Speaker 1 (00:00):
I would like to ask out Will. He's my coworker.
And yeah, before you ask, I never thought I wanted
to date a coworker. It's a really bad idea until
you realize if you don't date him, then someone else will.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
So sure.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Yeah, So Will and I hung out for a couple
of months. It was very quiet. We didn't really do
anything serious. We didn't want people at work knowing. And
of course this woman Pamela, saw us eating out one
night and by the time I got to work, everyone
was gasping about it. So I was like, no more,

(00:38):
we had to stop hanging out. And then pictures this.
So him and I are in the elevator and this
coworker that we have, Christina, she is She's definitely the
like the prettiest girl at work. I know that sounds
so juvenile, but she really is. She just comes on

(00:59):
the elevator. The three of us are standing there, just
facing the door, and she just asked him to dinner
in front of me. And he said, are you talking
to all of us in the elevator or just me?
And she was like, just you and Will looked at
me and I definitely looked like I was shocked at me,

(01:20):
and I was speechless. And then I looked at Christina
and she said, yeah, I'm single. Yeah, sure, And this
is why you should never go out with a coworker,
because it was that was the craziest thing that ever
happened to me. I mean, we hung out for two months.
We tried to keep it so slow and quiet, and
the minute somebody said something about it, uh.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Huh, so, yeah, you're gonna stake your territory here.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
Right, Yeah, it's just it's it's I don't even ever
feel that way, but it was. This was such a
special circumplance.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Let's call her up.

Speaker 4 (01:55):
Yeah all right, yeah, yeah, We're gonna get a hold
of Will and let's see where his thought process is here.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Okay, okay, great, thank you, Good morning.

Speaker 3 (02:10):

for the for the deal? Oh well we forgot okay, Well.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
That makes it more fun.

Speaker 4 (02:22):
I have somebody on the phone that wants to speak
with you. Is it okay if I bring this person in?

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Uh okay, yeah, go ahead, come on it.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Hey, uh Will, it's Testa. Well you're co worker.

Speaker 2 (02:38):

Speaker 1 (02:45):
No, yeah, yeah, I get, I get that.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
I would be what's going on?

Speaker 1 (02:51):
I told them about how we work together, and like,
you know that we like shared some fun times together and.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Okay, why I mean, is it like story time or something.
I don't understand.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
No, no, no, it's it's not it's nothing like that. I
just told them because I was trying to set the
stage in where we are in our relationship.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
What do you mean in a relationship? I mean, I
don't know, Like.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
We're we're friends, and that's that's because of me. But
I think I changed my mind. You changed, No, I know,
I know I would like to date you and like
make this Yeah, I mean I wanted to make this

us a dinner if you say yes.

You can't have anybody else in your life, nobody. I mean,
you could have other people in your life, but no
other love interests. And the whole point is to get
you out of the friend zone inter a relationship.

Very inexpensive, kind of fun little dinner for you too
if you're interested.

a lot of questions, guys. I mean you want a
date after you told me you could never do that.
And this radio station K one oh two is given
away free food us if I say yes, is that
what we're talking about? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Yeah, yeah, that much. That is all correct. I just
want to say before you say anything. I know I
said working relationships was no for me. But when Christina
asked you out, I was like, wow, this is like a.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
Wake of Paul.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
What am I doing? And our company has no rules
on that? And why am I blocking myself in this?
So yeah, you know.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
I knew it when I saw your face squish up
when she asked me that.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
I mean, okay, say my face not squish uh?

on a date, Okay. I told her I was into
someone else and that wouldn't be fair to her. I
laid it up. That was the deal. Oh, I was
