In this episode, I discuss how to deal with outgrowing old friendships, my advice for dealing with toddler temper tantrums, when you should or shouldn't keep a big secret for someone, and a lot of other difficult real-life situations.

Finally fully explaining what I've really been struggling with lately. I've felt frustrated, burnt out, and I've felt like I'm not walking in my purpose as content creator anymore. The difficult part is that I'm limited in what I can do about it, since I'm trying to respect some personal boundaries. But I'm doing my best to find a compromise.

Things are changing in the influencer marketing industry and I've noticed that I need to get serious about creating other streams of income. Plus I've had to adjust to my daughter's new public school routine and juggle my dating life at the same time. Here's a little life update!

[TRIGGER WARNING: mention of suicide and abuse] I didn't fully realize it in middle school, but I think I've been struggling with depression and anxiety since then. Over the years I've had intense panic attacks, dealt with a ton of self-hate which led to unhealthy habits and even suicidal ideation. While I'm doing a bit better these days, I still struggle, and here's why.

I'm finally ready to explain why my last relationship ended. I've avoided this for several reasons, but a big one is sheer embarrassment. I made a lot of mistakes in this relationship which led to a humiliating outcome. But it was a learning experience and it's time to be honest with myself about where I went wrong.

It's never been a secret that I'm not religious. And I've pretty much always been this way. But why? And what exactly does that mean? Do I believe in God at all? Is there a difference between religion and spirituality? And where do I personally fall on that scale?

I asked my listeners to ask me anything they wanted to know about my thoughts on dating and relationships in general. I definitely have an interesting (maybe even "weird") perspective on a lot of these things. But I'm self-aware enough to know that my feelings may change.  For now, here's how I really feel.

Dating for me recently has been...not great. I've been single for about 3 years and I'm struggling in a few areas when it comes to my love life. It's really strange how becoming more successful has actually negatively impacted my experiences with men. I'm just confused.

Yup. I reached my goal of having a "million dollar year" last year. Now that I'm in a new tax bracket, I've learned a lot about myself. It's been very eye-opening to realize what having wealth really feels like and what it actually means for my life and my mental health. While it may be considered taboo to talk about, I'm ready to share what I've learned.

What does the world think of "baby mamas"? And in turn, what does the world think of me? I'm a single mom and I've faced a lot of judgement and false accusations. It's time for me to speak my truth about the realities of being a single mom.

As an introductory episode before we get into the real topics I have planned, I wanted to first talk about why I wanted to start this podcast, and also what's been holding me back up until now. I've always felt somewhat restricted on my other platforms, but this is going to be different!
