Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Coast Breakfast Bonus Podcast with Tony Jason Sam Hi.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Thanks for listening to our Breakfast Bonus podcast. Today, we're
talking about what makes you feel young because they've done
a pole about this with a few thousand adults around
the world and it's an outdoor activity that has top
the list apparently.
Speaker 3 (00:15):
Shall we start by talking about what makes us feel young?
That's a good idea, Okay, I'll tell you what does coaching?
Because I spend so much time with kids, not just
my kids, but other kids, and so I feel like
because I'm hanging with eleven year olds sometimes three times
a week, I get the sayings, I get what's cool,
I get what's what they're eating. You know what I mean?
(00:35):
So kind of Young's you down?
Speaker 4 (00:37):
Yeah? I like that. Do you know what makes me young?
And that's routine? And that's because I'm so dusty and old.
So what I need in order to feel relatively vibrant
is a good night's sleep, exercise, and to eat well.
So if I stick to my routine, that's when I'm
most boringly at my best.
Speaker 3 (00:52):
Doesn't that doesn't the routine make you, by definition, an
old person? There's set in their way.
Speaker 4 (00:57):
You need to be a set old person to be
feeling vibra nice.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
You think about it. Toddlers and babies and things. They
need routine.
Speaker 4 (01:03):
So what are you saying?
Speaker 3 (01:05):
So very young? So do people in the race home?
Speaker 2 (01:08):
Jason makes me feel younger. Riding a bike and I
don't own a bike, but every now and again, you
know you're you might hire an e bike or something
like that, or you borrow someone's bike. Riding a bike
makes me feel young.
Speaker 3 (01:19):
Get a bike, bike with your boys. It's one of
my favorite activities with Lockie.
Speaker 2 (01:24):
I often run next to the bikes. I've got the
dog with me. I run next to the bikes.
Speaker 3 (01:27):
You're really fast too as a runner, so they.
Speaker 2 (01:29):
Bo off to keep up the way.
Speaker 4 (01:31):
I know, just the bike for Ja so I can
see it already, basket on the front, and one of
those like the pestil green, the tessls off the handle
bar yeah yeah, white handlebars, white rimed tires, Oh my god,
A bigger leather, a big brown leather seat. Huge. You
know what actually makes me young though, When I used
to have an off roader and I used to go
racing through sand dunes, bumping into people.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
That you race with all the old people really do.
Speaker 4 (01:56):
All was actually a retirement community of over sixty five.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
Year old What about is there an item of clothing
that you wear that at least gives you the young vibe?
Speaker 4 (02:07):
Have you seen my new sunglasses?
Speaker 3 (02:09):
Have you seen my new Balance shoes? Ah?
Speaker 4 (02:11):
Yep, yeah, new balance is certain right now? I am
one around you guys yet. And I'm too scared too,
because I bought them on all the cool Italian mean
we're wearing them. I was like, I am going to
do it, and I got them and they're like sea
through plastic you know what I mean?
Speaker 3 (02:25):
Oh yeah, no, no, the sea through sort of colored
tinty ones.
Speaker 4 (02:28):
Yeah, yeah, the rooms to plastic sea through rooms. And
they look really good when you've got a tan. As
soon as they've come back to New Zealand, they're like
all pasty. And then you put them on, you're like, no,
don't work.
Speaker 3 (02:39):
And do you know what? What's so funny about that
you're over Like in the super yachts in Italy, it
kind of work seeing you get here and they look
like two dollars shot the spectrum. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (02:48):
I think the top the list though, and I have
not done this for a long long time, and I
need to do it. I think we all need to
do it. Fishing, fishing top the list. I'd love to
go fishing. Not make me feel I don't make me feel.
Speaker 3 (02:59):
You make me feel young, I don't know.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
Feel cautious, the smell and just sitting on a boat.
Friends want to drink six hundreds, heinkens. You just get
motion sickness. You come home, you get sunburds. She fingers
have not been out of bata hook or full of
a fish. Some way, you have a good time.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
I think I'll ride the bike too.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
