Former Director General of Health Sir Ashley Bloomfield joined Nick Mills to talk about his involvement in Sunday's Southern Cross Round the Bays event - a sporting staple in the capital for 46 years.
Sir Ashley is an ambassador for Pause Breathe Smile – a mind health programme delivered in primary and intermediate schools – and his involvement in Round the Bays is also in support of increasing access and participation for children to participate through the Run and Become programme.
He also chatted to Nick Mills about leading the country through the Covid-19 pandemic, and life since then.
