Speaker 1 (00:00):
Fall. But first, we've got Sydney and Zach from minnetaka plane.
That's what she said, thanks to our friends Minnesota Roscoe.
They've been married for eight years, they've got a daughter.
This is basically like the newly Wet Game. We're going
to ask them each the same five questions and we
just want to see how different their answers end up being.
Sydney is up first, all.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Right, Sidney Yelsa. What's the best surprise Zach has ever
pulled off?

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Ooh, this one time he surprised me with the trips
to this hot air balloon thing that happens in Hudson
every year. Oh yeah, and we got to go up
and one. It was so awesome and I'd always wanted
to do that and he surprised me with it for
our anniversary.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Yeah, that's that's a pretty big surprise.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Yeah, Sidney, what do you think is the funniest things
Zach has done recently?

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Oh? Okay, he was coming he was coming home from
a guy's night and as I'm in bed, I got
this text from him that says I love you and
I didn't cheat, but I did stop and get Taco bell.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Like, okay, Taco Bell could be cheating in your relationship,
I guess. Okay, yes, So who's more of a pushover?
Would that be you? Rors?

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Oh, Zach, Zach for sure. Our daughter just like looks
at him and he folds.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
What is something random that you always have in your purse?

Speaker 4 (01:20):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (01:21):
Okay, I always have these, like a pack of these
like ready to go toothbrushes, like just in case they're awesome.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
What is it ready to go toothbrush?

Speaker 4 (01:31):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (01:31):
They're like this tiny, tiny disposable toothbrushes with like a
little toothpaste in the middle and toothpick at the end.
And I always have a bag of them and keep
them with me, like you never know when you're gonna
need it.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Good for you. Yeah, Coming from a family of dentistry,
I can appreciate that. One more question, what is your
favorite song of all the songs? What's your favorite?

Speaker 3 (01:51):
Oh? Toody Messina, bye bye.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
Okay, we'll make sure he knows that. If he doesn't,
he will, let's get him on the phone. You ready, okay?
All right? You too?

Speaker 4 (01:59):
Ready?

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Yep?

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:00):
All right, dude. What is the best surprise that Sydney
would think is the best surprise you ever pulled?

Speaker 4 (02:06):
Off best surprise. Umm oh man, okay, maybe the time
she thought I was gone for a work trip, but
I got home at day early, so I was waiting
for her in the bedroom when she came in.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
Wait, okay, okay, wait, wait, they don't need to hear
any more of that?

Speaker 1 (02:26):
No, no, no, I do you want to hear more
of that? What's going on? What was happen?

Speaker 4 (02:31):
That was a really good surprise, That's all I'm gonna say.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
But I think they can kill them the blanks and
figure out the rests. We don't need to tell the
whole world.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Wait, metaphorically speaking, is that called the hot air balloon ride?

Speaker 4 (02:44):
It was definitely okay, elevating? Okay, all right, well, but not.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
What she said?

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Yeah one, I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
It's okay, Zach. What is the funniest thing you think
Sydney would say you've done recently?

Speaker 4 (03:00):
Funniest thing? You know what? Probably the memes I sent her?

Speaker 2 (03:06):
No, I do want the names, though, sadly that is nice.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
All the time.

Speaker 4 (03:12):
They're like, you know that one with a cat dancing
to a girlfriend and a shirt.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
She said, it was a night you went off for
taco bell and you said you you'd kind of cheated,
but you didn't cheat.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Yeah, but it's just taco bell. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
All right, dude, Well we're not we're not doing well here.
Question number three of five. Who's more of a pushover?
Would that be you or your wife?

Speaker 4 (03:31):
Oh? Oh easy, this is me.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Yeah, yes, yes, especially with heavily.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
Yeah. Our daughter. She's got me wrapped around her fingers
since the day she was born. If she says she
wants ice cream, we're getting ice cream.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
Oh my gosh, she spoils her rotten.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Well, you got one, right, Zach.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
What is something random that Sydney always has in her purse?

Speaker 3 (03:55):

Speaker 3 (03:59):
What's now?

Speaker 2 (04:00):
What she said?

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Have extra Like yeah, when we're like camping or snowball
mobiling or something. But you know what, it makes sense
that after toiletap carry around after toiletaper with me all
the extra rolls.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
Okay, well, but at least you have extra tissues all
the time.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
Yeah, but that's different.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
Come on, if I can blow my nose with it,
it's the same to me.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
I could just picture this person with a rolling like, hey,
I got your back, all right? Okay, well, this is
not a very respectable score, but you guys are great though,
you guys has a lot of fun. Awesome boy. If
I ever need to blow my nose, I don't know
who to call her anything else.

Stuff You Should Know
Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
