Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Coast Breakfast Bonus Podcast with Tony Jason Sam.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Hi, thanks for having to listen to our Breakfast Bonus podcast. Today.
We're talking about last meals because so Elton John's been
in the news talking about his He's nowhere near dying
as far as we know, but he's saying he is
now semi diabetic, so he's given up all sugar. So
what he would do on the last meal, he'd go
all out and just have a sugar fest. Okay, do
you know what's on the menu.

Speaker 3 (00:23):
I'd like to know.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
His last meal. Elton John's last meal would consist of
ice cream, donuts, apple pie, and rhubarb crumble.

Speaker 4 (00:30):
Oh, you'd be feeling terrible though after that.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
I don't think he'd care because you're about to die.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
So is it we kind of like are we on
death row?

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Can we break it up? Because I can't decide between
sweet and savory? So let's just sayes.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
Going sweet, that's what he wants. Anything it was your
last meal, go courses. Do you what would I do?

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Okay, So I'm definitely starting off with some seafood. I'm
a massive seafood fan, so I'd have some scallops, seed scallops,
some prawns, and that would be my entree. And then
for the main meal, I'd probably go the most delicious.
I fill at steak, some young hot chips, not potato
hot chips.

Speaker 4 (01:12):
I want to go to my death. I haven't got
to my dessert. I'm about to jump in now.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
You go, tell me you're still hungry. I'd go ice cream.
I'm such an ice cream fan. I'd go one like
with lots of chunks of cookie dough or something like that,
and maybe some freeh strawberries and some alcoholic beverage.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
Oh nice, what would you wash it all down my street?
You want glass?

Speaker 3 (01:35):
And what pinot?

Speaker 4 (01:36):
What about? What about a lovely peanutla?

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Oh yeah, I could do that, maybe Peanu within the
pinot curdled.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Yeah, what are you going for? Well?

Speaker 4 (01:47):
I want to go to my grave and great shape,
So I'm going one hundred grams of chicken of rice
and some broccoli with the extra to.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Stand up at your funeral and saying great shape to
the in.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Look.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
Yeah, open cast no shirt on a serious. If I'm
on to throw and I've committed some terrible crime, I'm
going to make it really hard for them. I'm going
to go with a tip and yaky meal. So like
I want, I want. I want a Japanese chef to
come in and be doing the chu chu train with
the onions, and i want covered in young Young.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Sauce and just specify with the sources from it to
fly and make it real hard.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
Because this is a little hack. When you go to dikoca.
Quite often I order the prawns with the side of prawns,
you know what I mean? Yeah, I reckon. That's the
way I'm going out, is that it?

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (02:42):
And then I want, I want, so I'm still going
I want all the tricks. I want them to be
doing the salt and pepper catching in their hat. That's
all going to be a part of it. And I'm
going to be washing it down with a copious amount
of Japanese lager.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
Would you would you? Would you throw in some just
like eminem so you've got your favorite lolly or treat
as well.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
I'm already a treat kind of guy.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
I love.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
I've put some treats down for me.

Speaker 4 (03:06):
Yeah, here's the expert, this guy.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Okay, real basic, the most softest beautiful garlic bread. I
want the crusty, the crispy, the garlic bread mustada so.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
Humble, really, because when you go to a restaurant, you're
like I me either filling up on the galap bread
and ruining my meal.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Usually you deny it last meal, last garlic drizzled and
gallant that soaked in garlics, not the crunchy.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
One but the really so it's not open casket for you.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
I'll kill all the vampires when I get there. And
then I think, I'm thinking steak as well, think a
beautifully slow cooked aged Scotch philip.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
With some sort of rub on it.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
Yeah, probably some sort of ruby, absolutely so slow cool,
throw a rub. I'm going to have a rub as well.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
I have a rub, and then I'm really be like
a honey glazed cumuda and that sort of stuff on there,
and some like carrots and something smash but not a
pretty basic But then but then dessert I have to
have like chocolate moose, oh yeah, chocolate moose birth. And
then I chase, I'm a follower, Bailey's a glass of

(04:17):
Bailies or some Scotch Salmon's I eat.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
I eat your meal, would find yours?

Speaker 4 (04:23):
Oh my god? You see your final meal sounds like
you're going to commn.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Give me the hand of the table here simple.
