Vicki is a Professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a co-founder and the Executive Director of the Center for Executive Women at the Kellogg School. She's also the CEO of Medvec and Associates, which works with big companies like GE, Pfizer, Goldman Sachs, McDonalds, and Microsoft.
