you for joining me today. Thrilled that you're here. As usual,
today we're going to talk about water, the magical, mystical
by a resident properties of water. If you've listened to
this podcast, I talk about water pretty frequently, and I
utilize it extremely intentionally. Of course, we know water cleanses, hydrates,
(00:35):
our bodies, our cells are made up of ninety some
odd percent water. We are made of water. But water
has really powerful traits and abilities. And I have worked
or focused in in training water with my energy field
(00:59):
and working with the power of water intentionally for well
over a decade. And it's one of those practices and
rituals spiritually that I go back to time and time again.
But I've really amped up my water practices recently, so
(01:21):
to speak, and I have found them exceptionally beneficial and
I think that you will too. So I'm going to
talk a little bit about some of those practices tips insights,
so you can not only apply these practices, but you
can also intuitively create your own practices, because it's really
(01:44):
about harnessing your intuition and the water is such a
bio resonant ally for the nervous system. It's resonant for
nervous system alchemy, meaning soothing and healing the nervous system.
But it also activates your intuition in a multitude of ways.
Water is this resonant intelligence. It responds to intention, emotion,

and frequency. It's not passive. It has this interactive memory.
And there have been scientific studies done with water for years,
and this goes way back. The very first study I
ever learned about was doctor Emoto, who did he would
freeze water and he would play like in one room
(02:31):
with the water crystals that he was freezing, he would
play like heavy metal, really harsh, abrasive music, and in
another room classical Beethoven Bach music that was very harmonically resonant.
And then when he would look at the water crystals
when he would freeze the water into ice, the crystal
crystalline structures in the water where all the heavy metal

was played were jagged and rough and disjointed. And in koha,
where as the crystalline structures where the melodic harmonic music
was played, the classical music, they'd be beautiful crystals and
snowflakes and like just lovely harmonic patterning, and more and

more studies have been done, and if you want somebody
to check out, I would definitely check out Veda Austin's work.
She has been studying water for years, and she started
studying it years ago when she was diagnosed with a
terminal cancer. I believe she had. I can't remember the
exact stories, so don't quote me on this, but she
had a terminal cancer or she was in a car wreck.

So again I sound like I'm just telling you two
different stories. And now as I'm saying this, a couple
like a series of things happened that created trauma to
her body. And she started drinking water that was mineral
rich and alkaline, and then it was coming from these
natural springs and the water started healing what was going
on in her body. And that open her up to

this miraculous healing through water and the power of water
itself and the intention and the frequency. And now she
has been studying it for years and she keeps finding
insanely miraculous data from studying the water. So she's a
great person if you're needing some scientific evidence or proof
(04:22):
around this. But let's jump into how to use water
and activate memory and water and resonance in frequency. So
when you're working with water and hey there hopefully you
know you brush your teeth a couple of times a day,
maybe you take a shower or bath each day or
every other day at that. You drink water, you wash
(04:43):
your dishes, you go swimming in the summer. I mean,
we have water everywhere. There's ample opportunity to work with water.
And it's just about the intentionality. And you can do
it as little as much as you want, but it
won't work unless you do it and the power behind it.
And here's the here is what is like I'm going
(05:05):
to emphasize, is your belief behind what you were doing
years ago. When I would clear energy out of homes
or houses or around people and spaces my own home,
things like that using sage and smudging and blessing and
cleansing and clearing those types of rituals. I can do that,
(05:27):
and I know how to do it, and of course
I can see and feel and sense energy. But any
of us can do it and do it with the
same effect success. And all that matters behind it is
the emphasis in your heart, your mind, your spirit, and
your body. And I would say to people, Okay, like
(05:48):
do this again, like you, I'm going to cleanse and
clear this, but I want you to do these few things.
But when you do it, mean it like, mean it
mean business. Come at it with this kind of heartfelt emphasis.
Says like I'm throwing down you know, I am blessing
this house. This house is cleansed and clear. You know
I am only welcoming the highest vibrational frequencies. And I

was like, I don't care if you think you sound
super cheesy, like do it mean it be cheesy, but
it's not about being cheesy. I'm being a little cheeky
in the way I'm saying it. But it's the same
with water. I mean when I take a bath, and
you can laugh your behind off over there, but when
I bathe, I would say eight tons out of ten.

I am very intentional, and I talk to the water
while I'm taking a bath or a shower, and I
will say water, thank you so much. I am cleansing
and clearing my energy in the highest frequencies. Any gunk,
any residue, that junk is washing away from me, and
this water is amplifying my highest light, amplifying my frequency field,
(06:57):
my energy field, my mind, my spirit. If I'm in
a mood, if I wake up anxious, I will hop
in the shower and I will clear my energy through
taking a shower. And not only sometimes does that just
kind of get me out of my funk and gunk,
sometimes it will help shift my system. And one of

the things that I do, and I've shared this on
the podcast before, but the temperature of water. Using water
as a temperature gauge. For a long time, I would
do these like spells of really cold showers, and the
trick in that I would do it to shock my
system essentially, and it has multiple benefits of course, like
(07:40):
for the vascular system and the neural networks, and there's
a multitude of research behind that. But what I would
do is when I would say it'd be washing my
hair and everything, and when I would switch the water
from I like really hot water by the way, I
mean my husband is like, oh my gosh, how do
you even shower? I mean over the top steaming hot,
(08:02):
scalding water. But I would switch the water from like
really really hot to the like to iceberg cold. But
the trick there is when I was like, okay, ready
to switch the water, no hesitation, I mean immediately go
to the dial boom switch, because the fear is right
(08:23):
in that like, Okay, I'm gonna do this. I'm gearing
myself up. I'm gearing myself up. And that kind of
it doesn't mean that you won't get the benefits of
the cold water. But what I would do is I
would push through that hesitation of fear and go boom
cold like and just do it. And now like that's
nothing for me to just boom cold do it. It's

like that fear response, I was flushing it out and
it's helped me. That practice in and of itself has
helped me in gut instincts and decisiveness. And you all know,
I've talked a lot about instinct for a while now
because because we've got this big flush of aries energy,
especially with Saturn and Neptune conjoined in Aries, and back
(09:07):
in March and April when we had all that kind
of heavy retrograde back and forth, where we had a
lot of pisces areas energy activated. That instinctual energy was
what was coming online, this primal gut instinct acting instinctively
on your gut. And that was the practice that I
(09:29):
that I used to really push through this indecision or
hesitation that was coming from a place of fear or
insecurity or uncertainty. And so that practice right there is
a great one with water, and that has nothing to
do with in training and using the water, but that
(09:50):
visceral thing of shifting to the cold water and then
when you get in the cold water and the shower
and you're washing your hair out, training your body to
feel it as natural and w I mean to me,
the cold cryo of a shower, it has no shocking
effect almost on my body anymore. I mean, I'm like,
bring it on, because I can either be steaming hot
(10:11):
or freezing cold, and I'm good, Like it feels so
good in my body because my body is attuned to
it now. But there's something in my fight or flight
or fear that has shifted, and that has to do
with the amygdala in the brain, so shifting neural patterning.
So hopefully me just giving you that is an example
is showing you one small thing you can do to
(10:34):
create really magnificent shifts in cognition, shifts in your response system,
in your fight or flight, in your neural patterning and
brain frequency. But think about your relationship with water as
sacred and all of the interactions you have on a
daily basis, you don't have to make them all sacred.

You're not gonna remember to I don't, but I remember
a lot and a couple of things with that one.
I become more intentional in other things because I choose
to be intentional with water, something I engage with multiple
times a day in multiple capacities. It's created more self awareness,

more clarity, and more presence in my energy field. So
know that by utilizing water and your intentionality with your
relationship to water in any capacity, it's another tool to
deepen your presence and your self awareness. And it's such
(11:41):
an easy one that is available to us. So thinking
about how water is this medium of transmission, not just
a cleansing or hydration agent. I speak to the water
and I condition it. And I've done a podcast and
we have it linked in the show notes where I
(12:03):
talked about talking to the water, and there's a whole
meditation that goes with it. It's a great go to
reference to have a glass of water and maybe use
it with some crystals and talk to your water and
encode your water with whatever your intentions are and it
could be around healing or soothing anxiety. It could be
(12:26):
for focus and mental clarity. It could be for abundance,
it could be for love and romance. It use your
whatever you're looking for. Water is this ridiculously amazing and
effective gateway. And it's one of those things that that
just kind of magically works. But water will tune to
(12:51):
your body. And think about what I was sharing earlier,
what we all know is the ninety some odd percent,
and it's like ninety nine percent of the molecular composition
of our bodies is based in water, and it's this
water matrix that we're made up of. Every cell, gland,
nerve is listening. So when you drink water or you're
(13:14):
cleansing with water, you're not just cleansing or hydrating. You're basically,
if you think about it in this form, you're transmitting
harmonic instruction. That's why when you imprint water and you
don't have to do this for long periods of time
or hours, it's really more in talking to the water
(13:36):
kind of like we bless our food and we are
thankful for the food that we eat. To me, I
don't just bless my food because I was taught to
when I was young. I did for plenty of years
to say that, say a prayer or say grace over food. Now,
my husband and I when we bless our food and
we do it when we sit down to the dinner
(13:57):
table together and we hold hands and like we literally
thank the food for its nutritional and vibrational qualities in
our body. And just that simple act of reverence and
intention to me changes the frequency. It's the same with
a glass of water or shoot, if you're drinking a
glass of iced tea, it's pretty much water with a
(14:19):
little you know, a little bit of flavor in it,
a little tea. And it's so same with your coffee.
I mean, you know what, you can freaking do it
with a diet coke. I know that's a lot of
as for time, and I'm just giving you. I'm just joking,
giving you a hard time, But for real, you can
bless or cleanse and change the vibration of anything with
the power of your belief and your mind and your voice.

Because your cells. And this is I think what is
unique for each of us. I don't think I know
is our cells, muscles, tissues, organs, bodies respond to the
intonation of our voices. Our cells, muscles, tissues, organs, bodies
(15:07):
respond to the intonation of our voices. So when you
are talking to your glass of water, or the water
in your shower, or the water wi you're brushing your teeth,
whatever you want to do, you are giving it a code,
and the water imprints as you cleanse or ingest it.
(15:29):
So think about it's like you're casting a spell a
little bit. If you want to get witchy and magical
with it, go ahead, cast a spell on your water.
But it's really like you're making a potion and you're
drinking it or an elixir, and it really does have
these incredible harmonic properties that entrains with your body. So
(15:52):
speaking to it is very helpful. This other thing that
I have found really amazing and miraculous of late is
working on my nervous and glandular systems and really utilizing
water to help with all of the glandular systems in
(16:13):
my body, the pineal, the pituitary, the thyroid, the adrenals.
Water is a great conductor to balance and strengthen those
systems in the body. So a lot of times if
I am feeling out of whack in some way, shape
or form, whether it's coming in the form of anxiety, exhaustion.
(16:35):
I will literally talk to the water and then I
will talk to the glandular systems in my body in
alignment with that water. So I get very specific with it,
so to speak. And if you don't want to get
super specific, just bless your water, Hey water, thank you
for cleansing and clearing my energy system. Hey water, you
(16:56):
know what my body needs today. And maybe I don't
bring me the highest health, wealth and well being. And
when I say health, wealth and well being, it's what
just came to me right now. Just this sense of wholeness, wellness,
wealth fulfillment in any way, shape or form. But just
know that when you are speaking to the water in
(17:18):
your unique tone, your frequency, everything is in training in
some way, shape or form. Water also holds memory, and
I believe I've shared this before. When I had my
conscious collective last year, the small group of us that
worked together, one of the practices we did was around
dreams and water and imprinting water and Shamans have done
(17:43):
this indigenous cultures for a long long time. It's an
ancient practice. But to encode the water, encode water before
you go to bed and to drink it in the
morning when you wake up. And so we did this
with some dream practices, and it was wildly effective as
(18:05):
far as utilizing water as a conductor and a container
to remember dreams and interpret them and to activate different
levels of multidimensional consciousness. And it was pretty wild what happened.
As of late. One of the practices I have been
doing is when I go to bed at night and
have my glass of water. And you don't have to
(18:27):
have a big old jug of water. Literally, this is
like the last four to six ounces of water in
my glass. I'll drink about half of that right before
I go to bed, and then I will talk to
the water and I will say hey water, kind of
like a dream catcher. I'll say hey water. You know,
as I sleep tonight and I am working in the
multidimensional fields with various aspects of myself past, present, in
(18:52):
future in the multiverse, please imprint and encode this into
the water from the astral plane and the multiverse as
I dream, and when I wake up and drink that water,
you know, please allow it to integrate into this timeline
my human form. And so I do that. I do
(19:13):
it right before I go to bed, and I don't
get that detailed in it because it's basically just a
command in my mind. I speak it to the water, Hey, water,
thank you. You know what to do? Rock it out
like because it's already like it's so clear what I'm
asking it to do. I don't have to articulate it
that perfectly. I just it's like you just command it.
I do, and then I go to sleep, and right
(19:35):
when I wake up in the morning, I drink the
remainder of that water. And not only is it a
great practice because it's in that liminal state right when
I wake up, it's one of the first things I
do is I grab the water and I drink it.
It's like a sacrament, right, It's just I grab it,
I drink it. I smile. I'm like, whoa, I mean
(19:56):
coating myself with this amazing elector elixir from the ethers,
And I mean, do I feel like a goofball? No,
because I like believe it and it works. But it's
amazing because it's almost like when I wake up in
the morning, I'm drinking this magical tonic or cocktail that
is specifically encoded and in trained to whatever I've been
(20:19):
doing out there in the dreamscape, in the astral plane,
in other dimensions of reality, with other aspects of myself
and my soul and my consciousness. So think about it
that way, and you think about water. Water is ancient. Literally,
the water that we drink has been recycled and filtered,
(20:41):
like from the stars and the ethers and the atmosphere
and the clouds. It comes down and however it gets
to us, it comes through us back into the Earth.
It's filtered back up and around, and I mean like
into the Earth, the cosmos and the Earth. I mean,
the water is circulated everywhere, and it's got memory and imprint.

It's already ancient. It's not new. It's coming into the atmosphere.
So this is something we reticently, and we in the
Western world have access to clean drinking water. I mean
the privilege of that too, that we have this right now.
(21:25):
And there are droughts and there's flooding, and there's all
sorts of shifts and changes. And I talked about the
shifts and the human resonance and all the magnetic anomalies
on planet Earth and what's going on in the cosmos
and the galaxy and the sun right now. To me,
working with water has been a stabilizer and a catalyst
(21:46):
for upgrade for my biomagnetic field, the tectonics that are
shifting within me. I'm using that water or water in general,
as this accelerant, this alchemical accelerant that is organically helping
me to create consciousness shifts and frequency shifts more easily
(22:07):
and naturally within my body and my own body's morphic
field and ecosystem, because it is turbulent right now. Because
I can feel at any given time like Okay, I've
got this, I'm moving through, things are happening, I'm doing stuff. Okay,
(22:28):
everything is good, and ten minutes later, I can feel
completely depressed and I don't feel depressed. So let me
articulate this better. I'm not depressed. I don't feel depressed,
but what I feel in my body feels like massive
depression at times. And I'm not depressed because I have
been clinically depressed before in my life and dealt with
(22:52):
that and know what that actually feels like for me
and looks like. But this is not depression, but it
mirrors and mimics like a heaviness, a depression, a deep aloneness.
So like, Wow, the world is vast and this is
a lot and ooh, where am I like a sludge
right the void? And it's because all of like my
(23:15):
body is morphing, my mind, my spirit, our bodies are
really really shifting and upgrading and evolving pretty rapidly. And
I find that water is such a great neutralizing agent
and also this gentle like catalyst to assist in this
(23:40):
transformation that we are walking into. So let me go
through just a few practices and tips and things that
might be helpful for you, and things that I do
that work really well. One of the things that I
mentioned this before, or I use a supplement called Sheilagit,
(24:03):
and it's this ooze from the Himalayan mountains and it's
really really mineral rich, and it's really disgusting. Actually, it's
like brown ooze. But I've been using it for like
years in years, and now it's not disgusting to me anymore.
I mean used to. I thought I was gonna like
(24:24):
gag when I would take it and drink it, But
now it doesn't bother me at all. But I put
my Shielagit in like a little bit of water in
the morning. It's a Shielagit powder and Sheilagit is s
h I L I j I T. You can look
it up and you can find I think they're like
you can take capsules and stuff now and you can
(24:45):
bypass this. But I am all about things absorbing really
well into my body. So I put my Shoelagit in
the water, and I also drop in iodine. And see,
iodine is what I use. You want to if you're
gonna ingest iodine, to research that and use high quality iodine.
But I do shielagit iodine and water. And the reason
(25:07):
I add in iodine Iodine is really good for helping
with radiation, and we get bombarded with electromagnetic frequencies and
radiation on a daily basis. So I add in a
little bit of iodine, and when I drink my little
cocktail of iodine water and shielagit, I talk to that
every morning and I thank it for it cleansing and
(25:29):
clearing my oric field, for nourishing and hydrating my body,
elevating my consciousness and clarity, strengthening my intuition. Whatever you know,
I imbue it with love, whatever comes to me in
that moment every morning. But I make it sacred. So
every morning pretty much like clockwork. That's something I do,
And it might be you could add trace minerals in
(25:51):
like that might be a thing if you're not familiar
with trace minerals, that would be a great thing to
add into water in the morning and to make a
ritual of because it'll really enrich the quality of the
water and your body's absorption of minerals, which is a
thing right now because we really are with all of
these frequency shifts. Our bodies are having a hard time
(26:14):
stabilizing the shifts. So infusing your body with more minerals
and things that are going to help your cells and
your tissues absorb nutrients better is imperative. Another thing I
do with water is I have liquid chlorophyll and in
the afternoon I drink water with liquid chlorophyll in it.
Sometimes I'll add spirillina and like a little bit of
(26:38):
sea salt Timalaian sea salt and some apple cider vinegar.
This is my own cocktail. You do your stuff, and
you definitely listen to what you need to take for
your body, but I do the chlorophyll on the spillina
and either lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and then
a little bit of sea salt, and then again I
have this ritual with a lot. I talk to it,

I thank it. And plus when you add in the chlorophyll,
it's kind of beautiful because it turns this like gorgeous
shade of emerald green. And I do that as a liquid,
but I talk to it. And I will say this,
if you are incorporating or using chlorophyll and spirillina things
(27:21):
like that, it's important to note that if you've got
a lot of toxins in your body, and we all
have toxins in our body, especially from the air we breathe,
to pesticides on foods, processed foods, we naturally we just
absorb them into our body. We all have them at
(27:42):
different levels. And like if you got tattoos, you got
probably some toxins in your body, heavy metals, those sorts
of things. But I usually with the chlorophyll and the spirillina.
One side effect of that is if you've got toxin
the toxins like those that chlorophyll and spirillina will bind
(28:04):
to toxins and it will get recycled up into your brain.
I know that sounds crazy, so be really mindful. And
I'm saying this and I'm not a doctor, so I'm
totally disclaiming, you know, like I don't want you to
take any of this to heart and then get really sick.
But I take binders, which are things like activated charcoal.
I use binders to make sure that I take a
(28:25):
charcoal supplement to make sure my body is binding toxins.
And what I do with the chlorophyll and spirillina, I
use it sparingly. It's not like I overdo it, because
if you overdo it, and you you'll feel symptoms like
brain fog, extreme fatigue, you might have like some temperature
(28:45):
dysregulation in your body, meaning just really sweaty or like
things like that. So you just you have to pay
attention to your body with these things. I'm just sharing
what I do. But I also like using water and
adding supplements like chlorophyll and spirillina and then being very
intentional about it. Works. Also solar charging your water, charging
(29:10):
your water under the sun and putting crystals in or
around it. And of course if you put crystals in
your water, be mindful of the crystals you put in
your water, because some crystals actually disintegrate or can have
some toxins in them. So if you don't know, best
rule of thumb is just put the crystals next to
the mason jar of water you're putting out in the
(29:30):
sun for a couple of hours. And when you put
it out in the sun, you know, talk to the crystals,
talk to the sun, say hey, sun, you know, add
amazing solar rays into this water and imbue it with
the intentions, charge it with the intentions you want, and
then intentionally drink it. I've also talked about moon water
(29:50):
and charging your water under the darkness of a new
moon or the light of a full moon, and again
you can do that with your crystals, and and you
drink it intentionally as either a clearing and cleansing agent
or as a clarity agent, or again whatever affirmations or
like codes that you want to calibrate your own field
(30:14):
with you do you use your own intuition with water.
A thing that I do that I did this a
while back, and now it makes me. It calls me
into action and awareness every morning. So I have an
(30:35):
electric toothbrush that's also a water pick. I got that
for Christmas like three years ago, and it's maybe still
my favorite Christmas gift, and I love my electric toothbrush
water pick. But anyway, I put in where the water
collection part is. I put crystals, these quartz crystals, into
(30:56):
the water part of the water pick. And every morning
when I and every evening for that matter, when I
brush my teeth and I'm using my water pick, I
can hear the crystals rattling because it's like going, you know,
it's vibrating, and so I hear them, so it naturally
cause my attention to them, and then I smile and
(31:17):
I'm like, oh, that's right. I am like, you know,
in my mouth as I'm like clearing and cleansing, you know,
you know, this is my substitute for flossing my teeth,
my water pick. Like that's just the truth of the matter.
I love my water pick. Don't love to floss, But
when I'm doing that, I'm like, oh my gosh, I
am like clearing my gums and my teeth and cleansing it.

And then I start saying intentions. So at least twice
a day on the daily, I use water like this
high vibrational water that I've charged with these crystals, and
I'm using it in conjunction with my throat chakra and listen.
You may be over there rolling your eyes thinking, oh
my gosh, like, who is this chick? Like she is weird.
(32:01):
She does some weird, weird stuff. I do weird stuff
all the time. But it does not feel weird to me.
It feels intentional and true and resonant. And it's not tricks.
It's truth for me. It's where my field in trains.
(32:21):
I'm present, I'm intentional, I'm in prayer, I'm in mantra,
and it really really works. I did a podcast a
long time ago because my first ever go to with
working with water was with epsin salt, epsin salt cleansing
and clearing, and that is a practice that I have
used for a long long time and it's a go to.
(32:47):
I probably do it five or six times a week,
but I keep EPs and salt in my shower or
on the corner of the bathtub, and I cleanse and
clear my energy with water and EPs and salt. And
I've got a podcast on that that gives you the tricks,
the trades, the ins and outs, and it's worth a
listen or a re listen to remind you how to

work with ebsin salt and water. But one of the
other things that I do with it, apart from just
the shower or the bath I use it. I will
put it in like a foot soak and I will
intentionally sit with my feet soaking in warm epsin salt water,
and I will just sit there and breathe for five minutes.

So I meditate and breathe and my feet are soaking
and cleansing and grounding. And again, do I do all
these things every day? Well? I do the shielagit every day.
That one I do. And I do brush my teeth
and use my water pick twice a day at least.
So those two things I definitely do. Definitely do my
(33:51):
ebs and salt and the shower. But as far as
every glass of water I drink, do I do this? No?
But I do it often. And again It's one of
those amazing tools tricks that we can utilize ritualistically and
in intentional ways that help us create presence. But also
(34:15):
this bio resonance within our energy field, our mind, and
our emotional selves and also all of the systems in
our body. So think about water as a frequency that
you can work with and imprint and training the body
(34:37):
to listen and respond to water. So even this summer,
if you're out and about, if you're in the pool,
or you're at the beach, or you're in a lake,
you know, talk to the water. Thank the water for
cleansing and clearing your energy, for harnessing the beautiful unique
magnetic codes in your energy field. Think water, use water,
(35:04):
and see what happens. See if you do the deal
I was talking about with your dreams or with water
at night as a ritual and imprinting and encoding the water.
Do it for a week and take notes, commit to
it for seven days, so to speak, and right before
(35:25):
you go to bed, right when you wake up, talk
to the water and train the water. Drink it and
be very maybe specific in what it is you're wanting
to experience or needing clarity around and listen. If you're
over there thinking, Okay, I'm going to try it a man,
and I'm going to win you know, the mega millions
on the lottery. Okay, good luck with that. So you know,
(35:49):
this is not about crazy pie in the sky silliness.
It's about saying no, I've been I've really struggled with
anxiety and it is physically debilitating me. Right now now,
I want to start soothing and shifting the energy fields
around my anxiety so it's not so physically crippling or
