Warren Bradley Froontira's general manager of Operations. Warren, good morning,
welcome to the show.

Absolute pleasure. Now, last week I talked about Fontira's winter
shutdown on some of its sites and are here also
it's been a time of celebration for Fontira's manufacturing sites.
Tell me a little bit about some of the awards
you've had it out.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
Yes, said, there's one. We recently held eighteenth annual Best
Site Couple woods here in Auckland. The Evening brought to
you about two hundred site representatives to celebrate the hard
may from the past airy season. So we have a
seven thousand strong team working on a manufacturing sites across
the country and the Best Site Cups a great opportunity
for us to recognize their efforts.

So tell us about some of the awards. Weren't sure.

This year we gave out twenty one awards in a
range of areas like Sustainability, People, Culture, Innovation, Efficiency, consumer Service,
which was enough time to do about all the twenty
one awards, but to name a few examples played to
were in the South Canterbury. They won a Sustainability Cup
for their excellent reduction in water use across the site

and they also took home the Greater China Star Cheese
Award as a consistent perform at the top of the
South Island target site took home the Best Small Site
Cup and they've had a great season demonstrating their values
and an unwavering, reliable site during the peak of the
season and achieving all of these sustainability targets. And the
North Island the White Site. They took out two awards

during the during the evening including the People Cup and
the Best Medium Site and they were recognized for their
exceptional performance and commitment to people with a focus on
strengthening diversity with the development of future female leaders, which
was great to see.

What would you say would be the highlight of the
ear if there was any any one thing you could
put your finger.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
On, Well, this year it was a South Island's time
to shine. The big winner of the night was Southland's
Darfield they scooped up three awards, Best Large Site Cup,
Customer Cup and the Greater China Start Milk Powder Ward.
The Darfield team is recognized for their exceptional progress in
the sustainability space, showcasing strong improvements throughout the year and

particularly an energy and waste to landfill. The strong commitment
to customers and great performance in China the market speaks
to twenty twenty four other reasons why they were selected
for the Customer and Greater China Start Milk Proud Award.
So overall Best Site Cup for us, it's really about
celebrating the amazing work our teams do every day and

everything that we've achieved together. The would show how dedicated
everyone is to ongoing improvement efficiencies staying sustainable, and we're
just super proud of what everyone's achieved.
