KFI AM six forty.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Six forty is Later with mo Kelly.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
Fourth of July is almost upon us, and just give
you a little reminder, we will have a live broadcast
from Chateau Mo. It's like the fifth annual or something
like that. I don't know how COVID fits in there,
but it's like the fifth annual Chateau led Mo live
broadcasts plus live dessert competition where you get to take
a look inside of the show at my house. But

(00:41):
Fourth of July is a big deal in my house,
and it may be at yours as well. And it's
nice to think that it's going to be on a
Friday this year. It's a perfect day to half fourth
of July and you still have the rest of your weekend.
Wallet hub has a new listing. You know how we
love walub The best place is for the fourth of July.

(01:03):
In terms of celebrations in the country, the Large Marcus
the top ten and it was broken down into eighteen
key metric ranges from average beer and wine prices to
duration of firework shows to the Fourth of July weather forecast.
So let's get into it, coming in at number ten.

(01:23):
As far as the best place and best a city
for Fourth of July celebration.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Number ten is Sacramento.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
I don't know about that because there's nothing in Sacramento,
not a damn thing. Maybe it's just fireworks, maybe, but
I'm not going to Sacramento just for the Fourth of July.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Number nine, Oh yeah, I could see this. Orlando, Florida. Yeah,
I can see that. One.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Might be a little hot, might be a little humid,
but you have Disney World say yeah, it's fireworks spectacular.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
I can see that.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
And there are other things to do down in Orlando
which will have its fireworks as well. Coming in at
number eight of the best cities in America for Fourth
of July celebrations. San Francisco haven't been on the Fourth
of July, have no reference point, don't know. Can't think

(02:24):
of any reason why it would be great or bad anyone, anyone.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
I can't think of why fireworks in San Francis. Maybe
over the water or something. I don't know.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Yeah, that's not a destination for me. As far as
Fourth of July. I may then launch them out of Alcatraz.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
Maybe maybe that makes sense. Number seven San Diego. Yeah,
I could.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
I could go to San Diego fourth Yeah, I mean
it's in and around obviously Comic Con, so I know
what the weather is like. And probably they have fireworks.
What is that Jack Murphy Stadium wherever the Padres play
now pet Cooke Particle Park. Yeah, they're probably some good
shows over the water as well.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
That probably makes sense.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Number six, So the best cities for Fourth of July party, Mark.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Ronner, We need you to weigh in. Seattle, Washington.

Speaker 5 (03:24):
Oh it's good. Yeah, they have them off the space needle.
It's really nice. Oh oh okay, okay, yeah, yeah up
on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, and there are plenty
of places to get a good view of it. Honestly,
it's a lot of fun. Anything over the water. There's
water everywhere there. I mean it's right Lake Union is
right there. Okay, that's all right, okay, all right. Number

(03:47):
five Saint Paul, Minnesota. No, I've been in Minnesota in July.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
No. No, not not even near the Arch.

Speaker 5 (04:03):
No.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
Saint Louis. Oh this is Paul.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
Oh no, no, there's no, no, no, no.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
What's in Saint Paul? Correct the question?

Speaker 1 (04:17):
Is?

Speaker 2 (04:17):
He answered?

Speaker 3 (04:17):
Wow, it's maybe the Target Corporation Mall of America. Oh,
but here's the thing. Saint Paul's number five, right, guess
what number four is? Minneapolis? This is fixed. I don't
see who the hell wants to be in Minnesota anywhere.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
On the fourth of Prince from Is he from Minneapolis?
He's from Yeah, he's from Minneapolis. They might have a
good like Prince Review. I don't know, right, see right
over the water, go bathe yourself. Yeah, yeah, yeah, new
birth on fourth of July.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Take me with you? Okay.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
Number three of the best cities in America four Fourth
of July celebrations, according to wallet Hub.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Los Angeles. Don't tell me.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
We're just slightly better than Minneapolis and Saint Paul.

Speaker 4 (05:17):
Well, okay, we don't know the numbers, but we are
in the top three.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Absolutely.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
I was just gonna say, a top three of the
they're talking about anywhere.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
Yeah, I know people are on the take. I don't
trust anything they are. No, someone paid money to get
on this list. I got to tourist in. LA has
got to be.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
LA is one of the biggest metropolitan areas in the world,
where everyone's coming here to see the fireworks.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
No, I'm not disputing three. You know, being in number three,
I'm disputing four. We need to go someone someone in
the in the mom migos. One of y'all are from Minneapolis,
and there's got to be more than prince there.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
Someone let us know.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
Well, you know, I wish Claudie was going to be
joining us tonight because she would be able to tell
us firsthand because she grew up in Minneapolis.

Speaker 5 (06:04):
Wallet Hub is rapidly but down my list of hubs.

Speaker 3 (06:08):
But also Jesus, but also we mentioned it before getting
on the one ten from the one oh five to
downtown LA. You go right at the time that they
shoot out fireworks. It's pretty cool. You don't want to
like be around fireworks, but you want to see it.
That's where you got to do because you'll see them
from all angles. It's like fireworks alley. Yeah, they completely
surround you. Driving down the one had it's pretty cool,

(06:31):
until you know, we also know that bullets are flying out.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
Yeah. Number two, I wasn't kidding New York. Yeah that
makes sense. Yeah, totally makes sense.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
Absolutely, And any guesses to number one, it's got to
be DC.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
You think DC.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
Oh that's a good guess. Yes, yes, a very good guests.
The top ten, that's crazy, you know, it could be
number one. I'm thinking Texas maybe. Well that's a state
you had narrowed down. Houston, Dallas, Austin, Okay, Dallasallas, Okay, okay,
Dallas all right, let me let me see Dallas is
number forty. Oh so it's not Dallas. Wow, okay, I'm

(07:15):
trying to see.

Speaker 6 (07:16):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
DC is number seventeen.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
Yeah, so it's not number one. But I would like
to be in DC on the fourth of July. I
honestly would.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
I don't.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
In fact, I never have. I was always either slightly
before it or after it.

Speaker 4 (07:29):
I thought I thought I would have thought New Orleans
would have been higher on this list. Only number twenty one.
I guess they don't do with fireworks. Well, I think, car.

Speaker 7 (07:44):
No, we really do have a nice July fourth celebration.
So I really am surprised it's not higher on the list.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Is Is it a big deal in the French Quarter? Yes,
it is.

Speaker 7 (07:54):
You go on the riverwalk and they have the fireworks
right there.

Speaker 4 (07:59):
Like yeah, that's what I figured, like even as you
get on one of those boat cruises.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
Yeah yeah, all right, Well, number one the top place
in America for Fourth of July celebrations. According to wallet hub,
take it or leave it, Las Vegas. Okay, damn, that

(08:30):
was gonna be my second guess. Vegas fireworks. Yeah, absolutely,
says the Fourth of July is one of the most
beloved holidays in America, allowing many of us to not
only celebrate our independence, but also get a day off
of work and gather together with family and friends. The
best cities for the holiday help you make the most
of your day with affordable food options.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
That's Vegas.

Speaker 3 (08:49):
Good weather, I don't know if that's Vegas, fun recreation choices,
that's Vegas and long spectacular fireworks shows.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
Okay, that is Vegas and open alcohol. That's true.

Speaker 4 (09:00):
So for the fourth Fourth of live But also remember
here in California, we get all of our illegal fireworks
from where Mexico. No no, no, no, we actually get
the bulk of them from Nevada.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Who gets them from Mexico?

Speaker 3 (09:15):
Hey, look, you know the only reason I know that
is because my former neighbor when I was living in
Harbor City got his directly from that.

Speaker 4 (09:24):
No, no, no, A lot of people do. But it's
an easier drive instead of going you know, over to TJ.
It's easier to go over to Nevada. I guess yourself
and roll it right up to the border. They literally
have them everywhere they stands. And it makes sense because
I mean that's why EDC is there now. There's just
so much room. It's just true massive space. Well, don't

(09:44):
a lot of them come from reservations? The fireworks when
I I don't get that report. I cannot remember if
that's what that was the nexus? So that was the
I don't know. I would like to give you a
serious answer. I honestly don't know.

Speaker 5 (09:59):
Well, that was the word on the street in my
hometown in Washington. It may not be the same. That
was what Huggy Bear was telling all the all the
people on the streets.

Speaker 2 (10:07):
Yeah, we need the theme to start skiing us. It's
later with mo Kelly k IF.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
I am six forty live everywhere in the iHeartRadio app, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook,
And it was a story we want to get to
yesterday that we didn't have a chance, but we're going
to follow up today the ROBOTAXI rollout. It's not going
real Well, I don't know if Towalla is getting a
cut of these new robotaxis, but they're not off to
a great start.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
We'll tell you how and why just a moment.

Speaker 1 (10:33):
You're listening to Later with Moe Kelly on demand from
KFI AM six forty.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
Kelly six.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
We're live everywhere in the iHeartRadio app. Okay, twa, let's
get into it. You are a proponent of the whole
robotaxi industry with Waimo, and now I see you're just
a shill for all autonomous vehicles. Elon Musk. Tesla launched
its driver list Robotaxi that's a very ingenious name, robotaxi

(11:14):
service in Austin, Texas this past Sunday. Now, of course,
it was met with all sorts of praise, because, to
be fair, when you're talking about cutting edge technology, Tesla
is usually somewhere in that conversation. Elon Musk is somewhere
in that conversation, regardless of whether you agree with his
politics or not. The only problem was the robotaxis plural

(11:38):
that they took out and let the general public use
and upload videos. They were not ready for prime time
in one test, which was conducted and published by Tesla Daily.

Speaker 2 (11:55):
Tesla Daily.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
In other words, this is an outlet which covers all
things Tesla. Yes, they posted a twenty minute video, okay,
and you could see that the riders were in the back.
It had a tech person from Tesla to take over
the wheel if need be. In this twenty minute video,
seven minutes into the ride, this Robotaxi comes upon an

(12:18):
intersection with the turn only lane. So the robotaxi has
to turn. Remember I was talking about weymother other night. Okay,
the Robotaxi has to turn by law. What happens is
the car decides instead to go straight through the intersection
and ended up going the wrong way. Nobody died. But

(12:41):
that's not good. Okay, Okay, look, yes, go ahead, explain it.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
I just wanted to be clear that in this race
to take society to the next level, in our race
to get to that starship Enterprise, there are to be
some bumps along the road. I know, and you know
that Tesla they go above and beyond to try to

(13:09):
make sure that their vehicles are top notch. Forget the
fact we're not talking about the one that ran into
the train. We're not talking about that in the past.
What I'm saying is that even even Tesla has some
bumps along the road. We've seen, we've seen the SpaceX
rockets continues to blow up. But what happened today once

(13:29):
successfully went up? You see, you have to have all launch.
They had a successful launch, okay, so you have to
have all of these explosions to get to that successful launch.
If we want to get back to the moon quickly.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
Can I talk about some more of the explosions real
quick so they have context of how bad this first
day was. In another test drive test ride, the riders
were quested at early drop off, and in this instance,
it prompted the Robotaxi to come to a stop in
the middle of a four way intersection and had everyone

(14:04):
exit the vehicle.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
I don't know what do you do? Do you stay
in the car or is it more dangerous to get
out of.

Speaker 4 (14:09):
The car and flore I'm thinking that these passengers they
probably misuse the app and they probably entered maybe an
emergency code, maybe emergency exit, and that is what caused
the Tesla to stop and just get let everyone out.
That's probably what happened that glitch.

Speaker 3 (14:29):
See, I'm not an early adopter. That's why I have
not gotten into a ROBOTAXI don't have to get into.
But way Mo was about to be everywhere, as I
once predicted so long ago, just because verywhere does it
mean that I'm going to get my ass anywhere near it?

Speaker 4 (14:46):
They already kind of are. I mean, they really are.
It's just they're moving their way into the valley like
you go through La. You can't, you know, turn a
corner without seeing one. But the value were you know,
we're missing out.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
No you're not. They need.

Speaker 3 (14:59):
What I found out is as they expand their territory,
the cars have to map the territory, just like a
uh uh one of those like the Google Map uh car,
the Google Map car or rumba or maps the room
or it did. It has like a map in its
computer mind, and then it's a little bit easier to

(15:21):
traverse the terrain.

Speaker 4 (15:22):
Now, one thing that you should know with the way
Mo system, the devices that you see spinning on the
top and in the front and on the back of
the vehicles, those are geo mapping everywhere they go, and
they're feeding back information to way more Central that is
then using Google Maps and using all types of programs
to help assist as it's going, so they don't have

(15:44):
to have their own, you know, roll out vehicle to
go map out Tesla. On the other hand, there they
are trying to really advance things quicker than maybe they should. Okay,
because I saw, I saw some of the complaints.

Speaker 2 (15:59):
You know, is fair at least you acknowledged them. No, no,
it's fair, but but it's going to get there.

Speaker 5 (16:05):
Your honor, permission to pursue a door Towala has opened.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
Yes, permission to treat as a hostile witness. Towell.

Speaker 5 (16:12):
I'm so glad you mentioned Star Trek because how many
episodes of the original Star Trek involved Captain Kirk out
talking and out reasoning and artificial intelligence. So it's self
destructed because I can think of at least four offhand.

Speaker 4 (16:24):
Okay, And your point would be that you want these
people or is your the people to self destructive vehicles
or are you actually proving my point by people interfering
with the AI and causing your vehicles to actually go awry?

Speaker 2 (16:41):
Thank you Mark for bringing that up.

Speaker 4 (16:42):
We have a bunch of Captain Kirk's doing it to
these vehicles to.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
Go awrye your honor, Honor.

Speaker 4 (16:50):
I want you to make sure this is not stricken
from the record of me.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
Thank you for running.

Speaker 5 (16:57):
It seems like you're regarding all these potential victim is
just collateral damage on the way to this alleged star
Trek dystopia that you're attempting to discribe.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
Mark there.

Speaker 4 (17:07):
We may not have seen it on the show, but
I promise you more than a few people were turned
inside out in the transmatographer or whatever they call that,
the tea, the teleportation. Yes, well, a few people are
turning inside out, So that makes this okay, Then I'll
see how are we going to get to the point
where we're going to get on the enterprise and travel

(17:29):
and beam up if there is not a few Jensens.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
Well, okay, so you want to be the sacrificial mouse
to experiment on.

Speaker 4 (17:38):
Look, we already had a bunch of red shirts out there,
and they're in there testing these vehicles bravely insigns.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
We have a bunch of them.

Speaker 4 (17:46):
Are your red shirt? Tuala, you said, what are you
a red shirt? I'm a gold shirt?

Speaker 3 (17:50):
Baby called me Captain Kirk Baby, I'm sitting in the control.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
I rest my case. Thank you very much.

Speaker 3 (18:00):
This is one of the few times that Mark and
I agree to all of You're crazy, You're gonna take
you can't be trusted with anything, ROBOTAXI can't trust you.

Speaker 5 (18:07):
Check the credits in his space account.

Speaker 2 (18:11):
I am six forty.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
We have a ditty update and it's actually in alignment
with the view. We don't talk about the view, but
we're going to talk about the View when we come back.

Speaker 1 (18:21):
You're listening to Later with mo Kelly on demand from
KFI AM six forty.

Speaker 3 (18:42):
CAFI Later with Mo Kelly Live everywhere on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook,
iHeartRadio app. I don't watch the View. I don't think
I've ever watched one full show the View. I've seen
clips on YouTube, you know. I I'll see the View
being reported on by other news outlets, but I've never

(19:04):
sat down and watched a view one because I just
think it's like popcorn TV. They don't really they talk
about serious subjects. They may have interviews with serious people,
but that's not where I would go for serious subjects
or serious people. If you happen to be right of center,
you don't like the view and their politics. If you're
left of center, you may like the view. It's not

(19:26):
for me. But I did find something was very interesting
that other media outlets were talking about Sonny Houston made
some comments about the Diddy trial which were kind of
reminiscent of what I had said, and I'm going to
play the clip right now, and she was basically saying
that the prosecution doesn't seem to be getting it done.

Speaker 2 (19:46):
We'll pick it up on.

Speaker 8 (19:47):
The other side, Sean Diddy cam sex trafficking trial could
be wrapping up. The prosecution and defense attorneys are expected
to rest their case today or tomorrow. Comb spleetd not
guilty on all charges and his lawyers won't call a
single witness to testify.

Speaker 2 (20:02):
Okay, that's we're up to.

Speaker 8 (20:04):
So, Sonny, you're in the courtroom for so much of
this trial. Where do you see this heading?

Speaker 9 (20:09):
You know, I think it's very interesting that this defense
team decided not to call any witnesses, testimonial witnesses. They
are going to put in some documentary evidence, some text messages,
things like that, But that tells me that they think
the prosecution proved the defense case.

Speaker 2 (20:26):
That's what that tells me.

Speaker 9 (20:27):
A ninety five percent of federal prosecutions and in a conviction,
you know, there's a very high conviction rate, but when
defendants testify, the conviction rate goes up even higher. So
I'm not surprised that Sean didn't. Sean Colmes didn't testify,
although I believe that he wanted to. He was a
very like engaged defendant. He was passing, sticking outs around.

(20:48):
He even got admonished by the judge for life nodding
to the jury. So I suspect he's the kind of
guy that thinks he can get on the witness stand
and charm the jury into believing that he didn't do.

Speaker 5 (20:59):
Some of.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
He did not.

Speaker 9 (21:02):
He also did not go on the stand. It's extremely,
extremely rare, less than I meant. Most defendants don't testify.
I've had big opportunity to cross examine or actually yeah,
cross examined defendants and they've all been consued.

Speaker 8 (21:17):
So do you think that he gets off the hook?
Is he going to make a comeback to you think
a lot of them, all of them.

Speaker 9 (21:21):
I think it would be really difficult, you know, to
be honest with you, And I don't know that he'll
get off the hook on everything. I don't think the
prosecution has proven racketeering. I don't think the prosecution has
proven sex trafficking. But in terms of taking prostitutes across
state lines to engage in prostitution. That's the Man Act.
I think there's pretty clear evidence of that. But that's
less than ten years. There's only men do that. But

(21:46):
I've got to tell you it's it's been really fascinating
to watch because this jury doesn't seem to be buying
what the prosecution is selling.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
That's the main point. That's the takeaway. The jury doesn't
necessarily seem to be buying what the prosecution is Now
we don't get to hear the testimony. We are reading
the testimony, we're reading interpretations of the testimony, but all
throughout the trial. Let's not forget racketeering and sexual trafficking.
Those are big cases, Rico. You know, there are a

(22:15):
lot of moving parts and elements to that, and it
didn't seem like that that was being conveyed in a
way where you could say they've proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
It's a real high bar.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
It's a really big case with a lot of elements
to it, and it seemed like my takeaway from all
that testimony was that Diddy was a domestic abuser, serial
domestic abuser. He was an a hole and he probably
should be in jail for battery, but as far as
racketeering and sexual trafficking, and the late person probably perceives

(22:52):
it on a much grander scale than what was presented
in court. I don't know if they've reached that standard.
And I would not be surprised or even angry if
Ditty were found not guilty. And I say not angry
because you want the justice system to do its job
as it's prescribed.

Speaker 2 (23:11):
It doesn't sound like the prosecution that it's burdened.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
I see Ditty is actually getting off because every excerpt
I've read, every testimony that I've read, through everyone that
they have talked to, they've only pointed to one thing.
They were in attendance of one of Ditty's wild sex parties,
and they were asked to do all types of crazy

(23:36):
things which they then did. None of that is illegal.
Having a sex party is actually not illegal.

Speaker 6 (23:46):
The point of the whole thing was to prove that
he had financial transactions connected to bringing people across state
lines for the purpose of having sex and for all
types of other things that none of which we have.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
Seen is a criminal enterprise. Yeah, and these are things
that they're allegend.

Speaker 4 (24:05):
Well, you know, through this we found out that he
allegedly blew up someone's car, He allegedly did this. What
does any of that have to do with what you
told us you were going after. I don't see that
he will get off because they failed in the prosecution.
He will get off and will he come back? Do
you know how many people unfortunately support.

Speaker 2 (24:25):
This dude gets off?

Speaker 4 (24:28):
The people who to come back after Tiffany hobbs on
her social media when she's like, you can all burden
in hell and they're like, no, you burden hell.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
I'm like, what is happening?

Speaker 4 (24:36):
What is happening in the world where people are in
this much support when when you you know what time
it is.

Speaker 3 (24:44):
He I don't want him to be found not guilty
on the strength of who he is and what he's done.
I thought he was improperly charged, he was overcharged, and
they couldn't meet the burden. Now we may be surprised
in two weeks they may convict him.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
I think that that is more unlikely than likely.

Speaker 4 (25:08):
If they convict him on what we have seen thus far,
I would call that an injustice.

Speaker 3 (25:14):
Well, not only that, if they do convict him, and
I'm not a legal expert, By any means. I know
that there are some entry points for an appeal. Yes,
there are a number of things during nullification whatever it
just I can see that there's some points where. Yeah,
I was not surprised in the least when the defense said, uh, no,
we have no witnesses to present, let's just go to closing.

Speaker 4 (25:34):
Argument, because they look at this like is this the
best that you all had? Oh we're good now now
now now. Will he be hit with untold civil suits?

Speaker 3 (25:44):
Yes, absolutely, yeah, and he will lose those because the
standard of proof is preponderance of evidence, yes, fifty So
it's not even like, you know, beyond reasonable doubt. That's
why you see the criminal trial and the civil trial,
two different standards approve two different forms of jeopardy. And
he probably has insurance up to yan yank because most

(26:06):
celebrities on that level they do. It's not money coming
out of their pocket. Yeah, he'll get sued, he'll lose.
But like the question was asked, yeah, of course he's
gonna make a comeback.

Speaker 2 (26:15):
Why would he not. Why would he not try to
monetize a verdict of not guilty. Yes, the book, the movie,
all that's coming, all of that.

Speaker 3 (26:25):
It's Later with moo Kelly can if I aim SINX
forty Live everywhere, the iHeart Radio app, and against better judgment,
I'm going to talk about in and out because when
I talk about in and out, I start wanting to
eat in and out. And Stefan's not going to go
to in and out and get his food. And Tiffany
Hobbs is here for the viral loads. She's not gonna go.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
Get us food. She can get it. Hey, hey, hey,
it's the family show. Y'all didn't catch that.

Speaker 3 (26:52):
Y'all didn't cash for Live everywhere on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook,
and the iHeart Radio app.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
You're listening to Later with Moe Kelly on demand from
KFI AM six forty.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
KIM six forty, Play It with mo Kelly live on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook,
and the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
Love me some in and out.

Speaker 3 (27:10):
Really do don't have it all that often, but when
I do, I thoroughly enjoy it. Only problem is not
supposed to be eating it. But when I talk about it,
I get hungry for it, and then I end up
getting it and they stay open late. It's probably not
good for me. But I'm going to talk about this
because there is there's some important lessons to be found

(27:31):
in this In and Out is suing a YouTuber, and
they have good reason and they're going to win. Here's
why this YouTuber posed as an employee at multiple In
and Out locations. Even you know when you drive up
and you know and there's someone out there, usually with

(27:51):
a headset on, and they'll take your order.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
He was impersonating one of them.

Speaker 3 (27:57):
He took orders from unsuspecting customers and made lewd comments
while wearing In and Out branded clothing. He made loud, derogatory,
profane remarks stating that In and Out had cockroaches and
condoms in its food and said that In and Out
associates put their feet in let us serve to customers.

(28:20):
He even asked customers if they wanted their food made
quote unquote doggy style as a play on the animal style. Okay, oh,
Mark saying yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:30):
Go ahead.

Speaker 5 (28:32):
You know what's funny about this is that I don't
know what kind of disciplinary or rewards system they have
operating an in and Out, but without exception, over the years,
we've never had a single rotten experience there. And the
people outside holding their little eclipboards or tablets or whatever,
they are who take your orders. They're so well behaved
they could be in the military.

Speaker 3 (28:54):
Absolutely, I have nothing bad to say about In and Out,
but this guy took it to the nth degree. He
even told one customer that they were only serving gay people.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
Not touching that one. Yeah, but here's the thing. Here's
the thing.

Speaker 3 (29:09):
He did it for his YouTube channel, which means that
there's video of him doing it. There's not even something
that In and Out has to prove.

Speaker 2 (29:17):
He put it up.

Speaker 3 (29:20):
Everything that is alleged, he provided his own evidence against him.
I don't know if he has any real money, but
he's being sued and he's going to lose. He's gonna
have to pay restitution. There's probably some criminal charges in
here somewhere. They're the level of pranks that are going
around nowadays. I don't get these kids who are doing

(29:43):
all these things to go viral just for a moment,
just for a buzz.

Speaker 2 (29:48):
And I wonder who who's the sounding board?

Speaker 3 (29:52):
Who did he say, Hey, I got this idea, I'm
going to do X Y and Z sounding board.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
Yeah, I mean someone had to be holding camera, right,
it's himself.

Speaker 7 (30:01):
You know.

Speaker 3 (30:02):
It wasn't like he thought of it and produced it
and did it all by himself.

Speaker 2 (30:06):
There had to be someone who said, oh, yeah, that's
a good idea. Let's go get the clothes. We look
like an in and out employee.

Speaker 3 (30:13):
I'll be in the parking lot, you know, just surreptitiously,
clan clandestine, you know, recording you.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
Well, and it doesn't help fit on camera.

Speaker 3 (30:22):
I'm just gonna assume that his his fan base is tweens,
so probably and they're all trying to fight for clout.
He does it, and so you know, they think that's cool.

Speaker 5 (30:35):
Well, I think now he might be getting the double
double in the big house.

Speaker 3 (30:39):
Maybe we're showing some of the video right now on
the YouTube channel. We have the video up right now
on our YouTube channel, So Daniel, make sure you play
that again so.

Speaker 2 (30:48):
People can see it.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
It's just like it's it's idiotic and insane that he
would actually walk into a restaurant and do some stuff
like that.

Speaker 4 (30:58):
I've seen some weird stuff done online. I've seen some
weird things on some of these socials that people are into.
There is no no anymore.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (31:13):
I don't think there's no no I think that there
is there's nothing off limits. And there is no one
to tell you no, there's no one to say, Brah,
you know how they brought everything, bro, Brah, don't do that.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
Don't do that.

Speaker 3 (31:28):
It's not worth the consequences of it. And like you said,
there's no cancel culture. So he's not going anywhere. He's
just gonna keep making videos. No, He's going to keep
making videos. And I don't know if YouTube needs to
step in. If you do something like that that gets
you sued where you whether you lose your channel, you
would think that you would there will be a major
strike against your channel. But I don't know how much

(31:49):
money he's made already to this point. It may be
water under the bridge for him. But to think that
that's a good idea. And I've never worked in fast food,
I don't know how I would have reacted if I
were working that day. Well, how do you think you
would have reacted if some idiot came in.

Speaker 2 (32:07):
Off the shore?

Speaker 4 (32:07):
Yeah, if someone just came in was doing that, I yeah,
I would have asked them to leave very nicely, very nicely,
because it's like, you can't look, I'm on the job
and I'm not trying to get myself fired in the
process of you acting up. But it's like, I'll take
it to when I was working at Toys r US,
you know, and if we heard someone crinkling a package

(32:28):
a little too much and sound like they were stealing,
you know, you.

Speaker 2 (32:30):
Go to them, can I help you?

Speaker 4 (32:33):
And you just stand next to them, may help you
find anything, make them uncomfortable, and then they leave. But
it was something like this. If I saw you come
into the store, were like, well, you know, a blue
shirt on and you know, with a box cutter. No,
we're we're gonna have to kind of all come around
and say, hey, we think that you're in the wrong place.
Let us help you find somewhere.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
Else to go. Right, you're obviously not an employee. Yeah,
you obviously don't work here.

Speaker 3 (32:57):
We can call the police and it's you know yeah,
And it's no question how hard they work because you
see them hustling in the kitchen. So it's like they
don't want to put up with that type of shenanigans. Well,
the thing is put Tula touched on this. People know
who they work with. It's not like some World War
two movie where you can just club a guard unconscious,
slap slap on is not a uniform and nobody knows

(33:19):
that you're not supposed to be there. People know who
they work with. I just know if they did it
at the wrong let's say Popeye's Chicken in the Hood.

Speaker 2 (33:33):
It would have been a different ending to Oh, it
would have been a.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
Different video and they would have handled him and it
would not have made it to his YouTube channel.

Speaker 2 (33:41):
We're just different like that. Yeah. If I am Sinx
fortylive everywhere in the iHeart ready

Speaker 1 (33:45):
