So it looks like the Aussie hope just not going

No, it's it's certainly all Draper at the moment six three,

faith in Alex Dimenor and you know he's not going
to give up. He's going to fight to the bitter
end and hopefully that he can turn things around in

I've sort of noticed he seems to be losing his

Versus Yeah, absolutely, I'm really looking forward to that. These
are two guys that I really like watching. I like
both of them as people. I think they're very nice,
down to earth and Medvedev is very funny guy, and
they play some extraordinary tennis. So you know, you look
at two of the three matches they played this year,
they were five set nail biders. He Strode an Open final,

Sinner got the better of Medvedev from two sets to
love down, and then Medvedev got the better of Sinner
in five sets at Wimbledon in the quarter finals. So
if things hold, they played once that also, I think
it was Indian wells and there was one sided to
the Sinner. But if things hold the way they've formed
at the majors, I think we'll have a nail bider.

The US fans must be loving the fact that they've
got a whole bunch of US men in the semi finals.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
They're so shallow. Why totally, totally, It's been a great
performance for the American players. I mean, they're guaranteed of
a man in the in the final, which at the
US opened be the first time since two thousand and
six and at any major two thousand and nine at Wimbledon.

And you've got Francis tr Four playing Taylor Fritz. Got
to keep on stopping myself from saying Taylor Swift Taylor Fritz.
It's happened so often, and so they're playing one another
in the semis, so that means there's a guarantee of

in the women semis. You've got Jessica Pagola playing Eagle
Shontech tonight in the women's quarters. So it's been a
big tournament for the Americans.

Yeah. Absolutely, it's going to be a tournament they'll remember,
that's for sure. Well, we'll watch with interest and Drape
are still up over Demonos.

So, Craig, what's the weather been like? Looked like to
have been fairly hot.

It has been. I mean, certainly in the first week
it was very hot. Today it's a little bit milder.
It's sunny, there's not the humidity, but the players have
been using ice towels on the change events, but you
know it's a different situation for them where they're running
around on a hard court which will retain the heat

as well. But generally speaking, the last couple of days
have been quite pleasant.
