Welcome to the '5th Thing' with Amy & Kat!! Today’s quote is from Dr. Seuss: “How did it get so late so soon? It's night before it's afternoon. December is here before it's June. My goodness how the time has flewn. How did it get so late so soon?” Seriously, how is it already the middle of December?? This led to a BONUS QUOTE from unknown: “December: A month of lights, snow, coziness, and feasts; time to make amends and tie up loose ends; finish what you started and make your wishes come true.”

In honor of the NEW ‘4 Things Gratitude’ journals (yes, plural*) that are NOW available as of TODAY, Amy and Kat both share 4 things they are currently thankful for (subsequently, Kat finally learns about @BrunchWithBabs - Amy’s latest IG obsession!)

*There are 2 new and oh so cute color options for the gratitude journal. 100% of the proceeds will go to education through Project Medishare!

There’s a special quote from Robin Roberts on the first page that she gave us specifically for our gratitude journal: “I firmly believe you have to change the way you think in order to change the way you feel. The moment you focus on the simple things you’re grateful for, just watch how that positive energy makes you feel!”

Stovetop Potpourri That Will Make Your House Smell Like Christmas:
-Fresh rosemary (or pine needles)
-Fresh cranberries
-Orange slices
-Cinnamon sticks
-Whole Cloves

Put it all in a small pot with water and simmer over low heat! Enjoy!!

Speaker 1 (00:04):
Happy Tuesday. Welcome to the Fifth Thing. I'm Amy and
I'm Cat and our quote today is from Dr Seuss.
It's a Doctor SEUs poem. Okay, how did it get
so late? So soon? It's night before, it's afternoon? December
is here before it's June? My goodness, how the time
has flun? Which really, I mean, it's mid December. It's crazy.

(00:26):
I don't even know how we got here. Yeah, it's
like that is like over, don't blink and just like
that your babies? Who's that? Can you justus me? Yeah? Yeah, Wait,
have a question. What do you say poem again? Poem? Poem?
What do you say poem? I say poem, but you

(00:52):
say poem? Start in it's a poem, poem, point, poem, poem, poem?
Is there? Which way is right? I think they're both right,
but I just thought it was cute when you said
I have a poem like almond and almond. They're both right.
I think we've talked about this before. I also have

(01:14):
another quote about the month of December, and this one
I found. I found um or someone who had posted it.
Somehow it came before my eyes. But it says unknown
and I took a screenshot of it. And it's December,
a month of lights, snow, coziness and feasts. Time to
make amends and tie up loose ends, finish what you started,

(01:35):
and make your wishes come true. Unknown. I don't know
the end of the year tying up loose ends, or
saying I'll circle back to you at the new year,
or like I won't circle back to you because I
don't care. Oh, okay, or that let things go, let things,
let let them stay. Yeah, live and let go? Is
that a saying no? But it could be. Are you

(01:57):
sure it's not live and let go? Hold on? Even
live and let go? I just googled it. Well, there's
some songs that are called live and let go. It's
definitely a thing living. I was gonna quote you live
and let Die. I don't know, so cat Next, I
want us to do four things gratitude, but today is

(02:17):
pretty special because I want to do it in honor
of our four Things Gratitude. Journals finally being available, and
I say journals plural because for the first time ever,
we have to color options for the cover. They're very
different but also kind of the same at the same time.
At least they say the same four things on the front,
love hard, have grace, laugh, often, give thanks, and then

(02:42):
they're both color blocked. But the first one is a
coral orangey color with this plumb red color below it
and then pink letters. And then the other one is
this navy bluish color with pretty teal with these light
purple letters. Both are so you. Honestly, if I had
to choose, I don't know which one I would choose.

(03:02):
I would kind of have to just any MENI money,
mo it or something. But when you open it up,
everything on the inside is the same. It's only the
covers that are different. So I'm very curious to see
which one you're going to choose. Again, I would probably
just have to buy both, So I'm glad I have both.
But these are super special because of the proceeds are
going to education in Haiti through Project Meta Share. And

(03:26):
on the inside we have a quote from Robin Roberts,
who's one of my favorites in media in general. I've
always looked up to her. You'll know, when I had
her on the podcast, I was completely geeking out, and
she uses our four Things Gratitude journal daily. When you
see her post on Instagram. You can see our other
journal from last year on her counter, and we're always like, oh,

(03:48):
there it is, she's actually using it. So she sent
us a quote, and it's this, I firmly believe that
you have to change the way you think in order
to change the way you feel. The moment you focus
on some ful things you're grateful for, just watch how
that positive energy will make you feel. Robin Roberts, co
anchor Good Morning America and friend of Four Things Gratitude.

(04:10):
So it's just very cool and something we did, speaking
of quotes, different than our other journals, as we put
quotes at the bottom of every single page. We had
put quotes kind of scattered throughout, like every ten pages
or so, but this one they're on every single page.
We still have stickers in the back, prompts in the back.
We have two recipes. They're new. We always put recipes

(04:33):
in the back, and this one is an easy dinner
recipe and then a fun cocktail recipe. So I hope
you all love them. You've got this week to order
them in time for Christmas. I talked to Mary and
she said that the deadline for Christmas shopping. If you
want to shop anything at the Shop Forward or anything
shop a squat four Things again, all of that is

(04:53):
under the same shot Forward umbrella. This Friday, December six,
at two pm Central standards time is the cut off.
And she made that decision based on talking to the
delivery people and the postal service and all the different
things trying to make sure that everybody gets their stuff
in time. So go check out the journals. I mean,

(05:13):
even while you're listening right now, go to four Things
dot com Boom, It'll be there and or they both
will be there and they're just so so cute. So
cat in honor of these, I want us to both
do four things gratitude right now, and I'll start that
way you can think of your four things. Sorry, I
just went off on a little tangent about the journals,

(05:34):
but I'm just so pumped to finally have them up
for you to enjoy. We definitely thought we were going
to have them up sooner than now, but you know, hey,
things happen. My first thing is I am grateful for
my sister's Root House coffee. I've been thankful for this
many many times before, but it's just so good. I
opened up a fresh bag of it and I was like,

(05:56):
there's nothing like amazing coffee beans and grinding them up
and having just a really tasty latte, which even though
it's freezing cold, I'm still drinking ice flattees. I haven't
switched a hot yet, like I'm making the hot espresso
but that I'm pouring it over ice and adding almondonk
and had one hot no, no, not that I mean, okay,
maybe one, but I would say the majority of my

(06:17):
daily drink hot warm drink in my hand. I know,
I don't know what's wrong with me. I haven't shifted yet.
It's really weird. And then I guess my second thing
would be my sister in general, Like we've just had
some really good conversations lately and I get to see
her in nine days, so I'm excited about that. And

(06:38):
then my third thing would be cryotherapy. That's something that
I've done a lot this year. Speaking of being freezing cold,
maybe that's why I like the ice drinks. I just
like cold doesn't really bother me as much anymore because
I get into a negative multiple times a week. But
it's just been really really good for my back and
my mental health and all kinds of things. I go

(07:01):
into that feeling one way some days and I emerge
a new person. And Stashira tried it with me for
the first time a couple of weeks ago, and she
actually left it, and I thought she was going to
hate it because she was not like being cold, but
she came out of there and just had the most
precious giggle and smile on her face that I it's
like imprinted in my brain. I won't ever forget it.

(07:24):
So I was just very thankful for that moment with
her and that I kind of have a cryobuddy now,
like she'll go with me. Which have you ever done it? No?
I keep saying I want to go, but I would
never go to that by myself. Okay, I'll drag you,
no problem. Really terrifying. And then I've talked about brunch
with Babs but on four Things episode before, so I
don't know if I've talked about Babs with you. Do

(07:45):
you know Babs? Okay, she's on Instagram and she's the
grandma you didn't know you need you needed I learned.
I think I heard you talking about her because now
I this is ringing about. Yeah, Jennifer Aniston had posted
about her and then I was like, well, who's this person.
I go to her page and she has one point
a million followers or something like that, and I was like, oh, okay,
Babs is popular. I am late to this party. So

(08:07):
I started following her and she has all of these
hacks and awesome things. So a while ago I had
seen her talk about cleaning out that filter. I have
a frontloader washing machine. At the very bottom of it,
there's this little door thingy like I don't know what
to call it, like, but you have to open it
up and pull out this filter. And I had not
ever really cleaned that out. I had cleaned out other

(08:29):
things in my washing machine, and I've gotten those tabs
that you put in there to do a cycle that
helped clean it out. Should I be doing that? I think? So? Yeah,
it helps with like I don't know if frontloaders, yes,
like it's why are frontloaders so discussing it makes me
want to get a top loader again. But I've had
the frontloader for but I just got a front loader. Well,
you're gonna have to take care of it, get the tabs,

(08:51):
and then also do like Babs says and clean the
filter out because I had not ever done this before.
But some of my towels were starting to smell and
I didn't know why because they're clean, like they would
I would wash them, dry them, put them in the drawer,
and then I would get out of the shower and
like put the tale up to my face and I
was like, oh, what is happening. I do not like

(09:12):
the smell. No, I do not know. I do not
like this. I know, so I did that. So I
went back to Babbs's Instagram and saw, okay, I need
to go down to the front load or open this
thing up, pull it out, clean it and I used
vinegar and it was disgusting. The smell was so bad.

(09:37):
And then you're also supposed to clean out the filter
on your dishwasher too. Heads up, I didn't know there
was a filter. There is, it's at the bottom. You
open it up, pull the bottom drawer out of the
dishwasher and then look in there and there's gonna be
a little circle thing. I found a toothpick in mine
and some other gooey stuff that I don't know. Maybe
one of my kids left something on a spoon or whatever.

(09:59):
The ended up in the in the filter. Thinging so
clean that out as well. So I'm thankful for at
brunch with Babs. Got it? Okay, what about you one,
I'm gonna say my nieces and my nephew because I
don't know if you get this way. I hope you do,
but I get now. I feel like this is an

(10:21):
old person thing. I like really missed them, Like I
like can't wait to go spend time with them. And
I'm like texting my sister and like send me a
picture of Lachlan and they're just so cute and sweet
and they just like love you because you're there. Do
you think you're getting child fever? Baby fever? Yes, that's
what I meant. Yeah, they're not babies. I've been thinking about, like,

(10:41):
how do you know when you want to have a kid.
I don't think I won't have a kid right now,
but I want to have children around me a lot.
But I don't want to keep them, okay, you know, Okay,
Like I want to hold them and play and then
like I want to be able to like go do
whatever I want to do and if I clean something,
I want to stay that way, you know. But I'm

(11:03):
just grateful for them because they just kids. Just when
they love you They just like make you feel so
good because they don't care about anything except the fact
that you're there, you know. Okay, So I'm thankful for them,
and I'm thankful for Christmas decorations because I think that
I'm gonna keep my nuptill about February. I don't know
if it's just the essence of the season, but there's

(11:25):
something about Christmas decorations that feel to me much better
than any other kind of seasonal decor like fall decorations.
I don't get like warm and fuzzy over those, you know, Yeah,
but Christmas ones are totally different. I'm with you on
arkles and then this and then that and shopping for
Christmas decorations. So have you made your house smell like
Christmas yet? No? I haven't. But I have a candle
I'm waiting to burn. I like to get those. Um

(11:47):
I don't know what the brand is, but it's like
the fur it's like smells like a Christmas tree. Because
have a fake tree, so I like to get a
Christmas tree candle so then I kind of can fake
people out, like is that tree real because it smells
like a Christmas tree? Like, well, no, but the candles
really is. Well. I was gonna tell you about the
stove top potpourri. My mom made this when I was

(12:08):
a kid, and so now my sister and I make
it as adults. And it's really easy to do. So
you just simmer on your stovetop. You get like a
little pot, put a little bit of water in there
and put pine needles, cranberries, whole clothes, whole cinnamon sticks,
and orange slices and bring that to a simmer on

(12:28):
your stove and it'll smell up your whole house. Okay,
I'll be doing that. You're gonna have to write that
down for me later. So I'm thankful for Christmas occasions.
I'm also thankful for like Christmas. This is in the
same room Christmas activities. Is this your fourth thing? No,
this is the same. This is my second third, this
is my second one. Three activities and Christmas decorations are

(12:50):
the same. Oh, like coming in, walking through like Christmas
lights or they do like the dancing lights. I have
never done that, so I'm gonna do that this year.
I'm just I just love all Christmas things. And number
three is I recently did an episode of Couch Talks
on you need therapy where I just gave ideas of
meaningful presents and gifts, not just for Christmas. You could

(13:13):
use that for anything. And it reminded me of one
of my favorite gifts that I used to give people
all the time that I need to restock. I would
just keep a bunch of them in my house. And
they're called affirmators. Have you heard of them? Okay, So
they're these cute like the deck of cards. Um, I
have them in my office and my house. It's deca
cards and there's these cute affirmations and they're just like

(13:34):
kind of silly and kind of funny, but also at
the same time it kind of feels like I've never
gotten my or a red or whatever psychic stuff, but
it feels like you're picking a card and like that's
what you're going to have for the day. It's just
a fun way to feel good. It's called affirm a card,
a firm a tour affirm a tore from a tour
affirm rate gift. Anyway, I forgot about them, so I'm

(13:55):
grateful that I did that gift giving episode because then
I remember them and to I used to make my
friends pick them if they're having a bad day, I'd
pick a card, any card, any card, and it was
always a good card. Well, so where do you get them? Amazon?
Oh that's easy, I'm sure, like gift shops and places
have them. But Amazon affirm a tour, affirm a tour,
which I mean, we're down to the deadline for Christmas shopping,

(14:18):
like I have Amazon it, Amazon it. Yeah, Amazon works,
but from a lot of other places, Like I would say,
shop today, tomorrow or the next day maybe because today's
what when people are listening to this, you probably have
a couple of days for shipping, Like you have to
think about things getting to you in time, and it's
so hectic out there, you know with stuff. Did you

(14:39):
for work at the at like retail? No, so I did't,
and most people not most people. I would say about
fift of people that go Christmas shopping wait till like
the twenty second. Well they must not be ordering things though.
Oh yeah, they're going to like them all right, But
you who shopped at them anymore, you're right. I do
like the idea of the affirmator or cards too, like

(15:01):
you put together a little gift package for somebody, or
I like that you said you stock them up, like
you could even order certain things like I know that
people have ordered multiple star necklaces from ESPOA and kept
those in a drawer so they have them on handy
of like oh oh this person, and it's still a
meaningful gift, Like it doesn't mean that you didn't think
of someone, but sometimes people pop into your head or

(15:23):
you end up seeing someone that you didn't know and
you want to have a gift for them. When I
think of when I stock up for gifts like that,
I think more of not for random birthdays, but that
pop up and stuff like that. But sometimes unexpected things
happen and you want to give something to somebody cheer
them up and having something like if some if somebody
passes away or they go they have an accident, or

(15:44):
they lose their drop or something like that. Anything, it's
just nice to have something that you can just go
to you know it's meaningful, and then boom, you don't
have to worry about it because a lot of times
when that stuff happens, if I don't have something on hand,
I forget to even get something. I love it. Okay,

(16:09):
so you have a fourth thing you're thankful for, yes,
and it goes off of your brunch with Babs. It
made me think of when I washed my towels. Do
you have separate detergent for like clothes and then sheets
and towels and stuff like that. I use the same detergent,
but I don't use like fabric softener with my towels.
You don't know, because I don't know. It's I just

(16:30):
feel think that's what you use it. I know that
would make my towels softer maybe, but then I don't
know when I put it on my face, I don't
know what other chemical things are on there. And my
thought about that is so sensitive my skin is that
I don't want to risk like putting a towel in
my face that has I actually never thought about that.

(16:50):
So I might take this back after I look at
the ingredients of what I'm about to say. But I'm
thankful for the volcano candles you can get like anthropology
and stuff like that. They have, well they have fragrance
for your home, but they have detergent Laudree church it,
and I use that for my towels and my sheets.
So then when I laid down, it smells like a

(17:11):
volcano candle. Well you should be fine, as long as
you're not breaking out. There was this tide special tied one.
I think it was tied Sport, but to me, it
smelled so good, like it made everything smell awesome. I
used to do a lot of beak room yoga and
I would sweat a lot, and tied sport was what
everybody would talk about at my beech room studio. You
gotta do tied sport. So I got some, and of

(17:32):
course I loved it. I was like, oh, everything smells amazing.
So I started doing my sheets and my towels and
all the things, and I broke out into a rash
on the whole, like left side of my face. I
guess I was sleeping a lot on my left side,
and they were these little teeny tiny bumps all over
me and I couldn't figure it out. And then finally
a light bulb went off of like, oh, what's the
one thing that I've changed? And then I'm doing differently,

(17:53):
And so as soon as I got rid of the
tide Sport, my rash was gone and it never came back.
But that's because I have since of skin. But if
you've already been doing it and nothing has happened to
your skin, then you should be fine. I changed it up.
Keep being grateful for Yeah, And I had no idea
Volcano made that either. My friend Sundy, who owns the
mocking Bird Shop, which is another small business that if

(18:13):
you're wanting to shop and support a local woman run business,
The mocking Bird on broad dot com. It's her website,
and she has the Volcano candles. They're the best candle
in the whole world. They're really good. Okay, Yeah, I
got an email. This is from Megan, and it was
a longer email, but I kind of took out the
part where she had questions, and she asked if we'd

(18:35):
ever grown to resent someone in our life, and she's
wondering how we've coped with it, learned from it, and
how we've moved on from it. She also said that
she knows we're an advocate of therapy, which obviously Cats
a therapist, and she plans on looking into that as
an option. And she also said too that she wants
to journal as a means of release. But she just

(18:57):
was asking us about that, and so I, well, Megan,
your luck because Cats that there just so I'm I mean,
everybody's dealt with resentment yeah, okay. So resentment comes from
so many different places, like relationships. It can come from
how somebody treats you, it can come from life not
being fair, can come from so many spaces. But I

(19:19):
think a lot of times when we have this like
growing resentment, and I get in this space where I'm like,
if they would just do this, then I would be fine.
But they're not going to do that because most of
time people do it works for them. The wait for me.
This is what I do as a human being, and
what I would encourage clients do is to stop expecting
me from you. So a lot of times people be here,

(19:42):
does not make sense. Why don't they just do this?
If they would just do this and this, this, this,
this and this would line up again, They're probably not
going to change unless they have some reason to do
so if it stops working for them. So if I
stop expecting the logic in my head to align with
the logic in your head, and then I can accept
that you are you and I am me, a lot
of times resent it just starts to fall away, which

(20:03):
is what you were saying. I started focusing on myself,
started focusing on what I control, what I can control,
unless about how this person is ruining my life or
doing this in my life because we allow people to
do that to us. That makes sense. Yeah, I was
overthinking a lot of it, probably in my wing. And
that's probably what us common folk do because we're not therapist.

(20:27):
So like you're saying something that makes it so clear
and it makes sense, and it's like okay, but then
applying that and then the different there's different categories. I
think that people and people that are you know, family
and a part of your life. And then it's like
but still you can focus on your lane. It is,
it's about your I'm as I'm sitting here, I'm thinking

(20:47):
two types of resentment that I have seen in my life,
and for the sake of this conversation, I'm gonna make
up scenarios. But let's say I resented my sister because
my mom treated my sister. I felt differently than I
was treated and maybe I had to do things that
my sister didn't have to do that, and so then
I start resenting my sister because she gets things that

(21:11):
I didn't have, Right, That's one type. Another type of
resentment is when somebody just mistreats me. I'd say somebody
is not kind to me, or somebody just I see
somebody mistreating somebody, and then I start to resent them
because maybe I see them succeeding and it's in and
I'm like, that person doesn't deserve that. That's another type

(21:32):
of resentment where when I say, when I stop expecting
me from other people, that I can release some of
that resentment. I feel like that can apply to both
of those things, where I can stop, um, expecting my
mom to understand how I feel different from my sister
because my mom has a different perspective than me as well.
Does that make sense that back and forth? When you

(21:54):
brought that up, it made me think about how, even
though my parents are no longer here in therapy, there's
been some stuff resentment I've had to work through that
I didn't realize I had towards them, and I had
to just work through that they're not even here to
do anything any longer. But it was almost like childhood
me had some resentment that came up that I didn't
even know was there. Um, I sent you something. You

(22:16):
probably haven't seen it yet because I sent it like
right before I came here today. It was a real
from Liz Plank, and it basically was a quote saying,
when you start to blame your mom for something in
your life, remember that your mom was once a daughter
to an imperfect mom as well. And I thought that
was so helpful. And that's to what we're saying, is

(22:38):
I am myself, so I have my experience of my mom,
but I don't have my mom's experience that she had
with her mom. So I'm judging her based on just
this dynamic and not the dynamic that came before me.
And so when I can see that, and I can
then accept that as a truth, resentment starts to fade,
and then compassion starts to Yes. Yes, compassion is a

(23:02):
huge part of it. And I might not ever fully
understand something, but I don't have to fully understand something
to offer compassion. And I can still be angry. That's
why I asked earlier the feelings I can still be
angry about something and not have resentment. Resentment is when
I'm continuing to try to make something fit that doesn't fit,
or make something work that's just not gonna work. Megan,

(23:24):
I hope that that's super helpful. Cat has a good
way of being super clear about things and I feel
like you gave us some good examples and also ways
to help it fall away, help shed it. Shed that resentment, Okay,
one more time, shed that resentment? Why can't I say

(23:44):
the word resentment anyway? You resistant, Toment? I know, Megan.
I hope that that is helpful for you. Okay. I
have another email from Esther and she said, hey, Amy
and Cat, I am a new mom too, and having
an infant and a toddler has been a whirlwind. But
I finally got some time to catch up on your podcast,

(24:05):
including the live show. From hearing you talk on older podcast,
I was inspired to start journaling every day with a
three minute timer, and I usually go past the three
minutes whenever there's an opportunity. While listening to the live show,
I found myself saying, oh, I want to journal that.
During each segment, the four Things and your speakers and
friends from the live show were so enlightening and a

(24:27):
breath of fresh air that I didn't know I needed.
I truly think that y'all play a part in making
me a better wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, and overall
the best version of myself. So I just wanted to
say thanks for opening up about your experiences your friend Esther,
and I was like, oh, that's so nice. And I've
gotten so many notes about your segment in the live

(24:50):
and the notes are still coming in. It just shows
how people don't listen to things right when they come
out and they're still flowing in. But they were very
grateful for you. And my sister and y'all are the
two guests that I sat down with, and once y'all
came out on stage, I was definitely more comfortable because
in the first thing, I was very very nervous. But
shout out Esther for journaling for three minutes a day
even with an infant and a toddler. Hey, yeah, like that.

(25:14):
It's not easy to do, but yes, you can just
set a timer and if it seems daunting to you,
then just you know, do four things gratitude and write
down four things, like you don't even have to put
the pressure on a certain amount of time, but just
write down four things. And they can be one word
or they could be paragraphs. It's really up to you.
But that's just could be a guide and how to

(25:35):
get started. Okay, well that's going to be a rap
on today's episode, but don't forget shop Shop Shop. You
want to say it together, shop shop Shop, don't forget
to shop shop shop And yes I can't recommend shop
us wat enough and don't forget. The cut off is
December sixte at two pm. The journals are included in

(25:58):
that if you want to get them in time for Christmas.
But really there's something for everyone that's on your list.
We have a lot of different items up there that
give back and we love coming alongside our Haiti partners.
Like I said, with the journal, we're super pumped that
we have a percent of the proceeds going to education
through Project Meta Share. And then I guess it was

(26:19):
last Friday on my Instagram, I did a quick, little
fun Christmas surprise for my followers and even put up
a podcast about it where we had a special price
for the pullovers for just twenty four hours, and it
was just such a fun way to give back to
you our supporters and give y'all a special price and
then also be able to come alongside with all proceeds

(26:42):
going to My Life Speaks, who they have a whole
foster orphan care village in Haiti that we appreciate just
so much and we love to support them when we can.
So our spat items they help different organizations, including the
orphanage where my kids lived before they came to live
with me here in America. And so just a heads

(27:05):
up that you're making a difference with those purchases. But
there's a lot of cute stuff and I'll let you
know that we're thinking about doing another flash sale. I
was talking to Mary about it today, and just make
sure you're following at Radio Amy or you check there,
and I'll let you know what it's going to be.
We're still figuring out the price again. The price being

(27:26):
lower is really a gift to you. It does make
the donation go down, but then what we saw happen
was more people ordered because it was at a lower
price point, which then we were able to sell more items,
so then the donation hopefully wasn't affected too much. So
we had all proceeds going to that, but because we
sold way more than we normally would had, then hopefully

(27:48):
My Life Speaks still got a cool donation amount, if
that makes sense. So we're thinking about doing the four
Things puzzle at a special Christmas price, but I will
post about at it on my Instagram. I think it
will be Wednesday night at five pm to Thursday at
five pm that twenty four hour period, so that way
we can make sure to get everything package up and

(28:10):
shipped out to everyone in time, because again we are
down to the wire for Christmas shopping. But yeah, I
am very very excited about these journals. If you can't tell,
I can't quit smiling at them and talking about them.
So they're so so, so so cute, and I hope
that y'all are having the day that you need to have.

(28:30):
Cat Where can people find you on Instagram at cat
dot de fata and at the Therapy podcast and send
us emails to four Things with Amy Brown at gmail
dot com. We love hearing from you. And on Instagram,
I am at Radio Amy and you may have to
scroll back a little bit, but I did post a
little video from cleaning out my I forgot my washing machine?

(28:55):
Do I want to watch my dishwasher? Do I want
to watch it? I mean I show you the book,
So yeah, At you know what I mean by
