Speaker 1 (00:00):
You're listenings kf I AM six forty the bill Handle
show on demand on the iHeartRadio f KFI AM six
forty bill Handle here on a Saturday morning. One more
hour to go, and then I will start taking phone
calls off the air and we'll be going through those
(00:21):
and that's a lot of fun. Tell you about that
a little bit later on in the meantime. Since we
have our last hour, you want to jump in, and
the phone number is eight hundred five two zero one
five three four. Eight hundred five two zero one five
three four.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
And yes we do have lines.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
Open, so jump in and you can ask me a
marginal legal question, which I will give you a marginal
legal advice. Eight hundred five two zero one five three four.
Welcome to handle on the law. Marginal legal advice where
I tell you have no case. One of the things
(01:00):
is going on with the Trump presidency is the lawsuits
fly like crazy, not only in the direction of the
White House, by virtually everybody, because the president is stretching
to the limit what presidential powers are, and he is
grabbing power that Heretofore no president since probably the Civil
(01:23):
War has tried, maybe FDR A couple of times. But
this time what he has is not only is he
trying to get power as much as possible, but he
has two good pieces of.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
Ammunition on his side.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
One Congress, Republican Congress that will give him anything he wants,
doesn't matter what it is. He gets anything he asks
for with the Senate and the House. And he has
a Supreme Court of which he nominated and confirmed or
we're confirmed three justices. So now you have a conservative six'
(01:58):
to three court which is leans towards giving the president
a lot of.
Speaker 2 (02:03):
Power so it's a win. Win so here's what.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
Happened the president when he feels either defamed or, attacked
he turns around, sues what's it susan, individually because he
has his philosophy has always been you hit, ME i
hit you, twice this hard. Instantly so if you look,
at for, EXAMPLE cbs which ran on sixty minutes a
(02:29):
piece With Kamale harris about the, election And trump said
that is it was edited to make her look, good
and so people really didn't know the truth About Kamala.
Harris he, sues they settle FOR i think sixteen million,
(02:51):
dollars and all the legal experts say there was no case.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
There what are you guys?
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Doing, well they settle because you don't want to get
in the way of the. President you also have settlements
coming down because companies were selling to conglomerates and you
need THE fcc approval for.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
That and so they.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Settled and you have law firms settling and giving free
bono or giving bono of giving free help to well
organizations That trump wants to get free legal. Help then the,
universities he is suing universities or actually telling universities you
(03:35):
do what we, say will tell you what kind of
student dei, programs what kind of, curriculum and if, not
we're holding back federal. Money so people are scared to
death of the, president, companies, schools. Organizations because he is,
well he basically can do whatever he.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Want so who's the?
Speaker 1 (03:57):
Latest YouTube has agreed to pay twenty two million dollars
to settle a lawsuit brought by The president Against YouTube
because they temporarily suspended him after The january sixth, insurrection
and he says that was. Illegal you took me off
of your, platform and therefore that's. Illegal what you did
(04:21):
is violate My First amendment. Rights i'm suing. You they
immediately caved and they are now paying twenty two million.
Dollars and where's that money going? To for A White house?
Ballroom The president wants this major ballroom created inside The
White house and going to the government for, that which
he could Because i'm Sure congress will let him have,
(04:42):
it but he's decided it's going to be a private
funding and it's going to be.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
His and how does he get the? Money he.
Speaker 1 (04:52):
Is suing and, settling and he's getting tons of. Money In,
January meta, Company facebook And, instagram they agreed to pay
twenty five million dollars because they suspended him for a
period of time after the. INSURRECTION a month, LATER x
(05:13):
agrees to pay ten million dollars to settle its. Lawsuit oh,
man it just keeps on going and. Going welcome to
the world of law lawsuits according To President, trump which
is going to go down in legal history and there's
never going to be anything like it ever. Again, okay
(05:35):
let's go ahead and take some phone. Calls, bruce you're,
up welcome to handle on the. Law tomorrow's, yes. Sir customer.

A kia. CAR i signed a new lease for A honda.
Car My kia lease is coming up next, month and
they're denying me any customer loyalties between the two. Manufacturers
(06:10):
AND i believe the case is. THIS i received the
second registration for the new lease in the. Mail it's
titled in the exact same language and name and po
box between the two. Manufacturers the finance website For hondai's
(06:30):
identical to The kia. Website and they're denying me a
disposition fee waiver because they're saying they're two different. Manufacturers
AND i.
Speaker 2 (06:39):
Disagree how much is the disposition fee? Waiver how much you?
Speaker 4 (06:44):

Speaker 3 (06:45):

i don't. CARE i want to class.
Speaker 2 (06:51):
Action you're not going to get a class.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
Action you want to you want to get class, Action,
well you get to pay for a lawyer, probably and
they're going to file a class. Action now we'll see
how many people were denied, that whether it's it's a class.
Action bruce four hundred, bucks so you're you, know you
say you're screwed out of four hundred. Bucks come, on
(07:13):
take them a small claims court and then they'll kick
it up to superior.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
Court. Uh and then you get to they're gonna have, lawyers.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
And, uh you, know maybe they roll, over maybe they,
don't maybe they'll settle with. You but class action lawsuits
doesn't work that. Way now you can look up class,
action do some search words class Action hyundai and see what.
HAPPENS i, mean you'll see class action suits manufacturing. Defects
(07:40):
you'll see class action suits as to financial, issues and
maybe one of them has your your set of. Circumstances
but you're not going to put together a class action.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
Yo MARVIN, Hm, well probably listening because we have a,
delay and this is what. Happens so there's a minute
delay so people don't say horrible things so the board operator.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
Can cut it. Off So, marvin are you? There?
Speaker 1 (09:14):
Okay marvin's probably in the, Bathroom So, nikki just wait
until you hear the toilet flushing and then we'll be.
Fine then he'll come. Back, Hey, jake. Welcome what CAN
i do for?
Speaker 5 (09:27):
You my son for the past year and a half
has been having problems with his neighbor who's an older
gentleman and he's there a coving alcoholic and the wife
abuse her and doing his four year old. Son he's
been put to bed at. Night he's window faces right
(09:48):
onto the house and the guy is so loud while
he's abusing his wife that the sun is dad scared
and just doesn't want him to go to, sleep and
obviously it's a big. Problem, yeah it's terrible what's happening
to the. Wife but it's hard for my son and his.
Family my son, travels so his wife's left to deal
(10:09):
with it as. Well and so recently my son bumped
a neighbor in the street of, course trash, day and
he tried to talk to, him and the neighbor pulled an.
Axe and in this whole, chariot my son every, time
well not every, time but often you'll call the police
(10:31):
to complain about, it and the police come and they
say to my, son you're welcome to call, us but
there's nothing we can.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
Do well on an hang on a.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
Minute did your son say that this guy pulled an
axe on, Him.
Speaker 5 (10:46):
Yes and he called the police and the police came
and they, said, well did he's swinging the axe in your?
Direction and he said, no he held it above his.
Head they, said, well then he wasn't threatening you with his.
Speaker 2 (10:58):
Name oh, YEAH i. DON'T i don't know about.
Speaker 1 (11:01):
THAT i, mean that's a policeman who doesn't want to arrest.
Someone if you're holding an axe over someone's head at your.
Speaker 2 (11:08):
Threat, NO i don't get. IT i don't get what the,
police we're.
Speaker 5 (11:10):
Not doing he held it over his own.
Speaker 1 (11:14):
It, yeah, okay you know, What that'd be enough for
me IF i were a. Cop but, okay so the
cops don't want to get, involved and you keep on
pulling the police and you and they don't want to
do anything about, it which happens all the, Time. Jake
so the answer, is, well first of, all your first
question is DO i sound Like I'm South? African and
(11:36):
the answer is. Yes the other question you have is
what what CAN i? Do, well one of the things
you can do is go to court and get a
and get a restraining. Order, uh that's what you can.
Do and now is the court going to issue a restraining? Order?
Speaker 2 (11:53):
Yeah? Probably is he going to ignore the restraining?
Speaker 5 (11:55):
Order?
Speaker 2 (11:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Probably one of the worst things that the law does
not do a good job with are these kinds of,
incidents neighbor, problems people being too, loud, obnoxious neighbor lights
blaring or you, know sound, blaring next, door lights too
bright that illuminate the backyard and your. BACKYARD i, mean
(12:18):
none of this is. Fun so the next step is
to the next step is to get a restraining.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
Order you have to go in.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
There you want to get an emergency, order explain what,
happens you'll probably get. It and hopefully if a judge
issues an order and then you call the cops on
that one when he violates, it which he, WILL i
guarantee he is going to violate a restraining. Order and
THEN i don't know what else to do on this.
(12:46):
One it's one of those things where you got me on,
this you really. Do you, know there's no easy way
of dealing with.
Speaker 2 (12:55):
This there really.
Speaker 1 (12:56):
Isn't so other than, THAT i, mean just you, KNOW
i got stuck with a neighbor and it it was
the condo and the condo. ASSOCIATION i had the same
problem AS i, did and, man we it was it
was a noise issue and a stomping on the floor,
issue and, man we were in litigation for a, year
(13:18):
year and a half and it costs just a ton of.
Money and there's just no fun way of doing it
other than you, know you get your own acts and
you take us head. Off that'll do. IT i don't
know what you know. THERE i don't know what else to.
SAY i, mean sometimes you, know the law just doesn't
do a good job of dealing with problems like, that
(13:41):
and this is clearly the. Case all, RIGHT i want
to tell you about hurting for a, moment if you
hurt or if you know someone who, hurts sometimes about chronic.
Pain i'm talking about pain that is there all, day every,
day and sometimes it's debilitating. Pain and that Is Lindsay,
(14:02):
soprano the host Of The Pain game. Podcast she deals with,
pain and she created the podcast not only to help other,
people but to help herself help other. People and the
guests have dealt, with live with treated people living in.
Pain you have a family, member a loved, one and
in her, case in many cases have lost people to
(14:24):
chronic pain because they just can't take it. Anymore and
every episode ends with a message of. Hope and the
Way lindsay deals with it and helps people deal with
it is looking at pain actually giving pain. Purpose why
what is going? On how DO i deal with? It
and giving pain purpose makes? Sense when you listen to this,
show you can listen wherever you listen to. Podcasts it's
(14:47):
a Pain game, Podcast The Pain Game. Podcast on social,
media it's at The Pain Game podcast season, three wrapping
up season, four just about, Here The Pain Game.
Speaker 2 (15:02):

Morning, yes, Sir, Yeah, Bill i've got A i've got
an oak tree. Problem my oak tree is four feet
six inches for my neighbors and is hanging over his
house and he will not let me cut it without.
Anyways what's gonna happen if it, falls a limb falls
(16:13):
out and lands on his property or breaks some of his.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
Furniture, okay theoretically got? It all?
Speaker 1 (16:19):
Right, well, yeah on the face of, this, yes you are. Responsible,
however how do you get around? That, well as you
have just, explained he will not let you go and
cut the tree and make sure that it isn't on his.
Property and if you have to cut the tree from his.
Property that's the only way to do. It and he
(16:41):
does not let you do, that then you will not be.
Responsible and you have to put it in an, email
maybe even a snail, mail and have it certified, whatever
anyway to make sure that he gets the. Message message
being my my.
Speaker 2 (17:01):
Tree the branches are over your.
Speaker 1 (17:03):
PROPERTY i want to cut them so as to avert
any damage that may. Occur i'd like your permission to
cut them to make sure your house is not. Damaged
then he comes back and he says, no or verbally
he says.
Speaker 2 (17:18):
No then you.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
Follow up WITH i sent you an email two weeks
ago or five weeks, ago asking your permission to cut the,
tree to cut the branches so in the event that
the branches, break it won't do any damage to your.
Property on your, side he will say no based on
what you tell. Me then you do it a third,
time and by the time your branches do any damage
(17:44):
break fall down on his, property he's got no place to.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
Go, Marvin, okay, fantastic that's what you.
Speaker 9 (17:53):

Speaker 2 (18:13):
FROM i have no, idea absolutely no.
Speaker 10 (18:16):
Idea BUT a, man that big band tune that you
play all the, TIME i don't.
Speaker 1 (18:20):
Know, oh you're talking About Cab callaway to introduce the.
Show i've been using that for twenty five.
Speaker 10 (18:26):
Years i've been listening for twenty five, years.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
And it's really.
Speaker 1 (18:30):
Scary, anyways It's cab calloway who does that. Song you
can look it up AND i think that was from the,
twenties so that's three hundred.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
Years, hey, listen all, right what CAN i do for?
Speaker 10 (18:41):
You speaking of almost twenty five. Years in two thousand and,
nine it was alleged THAT i didn't pay for a
littering ticket in the city Of Santa. Monica now we're
in twenty and twenty. FIVE i tried to draw some
money from my. Account it wouldn't come. Out call my,
bank they said there's a hold on my. ACCOUNT i
said from, Who, well they said from The Franchise State Tax.
(19:03):
Board called The Franchise State Tax. Board they tell me
that they're enforcing delinquent collection from the, court and that's
what the money is for from two thousand and nine littering.
TICKET i didn't get any notice, until of, course they
froze my. Account Franchise State Tax board farms out to
a third party collection agency to collect. This my question
(19:26):
to you, is and it set to nine hundred and
sixty five. Dollars, now my question to you, Is i'm
also a truck. DRIVER i get A dm pre pinout
like almost every. Year there's no failure to appears because
here's a section that says failure to. Appears there's no
failure to. Appears i've never been notified to this.
Speaker 5 (19:44):
Collection people sit on.
Speaker 2 (19:46):
The hang, on hang.
Speaker 1 (19:47):
On first thing you have to do is look up
if there is failure to appear with the.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
Court now WE'LL i called the.
Speaker 10 (19:54):
Court they said there is.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
Ow, okay and they went, nine not my.
Speaker 10 (19:59):
Ticket if somebody use my identity or.
Speaker 2 (20:01):
Something, yeah WELL i always take care of my.
Speaker 1 (20:04):
Stuff, yeah you've got now unraveling that is not going
to be. Easy you have to call The Franchise Tax
board and say you want to appeal.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
IT i didn't even know.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
If Franchise Tax board can collect on a local, ticket
BUT i.
Speaker 2 (20:20):
Guess, UH i don't.
Speaker 6 (20:22):
Know the superior.
Speaker 3 (20:23):
Court they're.
Speaker 10 (20:24):
Superior they Enforced superior.
Speaker 2 (20:26):
Court the court ordered.
Speaker 1 (20:27):
That, okay it's news to, me but, Okay, uh they
have an appeals process and you have to appeal, it
uh and make that argument never got. It uh HERE i.
Am it was never there and it's now there and
never been. Informed so you have to go through the
entire appeals. Process now can you go to court on?
Speaker 8 (20:48):
That?
Speaker 2 (20:48):
Yeah? PROBABLY i mean how DO i DO i know.
Speaker 10 (20:51):
About statute collections or?
Speaker 2 (20:53):
Something, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (20:55):
There's, yeah there's a statute of, limitations but when you
owe money to the Franchise Tax, board there is no.
Statute and if they view this as owing to the
franchise Tax, board that'll go on. Forever literally there is
no literally no statute of, limitations WHICH i don't.
Speaker 10 (21:14):
Understand the court is using the Franchise tate Tex.
Speaker 1 (21:17):
YEAH i, know and that's you know for, example but
you see that taxes ode to the franchise tax board
state for, example state Of, california AND i don't know
if it goes to collection of traffic tickets because that's
it's Just i've never run into this before AND i
have no idea how to deal with? It all, right
appreciate Your, okay you. Gotta i'm GLAD i could help.
You did you just hear WHAT i? Said here's my legal.
(21:40):
ADVICE i have no idea how to deal with. It
oh that's, impressive isn't. It, Heath, Hello, heath. Welcome all.
Speaker 4 (21:53):
Right so my question is, Back god used in twenty
two thousand and nine was giving lifetime.
Speaker 7 (21:58):
Warranties with all of their vehicles.
Speaker 1 (22:01):
Rights life time, Warranties.
Speaker 7 (22:07):
Yes and they were wow by the. Government it was
right after the two thousand and eight.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
Crash it was, okay, right it was just that you
were doing, them, okay back by the. Government lifetime, warranties
which means if you drove a car for fifty, years
it was it was covered under.
Speaker 2 (22:23):
Warranty, yes but they.
Speaker 4 (22:25):
Have diesel statements in, there like if it's if the
repairs possible more than the value of the, car then
it's void and different things like. That, okay BUT i
guess that we purchased upgraded warranty to that lifetime warranty
that included.
Speaker 7 (22:41):
Everything pretty much bumper a bumper.
Speaker 4 (22:43):
Versus just the powertrain and the basic, stuff and that
the upgraded warranty they say is still, valid but they
claimed that the lifetime warranty was never, given it was
never part of the vehicle because Which i've got them
the different people on the phone to say that, yes
(23:04):
we had a lifetime, warranty but they voided it because
we didn't do some inspection that we never knew. About
AND i guess there was supposed to be an inspection
every five years that the dealership was supposed to, do
and we took the vehicle in during these inspection periods
to do with, pairs AND i guess they never did
the inspection, also which they were supposed to, do and
(23:26):
we recently got the vehicle inspected under the in the
timeframe they were supposed to do, it and they're saying
that this warranty is still not. Valid and when we
talked to, them they claimed that there was never a.
Warranty but then when you get upgraded to a high enough,
level they're.
Speaker 7 (23:41):
Like, oh, yeah we see it.
Speaker 4 (23:42):
Here it was, voided but we never knew about the
inspection requirement until after they avoided.
Speaker 7 (23:48):
It And i'm wondering if it's been something THAT i could.
Speaker 4 (23:51):
See over or talk to A lemon lawyer or who
would DO.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
I don't think it'd be well small.
Speaker 1 (23:59):
Claims they're not going to order that a lifetime warranty be. Reinstated,
wait lifetime. Warranty that's news to. Me so what you
have is a? Vehicle howels?
Speaker 2 (24:10):
Vehicle it's a.
Speaker 4 (24:12):
Two thousand and Nine, okay right now they honor the upgraded,
portion but they don't honor the basic.
Speaker 1 (24:18):
Portion, Okay well you would think that it would be. Incorporated,
now have you repaired the car and paid for it
and they submitted it to the insurance company and they've said.
Speaker 4 (24:30):
No the fuck is is at Of Dodge dealership and
Moped dodge just saying it's not under one.
Speaker 7 (24:39):
Two we're not going to repair it unless you pay for.
Speaker 5 (24:41):
It.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
Okay how much do they want to repair?
Speaker 7 (24:44):
IT i think it's about ten thousand.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
Dollars ten thousand dollars for a two thousand and nine.
Speaker 2 (24:51):
Car, yeah what is the two? Thousand what is the two?
Thousand first of, all what's the two thousand and nine car?
Speaker 4 (24:59):
WORK i would say because of the, warranty it's worth a,
Lot but without the, Warranty i'd say it's worth twenty.
Speaker 7 (25:08):
Thousand, really a car that is picked.
Speaker 2 (25:13):
Up what kind of car is? It this worth twenty?
Grand it's that Old Dodge.
Speaker 4 (25:19):
Ram FIFTEEN hemi and it's in good condition except for
this most recent.
Speaker 2 (25:26):
Issue, yeah ten thousand. Dollars yeah you, can you.
Speaker 1 (25:29):
Can you can sue in small claims court for the
ten thousand. Dollars to reinstate the lifetime warranty is a
much more complicated thing because NOW i forget about the
ten thousand dollars small claims against the insurance, company and
then you have to prove they're going to say you
(25:52):
never came, in and you're going to SAY i did
come in within the five, years and you're going to
have to prove that you, did and you don't have
any proof that you, did and they're going to, say.
Uh and then you're gonna SAY i was never. Informed
and then they're going to say we informed. Everybody and
then you're gonna say it's going to go back and
forth reinstating this thing go.
Speaker 4 (26:14):
Ahead quarranty company should and the, dealership they should have
the responsibility to tell us Every.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
No it's not the, dealership it's the insurance company that
has to inform you because it's Their, uh it's their,
requirement not the. Dealership you know the dealership.
Speaker 7 (26:35):

you know what are you gonna to sue to reinstate
a lifetime award or lifetime? WARRANTY i don't even know
(27:09):

on the, law and this is can't fine handle. Here
(27:50):

end of the. Show but right after the, show AS
i lock out and say, GOODBYE i will still continue
with phone, calls probably for forty five, minutes and that'll
be off the air and those fly because no, commercials no,

light scale construction. EQUIPMENT i got a couple of clients
that are running a little. Behind one of them got
a little further behind THAN i. Realized so there are
a few, months basically a few months in a. Hole
at this, point they've been waiting for a payment from
(28:56):
from another from another, place you, know long. STORY i
don't want to get into. It but if, they for
any reason reneg on the, payment what are my.
Speaker 5 (29:07):
What are my?
Speaker 6 (29:07):
Options DO i just take them to small of, course.
Speaker 2 (29:10):
There's no other way to, go how much do they
owe you right?

Speaker 2 (29:17):
Five, yeah that's a small. Shot that's. Easy that's a
small claim. Suit you can assume now if you, want
you can assume them. Now, well they.
Speaker 6 (29:26):
Haven't you, know they've been at least showing good faith
up to a. Point they've just been waiting on another.
Speaker 2 (29:32):
Payment all, Right so here's your, choice got? It, okay
here are your.
Speaker 1 (29:36):
Choices you either understand and you know they're, trying and
you know they're doing everything, possible and you don't sue,
them and you wait until it's whatever you think is
a reasonable, time or you sue. Them either, way it's a.
Win you got. Them there's a contract. There i'm assuming
you have written contracts for all, this, Right, yeah, okay
so there's a there's a written contract and they breached
(29:59):
it because they were supposed to be and they. Didn't
so EASY, Pc Small Claims. Court, Bob, Hello, bob.
Speaker 2 (30:07):
Welcome.
Speaker 8 (30:09):
Hi we talked a few months ago about a quick
title action and because the caretaker was trying to steal the, house,
well we won in. Court she was ordered to move
out within ten days and that day is, today and
we drive by doesn't know why she's. Moving in the
paperwork that was sent to, her it says that we
(30:31):
have if she does not move out by this, date
we have the right of a writ to regain to
take to The Riverside County sheriffs to regain. Possession does
that mean the writ is the judge already signed it
or we need to get him to sign it on
top of.
Speaker 1 (30:47):
It, no you got, It you've ALREADY i just DID
i think You no ways say you have the ability
to get a wrint or there will be a writ
and it depends on the paperwork and. DIED i don't
know about How Riverside county. Works what does the exact paperwork?
Speaker 8 (31:05):
Say a planeff shall be entitled to a writ a?
Speaker 1 (31:10):
Possession, YEAH i think you have to go to. COURT
i think you have to go to court in that.
One it's automatic and you'll get your writ and just
go to the clerk of the.
Speaker 2 (31:18):
Court or you can call the sheriff's.
Speaker 1 (31:21):
Office that's WHAT i would do and SAY i have
this document. Here does that MEAN i have to go to?
Court or CAN i just hand it to? You that's
WHAT i would. Do it's a couple of phone calls
and the sheriff's'll come out and they'll toss. THEM i
mean it'll take a couple of weeks, probably but you,
know they'll lock them, out literally lock them, out take
their furniture and throw them, out throw the furniture on the,
(31:43):
SIDEWALK i.
Speaker 8 (31:45):
Hope so well, yeah so, yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Speaker 1 (31:49):
Yeah, absolutely you, know and you want to video it
and have a good time and throw a party and
cater it and have some sparklers and you, know just
have a boring good time throwing someone. OUT i always
found it, hugely hugely entertaining when we do.
Speaker 2 (32:05):
That, Kim, Hi, kim, welcome thank.
Speaker 4 (32:10):
YOU i have a.
Speaker 11 (32:11):
Question we have a fence that is getting old and falling.
Apart we have a swimming pool as, well so it's
super important that we have a secure. Fence but our
neighbor is just completely ignoring. Us we even offered we'll
pay for, it no, problem but he's completely ghosting us
(32:32):
and ignoring us and keep telling, us, well next month
we'll do.
Speaker 2 (32:36):
It, Yes so, yeah, yeah, yeah we're the.
Speaker 1 (32:38):
Fence tell me about where on the property line the
fence is his, property your property right.
Speaker 2 (32:43):
Down the, middle which one right down the, middle right
down the.
Speaker 1 (32:46):
Middle, yeah he doesn't have the duty to fix. It
that's not his. Duty so you get to fix your,
side and.
Speaker 11 (33:02):
We can we can break down the fence and then
JUST i think we're.
Speaker 2 (33:06):
GOING i think you.
Speaker 1 (33:08):
CAN i think as long as it's done so he
isn't he isn't too much impaired and how he deals
with his side if you do it bit by, BIT i,
mean what's he gonna do tear down your fence or why.
Speaker 2 (33:25):
Don't you do?
Speaker 1 (33:25):
This why don't you just put if it's on the property,
line how how much over the property line is it
on your?
Speaker 11 (33:32):
Side probably like two?
Speaker 2 (33:35):
Inches, yeah why don't you just build a fence right
next to.
Speaker 4 (33:38):
It we can totally do. That, okay, Great just then
he can't do.
Speaker 2 (33:43):
Anything then he.
Speaker 12 (33:43):
Can't, yeah then he can't do anything about. It and
as your fence and you just put it up and
you let the other one. Rot, yeah that's the answer to.
THAT i, think uh for.
Speaker 1 (33:54):
Sure let me tell you about bad. Breath, no you
don't have bad. Breath i'm, sorry because you don't have morning,
breath because you never wake up in the, morning because
you don't, sleep you never drink, coffee so clearly you
don't have coffee. Breath certainly, onions, garlic anything that causes
bad breath you never, eat so you don't have to
listen to. This now the rest of, us, well, yeah
(34:18):
so what do we do when we have bad? Breath
let me brush our teeth of course in the, morning.
Etc and then during the, day if you know you're
starting to smell like a rhino in, heat the wrong
end of a rhino and, heat you pop a breath
mint and that takes care of the bad breath in
your mouth for a period of. Time but it doesn't
take care of the problems in your stomach because you
swallow the food and it churns and burns with all
(34:41):
the stomach, acids and that can cause bad breath can start,
there can stay. There and this is where zelmons comes
In zelman's minty.
Speaker 2 (34:49):
Mouth far more than just the. Mint there is the
mint part of.
Speaker 1 (34:53):
It these little capsules that are covered with a good
strong mint that you pop in your, mouth two or
three of. Them you suck on the min and then
you swallow it right into the capsules and they get
to work in your.
Speaker 2 (35:04):
Gut that. Works that's a double.
Speaker 1 (35:06):
