Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to another episode of I Tell you what, do
you guys watch the Draft at all?

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (00:04):
Yeah, I did not.

Speaker 1 (00:06):
Okay, one thing that was well, a lot of things
were really cool, but I did not watch a lot
of it. But I love the recap when they had
the drones over Green Bay. All those drones formed all
those cool patterns and designs and things, and the way
they made Vince Lombardi appear in the sky and that
was pretty sweet. I mean, it really was in the
big g And then I think they did a bud

(00:27):
light at the end, and I mean a whole bunch
of cool stuff. I mean it was really that. That
part was really cool. But you heard about the you
heard about Shuduar Sanders. Shud Sanders was supposed to be
like in the first round and he drifted. Well, I
mean that's what a lot of people were saying. He's
got the talent, right. He didn't necessarily interview that well.

(00:50):
I guess with all the NFL teams, maybe he deemed
a little cocky is what I'm hearing. But somebody prank
called him and I have the audio here. This is
you know, the GMS or the coaches or whoever they
call somebody right before they pick him and go, you're
about to come to Minnesota, baby, you know, let's get
that viking's helmet. Yeah, you're ready to be a Viking.

(01:11):
You try to be a Viking, that kind of thing, right.
So somebody called Shador Sanders and this was the call,
how you doing? Are you? Man? Good? I've been waiting
on you.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
It's been along waiting, man, for sure. I'll take you
right here.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Man.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Yeah, let's be lessing there. But you're gonna have to
wait a little bit long enough.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Okay, great, go What does that mean? Are you you
heard that? You said you're gonna have to wait a
little bit long.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
Sorry about that. I don't know what that was.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Nobody got this number, though. Man, he just got trolled.
Ain't tripping now, man, Now, he did get trolled, and
it was somebody not necessarily inside the NFL, but it
was somebody's kid.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Yeah, def coordinator for the Falcon.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
This kid is that kind of random.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Apparently he saw his number on his dad's iPad.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Yeah, I mean those numbers.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Not everybody has those numbers, right, And the number was
on his dad's iPad, and he just he called him
and he made quite a name for.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
Him, So what an awful thing to prank?

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Called something about oh my gosh, right, you're in the
NFL the worse. His name is Jacksaulbrick. It's Jeff Ulbrick's kids,
twenty one year old son of like dub said Atlanta
Falcons defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrick, and Jack's apologized on social
media and just I mean he said apparently, yeah, well
he got his numbers.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
As well.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
The only other there's only thirty three people that had
his number, the NFL teams and Kim geez. Yeah, apparently
Pilkins apologized. They didn't even need to apologize. I mean
they Falcons didn't have to apologize. They did this great
big apologies like, no, it's just your coach. I get it,
but it was one of your coach's kids that did it.

(02:57):
He's twenty one years old. He's just kind of a
mind sense. I don't like what happened, but I like
the creativity.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
Yeah, it's cyah, it's pretty ballsy to do a print
call like that when you know, like he knew that
was going to get attention, but you're really gonna wrecking
a moment for something.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
His mom was wrecked after the first few picks of
quarterbacks in the in the direct different. I feel like,
I know, I know, I know, but it just shut
things up over the weekend a little bit.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Insult to injury, I think because out ouch. I mean,
you're sitting there, you're waiting for a phone call. You've
got everybody all around you, and it's like, oh my gosh,
that pone's ringing, the phones rigging.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
But if you look everybody around him, nobody cared. It
was just that one guy and his dad was sitting
on the couch. Dian was over on the couch, just
like what's up. Like a few people jumped up.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
Are they normally pretty chill and they get that phone
call because I think they get crazy when they actually
say it on stage.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
It should wasn't picked until like pick number one forty four, ouch.
So and he he really in his mind he thought
he was first round pick. And there's a lot of
people that said, obviously you know he wasn't, because well
he wasn't. You know, there's a lot of people that
just wouldn't touch him because they didn't. And so he was, yeah,
I mean, I you're right, it's it's an awful thing

(04:15):
to do. I would never do it. If one of
my kids do it, I'd be pissed. But it just
I don't know if you kind of hear some things.
I don't know. I guess if Shador, if it humbled
him maybe a little bit. Maybe it'll help him down
the road, right, yeah, maybe, or this is something good
out of it.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
I don't know of it, or this is his villain
origin story, and now he's going to become just an
absolute nightmare to deal with everyone. I'm sure he'll be
fine or he'll turn to the dark side.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
But this Jack's kid, does he work for a radio
station or something?

Speaker 2 (04:50):
I don't think so.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
It was very like rock radio print call.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
Like like does he work for Jackass?

Speaker 4 (04:56):
I mean, what's the funny thing is everyone's saying he
sounds nothing like the GF, like, not even a little.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
He sounds like Jack's Olbrook. Nobody knows who sounds like.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
I want to find him. I'm gonna find him on
Instagram or something.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Let's see. Yeah, he goes to Ole Miss is what
I heard.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Nice Colorado guy? So there really yeah, I don't know there,
I don't think I mean, it'd be funnier if it
was like a Bear's packer thing.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
Yeah, you know, why did he pick that one? Why
did he pick chaur specific.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
Because Chador was sitting and sitting and city.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Yeah, he he didn't go for three rounds.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
There's a lot of people that were blown away, including
a lot of expert draftsmen that were like, people are
missing out on this guy. I mean, he's very talented,
he's a he's a good athlete.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
I don't think the teams wanted the baggage with his
dad to come along with him. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
Maybe, I don't know. I don't, dude, when it comes
to sports. I used to be way more into it.
I used to follow football far more than I did,
But I just this one. I don't. I just know
he's good. He's a good player. I don't know. I
thought he was a good kid until you know, then
he read the stories as to why he went so late,
and I'm like, okay, well it's their progative not to
draft them. But then finally went to Cleveland. But then

(06:11):
his dad tweeted out, like years ago, like I never
let my son play for Cleveland. What are we doing
Cleveland pick? You think Cleveland will be the last team
to put yeah, and the pick they're like, all right,
let's see is the whole thing.

Speaker 4 (06:25):
It's funny because they showed the Cleveland Brown's war room
when they picked them, and everyone's just like yeah, yeah,
like straight faith not even happy.

Speaker 1 (06:34):
He's the tenth quarterback in the last five years.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
This Jack's Ulbrich that did the actual prank call. He
deleted everything on his Instagram except for his apology post,
which nobody can comment on.

Speaker 1 (06:47):
It'd be easy to eat to delete everything on my
Instagram half four seconds. Oh my gosh, good stuff. Not
good stuff. I don't know what to make of it.
It is, it's not it's not It's not a nice
thing to do. I don't condone it in any way.
I wouldn't do anything like that. I mean, the old
me probably. I don't know. There's something kind of funny
about it too, though, what you say about it, well,

(07:10):
it's it's a sort of it's it's creative. It's a
lot of how I mean for him to get his number,
I wish we didn't know how he got his number
that because that would be kind of I'd love to
talk about, like, how in the world did he get
his number? You know? What I mean. If it was
some other guy that was no connection to the league whatsoever,
that would be kind of wild, creative. But no, I
got it off my dad's Yeah.

Speaker 4 (07:30):
Before that, everyone was like, how did they get the number?
He got a new phone, new number just for the
draft that only the thirty two teams new.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
And then give it up?

Speaker 1 (07:38):
You got it when you call him?

Speaker 2 (07:40):
I kind of would, but I would. I talked to
your dad.

Speaker 1 (07:46):
Ye, put your dad on the phone. Is he your agent?

Speaker 3 (07:51):
Uh, it's just it's just wild.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
Yeah, it'd be fun to talk to his dad about
all the times he taunted our team going in the
end zone one way or the other, whether it was
on offense or defense. Right, is a freak of physical nature.
That dude is one good football player, you know what
I'm saying. Appreciate you listening to this episode out I
