up in Miami, then came backto Ohio for college and met my husband.
So I lived in Ohio until twothousand and eight and then spent about
ten years in Texas and have beenin Tennessee ever since. Got two grown

kids, two grand kids, threehorses, two dogs, and I don't
remember how many cats because it changesevery day. In the barn, Describe
what your organization is about. SoBBB have always been about trust. So
it's ensuring that companies are recognized fordoing things right. But it's also about
calling out the bad guys, makingsure you know what scams to avoid,
what companies to avoid. So it'sabout information, it's about education, and

had an issue with an organization,We're here to help you work through that.
It's not about right or wrong,it's about just finding a good amicable
solution for both parties, and whatwould you like listeners to know. One
of the things that will a lotof folks don't understand is that every piece
of information that you see online throughBBB has been verified in fact checked,
and it's updated on a regular cycle. And so oftentimes a lot of the

One of the things I like tosay is before you do business with
a stranger, just check with afriend, and we are a trusted friend.
