talk motorsport on the show now and this weekend all
roads lead to the ryal Puna Circuit out of christ
Church and I'll be there for the what they call
sudek it's the second round of the South Island Endurance

Racing Series. Joining the commentary team of Clint Brown. CLINTA,
good morning.

Bika, how are you looking forward to round two at
Rua Poona because last year it was a fantastic event
was actually the first round but they had Shane ben
Givesberg of there at the Gibbs arriving the Brabham BT
sixty two which was a big drawcard for the petroleeds
from christ Church. Unfortunately, the Carter's car had a few
ties with the problem with the wheels so kept falling off.

Really it was a bit frustrated for the Gibson, for
the fans and of course it's been a fantastic week
for the petrore leads in christ Church. And let's have
the weather's good as well because they've just come off
the Ashley Rally Sprint where our Fred Hayden Padden. Oh yeah,
one in that beautiful argent Timmy and WRC HUO that
he won in the World Rally Championship and one of

his cars from Padded Motorsport will be one of the
contenders with the Class five and four with Pearl Arnette
in that beautifully prepared TCR shudn't they And of course
that's going to be one of the other talking points.
And I think it's going to be a huge weekend
with the Petrolds BKA from Canoby, because you've got Chris
White Junior racing in that same class in the one

hour race for the four and fives in the Mazda
RX eight and he's just won the Tony Quinn Foundation
Scholarship to get the full sponsor drive and the Toyota
GR eighty six series coming up over summer. So he
is a genuine talent to watch out for as well.

About the weekend. You'll be in the commentary box with
Ronan Murphy. I'll be in pet Lane. We've got two
one hour races first off, haven't we Yeah, So.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
It all starts at seven thirty with the barbecue, the
old breakfast Booties to welcome the drivers. Then we go
into the qualifying at nine o'clock and then we go
under the two one hour races for the Class four
and five, Class two and three. That'll be another Pusch show.
Then I think Paul Kelly, remember his beautify brand new car,
the nine to ninety two cap car. He's going to

be really hard to beat around Ruepernie because he said
that car is up the road in regards of technology
compared to what he was racing before. And of course
coming back after a bit of a break along with
Hugh Garden the other Porsche, you had a good windown
at Terra Tonga. You've also got the lights of the
add E R eight of the defending champion Julian Adam Julian.
And of course then we get the old Steve books

and Bill Riding will Book motorsport boys racing in their
one hour racing the Pusche and there'll be big contenders
in that three hour race. So those races will be
at ten twenty eleven forty in the game of a
lunch break and then at one thirty in the afternoon
it's the three hour race, and that's going to be
that big showdown between Brooks and Ryan in their beautiful
Audi R s A GT three Oudy up against the Lamborghini,

then Brazi and Andrew Waite. Of course they were plagued
by alternative problems down at Turtona. So let's hope the
battle of Rambo versus the Lambo, which that really good?
And of course it's all going to be live stream
by Jason of a team from Pitt's TV who do
a great job of doing that. In fact, they're so popular. Man,
I reckon make it live stream the waymaker ERII. I

Murphy he nicknamed Tua Tong the Temple of Speed, so
I wonder what he's going to call Rua Peter. I
thought the obi day might be the r c W Race,
the rob Cope Williams Raceway. That may upset Lindsay Kerr,

our other commentating mate, because he's the king of Kurbs.

Really, But we're looking forward to a great weekend, so
it all. It's all one day of action set aside
Saturday at Rypoona for the second round of the South
Island Endurance Racing Series. Clinton, looking forward to working with

wine and lamp wreck on the barbecue on Friday night
because there's a bit of goss around u a Puna
and Suberca, so we'll get that from our commentator mates.
