Speaker 2 (00:05):
Thanks for listening to our breakfast Bonus podcast about the
careers you really want to follow if you want to
be better as a person and also professionally as well.
So this is not just your money, it's you as
a whole person.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Okay, holistic approach to jobs you like that?

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Wait for yeah?

Speaker 4 (00:17):
Yeah, never been a focus for.

Speaker 5 (00:19):
Me because you only care about the money.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
So a consulting firm, I have put this together, but
they did ten different studies to come up with this,
So it's taken them years to come up with us.
And these are the jobs you want to do. Start
a number five? Work away at number one?

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Can I shall we guess?

Speaker 5 (00:34):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (00:35):
It was on the list.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
I'm going to say a vet people.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Yeah, vets are on the list. Yeah, yeah, you're right.

Speaker 4 (00:39):
Number three heartbreaking through that job.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
I could never do that job.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Okay, what about a feudal director.

Speaker 4 (00:46):
They're in it for the money you reckon. You don't
know that great money and death ninety for the money
you reckon.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
It has to be a special type of person to
do that job.

Speaker 5 (00:56):
I think like what with long black hare.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
No Adams, I'm talking about the type of person to
be that caring around people losing their loved one.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
What about counseling?

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Do you know what I'm gonna put that in you?
They say, it's like I'm home and personal care.

Speaker 4 (01:17):
So like with personal that says more a care than
a counselor.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
I suppose you're is definitely in it for the love time. Yeah, absolutely, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
One of the ones on the list is a pathologist,
so the person who like a doctor who diagnoses diseases.
So like, so you learn so much, you're doing lab tests,
you're testing the organicians and things because you but then
you also have to break that news. But you can.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
You can see why though, because I think if you're
in that realm of science, you could there's easier ways
to make money than dealing with pathology, you know what
I mean?

Speaker 2 (01:47):
Yeah, true, But also they say that's highly thought after.
Demand is rapidly growing for pathologists. You think about the
last few years, like we're studying diseases more, We're coming
up with vaccines a lot more.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
So far I think is ticking the boxes.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
I agree. And a tool the list the software engineer.
As technology continues to gain importance, demand for engineers who
can design and innovate software behind it continues to grow.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Is that filling your soul?

Speaker 2 (02:09):
For some people that would do so? How clever I am?

Speaker 3 (02:12):
The software you're downloading, isn't it. It's a born hub
I suppose.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Yeah, But people got to develop that as well. Okay,
this is going to help you plus I suppose.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
Else, How is it holistically? How is a software engineer
holistically improving your soul as your job?

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Because again, you get, like I imagine, you get some
sort of sense of satisfaction you made this whole thing
that's an entire program sits on your.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
But are you saying that it's this is more about
jobs that make make your decision to do that job?
Is about pleasing making the world a better place?

Speaker 3 (02:48):
I think what's more about it's inspiring you and you
learn every day.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Achieving professional and personal gas. It makes you a better person.
The number one on the list, and they need more
and more of them. Builders. No, nurses, Oh yeah, I
believe you. Yeah, nurses, are you thinking about it?

Speaker 5 (03:03):
I bet you that we've got a whole lot of
nurses listening to this who are feeling quite downtrodden and
whilst I'm sure the jobs are rewarding. I'm sure they're not.
Like they're not well paid.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
It's annoying. They should be they should.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Pay, I agree. Yeah, massive demand for those registered nurses
with extra education of the nexteen years. There's a shortage
of nurses coming around anyway. People are leaving the industry
in droves.

Speaker 5 (03:24):
I'm glad that they that it's being found that they
feel good about their job though.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Yeah, that's it personal growth.

Speaker 5 (03:30):
Even we're not valuing them in this country, it's nice
that they're actually at least having some personal satisfaction.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Totally. Yeah, exactly. We appreciate you. Thank you very much
for what you do.
