How do you want to show up in the world? Do you stop to celebrate big & small moments? Amy's friend, Gracie Moakler, just launched Emergency Confetti (something you can use in case of good news!) so that we can easily show up for ourselves and/or for others in a fun way (with cute little poppers!!) to celebrate all of life’s magical moments.

Gracie is a 7 on the enneagram + has an entrepreneurial spirit (she calls herself a “googlepreneur”) and she offers encouragement to others that may want to start a business by sharing how Emergency Confetti came to fruition and how she & her husband still make time for themselves with busy careers + 2 kids.

Amy and Gracie also chat about:
-Keeping a gift drawer at your house (you need to do this!!)
-The Glow Cube (link below)
-Prioritizing nights with your girlfriends
-4 Things Gratitude

When/How To Use Emergency Confetti:

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Okay, cass up little food for your so life. Oh
it's pretty much. It's pretty beautiful. Thank you. Laugh a
little moth. You're kicking with four Happy Thursday. Four Things

(00:33):
fam Amy here and I've got my friend Gracie Mochler
over which Gracie has been on the podcast before, but
she's back with something super exciting. Hi Grace, Hi, And
I revealed a little bit about what you have been
working on at the Four Things Live towards the end
of last year, the one we didn't which at all,
and everyone there got to do your emergency confetti poppers

(00:58):
because you were so kind to uh to send one
for everyone there, and it was such a fun special moment.
But the exciting part is that Emergency Coffetti is now
out into the world as of like one day, one day,
one day in the world. Yeah. So we knew eventually
because I got some emails after they're like, I don't
know where do I find this emergency Coffetti, And I'd say, well,

(01:19):
she's not ready yet. So it was coming into the
world or it was available to the world as of
January eleven. That will be Emergency Coffetti's birthday. That's right, Okay,
so talk about why celebration bigger, small is so important
to you, because that was what we touched on at
the podcast, was making sure you acknowledge life's moments, even

(01:43):
the smallest ones, and make sure you celebrate yourself. And
there were so many women that came to the live alone,
and one woman in particular, I brought her on stage.
She was flew in from California and she did a
popper like she was celebrating that she left her husband
and kids at home and went to do a weekend

(02:03):
for herself. And that's kind of a big thing she
did for herself. But I know your concept behind emergency
coffetti is big or small, So why is celebrating things
bigg or small important to you? You know? I think
celebration just makes people feel seen and loved and known,
and whether that's yourself, whether that's for someone else. I
just think stopping the celebrate really brings out joy and

(02:25):
it's just a fun way to like really make a
moment special that you'll remember. And then when did this
idea first come to you? Okay, well, it's really special
to be talking to you about it because you have
something to do with why this all started. Remember we
had a girl's night like a couple of years ago,
and we were on my backpatting all your back patio,
having a glass of wine, and I think I was
talking about how like I'd had this dream of like

(02:47):
designing a gift bag that like shot off confetti or
something like I used to think about that, and you
were like, wait, I had this story in my pile.
It was this boy and he's in his mom's car
and he's like, hey, Mom, should I throw this confetti
in my pocket? And she's like no, but why do
you have that? And he's like, it's my emergency comfetti
in case of good news. And in that moment, I
was like, yes, emergency comfetti, Like this needs to exist.

(03:09):
And I think I just had Willie maybe like so
I had like a baby. I'm like, I'm not going
to be the one to do this, but I feel
like somebody should do this product. And you have the
biggest entrepreneurial spirit. Well ever, like you're I'm always thinking
about this. I just it's I don't know, so you
maybe didn't think you were going to do it, but
I was like, oh, yeah, Grace, he's gonna do this.

(03:30):
She's like, give it some time, because I had, like,
I really think i'd like a three month old babies.
But I love the idea when you read that, when
you said it, it just clicked. I was like, oh
my gosh, emergency comfetti. Like I love the idea of
in case of good news. When he said that and
just that like, let's be on the lookout for good news,
like life can be hard there I feel like it's
easier to look for the hard things or to acknowledge
the hard things. But what if we acknowledge all the
good things? And there's so many, like every day, whether

(03:51):
it's you know, yeah, you got five minutes eat alone,
whether it's you bought a new house, whether it's well,
I have the box which in case of good news
is the that's our time emergency confetti in case of
good news, but suggested uses that you put on the back,
which I love the packaging. I can't wait for people
to see it. What is the website emergency dot com boom?

(04:12):
And was that available? It was the Instagram and the
website both were not available, but now I have them.
But hey, persistence is case distances. So on the back
of the box, it says life's best moments deserve to
be celebrated and give us a gift or keep on
hand and be prepared for every occasion bigger, small, which
I have an emergency confetticate in my club box. I

(04:33):
love it. You gave me one the other night at
our girls night with Ali fallon, which is something that
we're now doing quarterly me you and Ali, and I
shared that after that happened. I just threw that out
there as an idea of sometimes when you've got friendships
that you want to nurture, but there's multiple people involved,
with multiple children involved, with multiple multiple careers involved, and

(04:56):
there's a lot going on. But if you don't make
it overwhelming of like oh we've let's make this happen
every month, it's like, oh, and we'll still see each
other in between, but like quarterly, we know we have
that date of get on the calendar, may happen and
go have a margarita or or a mocktail. I think
Ali was like, I'm not drinking anymore. It does not

(05:16):
make me feel good even if I just have one drink.
And that's when I was like, well, I still want
to drink and I don't feel good either. But that's
when I got those pills. Yes, undo the booth right,
which my friend Lisa told me about, which you think
I felt good last time after I had that? Really yeah,
I passed it out. We are we're popping at the table. Yes,
she's I deing us as we're taking these pills. Were like,
if we were under twenty one, do you think we'd

(05:37):
be taking these? I would not need this, Just say okay.
So you gave Ali and I a little box and
I have it one of my glove box and I
think that that's a good place to keep it your
per or like a purse bag that maybe you carry
everywhere in case maybe you need to stop somewhere and
celebrate yourself, like Racy said, or you have a friend
that got good news, which some of the suggested uses
here on the box, buying a new home, job, promotion

(06:00):
in running a marathon, engagements, finishing a round of chemo,
two pink lines, finding the address, adoption graduations, congratulating your team, birthdays,
new beginnings, and I love you said, be sure to
tag us in your magical moments at emergency confetti. So
that's just a few of the things like it really

(06:22):
it could literally be anything. I really flicked. The sky's
the limit as far as what you could celebrate and
used with kids. Like I was thinking if my kids
had a good day at school, or by good day,
I mean like maybe they took a hard test. I
don't care what the school was, but you know, towards
the end of the years to share with studying for finals,
and I know one of them she was really nervous
about and she didn't really feel like she did that great.

(06:42):
But I saw how hard she studied and she went
and she took the test and she did it. So
just celebrating that and I just feel like taking the
time to stop and be like it's not really practical
to stop what you're doing and like walk outside or
like Papa confetti popper, But something in that moment, I
think that's why people feel so special. It's like we
stop to pop the confetti, you know, like it's like
stop and smell the roses, stop and pop the coffetti.

(07:03):
Like take the time and you'll remember that so that
she's gonna be like, oh wow, Like I felt so
supportive by my mom, no matter the great I got,
Like we took the time, you said, Hey, I see you.
I see how hard you're working, and that's what you're celebrating.
You know, it's all about the outcome. What's some encouragement
for people that might have an idea for something and
they want to start it, but it seems overwhelming. But

(07:23):
you had a lot going on at the time, so
you just had to would you say, practice patients, practice patients,
and for me, pray for wisdom every day. I'm just like, okay,
I made a list and like, here's the things that
I feel like need to happen. And I just said,
one day at a time, I'm going to figure out
what it would look like to start this company. So
I wasn't like, okay, I'm starting company tomorrow. I call
myself a Google preneur because I literally just google everything.

(07:44):
I'm like, okay, I how do you make a tin?
So that's one day, how to design a tent and
like the tin that you put on because I have
a custom tin made, and then I had to have
a custom popper design. In the box, there's a custom
cleanup aids. So it's like if you pop outside, it's
by a degradable. If you pop it inside, there's two
little double side of cheats that you can use to
like pat it up. So I feel like every day
I just took one step forward and that just made

(08:06):
it way less scary. I'm like, Okay, every day, I'm
just gonna google something or I'm gonna reach out to
a friend or somebody who might have some wisdom on this,
And just like every day, I'm gonna take one step
forward towards this company, and I feel like I'm just
going to follow the piece. Like if I keep moving
forward and I feel excitement, I feel peace, like, then
I'm going to keep on this journey. Does that make sense? Yes?
And so well, and you have a husband, so you

(08:26):
have a partner Steve, so it's not just like you're
taking this on. It's something you have to run by him.
And he's come on the podcast before too. He did
the song Portraits and gave it to a listener, which
was really cool. And he got to open for Bobby
at one of his residency residency shows here in Nashville
last year, which was super cool. But anyway, y'all wrote

(08:47):
a jingle. We wrote a couple Yeah, okay, well I
want to play one right now? So which one should
we play? Let me find one here, Um, why don't
you tell them something interesting? Will I find this? I'll
share that nine in ten parents which you and Steve
have two kids, struggle to get any me time away
from their children. So the fact that you were also

(09:09):
able to figure out how to do this business. But
I liked your advice and your encouragement is that you
didn't make it overwhelming because this probably took a lot
of time, a lot of time broken up into a
really small bits and it didn't happen overnight, but you
made sure to carve out the time. But then after
we play this, I also want to know how you
get your me time? What does that look like for you?

(09:29):
Because other moms that might want to be starting a
business and it's like, well wait, I can barely even
find time to read a book. And that's important to
taking care of yourself in other ways so that you
have the bandwidth of the capacity to do all the
other things. Okay, what are gonna Okay, this one's called
that's confetti. So so the packaging if you see at
Margency dot com or on our Instagram, you'll see it's
kind of ventag throwback inspired. That's what we wanted it

(09:51):
to feel like. So my husband's Seve, you know, as
a songwriter. He's like, I feel like jingles like go
so well with your brand. I'm like a like the
throwback are like yeah, and it's kind of just like
a nod towards all the ways you could use it
and um on our website is going to have or
it does have all these like unboxing of the product
that kind of shows you, like what competti is to

(10:12):
this song. So that's what it's for. Someone needed a
mile on stone? Will they buy it? No? Home, that's confetti.
A baby on the way I want to make somebody
it's danger, that's con it's a cloud up roy, it's
a pop up coming you can give to your friends,

(10:35):
all your neighbor or your mother. If you're looking vote
away to vote a smile on the face. Yeah, yeah, confetti.
It's just catchy. Soybe singing that. Um it seems justin Halpin.
I've actually never met him, but a guy that used
to tour with Steve produced that for us, and so

(10:56):
it's his friend. I love. Yeah, it was so fun
to And then did you end up designing your own websites?
That's what you do so it's been fun. I feel
like I do this for other people and now it's
you know, all coming together for myself. But I do
feel like I've really high standards for myself, so I
have to like also just try to like remembered how
fun with them, like it's confetti. I don't know, it
feels like a lot of pressure on me, and I'm
trying to just like, yeah, have fun with the process. Okay,

(11:18):
So speaking of you, how do you find some me
time for yourself? Okay, So Steve and I realized we
were not having a lot of me time, either of us.
We have almost four year old and a two year old.
So what we started doing. Steve gets up at five
and he has from five to seven. We both take
time reading and like journaling and spending our quiet time,

(11:38):
and then we rotate so it's like every morning we
each have two hours to ourselves. But it comes at
the cost of getting up early early, and you know
he's the one that's getting up well yeah, thanks Steve,
so true. Well I get up at six of the kids,
so it's like we kind of trade off, like you know,
but he does do the heavy lifting of getting up earlier.
I'm not a five o'clock person. I'm more like a

(11:59):
six six three. My daughter, Sashira, she is not. And
it was so cute. Over Christmas, she gave Shannon is
someone that helps me out at work a lot, and
our family and different things. But she's she's my right arm.
I could not survive without her. But Sashara gave her
a Christmas car sweet and she wrote the sweetest little note.

(12:19):
Some mornings, depending on the Bobby Bones show schedule, I
don't get to take my kids to school. I'm already
at work. But occasionally, like if we have off that
day or something, I'll get to take her to school.
But either you know, her dad will take her or
Shannah may have to take her. And she she said
in the note, thank you for taking me to school
even though sometimes in the morning I am rude. Oh
my gosh, yes, but it made me when I read that.

(12:46):
I also stepped back and was like, Okay, yeah, sometimes
I do get frustrated with her behavior in the mornings,
and I probably just need to give her space and
let it go, or that's what I'm going to work
on and just let it go because she is not
a morning person and she'll through that she's also fifteen,
and I need I still want her to be kind,
but I don't. I shouldn't have an ex expectation of

(13:07):
her to talk right seeing this box right here too,
which I know. I'm looking at the kit party party pack,
which is well, yeah, because there's a smaller kit which

(13:28):
just says to but last minute, you said you decided
to make a party pack, So how did this idea
come to you? Because it's a pack of ten, it's
pack of ten. This one's more for bigger celebrations, if
it's like maybe a graduation or like you're at a
bigger party if it's not. The individual is very much
designed to be a gift, like it's a nice reusable tin.
It's just very like centered around gifting. And I thought
I might be missing part of the market if I

(13:49):
don't do something for people who want to pop it.
But it's not necessarily like everyone gets their own tent,
if that makes sense. So I just felt like honestly
getting feedback, meeting with people and like showing them this
and then people saying what you thought about bigger stuff,
Like I said, like just trying to reach out to
people and like other people's wisdom has been huge in
this process, and so I think feedback I got from
other people was like, well, what if I want, like

(14:09):
you know, what if I have thirty people to have
to buy fifteen boxes? And I'm like, oh, yeah, I
wouldn't want to do do that, you know a little yeah,
like you can just I see, uh, certain managers or
bosses or different people that maybe have team or totally
part of their company ordering a kit and if you're
celebrating something at work, you pass one out to all
your employees. Yeah, I mean still around entire yes, or

(14:31):
like how you did for your you know, your four
things live like you know, for bigger groups, you know
it's gonna say you know, it says on the website
like for bigger you know, quantities inquiry, you know, so
you can even buy more singular um. But I think
this is for the average consumer. You know, you can
buy like ten, twenty whatever. You know. We've talked before
about having gift dwars for products that you really love

(14:51):
and like some people, you know, like you're buying it
ahead of time and it's something you would give a
dear friend. But go ahead and give yourself freedom of
not having to run out and shop last minute or
and sometimes if you want to personalize something. I get
that it makes sense, but it's very helpful, especially as
a busy person, to have a which that's pretty much everybody,

(15:12):
a gift drawer that has all kinds of different things
that you like, like your favorite candles that you love
to gift. I've been ordering these glow cubes off of Amazon.
It's an ice cube for your face, but you feel.
It has a little popper thing you pop off and
you fill that up with water, but then the lid
comes off after it's frozen. So then you put the
stopper in and you put it in your freezer and

(15:33):
it freezes, and then you take it out of your
freezer and you take the the rubber lid off and
then you have this handheld ice cube situation. Almost looks
like a popsicle for your face, but your fingers don't
get cold because you have the handle thing that you
It's almost like you're making your own face popsicle. And
then following okay, so then you yes, it can help

(15:53):
with inflammation, reducing puffiness, and so I gave one to Stashira.
So I've been stealing hers and I actually did it
this morning and just did it around my eyes. You
can only pro tip though, which says it's on their
little website thing. You can only rub it for like
thirty seconds at a time, or you might get freezer

(16:13):
burn on your face or something or ice burn. But
it's really refreshing and you can do it down your neck,
but pro tips. Since I'm talking about this. When you
get it out of the freezer, I kind of had
to finagle the lid off because it's sort of frozen
on there. So you get a knife and kind of
like gently kind of open it like you're trying to
open an envelope. But you may have to just give

(16:34):
a minute or rub it under some warm water and
then it all free it. And then also the ice
water drips down all over you, so just wear a
robe or something and then maybe wrap it in a
kitchen towel around your hand so it catches some of
the water and it's not all over you. But it
is a nice treat. So you could have something like
that and then and then like a favorite journal or

(16:56):
you know, Mary and I've even talked before, like having
a four things gratitude journal, like buying multiple and then
that way you haven't gift on hand. You're ready, and
I'm thinking too, emergency coffetti could be a cute thing
to have in there to gift to something. The tin can't.
Really Seriously, you're which I know when you came over
A Shandon was downstairs too, and she saw the packaging
and she's like, that is such cute packaging, and it is.

(17:18):
It's the packaging is adorable in itself that if someone
opened it up. I feel like packaging is just so
crucial to be experience special and like a gift and
thoughtful and all those things. So if you were to
just wrap that up and someone opened it up, they'd
be like, oh, this is adorable. And then the can,
the tin can is reusable, so you could use it

(17:38):
for other things that you if you needed to keep
a little first aid kit in your car, actual first
aid kit, but stuff in air or something like. I
just I'm so proud of you and have loved watching
you work through this and get so so excited about it.
It's just fun to see it actually out into the world.
So do you plan on putting it in stores? Yes?

(17:58):
So I actually just signed on a sweet little wholesale
rep who's gonna help me take it to stores and
then I'm gonna you know, email people on my own
and try to get it out there. So yes, I
think stores will be a huge That's a huge part
of my plan as far as you know marketing. Well,
if anybody listening right now has a boutine or something,
because I feel like this would look so cute and
White's Mercantile, which is here in Nashville, my friends Sunday

(18:20):
has a shop called The mocking Bird, which I'll just
at least connect your rep with her or you with
her and we can see if it's something she might
be interested in because this is the type of stuff
that she carries. It's just so adorable and cute. And
I'm even thinking my sister's coffee shop. Yes, yes, totally,
my sister would love move of the packaging. She's a
whole she's got an aesthetic navibe. I'm a branding like nerd.

(18:43):
I like it was the kind of thing I'd be
laying in bed at night, like I can't sleep because
like those colors look so good together, Like it's it's ridiculous,
but that's truly just how it works. No, it's not ridiculous.
It's just part of who are, which we've talked on
the podcast before about how Gracie is a seven on
the angiogram. You've even come up in other episodes where
I'm talking to people and you're like my seven example.

(19:04):
I'm like, well, my example of the seven of my
life is Gracy, because yes, explaining people if they don't
know the indiogram, what makes you a seven? So the
seventh is the enthusiast. So we're always looking for a
good time. We're you know, planning the parties. We want
to celebrate, we want we want stuff that spontaneous. So this,
I mean it's called a spontaneous celebration kit, so it
feels very like in tune with that. But a seven

(19:27):
also can avoid pain, and that's kind of ore like mechanism,
our mechanism. So what I also love about this though,
is I feel like this whole product is to spread joy.
But I think through this process, I've even like dug
into like joy is not just the happy moment. Joy
is also like holding someone's hand through something hard and
then you know, maybe it's like a new beginning because
they've gone through something hard, or maybe it's you're popping

(19:50):
it because they're finishing around of chemo. But to get
through there, it's been pain. So I feel like just
diving into joy and pain coexisting, like even through this
process of developing and it's hard and it's it, it's
all the fields. I feel like it's been a very
refining process for me as a seven who wants the fun,
wants the party, and also pain and joy co exists.
And what I would put in with that the pain

(20:12):
and the joy is the gratitude because you have with
the pain, you're thankful for the friend that held your
hands through that, So it's you have gratitude for that
and that is what leads to the joy. Yeah. So
I'm hoping through this product it's like we hold hands
with joy and pain and all the things, and celebration
kind of comes up as this like a friend that
goes alongside you know, through all of it. I love it.

(20:33):
So yeah. So I think as a seven, it's been
it's been like obviously so fun to create and really
hard and had to like having to dig in and
really like dig deep into like what is this and
what's it for? And like how do I want to
show open the world with this? And as myself. Well,
it's an encouragement. It's it's a reminder to me too,
and I love that you put it that way. How
do I want to show up in the world, because
sometimes we can get so go go, go busy, we

(20:55):
don't acknowledge things again that are happening with yourself that
you might need to celebrate or others and so that
they can feel seen to by you. And this is
such a precious way to go about doing that. You know,

(21:19):
everyone wants that intention of showing up and being that
type of person in the world, I think everyone. But
oftentimes you can get pulled to many different different directions,
or you may have your own stuff going on, but
this could be something that you have as a reminder,
or maybe even just this conversation right now is a reminder.
It certainly is to me in an encouragement that you
don't have to have a confeticate there to make this happen.

(21:42):
You can still show up in this way and want
to celebrate people. But it's a beautiful example of one
way to do it. And I love that. And I'm
thankful to have had you on today and that is
some gratitude that I have and just to have you
in my life as a friend, and if you want
to do four things gratitude, that would be awesome. I've
been talking about gratitude a little bit before we go.

(22:04):
I would love to hear four things that you are
currently thankful for. Okay, I am thankful for my family.
This has been a sweet season. Like I said, I
have a four and two year old, and just like
their little moments and just how funny they are. I
feel like I'm just soaking in the magic of their
ages and seems awesome and just through this process has
been like such a rock for me. So definitely, I

(22:25):
say fam to be in a season of dreaming. I
feel like that has just really like woken up my
soul in a way, and so that I'm just really
thankful for that. I know, like there's always ebbs and
flows of like your dreaming and then you're in it
and then you know, that's just kind of how life goes.
So that is definitely one thing I would say. Girlfriends, like,
I've loved our happy hours and even like the fact
that we're sitting here talking about this is because we

(22:46):
had a happy hour and you know, a girl's night
and just like I feel like through this process, like
just realizing how many amazing girlfriends I have and people
who cheer each other on and who bring each other
up in a room of possibility in conversation and it's
not dramatic and it's people who really want to see
each other. Win is huge. All Right, you got your family,
your dreaming, and then your girl time and girlfriends all,

(23:09):
I guess, all in the bubble. And then what's the
fourth thing? Four things? A fresh manicure? Do you ever
just feel like you're not so far behind on life
if you just have your nails? Son, That's how I feel.
I don't have a lot of self care things in
my life. But okay, well tell them what her nails
are not done? Oh they're like halfway painted. They chipped off.
That's okay, But that's okay. I just agree with you. Yes,

(23:30):
I just feel joy and gratitude and just like this
like sense of like when I have a fresh manicure
and your nails do look really good. And what's funny
is I did have your emergency coffetti at the live
and which all but I also gave away olive in June.
That's my favorite nail polish. Okay, someone gave me. I
haven't tried it yet. I love it. It's their nail
polishing River is so amazing their nail polish brushes which

(23:53):
I love O P I too certain colors, but the
Olive in June, if you're painting them yourself, the brush
is wider. It just gets more of your nail in
one strong It's not this teeny tiny brush. It's more
of the brush. Just go It makes it the whole
process faster, it goes on easier. So this is actually
all of June that I have on right now, but

(24:14):
I need to redo it with a fresh coat. But
I did the giveaway and I gave someone all different
kinds of colors. Alive in June's in it. But it
was like a hundred dollar We had giveaways at the
Live from the mocking Bird, which my friend and I mentioned. Yeah,
the Shot Forward gave away stuff that my sister's Root
House Coffee gave away stuff, and then all of in June.
So the whole point of sharing that and wanting to

(24:35):
give it away in that moment was that, yes, these
are little things that you can do for yourself. For
me that makes me feel instantly better, Like I cannot
have it. Washing my hair and doing my nails game changer,
especially if I've gone these days. I go seven or
eight days without washing my hair. That's why I have
a beanie on right now and then, but when I

(24:57):
washed my hair, it's like new woman. And the two
things that can do that instantly, you're right, manicure and
then a hair wash. It just makes you feel fresh.
I don't know tho. I'm on top of my life
and it just looks really good, and now you just
need to another thing that, yeah, makes you feel fresh.
I promise I'll see if I have another one of
those glow cubes downstairs, I'll give it to you because
you need to try. It's even called a glow cube.

(25:19):
I don't know. I'll link it on my Amazon page. Which,
speaking of websites, because I know that you do that,
I'm trying to start using radio amy dot com. And
that's instead of sending people fifty different places you know
that have everything linked there, like if you want my
Amazon Favorite Things radioma dot com, click that link. If
you want four things Gratitude Journal or Pimp and Joy

(25:42):
or whatever, since that's all under the shot Forward umbrella. Well,
instead of saying shop us spot dot com for things
dot com or the shot forward dot com, which is slash,
which is what I normally do. I just want to
go back to okay smart radio ama dot com is
where you can find everything radioma dot com. And then
I want to start blogging more about the episodes, not me,

(26:02):
but maybe having someone come alongside and help me and
that way, like if we talk about emergency Coffetti, it's like, oh,
go to radio ama dot com. You can find links
to everything from this episode. Well, actually I do do
that in the show notes. So if you go to
the show notes, since my website is not currently doing
any of this, how about go to the show notes
of this episode and emergency Coffetti will be linked, and

(26:24):
I'll link the Glowcube and I'll link the Gratitude Journal.
Well link everything. Also, just in part of my thing
this year, which do you have any New Year's resolutions
or word of the year that you're doing at all
or something that you're just focused on this business? Yeah,
your word of the year is emergency confetti, emergen comfetti.
And trust just like trust in the process. Trusting, yeah,
like letting go control, just trust. I love that. Yes, trust,

(26:47):
I needed to hear that letting go trust trust just
trust is such a good word. But something I'm trying
to do for Tree is also just take inventory of
where I um spending things and assessing like, Okay, do
do I need to spend money on a manicure? And
where where can I even just cut back? What's the word?

(27:10):
I don't even? Cut back doesn't feel right, But taking
inventory feels right because it's like paying attention, which is
very empowering. Yes of oh is this what I'm spending
on this? And then making better decisions and do I
need to do that? But overall, even in cleaning out
my closet, that fits into that taking inventory what do
I need? And human can I declutter this to make

(27:31):
me feel better? Can I clean up some of my
spending so that ultimately I feel better? And not that
If you want to treat yourself to a manicure, that
is okay, Like some people know, that's a my friend. Well,
both cats in my life. I have Therapy Cat and
Cryo Cat and both of them have been on the
podcast and both of them a manicure is non negotiable,

(27:54):
So you may have your non negotiables like this is
what I'm doing for myself and I can't see it
any other way, but in intergy for me, like I
can paint my own So do you have a non
negotiable well cryotherapy cryo cat that's so non negotiable for
me because it's just helped me in so many different ways.
So that's something I spend money on that I will
not I've never tried it. You're coming with me, I'm scared,

(28:16):
don't be Okay, that's the thing. We're going to trust.
Trust the process really cold, yeah, trust your body to
recover well. Gracie, thank you so much for coming on
and just being an encouragement to others, Like I love
that we got to highlight your business and what you're doing,
But this conversation was so much more than that. It's

(28:36):
more of how can you find ways in life to
show up for yourself and others? An emergency confetti could
be a way to do that, but there might be
other ways you could do it, and I like that
we got to talk about other fun things too. Thanks
for having me so fun? And then where can people
find everything? All? Obviously put it in the show notes
of this episode, but just go ahead and shout out
whatever dot com and at emergency cofetty. But what about

(28:56):
you at Grace Are you your public right? Yeah? Okay, yeah,
I couldn't remember, because you'll also have Steve has his account,
which obviously he's public, is an artist. But then y'all
had your when you were doing your camper too. We
have the mugglers, but I just you know, I haven't
done anything on there, Gracie Uggler or emergency Comfetti is
where you'll find the most action. Awesome. Yeah, okay, all right,
thanks Gracie, Thanks guys. Bye,
