Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Coast Breakfast Bonus Podcast with Tony Jason Sam.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Hi, thanks for listening to our Breakfast Bonus podcast. Today,
we're looking at the signs that you might be a
borderline alcoholic and there's an international study has done this
and apparently there are six signs that you might be
borderline alcoholic.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
Why are you I balling me so hard?

Speaker 2 (00:17):
I should be looking in the mirror as well. Hello,
where over that? And again this is no judgment at all.
Just see if you're taking into these boxes. Let's play
I guess a bit of bingo, shall we? Do you
drink alcohol every day? No? Neither? Some people there for
a while, but not now. You really says if you
drink alcohol every day without thinking about it, borderline alcoholic,
I'd say you passed borderline.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
What if you have like this is interesting because let's
say you have seven glasses of wine, just one on
every day, as opposed to the person who has five
on Friday, five on Saturday, and suddenly you've already blown
that limit.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Yeah, that's a really good point too. Yes, you'll be.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
It's the alcohol free days that count, isn't It don't
have to happen.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Yeah, I guess some people that say cutch the cooking dinner,
they think, grab a glass wine. Okay, do you binge
drink regularly? Non? Neither back in the day, but no,
only socialized when drinkers involved. So if you know there's
gonna a few drinks going, yeah, pop along, a few
drinks going.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
I could full foul for this a little bit. It's
not that I only go, but usually the occasions I
go to whoys have alcohol there.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Yeah, I think subconsciously, I think, I don't know why,
and I think to myself it might be a bit
more fun. I don't know why I think that.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Yeah, just a little fizzy.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Yeah, it really is. Do you drink regularly during the day?
Oh no, no, no, no.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
I do drink during the day sometimes if it's a lunch.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
I used to work with a guy there were like
two radio station studios right next to each other, and
he was doing the breakfast show as well, and he
would go home and did start drinking for for whatever
reason after breakfast. Yet see behow about Maintaine, He's sitting
in the lounge and watch some TV orld have drinking. Drinking
some wine would be a bad habit. It was a
bad habit and so he and his wife was going, hey,
are you drinking? He's not. No, no, no. So she

(01:56):
came home on cought them one day and she was
really furious. Yeah, so I tried to hide it.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
Benow if my husband, if I came home and he
was sitting drinking on the couch in the middle of
the day, there'd be some questions if I came.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Home and my wife's of the lounge slashed. We know
you find it annoying when others are not drinking.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
No, But I know people who find it annoying when
others aren't.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
I've had people say to me, oh, are you so boring?

Speaker 3 (02:21):
Next time they say that, I'm going to say your
bottleline alcoholic.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
That's exactly it.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Yeah, I don't find an annoying when others are drink.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
You do.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Sometimes I'm pretty s proud, like, actually I should be
like you, Yeah, you drink more than the guidelines every month.
I think the guidelines is something like isn't three alcoholic
beefridges a week or something in the codline.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
I think I would drink more than that sometimes, not
every month.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
Not every month, and not every week either, right, No, no, no, no, no,
we're finding Sweet, Sweet, How did you tack.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
