Speaker 1 (00:05):
Heidi and John from Annandale got to play. That's what
she said. Thanks to our friends from Minnesota, Roscoe. They've
been together for two years. They're getting married later this year.
This is the second marriage for both of them, so
I'm really looking forward to chatting with them. It should
be pretty interesting. We'll ask them each a couple of
questions and we just want to see how different or
similar their answers end up being.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Heidi is up first, yep.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
And when we're done, VIP and meet and greets to
Secret Show number four thanks to Affinity Plus Federal Credit
Union and holiday coming up on Wednesday, July sixteenth. So Heidi,
you're ready, I'm ready. So in all honesty, now, do
you think it was love at first sight for John?

Speaker 4 (00:41):
No? No, it was not. He had gotten divorced and
I think he didn't want to talk to another woman
ever again. But so what happened was we basically became
friends first, and once he got to know me when
he couldn't resist.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
That's so cute. Which part of your wedding are you
the most excited about.

Speaker 4 (01:09):
The entire thing? We're actually going to an all inclusive
in Mexico and it's going to be just our really
close friends and family compared to Yeah, it's going to
be intimate and lovely. And the first time I got
married it was a big, huge wedding, and so I'm
much more excited for this.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Now.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
What do you think, if there is one, what is
John's biggest worry? Maybe when it comes to marrying you?

Speaker 4 (01:39):
Hopefully no, no concerns.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
Sam wanted to ask that one. By the way, I
don't want to.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
Talk about everybody's got complaints, right, I'm just curious what
people say. It's all in good fun.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
Yeah, And I think that if there was one, it'd
be probably the fact that he has to give up
his man case. I'm moving in with him, and I
need an office because I work from home, so I
will be taking it over.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
Okay, well here we'll flip it around. Now, So what
is your big worry about getting married to John?

Speaker 4 (02:14):
Oh? Yike, Probably that's gonna sound it. But he's a
cheap skate. Uh. He really hates hate spending money.

Speaker 5 (02:31):
But I also really love shopping.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
I give it a week. I give it a week.
I'm kidding. I love the man already. Hey, what is now?
Last question? What's something that John is really really good
at oh some strange talents.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
I mean, I don't know, leaving exactly one sip of
milk in the curtain so he doesn't have to throw
it away.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
That's the worst. You think that there's milk in there,
and then.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
It's just backwash boy. All right, hold the line, let's
get him on. See how he does. Okay, Okay, hiding
and John get too ready? Ready, Okay, let's do it.
So John, in all honesty, Now, was it love at
first sight when you saw Heidi?

Speaker 5 (03:17):
Well? Absolutely, I mean she is. She's gorgeous. I mean,
if you saw her, you you'd fall in love to
no doubt.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
That's not that's not what she said as nice as Yeah,
I mean that's so sweet.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
But you are a total liars.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
What are you saying?

Speaker 4 (03:37):
No, No, obviously I'm gorgeous. But no, he said that
he didn't want to date after the divorce.

Speaker 5 (03:43):
John, Well, yeah, but that doesn't mean when I saw
you I didn't just totally fall ahead over heels and
you come on, oh so sweet?

Speaker 1 (03:51):
Okay, what part of your wedding are you the most
excited about?

Speaker 5 (03:55):
John, Well, definitely a little love and the beach.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
I knew it.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
I knew it. Here's gonna go right to the honeymoon,
right to the honeymoon. That's what guys do.

Speaker 5 (04:06):
We're getting married on the beach in Mexico. So I
told Haidi that, you know, that's one of the wedding
gifts that I wanted.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
That's not that's not what she said, buddy.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
Hopefully don't get in all the wrong places.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
But she said it was everything, everything about you and
your wonderful life that you're going to pursue together, not
just the honeymoon yet. All right, Hey, what do you
think is your biggest worry when it comes to marrying?

Speaker 2 (04:32):
Heiding? By the way, Sam wrote this one handed it
off to me.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
Everyone has concerns, right, it's all in good.

Speaker 5 (04:38):
Yeah. Well, okay, so my biggest concern is there's there's
one room my house where I keep my three D printer,
my beer fridge, my gaming system, and that's.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Called a man cave.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
John.

Speaker 5 (04:51):
Yeah, well, the whole house is my man cave up
until she's going to move in.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
That's what she said.

Speaker 5 (04:56):
One room I was hoping to keep sacred, and she
wants to kind of take it over and turn it
into her office.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
You too, are now officially on the board of the point.
Nice job, You're not gonna gooseg this.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Well, on the flip side, what do you think would
be Heidi's biggest worry about, you know, getting married?

Speaker 5 (05:14):
Hm, Well, we've been talking about budgeting a lot, and
she seems pretty worried about that, so I'd say that
that's probably her biggest worry right now.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
That's that's pretty much what she said.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
Yep, yep, Yeah, but I think she specifically called you
a cheap scape.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
Yeah, she said that you are, like, you're beyond brugal.
You're just you're cheered to. Dude, You're a man after
my own horror.

Speaker 5 (05:34):
Yea has the bigger piece of the budget than I do.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
So one more question. Okay, can we get three out
of five?

Speaker 2 (05:41):
John? What's something that.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
You're really really good at, maybe a little off the
beaten path that she would think, Wow, you're good at that?

Speaker 5 (05:47):
Huh. Well, I'm freakishly good at parallel parking. I mean
I can pretty much park anywhere almost with my eyes.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
C That's that's not what she said.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
Oh, I was so worried he was gonna say something appropriate,
Thank you, John.

Speaker 5 (06:02):
Like what like, I'm good at banging it.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Oh my god, my god.

Speaker 6 (06:06):
If I remember right, I think she said that you're
really good at leaving just a little bit of milk
at the bottom of the milk carton so you don't
have to throw it away.

Speaker 5 (06:20):
Take it all, you know, she got a share.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
Well, I can see why you two love each other. Congratulations.
We wish you all the best on your wedding or
honeymoon or whatever you're looking forward to the most.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
And uh, thanks for being on that's what she said,
you guess.

Speaker 1 (06:34):
Yeah, thank you, thanks so much, thank you. If you
want to be on that And she said, just send
us a message to the Chris Carran Company basic page
or Instagram. We'd love to hear from you. And if
you let us know you want to be in the show,
we will do whatever we can to make it happen.
