being acknowledged.
It just really just saying. That's saying it because sometimes
we do a lot and it doesn't get no acknowledgement.
Speaker 1 (29:26):
You feel away.
Speaker 4 (29:27):
Or sometimes my youngest daughter, you know, Addison, she will
She'll come up just out of nowhere. I'll be sitting
down and she'll just hug me. Yeah, like that feel good,
you know what I'm saying. Like she'd just be like,
hey Dad. Then I'd be like, hey, you know what
I'm saying. Somebody liked me.
Speaker 5 (29:42):
Yeah, No one likes me now at this age because
he's five, so it likes me.
Speaker 1 (29:46):
But I know that's gonna change eventually, but.

that made me feel appreciated.
Speaker 2 (29:54):

Speaker 1 (29:55):
I was getting ready to leave, you know, as nanny

ready to leave and then he sees me, and he
sees it. He tells me that he said, that's my daddy.

programs to foster social, emotional learning and youth. Now, could
you tell us a little bit about what you do,
uh Priya and what you got going on today?
Speaker 1 (36:36):
Yeah, So we.
Speaker 7 (36:37):
Partner with different schools and nonprofits to deliver mindfulness and
social motion, learning based arts programs to support the mental
health of youth. And it's really central around challenging our
kids to discover what their meaning of the simple good
means in their lives, to feel resilience in our community.
So that's moments of joy, small acts of kindness, things
that make us smile that we can find every single day,
(36:57):
and that's what we teach really fosters change and resilience
for all of us. And today we are doing our
big annual fundraiser, a City of vic Dream, which helps
fundrais for those programs to keep them freeing accessible for
our communities and their parents.
Speaker 4 (37:12):
Now, how can people be a part of this program
and how can people donate to the Simple Good? And
if we want to get our kids involved in your program,
how can we get involved?
Speaker 7 (37:21):
Yeah, please connect us to their schools or their after
school programs. We come on site to deliver programming and
these are anywhere from a semester a full year program.
So we're a long term program that sticks around and
wants to really fully develop the whole child, and so
we partner with schools. If any parents are interested in
having their kids involved, you, you guys would just reach
(37:43):
out and let us know and we connect to your
school partner. And then tonight, anybody's welcome to pull up
to Moonlight Studios in West Town where we'll be hosting
a concert style gala to really celebrate the simple good
of Chicago. So artists from all of the city and
through to really give their talents to support us. And

through the art to support are you so, you guys
