little bit of drama from overnight with a Russian tennis
player being forced to apologize after an incident involving a
ball girl.

Yeah. Absolutely a very poor situation with that one. She well,
not Russian to Kazakh was a Russian, was boughtwa, so
I was born in Russia and she's been around a while.
And the ball girl was there ready to throw the
ball to her or pass the ball to continue, and

she did. The ballgirl did her job absolutely correctly, and
she just stood there and let the ball come to her.
And another one was thrown and she just stood there,
never never received the ball, didn't make any attempt to
take the ball, and she was just being really quite obnoxious,

as the Americans would say. And a lot of people
on social media, including past players, who have really criticized her,
bors Becka being one of them, on her behavior on court.
And she has, yeah, she has apologized now, but her
attitude was pretty poor.

by Jasmine Poilini, who has lost her latest round. I

and the TV camera's got that it was too good.

But Justine Palin has just lost. She's lost to Karina
Muhova of the of Chechia really known as Czech Republic,
previously sixty three six three, so she's into the quarter
finals off the US Open. She gets these runs every
so often. I remember watching her beat Ash Barty at
the Australian Open the year before Ash won the Open,

and she decided to take a bathroom break at what
I would think is an inopportune moment for Barty, and
Bardy just fell to pieces after that and Kov ended
up winning that. But it wasn't so much of that today.
She just played some solid tennis to beat that. Just
me and Paulini the French and Wimbledon.

Finalists match else overnight? What else is opened overnight?

Well overnight, you know. There was a couple of other
matches that have happened today, my time. Jessica Pagoula, the American,
the daughter of a billionaire who owns the Buffalo Bill's
football team. She's through to the quarter finals, and she
just made a rather amusing comment in her postmatch and
she was saying she was reading an article that somebody

had written to say that they understand that she is
driven around in limousines and has a butler and things
like that, and she says, I don't know where these
people get these ideas from, but that's certainly not the case,
considering she's taken the subway to the tournaments. You, yeah, exactly.

I think this is too good. I mean, she has
talked about that situation in the past, but it often
crops up. And she's trying to get past the quarterfinals
of a major for the first time, so we'll see
what happens. She'll play either Iger Schwantek or l Milis Samsonov.
Also through today is the brit the lefty Brit Jack Draper,

very very convincing over Tomas Mahashak another from the from
Czechia six three six one six ' two and he's
waiting to see if he will play either Jordan Thompson
or Alex dimon Or. That match should be starting in
about maybe an hour and a half or so.

You'll be looking forward to that one because that's an
all Aussie affair, isn't it.

Yeah. Absolutely, to have an Australian guaranteed for the quarterfinals
is brilliant obviously, I mean for tennis in our region,
