Speaker 1 (00:00):
Fall. Laney and Mike are from Bloomington. They've been married
for five years. They've got one daughter. They're gonna play,
That's what she said. Thanks to our friends at Minnesota Rusco.
We're going to talk to Lanye first. We're gonna ask
both of them the same five questions and just kind
of see how things play out. It's usually pretty hilarious.
We want to see how different their answers end up being.

(00:21):
So let's get Laney on the phone.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Landy said, I am ready to play.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
Okay, this should start off pretty easy, at least for you.
What is your mom's middle name?

Speaker 2 (00:31):
It is Emma. That's also my grandma's name and my
middle name too. Okay, definitely should get that, you would think.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
So, Yeah, Laney, what's something that he does that you
wouldn't mind if you quit doing it?

Speaker 4 (00:45):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (00:47):
Oh, sitting it's gross and I only see him do
it when he's outside though.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Oh that's good. Yeah, I mean it's great.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
He doesn't in the house, doesn't walk around spit on
the carpet. Hey, question number three of five, what booth
would you find him hanging at the State Fair?

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Like more than any other booth?

Speaker 4 (01:08):
Any booth that serves beer.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
Okay, so he's a typical Minnesota man.

Speaker 5 (01:15):
Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Yeah, what's something that you wish you would do? But
he just won't so far.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Oh, he will not dance.

Speaker 5 (01:23):
I could never ever ever get him out on the
dance floor.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
I should believe that I've never actually gave.

Speaker 4 (01:29):
Him one who likes to dance.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Yeah, they're very hard to find. Yeah, most guys don't. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
Is there anything that his parents do that you don't
like much?

Speaker 5 (01:40):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:41):
He just pop over unannounced.

Speaker 5 (01:44):
They don't call, they don't actually just show up.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
It drives me absolutely bananas.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
Oh man, that's got to be so uncomfortable, Like, how
do you tell your in laws?

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Hey, you know what, don't do?

Speaker 4 (01:55):
Uncomfortable the first couple of times, and now it's just annoying.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Okay, yeah, well we'll get him on the phone and
we'll get him to realize that maybe get it fixed too.
So it's two fold playing this game. We'll get some
things accomplished. All right, hold the line, let's get him
on the phone. All right, Okay, aren't you too?

Speaker 2 (02:10):
I am ready, So Mike, Yeah, what is Laney's mom's
middle name?

Speaker 5 (02:17):
Ah Rap, I think it's I think it's Ellie or
something like that.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
No, is that what she said?

Speaker 4 (02:27):
No, No, it's it's my grandmother's first name.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
It's Emma, Emma, I'm i'm a.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
I'm a i'm an Ellie.

Speaker 5 (02:37):
That's close. That's close enough, dude, my.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Middle name too. I was gonna kind of maybe say that.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Yeah, man, we thought that was gonna be the easy one,
So we're not really starting off hot. No, hey, Mike,
what is something that Laney wouldn't mind if you quit doing?

Speaker 4 (02:58):
I'm gonna go with forget it that her middle name
is the same as her.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Mother, smart ass, which is also the same.

Speaker 5 (03:06):
As her grandmother's middle name.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
Oh my gosh, they're the same middle name.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
No, dude, my grandmother's first name, my middle name, my
mother's middle name.

Speaker 5 (03:19):
It's like it's a whole profession.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Gotcha. You guys don't know each other very well. And
how long have you been married? Years?

Speaker 4 (03:27):
Okay, five years not long enough, obviously.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
What booth?

Speaker 3 (03:32):
What booth would Laney find you hanging out at the
most at the Minnesota State Fair do you think?

Speaker 4 (03:38):
I don't really know specifically what booth, but probably anywhere
that beer serves beer like a like a beer boo,
like nice, I can't get through the fair without going
to at least six.

Speaker 5 (03:55):
So the.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
Mike, what is something that Lane wishes you would do
but you just won't do it?

Speaker 2 (04:03):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (04:04):
I got this one.

Speaker 5 (04:05):
Uh, probably dance.

Speaker 4 (04:07):
She's she always wants me.

Speaker 5 (04:09):
To dance, and I'm not much of one.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
That's exactly what she said. Yeah, a lot of guys
just don't. She said.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
Actually there isn't anyone in her past a guy that
she even dated that danced. So you're just keeping the
streak alive. Dude, not bad.

Speaker 4 (04:24):
You've got to tell you that it's me.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
Yeah, see all right, one more question. All right, well
you got too wrong, too right to put you over
the top. Is there anything that your parents do that
Laney may not like that much?

Speaker 5 (04:38):
Uh, this one might not be right, but yeah, there's
something that that keeps happening recently here. My parents just
keep showing up sometimes, like they don't let us.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
Know in advance that they're coming. They just show up whenever.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
That's what she said.

Speaker 5 (04:53):
Yeah, it's like it's like the shape shifters or something.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
They just like go out of nowhere. Everyone was like,
the wall, here's something that's weird.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
Hi really they need to stop. Y, We've been here
the whole time while you were showering. That's great, hey guys,
three out of five right, not bad way to recover.
Thanks for playing, as long as you had a good time.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
Oh awesome

Speaker 1 (05:22):
If you want to play that, and she said, just
