Speaker 1 (00:06):
Carly and Martin from Saint Paul are playing. That's what
she said, thanks to our friends at Minnesota Roscoe. They
are newlyweds with three cats and a dog. You can
check out their picture on the Chris Carr and Company
Facebook page.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
And again they play thanks to Minnesota Rosco.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
We're gonna ask Carle a few questions and then we're
gonna ask Martin the same questions. Basically, we just want
to see how different their answers end up being. It's
a lot of fun. It's kind of like the newlywed game.
So Carly's at.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
First okay, and by the way, they've only been married
two weeks. I'm good.

Speaker 4 (00:33):
Well can you expect to do when you been married
two weeks? We'll be a shot, all right? You ready, Carly?

Speaker 3 (00:38):
Yeah, let's go. What was the toughest part of wedding planning?
According to you?

Speaker 5 (00:43):
Honestly, it was really easy. We kept it extremely simple
and less than five hundred dollars, So they're really maybe
the fighting the place.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
To have it less than five hundred dollars. My hero,
where were you? And I was saying, oh.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
My goodness, oh my gosh, that's incredible.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Love My wife don't get me wrong. That's really awesome, Carly.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
What is something that has surprised you about marriage?

Speaker 5 (01:10):
Honestly, it's just.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
Not a lot. I've been married before.

Speaker 5 (01:15):
But I guess what's surprise you. The most of this
marriage is just how much everything is is equals? Is
fifty to fifty? Is trying to is both of us
working together to make it work.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
You've been married how long? Two weeks? Yeah? Yeah, let's
sell all that. I just have a little fun with you.
I know what you mean.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
He's he's a gem. Now, listen, you've been married a
couple of weeks. If you could change one thing in
that couple of weeks, what would it be. It's got
to be something there.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
What was that?

Speaker 2 (01:44):
We're all human no matter what.

Speaker 5 (01:46):
If he sits down anywhere, whether it's on the couch,
he can fall asleep. In like two minutes, he'll be out.
We'll be watching a TV show and he'll be out
like a Martin's the man.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
I love Martin, Carly. If you're new, In had a
warning label, what would.

Speaker 5 (02:01):
It say, Proceed with caution.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
Can't wait to meet him?

Speaker 5 (02:09):
They're great.

Speaker 4 (02:10):
Give me one thing that Martin does that instantly makes
you roll your eyes. Umm.

Speaker 5 (02:18):
Just his his funniness, his the way he's always cracking jokes.
He's always trying to make somebody laugh, trying to make
somebody smile. And he cracked some pretty corny jokes.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (02:28):
I was waiting for the yeah, because if you're rolling
your eyes, I gotta be cheesy or corny.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
So there we go. Let's hold the line and get
this guy on the air.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
Okay, all right, Well, now that we have Martin, are
you and Curly you're both ready to go?

Speaker 3 (02:40):
Oh yeah? Oh, all right, here we go. Martin. What
was the toughest part of wedding planning my mother? Because
she's divorced between.

Speaker 5 (02:50):
My dad and my mom. Uh, we had to take
a fake photo background photo to make her think it
was at a part rather than at my dad's.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
No, no, okay, well that's not what she said. She
said everything went great and if there was anything, it
was under five hundred bucks.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
But it was finding a place to get married.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
Yeah, finding the location is always tough.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
Oh yeah, okay, Martin, what is something that has surprised
you about your newly married life?

Speaker 5 (03:24):
Surprise me about marriage?

Speaker 3 (03:26):
Yes, her asking two weeks into a relationship. Oh, she
asked you to marry her two weeks into the relationship. Dude,
what a catch you are. That's not what she said.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
She had to lock you down.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
Yeah, cat Martin, you've been married a couple of weeks. Now,
if Carly could change one thing, what do you think
would change in that couple of weeks.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
That's not what she said.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
No, she said that you have the ability, the uncanny
of a lady to sit on a chair and fall
asleep in seconds.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
And I just think that's great.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
I'm jealous, to be honest with you.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
Hey, now, you guys have been married a couple of weeks,
So you got three rawing, which is expected for a
couple married for a couple of weeks.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
So two more questions.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
Okay, Martin, if your parents had a warning label, what
would it say?

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Keep in mind, we asked Carly that question. We asked
her for new in laws on a warning label.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
Sounds like your mom comes.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
So what do you think?

Speaker 2 (04:29):
She said?

Speaker 3 (04:30):
So, I'm gonna do it with Mabel May joking the family.
Oh no, no, no, that's not what she said. She
kept Mabel out of it. Who's Mabel?

Speaker 2 (04:42):
I need to know who Mabel is Mabel.

Speaker 5 (04:45):
Mabel is a name that her mom gave me, and
I told her that that means U awesome man in Portuguese.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Oh and she bought it. Very nice, Mabel.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
All right, one more question you guys, so far you
haven't gotten one. You're swinging and missing, but you've only
been married a couple of weeks. What's one thing you
do that makes Carly roll her eyes?

Speaker 3 (05:07):
Smart?

Speaker 5 (05:10):
Fine? You sigh yep, like brow my eyes or something.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
No, she's that's not what she said. She said that
you're full of corny, cheesy, joke type things.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
I guess, Hey, you know what.

Speaker 5 (05:27):
Oh for five he said last night?

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Oh wow, I said last night.

Speaker 5 (05:36):
I'm not going to get a single one that okay.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
I thought that was some type of thing going on
in the bedroom. Oh no, that's more than five.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
Oh good for you. I think the whole point is
to have some fun. Congratulations on your on your marriage.
Congratulations on getting married for under five hundred dollars.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
That's the most amazing.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
Did you have a good time? Oh yeah, time, great time.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
