I kind of love ship like this.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
All right, Well, I'm so glad you loved shit like this, Bryan,
because we are back with Ryan and Rory, the hottest
new duo in country music. Hottest new duo, I would say,
So y'all are exploding, y'all.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
Just read my mom's notes.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
Adrian sent me these earlier.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
She said, hottest.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
He never went to jail. He's a perfect angel. Y'all
have to listen to.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
The episode to here Ryan's episodes in jail, which I

Speaker 2 (01:01):
That's a whole bonus episode we can release.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
I know I thought you were a perfect angel. Yeah,
did she know? She had no idea. She just thought
you're just doing the Lord's work every day.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
She thought that she tried. Bless her heart, she really tried.
I did her dirty in that way a bit.

Speaker 4 (01:20):
Well, you know, look at you here about to dad yourself.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Okay, So y'all tune in and hear this episode we
talked about on Monday, and here we all eat.

Speaker 4 (01:27):
D all two cards. These are very.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
These are just gonna get into the core of your
soul and we need to know what's okay, Okay, got
you got one or two?

Speaker 1 (01:39):
Don't look at them yet?

Speaker 4 (01:40):
Take it, okay, So just read it and then you'll
both answer.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
What is something you think you'll get better and better
at for the rest of your life avoiding questions probably.

Speaker 4 (01:59):
Questions.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Okay, I hope to get I hope to have more
patience as time goes on.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
You don't have patience, your kid will teach you that.

Speaker 1 (02:12):
I know, I know, and I'm I've I have ten
times the patience I had even just a little bit ago. Okay,
So I'm trying to make that the thing I'm the
best at.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
Do you have a short fuse? What happens?

Speaker 1 (02:26):
Why I didn't have a fuse?

Speaker 4 (02:27):
So I get angry?

Speaker 1 (02:28):
No, I don't get angry. I just am very impatient person.

Speaker 4 (02:31):
Like snappy, like what happens when you're a.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Patient internal implosion?

Speaker 4 (02:35):
Oh so do you have to go like beat a pillow?

Speaker 1 (02:38):
No, nothing physical like that. I just need to just
like be alone and I just admit patient person, but
I'm learning.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
So you know, what I do with my daughter because
I've had to work on patients a lot too, because
they will like seriously push your patients all the time.
But I have heard this over and over again that
parenting is actually more about the parent learning how to
control their nervousness, you know, because it's like your kid
is going to absolutely make you feel all these feelings.

(03:06):
But it is like really having to be like, Okay,
I am so triggered right now, but like I have
to calm myself down because like I'm actually the parent,
you know, instead of just reacting and matching them.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Because they're learning from your actions, they're learning what you do.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
Like Sunny gets like super like frustrated or heated or
like comes at me with a big feeling.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
Like my natural reaction is to meet her with that
same big, big feeling. But I have now taught myself,
and I don't get it perfect.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
I've taught myself to like be calm, but just like immediately,
like you have to go low instead of high.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Plus That's that's good, that's honestly good advice.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
Yeah, But just like when it's happening, you have to
like watch it like a movie and be like, oh
my god, this is happening.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
Like I have to like not energy match. You know,
hard to do.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
But as soon as you realize it's almost like a game,
then you start learning a new reaction.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
It's like training a dog.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
I can do that.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
We have to train ourselves.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
I can do that.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
You're gonna be great. You're doing so great. You're anting
aware of it, which is the main thing.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
Yeah, no, I'm I'm I'm ready to tackle it. Got this.

Speaker 4 (04:08):
Okay, what about you? What you got to answer this one?
What is something you think you get better and better
at for the rest of your life?

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Oh okay, so I'm going off his Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
We're gonna you're going to both answer.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
All someone or something that I could get better and
better at for the rest of my life. I mean,
he kind of stole my idea about the patient's thing.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
Good luck, guys. Oh man, you're gonna have to do
some deep breathing together.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
I'm always I'm always thinking about my my craft and
just like you know, becoming a better musician and singer
and songwriter. And I just hope to keep excelling all
those things and never like plateau out. You know what
I mean. Mm hmm. Yeah, that's the first thing that
comes to mind, honestly.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
Okay, I love that.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
Yeah, okay, worry what question you got.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
How do you hope the people in your life see you? Oh?

Speaker 3 (04:52):
I love that one.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
I would say, I hope the people in my life
see me as someone that takes this world and then
leaves it in a better place than I found it.
You know what I mean?

Speaker 4 (05:06):
Oh, I love that.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
That means a variety of things, but I mean, thanks
to my mom, I know how to you know, make
the bed after I stayed someone's place.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
You know what.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
We just had a fifteen year old nephew stay with us.
He's like so mature and he like flew here. He
lives in LA and he was like visiting friends and.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
He stayed with us, and like he like made his
bed when he left.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
I loved that back, and I was like, oh my gosh,
there are some like great kids in the world.

Speaker 4 (05:31):
That's awesome.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Yeah, it is when you were raised with those kind
of like little you know, just to know how to
leave things better than you found it, It goes a
long way.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
Yeah, Yeah, I love it. Everything comes to mind from me.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
Okay, what about you? What was the question I forgot?

Speaker 2 (05:47):
I forgot the first one. So how do you hope
the people in your life see.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
You, uh, fearless and reliable? Mmm?

Speaker 3 (05:55):
Okay, yeah, that's great. Yeah, I love that you knew
that quickly. Let's the next question. Last question for you, y'all.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
What's something you dislike that most people like pineapple on pizza?

Speaker 4 (06:12):
Have you tried it?

Speaker 1 (06:13):
Though?

Speaker 3 (06:13):
Yes, because I dislike it in theory, But then I
actually have had a spice off and.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
I'm like, I know you're looking for a deeper answer. No,
but but I really don't like that.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
That might be one only difference in this act. You
love that anything on pizza? Honestly, I don't like a
wet throw the kitchen sink on it on my pizza.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
What if it's grilled, it's still wet, you still bite
it and a well.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Deep for it.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
That's different. I haven't done. I don't want to do
that on your pizza. Things that go on.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
Pizza like hamburger and pepperoni, Hamburger hamburger.

Speaker 4 (06:49):
Pizza is that's not a thing. So why have I
had hamburger pizza? Do you don't have Hamberger.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
But the fact that you reflex that's your first thing
says I don't know what it says about you, honestly.

Speaker 4 (07:04):
Hamburger pizza.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
I mean you could.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
You might as well said if you're if you're picking,
like if you're picking like a specialty pizza. What's your goods.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
Hamburger helper, Yes, hamburger pizza. Maybe you know, I like
the things that go on it, pepperoni, you know. Yeah,
that's about it.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
If you'll eat anything, do you eat anything? Just in general?

Speaker 2 (07:27):
Yeah, for the most part.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
Yeah, Okay, what's your last question?

Speaker 1 (07:42):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (07:42):
Wait, no, what's you what's something that you tried? What
was the question?

Speaker 2 (07:46):
Okay, the question is who's the cutest puppy in the world.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
What's something you dislike that most people like?

Speaker 2 (07:52):
Oh yeah, one more time? Sorry?

Speaker 1 (07:55):
Oh I know one for you? What's something you dislike
that most people like that people? Tree nuts answer?

Speaker 4 (08:08):
What is it that you know?

Speaker 1 (08:09):
For him? Every cover song that he's had to play
like eight billion times played every.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
Cover piano man more than Billy Joel has.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
Probably you've probably played you probably know every single cover
song out there, don't you.

Speaker 1 (08:23):
Yeah, maybe like all your all your go tos that
like are probably my go tos where you're like, oh
I love this song, He's like.

Speaker 4 (08:29):
Don't request that song because you've played it. So you
were playing like every night, right yeah? Cover songs yep, wow?

Speaker 3 (08:36):
And how many cover songs would you play a night?

Speaker 2 (08:38):
It depended on the show. Honestly. I'm mixed in some
of my like solo original stuff too, but at least
with like the piano bar stuff that's all request like
six hours worth of stuff.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
Yeah, did you just how do you know how to
do that? Like do you just sit around and learn songs?
Can you just figure it out?

Speaker 2 (08:56):
Honestly, it's just a matter of Okay, this is the
stuff I like listening to on the radio. And then
if there's like certain songs that like came up during
that season, like what was hot right now, let's say
like Hell Pink Pony Club, like you're just gonna hear
it so many times where you just kind of like, okay,
I can play this, Like I don't actually like practice songs.

Speaker 3 (09:15):
At the end, you've got if you've got a request
that you never had played before, because you just like
figure your way out through.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
If yeah, I've listened to like I'll put my phone
up my ear for like a minute and just it
of trying to bang it out. Yeah, I kind of
have to be like familiar with it, you know what
I mean.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
But yeah, that's a that's a fine art right there.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
That's it's pretty it's pretty impressive if it really is.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
Yeah, y'all should do that sometime in your show. Just
let people from the audience throughout question. Honestly, that would
be a blast to watch.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
Yeah, it's it's We've had the sound cut out a
couple of times. It shows and just rips. He just
like he gets on his piano and he's just like that's.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
A fun like party trick, you know.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
Yeah, it's insane.

Speaker 4 (09:56):
Okay, Yeah, okay, let's your last question.

Speaker 3 (09:58):
Okay, you got this, guys.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
What's something you spend a surprising amount of time thinking about? Oh?

Speaker 4 (10:05):
I want to know this.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
I mean surprising amount of time.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
Food?

Speaker 1 (10:11):
Like I was just it's all I think about. My
wife hates it.

Speaker 4 (10:14):
What do you think? Are you always hungry? Like you're
thinking about food right now.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
I'm so hungry.

Speaker 4 (10:19):
What are you thinking you want to eat?

Speaker 1 (10:20):
I know what I'm gonna eat?

Speaker 4 (10:21):
What fried okra?

Speaker 1 (10:23):
Not fried? O?

Speaker 2 (10:23):
Sucken and rice chicken.

Speaker 1 (10:25):
No, No, I'm having I'm gonna have a beef and
rice beef and rice, no beef, and I'm gonna have
a taco omelet.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
Are you gonna go home and make a chocolate You're
gonna go home and make a taco omelet?

Speaker 4 (10:37):
Is that what you crave a lot of the time?

Speaker 1 (10:38):
No, I just know it's ready and I'm hungry.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
Your wife made it for you. I made it, you
made it, is in the fridge.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
Yes, it's all I think about.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
Okay, So what are your what are you what kind
of foods are you wanting most of the time?

Speaker 1 (10:51):
Like steak chicken? I cook a lot, a lot of barbecue,
a lot of flat top griddle.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
Uh, just something bubba gumt trip deep boil trimp.

Speaker 1 (11:02):
I don't know if that's a compliment. I like, like,
it's to the point where my wife will text me
and just tell me what we should maybe have for dinner,
So I don't ask.

Speaker 4 (11:14):
Do you eat a lot during the day, like how
many times?

Speaker 1 (11:17):
Like five? Six times?

Speaker 4 (11:19):
Like full meals? Are you snacking?

Speaker 2 (11:20):
No?

Speaker 1 (11:20):
Pretty much eating? Okay?

Speaker 4 (11:23):
Are you a big eater too? Are you always hungry?

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Always?

Speaker 1 (11:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (11:26):
Do you all get hungry.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
Yes, yeah, oh absolutely, So are we about.

Speaker 4 (11:29):
To be hangrying right now?

Speaker 1 (11:30):
I'm I'm not there yet.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
This is where the speeding comes from, because then you're
trying to get to your food.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
I don't have my whole personality broke down on this thing.
You're right, probably it's probably that simple. I'm probably hungry.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
Yeah what are you always trying.

Speaker 2 (11:45):
To eat anything inside? Except for what we talked about earlier.

Speaker 4 (11:49):
But okay, so you all are just like hungry.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
Yeah, we I mean we both go to gym quite
a bit, so we got to, you know, find some
fuel somewhere.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
Yeah, okay, okay, what do you think about a lot?

Speaker 2 (12:01):
I'm surprisingly thinking about surfing all the time.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
Are you a surfer kinda like you want to be better?

Speaker 2 (12:08):
I want to get better at it?

Speaker 1 (12:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (12:10):
Yeah, yeah, like I feel like, more so than ever,
I've been like a guy of like the air, land
and sea, so like I'm getting my pilot's license, I'm
always on stage and you know, active person on the
ground that I just want to get out in the
water and like surf some more.

Speaker 3 (12:24):
So when you're thinking about surfing, are you thinking about
yourself like on the waves?

Speaker 1 (12:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (12:28):
Not only that, but I don't know, just something about
like being out and like the water, and I'm a piocey,
so I kind of have to like be near it
in order to keep my sanity level. But no, I
feel like when I'm out in the water, like actually
doing it. Every once in a while, I get like
creative ideas. Oh well, I'm out there, so.

Speaker 4 (12:47):
Do you know what I'm thinking about all the time?

Speaker 1 (12:49):
The food?

Speaker 4 (12:50):
No, Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
I just saw it.

Speaker 4 (12:53):
I can't stop thinking about it. I just you saw
that thought.

Speaker 1 (12:56):
No. I saw the movie.

Speaker 3 (12:58):
Was great, but I'm like they needed this love. You know,
they're actually like in love too. I saw the other
thinking about their love story because I'm like, they deserve
this so much to see the movie.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
Was it so funny?

Speaker 1 (13:12):
It was so funny watch it.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
I love under a rock, so I gotta go.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
I know me too, it was.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
It's the hardest I've laughed in a while in the movie.
Oh my gosh, there's comedies anymore, really, and this one
was really funny.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
And how happy were you to know their real life
dating and then just fill your heart up.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
I don't know if it did for me what it
did for you, but you know, I'm always happy for happiness.
