Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's k IF.
Speaker 2 (00:00):
I am sixty and you're listening to The Conway Show
on demand on the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 1 (00:08):
Before we get to our first guess, I'm gonna tell
everybody tomorrow I'm coming in from noon to two pm.
So I'll be here tomorrow noon to two pm. I
was going to go to Arizona for the Big River Float,
and then I got a call saying, hey, can you
come in noon to two and so I canceled my
Arizona trip and I'm coming in tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (00:28):
Did you do that?
Speaker 4 (00:29):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (00:29):
Last year? Did the float? Yes? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
What was that, Bella, Why didn't you just tell them
you had plans and couldn't do it?
Speaker 4 (00:38):
What?
Speaker 3 (00:39):
Yeah, you were unavailable?
Speaker 1 (00:41):
You have that kind of job security where people ask
you to work and you say no.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
Is that you from the float? Bellio? Am I hearing
you right?
Speaker 1 (00:50):
That's that's that's your position, where you have that kind
of job security. No one can replace you? Oh my god?
Speaker 5 (00:56):
Actually no, I that's great.
Speaker 3 (01:01):
That's grit. Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (01:04):
I would love to have an ounce of that confidence.
For about ten minutes. You and Randy Wang the only
two confident people in this world.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
All right, monks. You got monks, Michael Monks, how you Bob.
I'll be here Saturday and Sunday. Oh that's great. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:19):
Look when the boss says can you work, he's not
asking you, he's saying you're working.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
Let me tell you I'm a total yes man, boot
liquor whatever. They need this job.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
There's going to come a day where they stop calling
me and they stop calling you. Yeah, you know, I
don't know whether it's in five months or five years
or ten years, I don't know, but there'll be a
time when that phone doesn't ring at all.
Speaker 3 (01:42):
That's right, you know.
Speaker 1 (01:42):
And because I've seen guys I used to work over
kalas X and I saw one.
Speaker 3 (01:47):
I saw a really decent.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
Man coming in with all of his CDs on a
weekend to work six am on the weekend. And I looked,
I'm like, oh, I know that guy from somewhere. That
guy was Charlie Tuna, the guy I listened to as
a kid forever and ever and ever, and now he's
dragging his CDs in on a Saturday at Kala Sex
and made me sad. But we're all going to be
(02:11):
dragging our CDs in at some point into work.
Speaker 3 (02:15):
Do you still have CDs? No, I you know, I
don't have I don't have.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
As much many CDs as I do eight tracks. I
got mostly A tracks. Remember eight tracks where you had
to listen to the entire track before you could get
back to this go with like a different song you
had you had a little bit before my only a
little bit, but a little bit before my time. You
had to listen to the entire track before you go
(02:39):
back to your song. Wow, it was great, all right?
Speaker 3 (02:41):
Anything going on downtown where you have an aircraft carrier
coming in.
Speaker 5 (02:44):
Is yeah, they just landed, okay, and they're on patrol. Look,
we got a busy weekend. I bet we already have
had busy stretch of days. It's calmed down dramatically in
the night time and the overnight hours with the curfew
and the extra law enforcement presence.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
That's been big.
Speaker 5 (02:57):
But what's happening tomorrow with this No King's protests, right
and the dozens a couple dozen of them in southern California.
Speaker 3 (03:04):
What is that going to do to the resources? We
don't know.
Speaker 5 (03:07):
I mean we're talking about every corner of southern California,
really all over the state. But for our listeners, I'm
talking Analope Valley, Santa Clarita, Semi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Ventura,
Santa Barbara, Catalina Island. Well, how's one of these protests. Matalina,
Catalina Island has one of these. Zealand Empire, Anaheim Riverside.
Of course, downtown in the metro area have multiple ones, Downtown, Hollywood,
(03:30):
all those areas, and the law enforcement leaders, the LAPD chief,
the sheriff, and the Deputy commissioner of the California Highway
Patrol all came out today and said it's going to
be fined.
Speaker 3 (03:42):
We are completely equipped. Here's all three of them talking.
Speaker 6 (03:46):
We're closely monitoring developments and deploying our personnel and resources
strategically to protect public safety while safeguarding every individual's right
to protest peacefully. If you come to Los Angeles to
exercise your rights fully, we are here to protect that.
But if you come to our city with the intent
to commit crimes, damage property, or harm others, including our officers,
(04:09):
you will be arrested.
Speaker 7 (04:11):
So if you're out there throwing rocks, Mallotsov cocktails, high
grade pyal technics, and all these other weapons, you're going
to get caught, and you're going to.
Speaker 3 (04:21):
Get arrested, and it may not be right away.
Speaker 7 (04:23):
We at the Sheriff's Department, like my partners, wor at
about one hundred and seventy percent over what we normally
staff for a weekend, just to be prepared for everything
that we're talking about.
Speaker 8 (04:36):
For this reason, we have activated eight of our Special
Response Teams, which are specially trained officers, and they will
all be activated working throughout the state of California tomorrow.
Speaker 5 (04:47):
So they got one hundred and seventy percent more sheriff's
deputies than usual working on the weekend. And so that's
because of all of these protests, and these are on
top of the ongoing immigration protests. These no Kings protests
were scheduled long before the immigration raids started here, prompting
all of the protests that we are also seeing across
the country. There's a military parade in Washington, d c.
(05:09):
And honor of the army. Officially, what critics say, look,
this is clearly a tribute to President Trump, and so
that's why they were saying no Kings. By the way, Tim,
that's not the only thing happening tomorrow. We got a
little soccer action. No, oh, that's right at the Rose
Bowl and at so Far exactly, and with more than
fifty thousand fans expected at Sofi Stadium for the Conca calf.
(05:30):
Is that how they call it the Conca Cave? You
know what You're asked the wrong guy? Yeah, I think
they do say the letters this is an acronym, but
I think they say it Conca Caf.
Speaker 3 (05:39):
I guess we'll find out, you will. We'll get some
talkbacks if the Gold Cup opener.
Speaker 5 (05:43):
We got Mexico facing the Dominican Republic, okay, to Latin
American countries that are coming to town. Well, the Border
Patrol put out a tweet. Oh I saw that did
not land well. It says CBP will be suited and booted,
ready to provide security.
Speaker 4 (05:58):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (05:58):
They later deleted that, But that's got folks scared that
what's going on.
Speaker 1 (06:02):
Don't you think it's like Timmy the Intern that did
that over there, you know, a guy that didn't run.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
It up the flag pole.
Speaker 5 (06:08):
I think sometimes you get a little arrogant when you
when you've scored some hits online and you want to
keep those hits. And I bet that was a hit tweet.
But if it didn't meet the standards that the government
wanted to put out, then they had to dial it
back a little bit. It all begins at what time,
at different times, but expected to start sometime in the
late morning and last throughout the day probably, And that's
(06:30):
why you'll be here to monitor any developments. And now
keep in mind, these no kings protests are similar to
the hands off protests that happened in anticipation of the
big beautiful Bill and any cuts to Medicaid and that
sort of thing. It's that same kind of audience. There
was a big crowd in downtown Los Angeles for that.
But this, this group is typically different than some of
(06:53):
the far left folks that you see antagonizing police. These
are your I guess if I'm being stereotypical, your typical
maybe liberal white ladies who are getting together with their
Starbucks to protest things not historically violent, really loud and
when their voice is heard. But whether there will be
any violence yet to be seen.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
It is it true?
Speaker 1 (07:15):
I read this online and then the tweet was taken
down that Donald Trump called net and Yahoo and said,
can you throw one of those things into downtown La overnight?
Speaker 3 (07:25):
Is that true.
Speaker 5 (07:26):
I hope not, because regardless I'm down there. You know,
I don't want to stay in her bank tonight. You
know there's a sheriff in Florida that saw Yeah, he runs.
He runs a tighter ship than Jim McDonald. Doesn't do
much running otherwise though, No, he does not. Yeah, he's
tons of fun.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
But he said that if you throw a brick at
a cop, we're going to put you in a body
bag and call your family and tell you and you
tell us where you want him delivered.
Speaker 3 (07:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (07:52):
Yeah, he wasn't mincing words. No, he was very serious
about that. And I think that kind of talk is
it gets your attention.
Speaker 5 (08:00):
So certainly, I don't know that they've had the problems
that LA has had, but there's a lot of bravado
out there on the political world, even down to the
sheriff's that's right. So you're gonna be covering this downtown
La tomorrow. Well, the plan right now is to keep
an eye on the situation. If it gets out of hand,
I'll be at the ready. I'll come on and talk
to you while you're doing your overtime, and then I'm
gonna ideally come into the studio and do my regular
(08:20):
show from seven to nine and then come back on
Sunday and we'll see how goes. I mean, right now,
the plan is to be on from two to four,
might be twelve to four if things are bad.
Speaker 3 (08:27):
Okay, I'll be on tomorrow twelve to two.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
Then Neil Savader comes on, and then I think Tiffany Hobbes, yeah,
right exactly, and then you Michael Monks, and then I
think George Norri.
Speaker 5 (08:40):
Before George Norri and the Coast to Coast program, we've
got a lovely program called Revisionist History, that's right, yeah,
from nine to ten.
Speaker 1 (08:46):
That might be on Revision tomorrow night, but also and
then and Saturday, I believe Mike Mark Thompson's coming in.
Speaker 3 (08:53):
You're coming in, and Moe Kelly as well.
Speaker 5 (08:55):
Everybody with their bag of CDs that's right, ready to
keep their jobs.
Speaker 1 (09:00):
Be live all weekend right here, thank you, monk, my
pleasure tomorrow at least for now seven to nine pm, okay,
seven to nine pm tomorrow with you got monks. All right,
we live on KFI, crazy busy week and we'll try
to sum it all up and prep you for tomorrow,
because tomorrow is going to be even bigger, bigger than
any of these days.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
You've seen already the Day without a King.
Speaker 9 (09:20):
Tomorrow you're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from
KFI AM six forty.
Speaker 1 (09:28):
Alex Michael sins with Us from Fox eleven News, and
the issue is how you Bob.
Speaker 3 (09:34):
Being dong with you big dog with you? What a week?
Speaker 9 (09:37):
Huh?
Speaker 4 (09:39):
What a week? Yes, it's been exhausting. What a moment?
Speaker 1 (09:43):
Yeah, it has been crazy. And man, there's so many
different levels to this thing. Everybody's pissed, everybody's angry, everybody's crazy,
and you know, it's exhausting.
Speaker 4 (09:57):
It is. I actually have a whole commentary on the
issue is tonight about just how exhausting it is, and
about the fact that so much of our society, especially
our media and really our social media, is programmed to
make us all hate each other, and how everybody is
incentivized politics these days, you're incentivized to mock and minimize
(10:21):
your opponent as compared to cooperating and get anything done.
The whole system is set up to make this sort
of thing worse, right, And I'm concerned about that going forward,
because you know, it seems like it's not going to
get better anytime soon.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
You know what, I can't say. I don't go off.
Speaker 1 (10:36):
I'm not often on Twitter or Facebook reading comments, but
occasionally when I do, I see things like, I agree
with you a good point. Why would somebody put that?
Gives a rad sass what that guy thinks.
Speaker 4 (10:50):
That's better than the fu You're a terrible person. You
have no business being a journalist, or some of the
rest of it.
Speaker 3 (11:00):
I see.
Speaker 4 (11:00):
So if somebody wants to write good points on my post,
I'll take it.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
You get we I get some hate, and I always
like print them and save them because when I'm done
working here, I want to go to a psychiatrist and going, hey,
what's one of these things you think are right?
Speaker 4 (11:17):
Yeah? Which of all of the above? Yeah? I know. Well,
part of my problem is, you know, I really do
go out of my way to try to be fair
and include a lot of perspectives. So when somebody sees
me or they come to me because I've highlighted somebody
from the right, then maybe they think I'm somebody on
the right, and then they see me highlight somebody on
the left, and then they're mad at that, and vice versa.
(11:38):
Because our systems are set up to only deliver you
one perspective.
Speaker 3 (11:42):
That's right.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
Yeah, well what's the perspective tomorrow? You think it's gonna
be hell tomorrow downtown?
Speaker 4 (11:47):
I hope not, but it could be. I mean, I
don't know. It seems like, you know, a lot of
this is dependent on, you know, how tough the LAPD
chooses to be, you know, and the first few days
of this, they were choosing not to be that tough,
and then they decided to get tougher and it seemed
to work a lot better. So but why do you
think they got tougher to that?
Speaker 3 (12:08):
You think they got tougher because they.
Speaker 4 (12:11):
I think they I think the political directives changed.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
Yeah, well, you know what tomorrow is supposed to be,
you know, day without a King. I get that, but
I think a lot of the you know, the Starbucks
soccer moms will be afraid to take their kids or
go downtown because of what could happen to them.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
Well, and then those protests are not just in downtown.
I mean there are places there's I know, there's one
in West Hollywood, there's one in Beverly Hills, there's one
in you know, some some more sort of upscale neighborhoods
are going to be doing them too, So it's not
it's not going to be like what we've seen this week.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
Right, But I'm not sure if you've been watching TV. Downtown,
there's a lot of it.
Speaker 4 (12:50):
There's a lot. There's a lot of it downtown. But
what I'm saying is the soccer moms might not go downtown,
but they still may be out protest.
Speaker 3 (12:58):
You know, other place.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
You know, it's such a big protest that Catalina, This
this beautiful island that you think has you know, is
so far from politics and just such cool people. They're
getting a no King for a Day protest going.
Speaker 4 (13:16):
How many people are attending that that one?
Speaker 1 (13:18):
I heard a friend of mine text me this and
he said he heard that out front of Burger King
that Chick fil A is going to be giving away
gift certificates.
Speaker 4 (13:31):
Gift certificates for what for Chick.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
Fil A outside of you know, No King for a Day?
Outside of Burger King.
Speaker 4 (13:37):
They're joining at Chick fil A, the most conservative own place.
That's interesting.
Speaker 1 (13:42):
I think they're doing it just to get the attention,
or maybe my friend was just asking me that's possible
as well.
Speaker 4 (13:47):
Yeah, it's Chick fil A is not known for their
progressive politics.
Speaker 3 (13:51):
What is you know?
Speaker 1 (13:51):
On a lighter note, Alex Alex Michaelson, what is your
favorite chick place?
Speaker 3 (13:57):
Is it Kings?
Speaker 1 (13:58):
Is it Chick fil A? Is it Burger King? Is
it Red Hot, Dave's Hot?
Speaker 3 (14:03):
Where do you go? Where do you go?
Speaker 4 (14:06):
I mean, I guess it would be Chick fil A,
But I don't really love any of them that much.
I don't know, I haven't found the perfect what's your favorite?
Speaker 3 (14:14):
I'm really a sucker for Chick fil A. I really like. Man,
those things when they're hot, they are really really good.
Speaker 4 (14:22):
Yeah they are. I know, I know it's they are good.
There's a reason why there's such a long line. There's
it's interesting, you know.
Speaker 7 (14:28):
God.
Speaker 4 (14:28):
Yeah, I was just going to say on the No
Kings thing, you know, I hosted TMZ Live today, which
is on right now on Fosheve, and if you're watching
the TV, we're interviewing the organizer of the the whole
No King's rallies around the country and they expect millions
of people. They have every all fifty states are going
to be doing simultaneous rallies. It's the biggest rally, and
it's interesting because there really were almost no rallies when
(14:52):
he first was inaugurated this time around, and when he
was first elected, there were really not a lot of
protests in the streets, so this is the first time
that we're really seeing mass protests. On the Big Show
this week tonight, we have Governor Davin Newsom his only
local TV's interview of the week. We've got Bill Saley,
the US attorney who represents President Trump in the region,
(15:14):
the US attorney for ten Counties who sort of leads
the way on all the immigration prosecutions, and he's also
leading the way on the prosecutions of all the idiots
and criminals downtown that we're messing with law enforcement officers.
And then we got Gustavo Ariano from the La Times,
who's got an interesting, sort of spicy take on what
(15:34):
happened with Senator Padilla.
Speaker 3 (15:36):
And what's your take on that? What's your take on that?
Speaker 4 (15:41):
I think that he was clearly looking for attention. You
don't walk into a press conference unannounced and start speaking
when she's speaking. It wasn't even a key question and
answer period, and I understand why they may have been
a little free out by him doing that. That then again,
(16:03):
the idea of handcuffing him and throwing him on the
ground seemed excessive and seems like wait, something personal there. Yeah,
and that that I thought was a really bad image,
like just for the country, for the idea of ramping
up the tension in what's happening. Part of what my
commentary is about is like, we need to cool things
down because I think the you know, people are getting
(16:25):
so fired up and so worked up, and so that
image was was certainly troubling to me. What do you think.
Speaker 1 (16:31):
I don't think we're calming down. I think we're going
to get more fired up. I think this country is
about to explode this summer. It's just a really good
rrect way, buddy, I'll be watching tonight at ten thirty.
The issue is with Governor Newsom.
Speaker 4 (16:47):
Yeah, and who I think you would like a lot.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
Yeah. We've had him on a couple of games.
Speaker 4 (16:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
Yeah, but you know what, who's also getting pumped up.
I've never heard Newsome as pissed off as as he's
been this week.
Speaker 4 (17:00):
And it's been very good politically for him. I mean,
there's a huge audience for that on the left. I
know that may not be you, but on the.
Speaker 3 (17:06):
Left, You're exactly right.
Speaker 4 (17:07):
I never had a bigger he's never had a bigger
week in terms of growing his social media and fundraising
and all the rest of it. I mean, he's really
become a big national figure this week. And I know
that's that's You're not his intended audience, That's right.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
So that's why I remember that one hundred percent. But
I appreciate you coming on. We'll talk to you next week.
Speaker 1 (17:26):
Okay, all right, there you go, all right, dig dog
with that guy.
Speaker 3 (17:31):
I think he thought he was.
Speaker 1 (17:32):
On Mark Thompson's YouTube show there for a while. I'm
pitching a newsome to me.
Speaker 9 (17:38):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from KFI
AM six forty.
Speaker 1 (17:44):
The cops said they're going to be writing for everybody downtown, LA.
So be careful. Don't want to get arrested. Don't want
to do three years and stay prison. When you start
throwing crap at the cops, that will screw your life
up in a radical way.
Speaker 3 (17:57):
All right.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
There's a councilwoman. Her name is Amelda Padilla. I've never
heard of her, but she, I guess represents Van Eyes.
Van eyes van Eyes, and she did something illegal, and
she did it on and it was recorded. She didn't
do it in a back room, and she didn't do
it off the air. She did it at a council meeting.
(18:22):
She did something illegal at a council meeting and live
on TV and thought nothing of it. That's the stage
of a state of society that we live in right now,
where you don't have to even do illegal crap behind
the scenes. You just do it now in the open,
and you challenge and demand or I guess taunt people
(18:47):
to arrest you.
Speaker 3 (18:48):
She did this.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
I'm gonna play the entire thing uninterrupted and see if
you can figure out where the illegality was slipped in.
All right, there's a live LA City council meeting with
something said that is highly illegal.
Speaker 10 (19:04):
Here we go, Like AI technology.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
She's talking to Jim McDonald, the LAPD chief, A sitting
city council member talking to the LAPD chief of police.
Speaker 10 (19:19):
Like AI technology, to create a situation where your department
can identify, Hey, there's agents non City of La in
a neighboring town. Everyone go on alert in a way
where you can support our business community and our immigrant
community to know that it's time. That's something related.
Speaker 3 (19:40):
To the lack of due process, the.
Speaker 10 (19:42):
Lack of warrants is about to hit our town. I'm
asking a creativity question here. What can your department do
to do more to warn us, to warn the business
community that outside of our LA borders, coming in from Englewood,
coming in from I don't know, Valley, I don't know.
(20:03):
You can warn us so that we can warn our
folks in the spirit of your loyalty to the City
of Los Angeles.
Speaker 11 (20:11):
So you're asking me to warn you about an enforcement
action being taken by another agency before it happens. Yeah, yeah,
we can't do that.
Speaker 4 (20:19):
Why not?
Speaker 11 (20:20):
That would be obstruction of justice. You may want to
talk to the city attorney about that.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
Okay, she in the open, I believe committed a felony.
I believe that's a felony. Asking Look, if she did
that behind closed doors, asked the chief of police to
warn people when ice was coming around, she'd be thrown
in jail. You don't have to complete the bribe to
(20:45):
be thrown in jail for bribery or murder. You know,
if she had said to an laped officer, hey, I
want you to kill my husband. She could be thrown
in jail for that. You can be thrown in jail
for a dui before you get into a car crash
just because you know, just driving around drunk. Or robbery,
when you break into someone's house and you're gonna rob him,
(21:06):
you don't have to steal anything to get thrown in
jail for robbery. They can just bust you in the process.
And this woman is asking the chief of police to
break a federal law, to break, to commit a felony
and to warn people when ice is coming around. And
(21:27):
you could hear it in Jim McDonald's voice, he's about
had it with this city council and these crazy politicians.
You know, they're asking him to commit a felony.
Speaker 10 (21:37):
Is that right in a way where you can support
our business community and our immigrant community to know that
it's time that's something related to the lack of due process,
the lack of warrants is about to hit our town.
I'm asking creative, Okay.
Speaker 1 (21:56):
When he said I'm not sure what you're asking me,
he knew what she was asking. He gave her a lifeboat.
He said, sweetie, I mean the subtext that is, sweetheart,
I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that and ask
you if you really mean it?
Speaker 3 (22:09):
And then she doubled down.
Speaker 10 (22:11):
You know, creativity question here, what can your department do
to do more to warn us, to warn the business
community that outside of our LA borders, coming in from Englewood,
coming in from I don't know, Valley, I don't know.
You can warn us so that we can warn our
folks in the spirit of your loyalty to the City
(22:32):
of Los Angeles.
Speaker 1 (22:33):
Okay, So Jim McDonald is disloyal to the City of
Los Angeles unless he commits a felony an obstruction of justice.
Speaker 10 (22:42):
Your loyalty to the City of Los Angeles.
Speaker 11 (22:45):
So you're asking me to warn you about an enforcement
action being taken by another agency before it happens.
Speaker 1 (22:51):
Okay, the second lifeboat, lifeboat number two. She could have
said no to that. She could have said no, no, no,
I'm not asking you that. But I'm saying, is any
she could have said no to that? Let's find out
if she gets in Life vote number two.
Speaker 11 (23:04):
So you're asking me to warn you about an enforcement
action being taken by another agency before it happens. Yeah, yeah,
we can.
Speaker 1 (23:12):
Whoa life vote number two? She passed up on that
one too.
Speaker 11 (23:16):
Yeah, yeah, we can't do that.
Speaker 3 (23:18):
Why not? Why not? Life vote number three?
Speaker 4 (23:21):
Why not?
Speaker 3 (23:22):
Why not?
Speaker 1 (23:22):
Why can't you commit a felony? Why can't you commit
obstruction of justice?
Speaker 4 (23:27):
Chief?
Speaker 3 (23:27):
What's wrong with you?
Speaker 4 (23:29):
Why not?
Speaker 11 (23:29):
That would be obstruction of justice? I may want to
talk to the city attorney.
Speaker 1 (23:32):
But oh my god, you may want to talk to
your lawyer about that. That's that's not recorded in the
back room. That's in a city council meeting. That's where
we are in life, where they openly talk about committing
felonies in a city council meeting. It's outrageous, it's unbelievable,
(23:54):
and she thinks nothing of it.
Speaker 3 (23:56):
So yeah, yeah, that's what I'm saying, commit a felony.
Obstruction of justice? Chief?
Speaker 1 (24:01):
Come on, you're on our side. Little obstruction before breakfast?
Come on, buddy, what's wrong with you? What's wrong with you?
Speaker 4 (24:07):
Man?
Speaker 3 (24:08):
Oh man?
Speaker 1 (24:09):
Under a federal law, that is a no. No, that's obstruction.
We're impeding the administration is a crime. She asked him
to commit a crime and he said no, he wouldn't
do it. And that's not getting any attention.
Speaker 3 (24:26):
What a city? What a city?
Speaker 12 (24:28):
And he was kind enough to allow her and out.
Speaker 3 (24:33):
Yeah yeah, three times.
Speaker 10 (24:35):
I oh.
Speaker 1 (24:36):
Now, you can't beat possibly be saying that. You know
you're being recorded, it's on video, it's on TV. There's
no possible way you're asking me to commit a felony,
are you?
Speaker 3 (24:43):
Yeah? I am, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's what I am.
Speaker 1 (24:45):
But that's where we are in the city of La.
It doesn't happen in Orange County. It doesn't happen in
a long beach, doesn't happen an in Ventura. In the
city of La, the criminals who are on the city
council are asking the police chief to commit a crime
for the It's unbelievable.
Speaker 3 (25:02):
The city of La has got to get it together.
They've got to get it together.
Speaker 1 (25:07):
The whole country, the whole world is looking at us
right now and that goes out over the air.
Speaker 3 (25:13):
That's unbelievable.
Speaker 9 (25:14):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from KFI
am six forty Man.

behaving and huge numbers, Man, that would have sent a
message across the country. But what happened Instead we resorted
to our natural ugly selves. Not us, but the people
downtown breaking crap, throwing crap at the cops, at the

lost tourism over then because of the rioting. I know
a lot of people don't call it what it is.

look up the definition of rioting.
Speaker 3 (26:18):
Let's see if this.
Speaker 1 (26:21):
Falls under the definition of rioting. Okay, it's a violent
disturbance of the piece by a crowd, a violent disturbance
of the peace by a crowd y.
