Corbin Carson Reports: The University of Southern California and a former school gynecologist have been sued by four students claiming sexual abuse.

A former USC gynecologist has been sued by four students for sexual battery and sexual harassment. The lawsuit claims during exams Dr. George Tyndall would touch women with no glove on and talk explicitly about sexual topics. The student’s attorney John Manly says for 30 years USC tried to keep this quiet. The school decided to get rid of him in 2016. USC says the school is aware of the lawsuit and is focused on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students and providing support to those affected.
