Right, very a present from you?

Oh?

Speaker 4 (00:36):
I gave you that Pellegrino.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Yeah, you bought me a Pellegrino. Yeah, thank you.

Speaker 4 (00:40):
That's a wrap on my gift giving.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
No, I get it, and I accept it, Okay, and
thank you.

Speaker 4 (00:46):
You got it.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
I've purchased those for you in the past. I never
looked at the price. Four oh seven.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
WHOA did you know that?

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (00:54):
You did. It's a number that I can't even get
my head around. It's a number that my credit card
got around.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:01):
And you when you've bought me peanut butter crackers, right,
you've pointed out that those are like three something.

Speaker 4 (01:07):
Yeah, well you're a high end lady.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
I am a high end lady.

Speaker 5 (01:11):
Yeah, well kept, Oh thank you, Richie, I's got crackers.

Speaker 4 (01:15):
Okay, all right, better? So much going on out there you.

Speaker 5 (01:20):
Study reveals an increasing number of drivers across generations admit
to distracted driving Life three sixties analysis of over sixty
billion data points in a survey of one thousand US
drivers found that digital distractions are prevalent among all generations,
not just gen Z, and common distractions include texting, eating,
filming videos while driving. Eighty six percent of drivers admit

(01:43):
to being distracted by technology. Twenty seven percent of drivers
engage in activities like changing their outfits or applying makeup
while driving. Forty two percent of gen Z drivers watch
online videos while driving, and thirty seven percent scroll social media.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Is anyone driving anymore?

Speaker 6 (02:01):
No?

Speaker 5 (02:01):
Isn't that crazy doing videos? And they said this is
a good one, A whopping. Seventy two percent of those
who eat and drink while driving admit that they've tried
some seriously risky meals, like eating barbecued ribs or a
bowl of hot soup.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Wow, all right, my wife said she saw some idiot
going out to sant Nita and betting TVG while he
was driving.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Was she in the passenger seat.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
She was.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
What an idiot?

Speaker 4 (02:29):
Yeah, that's right. I feel like that's exactly what I
called her. Oh oh you met me? Whatever?

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Whatever, whatever, All right, let's go crows. What's going on
out there, Bob.

Speaker 7 (02:40):
We'll talking about touched on this earlier this week this show.
But because the first Golden Bachelor was such a hit,
ABC's going to kick off another season with an.

Speaker 4 (02:48):
Ex NFL player. Wow.

Speaker 7 (02:50):
Sixty six year old mel Owens played for Tim Cumming.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
Mel Owens. Oh God, I want to say New York.

Speaker 7 (02:58):
No, it's an easy one for you. Yes, sir, I
didn't know that played for the Los Angeles Rams for
nine years. He was drafted in I think like aly
eighties or something like that. Eighty one played for them
the entire time. Retired in nineteen ninety one, became a
lawyer in Orange County, specializing in sports related injuries. Along
the way, he got married, had two kids, he got divorced,
then focused on being the best daddy said he could be.

(03:20):
Now he's ready to rediscover love and find his perfect teammate.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
And how old is he? He's sixty six? Okay.

Speaker 7 (03:26):
The first Golden Bachelor obviously, Gary Turner got married to
his final rose last January, but announced their divorce three
months later.

Speaker 4 (03:32):
So we'll see how this one works out.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
I heard what his favorite saying is, I'm going to
kick you through the goldposts of life.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Boom. I don't know what that means. All right, Angel,
what's going on out there? Barby? Okay?

Speaker 6 (03:42):
So you know, we live in a beautiful place in California.
We may disagree with some of the ways that the
state is run, and we may even not be pleased
with this that a lot of areas in California have
reached the top of a list, and that list is
according to the Lung Association, areas with the worst air quality.

(04:08):
Some of the areas topping that list Long Beach. Long
Beach came in seventh for the worst short term pollution
and fifth for the worst year round pollution. Other areas
around worst area San Bernardino County, Yeah, followed by Riverside,

(04:28):
Los Angeles and Tilai and Kern Counties.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
The Lung Association, Oh go ahead.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
I thought we took care of the air. I thought
we you know, we were getting electric cars. Nobody's smoking anymore.
I thought we turned the corner.

Speaker 6 (04:41):
Oh yeah, those those electric cars. Yeah, yeah, yeah, But
the Lung Association says that nearly half of the people
in the US breathe unhealthy levels of air pollution on
the daily.

Speaker 4 (04:55):
Now that's a lot, It is a lot.

Speaker 6 (04:59):
People remember when we were kids, how they had those
Oh we're having a a you know, third third stage
smoggler or something was coming back.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Ah, they should, they should.

Speaker 1 (05:11):
I remember those and those There was tough to breathe
on those days. All right, Angel Martinez, thank you very much.
Steph Bush. What's going on out there, Bobbo, Well, no
surprise that I love Chipotle, right, that's right. Chipotle fans
are skeptical of its newest move. It's going to open
its first ever location in Mexico after thirty years. Chipoli

(05:33):
assigned a development agreement with i'l Saya, a leading Latin
American and European restaurant operator, to open the first ever
Chipoli restaurant in Mexico in twenty twenty six. But people
are skeptical because there's people that said Taco Bell didn't
work in Mexico and Panda Express didn't work in China.

Speaker 4 (05:55):
So we'll see what happens, you.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Know, today, all day today, it seems like Tuesday for Monday.

Speaker 4 (06:02):
Is that so?

Speaker 6 (06:03):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (06:04):
Is that good or bad? I don't know. I don't know, Richie,
what's going on out there? Bobo?

Speaker 8 (06:09):
So bad news for those marathon runners that like to
show off Disneyland Resort and run Disney faces upcoming construction plans.
So pretty much, runners at Disney fans alike, we'll have
to wait it for a while to participate in the
Run Disney Races again at Disneyland Resort. The races at
the Happiest Place on Earth will be placed on hold

(06:30):
once again to accommodate the upcoming construction plants. The website
stated that due to the upcoming construction impacts, Run Disney
Races at the Disneyland Resort will be placed on hiatus
and twenty twenty seven.

Speaker 4 (06:41):
So what does Disney what does that mean?

Speaker 8 (06:43):
It's just like a like a company that it's like
a basically a marathon at Disneyland parks throughout the year.
So they do five k's, ten ks, et cetera. They
have them in Florida here in Anna.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
And who runs the employees just anyone that want to.

Speaker 8 (06:56):
Sign up that has good knees apparently. But yeah, so
The twenty twenty six Disneyland Half Marathon weekend is scheduled
for January twenty ninth through February first to twenty six,
and they will be having them still at Disneyland Parks
in Florida.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
You know, and my experience with marathon runners, the reason
why they run is to tell people that they run marathons.
One hundred percent of the people who run marathons do
it to tell you that they run marathons.

Speaker 4 (07:29):
Couldn't relate.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
Every single person who runs a marathon will tell one
hundred people that they run marathons.

Speaker 6 (07:37):
I'm running a marathon, y'all.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
I'm sending my measurements to the marathon, y'all.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
Or down poster metals on Instagram. You know.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
They all they talk is about running this marathon. All right,
thanks everybody. That was great. That was great. Bellio Krozier,
Angel Stephush, and Richie ding Dong. We are two days
away from Bellio's birthday. That's a big celebration on Friday,
Bellyo's birthday April twenty fifth. Oh man, we're in the

(08:07):
planning stages right now. We're thinking of having well, I
guess they shouldn't give away all day surprises. We're thinking
about having Morgan come down with that tenth that she used,
no thank you.

Speaker 4 (08:21):
Oh for the just to show BELLYO how it's done.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
No thank you, how it's done. Tim, you seem to
be interested in that.

Speaker 7 (08:36):
I was gonna say, it's her birthday. Maybe she gets
to choose who actually goes in it.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
I choose Tim.

Speaker 1 (08:42):
She would do it too, she would bring it for
people that I may not know what we're talking about.
Morgan on The Woody Show. I think I'm for Saint
Patrick's Day. It was the Saint Patrick's Day. Yes, was
taking shots of liquor in the beer or shots of beer, yeah,
but not in her mouth. I don't know how to

(09:03):
describe it on this station. They did a pretty good
job on their station, but I don't know what we
can get away with.

Speaker 4 (09:10):
Who is the other way around? Butt shots? There you go?
There you go? All right?

Speaker 1 (09:14):
And Bellio has a pardon the term poop poo debt.

Speaker 9 (09:19):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from kf
I am six forty.

Speaker 1 (09:26):
All right, but Bellio told me, you told me that
you were dating a guy or you were going it.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
Was like our first date, our first date.

Speaker 4 (09:34):
Yeah, and how old were you?

Speaker 2 (09:36):
I was like.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
Seventeen, okay, all right, and you were a cheerleader.

Speaker 4 (09:42):
You had it going on, right.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
I was not a cheerleader.

Speaker 4 (09:45):
You were a singer or a dancer or a singer.

Speaker 2 (09:49):
I did do some dance, Oh you did, okay, all right,
it had to be one of those categories.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
Yeah, but you were in good shape. I was trying
to paint that picture of you being in you know,
so fun. All right, So your guy guy shows up
to pick you.

Speaker 5 (10:05):
Up, you know, and remember those those muscle car the
Plymouth barracouta, so you could hear it coming, like, and
he pulled up and he honked the horn and I
started grabbing my coat and like, oh no, you do not.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
And I'm like, he's waiting because he was so cute,
and I'm like, he's waiting.

Speaker 4 (10:33):
What a move.

Speaker 2 (10:34):
They're like, no, no, no, no, no, no.

Speaker 4 (10:36):
What a bull move? Though?

Speaker 2 (10:37):
Yeah, well he drove a kudah.

Speaker 4 (10:39):
But that's great.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
Yeah, he had it going on.

Speaker 4 (10:43):
Is he imprisoned?

Speaker 2 (10:44):
Maybe?

Speaker 4 (10:46):
And so did your mom and dad not let you
go out with him?

Speaker 7 (10:49):
No?

Speaker 5 (10:49):
They made me wait for him to come in the
house so they could meet him and you know, look
him in the eyes.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
She get to hear him get out of the car
and slam the door off.

Speaker 5 (11:00):
He did when we walked out, he did open the
door for me, so he won some brownie points.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
He was a really nice guy.

Speaker 1 (11:05):
Oh babe, Yeah, what'd you do on the date? Just
look at his car? Talk about him.

Speaker 2 (11:11):
We went to dinner.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
What's dinner at seventeen for you? Is that a iye, hopper.

Speaker 5 (11:17):
We went to the broker. It was this is in Denver.
We went to the broker, had a nice meal. I
think we went to a movie afterwards. Okay, all right,
And he was a very nice person. He just that first,
you know, driving up and honking not the right move.

Speaker 4 (11:31):
I wish I had known that, man, that would have
been my move.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
I mean, so you know, I don't want somebody just honking.

Speaker 4 (11:39):
And did he lay on the horn or just give
it a pop up?

Speaker 2 (11:42):
It was like, I'm here.

Speaker 4 (11:44):
He didn't go, you know, pull up, you witch, get
out her.

Speaker 3 (11:49):
No.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
It was okay, but so but you know your parents
were right to say, hey, he's coming in, I'm looking
at this guy.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
I absolutely agree that that was wrong of him.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
When I was in third grade, my best friend, I
don't really even want to say his name, and i'll
tell you. You'll probably figure out why later in the story.
But I either slept at his house or he slept
at my house. Every Saturday night. We hung out all
the time, all day long, all evening long, until the
street lights went on and I had to go home,
he had to go home. But every Saturday we'd ride

(12:21):
bikes around and I'd sleep at his house on Balboa
or he'd sleep at my house on Magnolia.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
And it was drady. He was my best friend.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
And my mom one day said, hey, I don't want
you hanging out with that kid anymore.

Speaker 4 (12:35):
I go, Mom, I.

Speaker 1 (12:38):
Don't have really anything else going on. You know, he's
really my best buddy. What's going on? She goes, I
something odd about that kid, and you're not hanging out
with him anymore. And I couldn't hang out with him anymore.
You know, I wasn't in the position tell my mom
you know that I'm hanging out with him. She would
have killed me. She would have locked me inside. And

(13:00):
so I said, ah, and then you know, just heavy handed.
You know, my mom was yelling at me and yelling
at my friends as if they were her kids. It
was Uh, I don't know what she was going through,
but she was, you know, obviously going through something.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
Well.

Speaker 1 (13:13):
Look, she had five boys and antidepressants hadn't been invented yet,
so I think that may have been a problem.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
Didn't know what some of the behavior was that she
was concerned about.

Speaker 4 (13:25):
I didn't know what it was.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
But she was right, because that guy who was my
best friend in third grade is right now on death
row in San Quentz for killing a couple guys.

Speaker 4 (13:41):
I think he killed three guys. He either killed two
or three guys.

Speaker 1 (13:45):
I think he killed a guy and then somebody who's
going to testify against him, and he killed that guy.

Speaker 4 (13:50):
Oh gosh, yeah, so Big Mac scored Big Mac.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
You know, Soothsayer parents are very savvy.

Speaker 4 (13:59):
She knew it, very savvy. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (14:02):
I was thinking about contacting him, but I don't know
if I want that, you know, I think my mom
was right.

Speaker 4 (14:08):
I think I'll just leave it that way.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
Yeah, maybe, you know, because.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
Then all of a sudden, I get you know, then
he's sleeping over again, full circle, you know, So I
don't know.

Speaker 4 (14:21):
Kings play the oilers tonight in game two. That should
be fun.

Speaker 1 (14:24):
That starts either at seven or seven thirty, and I'll
be watching that at the end of the couch. And
I have a feeling it's not gonna be a great
night for the Kings.

Speaker 4 (14:33):
I don't know. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (14:34):
I hope it is. I hope they win, but I
just I got a sneaky suspicion that it's gonna be
a tough night.

Speaker 4 (14:40):
Look. I hope they win, hope they win every game,
but I've been a fan.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
For a long time. I know the history there, all right.
This feature has been brought to you by Oh Advanced Sarah.
Look at this one day treatment, life changing results. Make
your appointment today at Advanced hair dot com. Bellio's birthday
is Friday, so if you want to wish her a
happy birthday, you can do it on talkback, or you

(15:05):
can maybe I don't know it, drop something off and
give an envelope of cash.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
She likes that an idea.

Speaker 1 (15:13):
Yeah, drop it off at thirty four hundred Olive and
we'll give it to her.

Speaker 4 (15:17):
Or we can give away her Venmo or her Zell.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
She's a little suspicious of that sketch let's just give
out your bank account. They can stick it in there. Now,
who are you banking with? Okay, alright, all right.

Speaker 4 (15:36):
All right, She's like, Tim, please, we gotta take a break.

Speaker 9 (15:40):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on de Mayo from
KFI AM six forty.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
You know, Crozier did a story earlier about an agent
that is in New York that ripped off or allegedly
ripped off a lot of people, and then we found
out that's also Bellio's agent. When she was knocking it
out doing Friends? What were you on were you? Were
you a regular on Friends?

Speaker 4 (16:04):
No?

Speaker 1 (16:05):
What were you on Friends? I was in the background,
on background? Okay, she'd be ashamed of that. How many
episodes did you do?

Speaker 2 (16:12):
I did three episodes?

Speaker 4 (16:14):
Wow, So you must have been great. They kept calling
you back.

Speaker 5 (16:17):
I was a tour guide at Warner Brothers, so I
knew people that worked on Friends, and they threw me
a yeah, threw your bone.

Speaker 2 (16:25):
They threw me a bone. They let me do it.

Speaker 4 (16:28):
But at one point they did pay you. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
But at one point I heard maybe from you that
and I've never heard this term before. You were pulling focus?
What does that mean?

Speaker 3 (16:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (16:38):
I was pulling focus Jennifer Aniston and Courtney just the
camera found me.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
Oh, I see, okay, didn't you have your hair done
like Jennifer Anderson?

Speaker 2 (16:49):
She copied my hair?

Speaker 4 (16:51):
Really, she could have played her sister.

Speaker 5 (16:53):
It was the Bellio and they ended up calling it Rachel.

Speaker 4 (16:57):
Oh, the Rachel.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
Okay, all right, but it was my haircut first.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Really, yeah, you had it first. Then she looked at
the extras and sa, how do I like that? Yeah? Yeah,
that's wild. I've never heard that story. I've heard her
tell No, I've heard her tell the story a billion times.
Never heard that version.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, how that was out?

Speaker 4 (17:17):
Okay, all right, that's great. Belly On.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
You know your birthday's coming off. You're very excited about that, Timmy, Yeah, okay,
all right. We've got more crime in Los Angeles, this
time smoke shops. Smoke shops, oh boy, burglars.

Speaker 10 (17:34):
Hit Elite smoke shop in Granada Hills off Devonshire Street.
The suspects abandoning the car in the shop.

Speaker 4 (17:40):
Wow, how about that?

Speaker 1 (17:41):
You got an extra car. You abandoned the car, it's
probably stolen. Keep it in the shop. Take all those
cigarettes and the vapes and the money and you're gone.

Speaker 10 (17:48):
The owner tells us they're still counting the inventory, but
the suspects broke the vending machine and stole their computer
sales system. This was around four forty am today. In
a similar case a little earlier, Well Hayes Smoke Shop
on Magnolia Boulevard in Sherman Oaks was hit before four am.
Laped says paraphernalia, marijuana, and a cash register were stolen.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
There you go, that's the three things they like, drugs,
cash and valuables.

Speaker 4 (18:15):
We talked to.

Speaker 10 (18:15):
A man sleeping in his car nearby who witnessed it.
What We talked to a man sleeping in his car
nearby who witnessed it.

Speaker 4 (18:23):
That's the witness. Guys passed out in his car.

Speaker 10 (18:26):
He says he saw five or so suspects. He did
not want to be identified.

Speaker 11 (18:31):
I heard a big bang, and all of a sudden,
I looked up and I saw this car inside the
store and all these men running in and out, in
and out and in and out, and within ten minutes
everything was being taken out and thrown in there, and
they all took off.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
Wait they're there for ten minutes, the cops don't come by.
Nobody drops a dime on these.

Speaker 4 (18:49):
Guys that quick, that quick. The suspects were seem that quick,
that quick, that quick.

Speaker 1 (18:54):
Now it doesn't get too that quicks. If you're in
there for ten minutes, you don't get that quick that quick.
That's not of that quick, that quick. Double that quick
is thirty.

Speaker 4 (19:04):
Seconds, that quick, that quick. Na guys are in there
for ten minutes.

Speaker 10 (19:08):
The suspects were last seen in a white twenty seventeen
Hyundai Elantra.

Speaker 11 (19:12):
That's the first time I've ever seen anything like that happen,
apart from online or on television.

Speaker 10 (19:17):
And in a third burglary, also in Granada Hills around
six thirty this morning. A suspect was armed with a
bow and arrow.

Speaker 4 (19:25):
Why what?

Speaker 10 (19:26):
A suspect was armed with a bow and arrow.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
Oh my god, where are we living? What do you?
What year is this?

Speaker 1 (19:33):
You know, sixteen twelve, it's twenty twenty five, and guys
are robin stores with bow and arrow.

Speaker 10 (19:40):
A suspect was armed with a bow and arrow. They
were targeting a business near Balboa Boulevard and San Fernando
Mission Boulevard.

Speaker 4 (19:47):
All right, you get the cross streets here, here's where
they are.

Speaker 10 (19:50):
They were targeting a business near Balboa Boulevard and San
Fernando Mission Boulevard.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
All right, Balboa and San Fernando, Okay, I know that area.
I know there's an Arby's out in that area.

Speaker 10 (19:59):
They did not break in that suspect flat on foot
and they match the description of one of the other burglaries.
The multiple investigations are still ongoing again. They are trying
to work to confirm if these cases are related. As
of now, there is no confirmation of that reporting in
Granada Hills, I re cruise ABC seven Eyewitness News.

Speaker 1 (20:18):
Still a lot of crime out there, gang lots of crime.

Speaker 4 (20:23):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
I don't know what the answer is. I know that
it happens every night and very little is done about it.
So I guess is that just the way we live
for the rest of our lives, all right? I guess
we got to get used to it because it's going
to be around. It's been around for a long time,
and now we're all just going to have to get
used to it. So I'm sure the cops are working

(20:45):
on it. I'm sure La City Council they're pretty good
about securing the city and making people feel comfortable. I'm
sure they're on it. I'm sure the Sheriff's department is
on it, but they can't do anything. Nobody can do anything.
So I guess we have to. We have to sort
of bend and rearrange our lives and recalculate our lives

(21:08):
and just assume that that's us.

Speaker 4 (21:10):
Now, that's the way we live.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
We're gonna have to live with crime every night in
La So it's not gonna be a big story.

Speaker 4 (21:17):
After a while.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
It's not even a big story now. You know, I
watch the news and there's tons of stories that have
nothing to do with the crime. But it's still high
in Los Angeles. Three smoke shops hit overnight in the
San Fernando Valley. It doesn't seem like a big story,
does It doesn't seem like we do it every day.
You know, twenty years ago, this would be a big story,
major story. Wow, three stories and one night, let's get

(21:40):
on it, live remote out there, people covering it all
day on the news. We'd have a center reporter out
there from KFI. Now, a simple mention and we move
on do something else. That's where we are. Welcome to
Los Angeles, everybody, hope you enjoy it.

Speaker 9 (21:57):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from KFI
AM sixty.

Speaker 1 (22:02):

Okay, let me get it. I'll set here. I got
the lyrics in front of me.

Speaker 4 (22:25):

Speaker 1 (22:28):

will agree watch that show for just a little dough.
That's a guarantee. That's Wango. I love Wango and Tango.
That's his partner Tango. It's the Wango and Tango show.

thank you.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
Well done.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
So I I told h Paul Corvino about this song
and I and I sang it to him. He goes, oh,
he goes, will you go up on stage and open
the concert with that? And I said, yeah, maybe, I
don't know, really know what kind of does involved? He says,
there's no dough involved, you know, just do it. So
I'm thinking about it, thinking about it. Wango Tango's May tenth.

(23:20):

be there with all of her cool friends. Right, yeah,
how many people you bring in?
