Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to another episode. Oh, I tell you what.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
It is so cold this week?
Speaker 1 (00:06):
How cold is it?
Speaker 2 (00:08):
It's so cold?
Speaker 1 (00:09):
I saw a hooker in a parka. I don't know,
just had to make one up as fast as I could.
Speaker 2 (00:14):
I feel like people would pay good money for a
hooker at a PARKA.
Speaker 1 (00:19):
Should say that.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
I don't know why. I just said that, just.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
To be warm.
Speaker 2 (00:27):
Yeah, she's sensible and she's hot.
Speaker 1 (00:30):
How would you know she's even hot because she's in
a parka. You get the hood all over. You don't
know any You don't know what you're getting, you know.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
I mean if she's a smart you know, I don't
know she's capable.
Speaker 1 (00:41):
What do they do this time of year?
Speaker 2 (00:43):
I mean, okay, it's twenty twenty five. They're probably on
an app like I'm sure they're not actually all probably,
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
I'm not a hooker, but I respect anyone who is
entrepreneurial enough to do whatever they need to do, So
I am not talking down about the profession at all.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Well, lord knows we have a lot of them listening.
I'm sure I thought, you don't know. Why would I know?
Speaker 2 (01:07):
Because isn't it like what you do at night what
I do.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
I'm a hooker. Yeah, Steph, I'll be back. I go
on at about Nino at night. Just come to work
at four.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
Man, when do you sleep? It's actually amazing what you
do to provide for your family.
Speaker 1 (01:26):
I'm looking at my hooker app right now.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
It's incredible. I really there's an app for that, A
forever there is. Yeah, I just I really commend you
for doing whatever you can to put your voice through college.
Really is just amazed by.
Speaker 1 (01:41):
Whatever it takes, man, whatever it takes.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
Yeah, all right, No, wonder you drink so much coffee.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
What is the name of that app?
Speaker 2 (01:47):
It's Hookers are Us.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
It's the hru Appy. They fold toys r us and
they Hookers are Us.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
It's a much more profitable venture. How do you know
I've heard you told me.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
I didn't tell you anything. Don't drag me any of this.
I've never said a word about any of this stuff.
All I just say is you just said it's so cold.
I said, how cold is it? Like most jokes? And
then I made some stupid reference and then you started
talking about you know, once you when you were hooking
or whatever.
Speaker 2 (02:24):
You don't have to be ashamed of your second job.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
You know who's really pissed right now?
Speaker 2 (02:29):
Not hookers.
Speaker 1 (02:30):
By the way, how much what would my rate be?
I don't think.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
I have to charge. I'd have to charge people.
Speaker 2 (02:36):
I don't know what the going rate is.
Speaker 1 (02:38):
Actually, I would have to I would have the I
would have to pay people. I'd have to pay them.
It's all for ego. Hey, can you improve my client list?
Here's fifty bucks. I'm the inverted hooker.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
Yes, it's a very bad business model, to be honest.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
You know who's pissed right now? I was reading at this.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
I truly have no idea.
Speaker 1 (03:02):
The flu. The flu is flu is pissed, dude. The
flu is back on a rampage right now.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:09):
We snuffed it out in like twenty twenty one.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
Yeah, it feels like it was outdone, and now it's like, no, man,
I'm still worried.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
It's it's badass right now, the nationwide flu. It's because
I say I bring this up, because James down on campus,
Landing's on campus too at U of M, and everybody
down there is just hacking and Weason, what are you
smiling at? You have a wry smile. We're getting back
to the other.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
I'm still laughing at the hooker conversation. Sorry, I'm trying
to move on.
Speaker 1 (03:37):
Okay, are you having a baby?
Speaker 2 (03:40):
I feel like I am. I'm sorry. Continue?
Speaker 1 (03:45):
Where was I?
Speaker 2 (03:46):
So everyone's sick.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Everybody's sick.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
It's just like daycare, except grown up kids just not whatever.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
They're just got cramping on each other. Well, I mean
at least I don't know.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Yeah, we don't know what people are into. Do people
pay for that?
Speaker 1 (03:58):
Class? Is just like I guess it's an I mean,
as I know, that's really attractive to here when you've
got it coming through your earbuds here, but I mean
it's it's it's nasty now. So Jamel's not feeling good now.
A little one day hit yesterday, Yeah, so much been
a class he didn't like. Magically, I think he was
feeling better by the end of the day. Land's tefline
(04:18):
coded that kid like never gets sick.
Speaker 2 (04:20):
There's just been so much going around and it's not
just like your typical flu symptoms. Sometimes. Because I told
you about how like a few weeks ago, I felt
like I felt physically pretty fine. I didn't really feel
like I had any kind of flu symptoms. But my
one symptom was the fog, extreme brain fog.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
I had that too. It was back, I got it.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
Yeah, I felt like I had that so bad and
it didn't make any sense. I thought that something was wrong,
like truly wrong with me.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
I thought I was getting Alzheimer's. I'm not trying to
make jokes, so I was like, what's going on? This
is coming on pretty quick. I just I couldn't think. Yeah,
I can't keep my attention on anything.
Speaker 2 (04:56):
Yeah, that's how I felt for like two weeks, two
and a half weeks. I mean, it's how I feel
all the time, but it felt way worse for that time.
It was awful.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Well, this jockeys there's a certain amount of ADHD or
whatever it takes to do this job.
Speaker 2 (05:07):
Yes, yeah, but it was extreme for a couple of weeks.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
But these, I mean, these flus are weird now. It's
crazy how sometimes it hits you and then it goes
away in an hour. I mean, and some of them
hit you and it doesn't go away for two and
a half three weeks. Some of them cause like knee pain.
I mean, it's very specific, the illnesses that these things
have but the flu is out and about right now,
worst it's been since two thousand and nine, and we're
(05:31):
talking H and N one, the swine flu. Twenty nine
million cases of the flu, three undred seventy thousand hospitalizations.
I mean, it is just going bonkers right now. What
else is I reading on this? For the first time
since twenty twenty, deaths caused by the flu surpassed those
caused by COVID nineteen. Jeez, So I wonder if the
(05:51):
COVID nineteen or if covid is mixed into that flu,
or if it's just this own flu. But this flu
is it's bitter. It was scorned. Yeah, it's pissed. It's
like a one and scorn. We pissed her off back
in twenty twenty. Yeah, and she's like, Hey, I am
still here and I am going to wreak havoc on
all you people annoying me. Yeah, trying to make a
point now, all you people staying inside and not getting sick. Well,
(06:13):
I'm here and I'm back, and I'm bitchy.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
Big bad flu is back.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
