is on every channel now except for the Channel eleven
when they're showing the Dodger game. It's on two, four, five, seven, nine,
and this guy is hauling ass away from LAPD. It's
a radical chase. You can watch it on any of

(00:22):
these TV stations. Angel, Where are we Los Sienica in
the West Adams area.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Yeah, we had northbound on Los Sienica, just passing Jefferson.
You know, there's traffic so bad in both directions that
this guy's driving straight up the middle of the roadway.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
Oh, hey, just passed the light rail there. So he's
coming up on Is he gonna be north or south
of the ten?

Speaker 3 (00:47):
He is?

Speaker 4 (00:48):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (00:48):
Did he just wipe out south?

Speaker 6 (00:50):
Yeah, he's south of the ten South.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Somebody tried to cut him off there and stop this chase.
Maybe it's another off to duty officer that put himself on.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
Dude on duty, that's the name of my new band
on duty.

Speaker 5 (01:04):
Yeah, or hauling booty.

Speaker 6 (01:07):
Hauling booty, hauling booty.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
All right, this chase is radical. Let's put you Chris
Christie up here, Let's see you're saying this is not.

Speaker 4 (01:17):
A QUT neighborhood.

Speaker 7 (01:18):
He has residential traffic, residential streets, narrow streets.

Speaker 4 (01:23):
As he makes his way.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Through carjacking suspect, he's possibly kidnapping suspect as well.

Speaker 7 (01:28):
A ratic maneuver as he turned off of Los Aenea
there and now turning back.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
On my car that he just hijacked. And if he
has paper flights and he.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
Messed up.

Speaker 7 (01:42):
Again, we dont know David to finish that that thought.
Whether these are the same guys from them.

Speaker 5 (01:48):
I hope nobody gets hurt here.

Speaker 8 (01:49):
Man.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
This guy is wanting to get away from these cops,
and the cops don't want.

Speaker 5 (01:55):
The cops want him.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
Badly in that apartment complex.

Speaker 5 (01:58):
This guy's taking a lot of chain.

Speaker 7 (02:00):
It is a lot of vicinity, possibly related to that
original chase according to the Sheriff's department. But again we're
not fair fact moving parts here. The charges that these
suspects are working are very similar.

Speaker 5 (02:13):
Fairfaxt are we north of the ten? Did you say
are south of the tent?

Speaker 6 (02:17):
At last? We're still south.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Southrely different group all right.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Now he's going and looks like south found criminals.

Speaker 6 (02:26):
Yeah, all right, then there is.

Speaker 5 (02:27):
The ten Freeway.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
So now he's south of the ten Freeway.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Six patrol cars following him now and with lots of.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Cops following this guy. It's on all the channels two, four, five, seven, nine.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
We will see a law enforcement pulled back if the
driver is uh, you know, driving very dangerously.

Speaker 4 (02:45):
But it's a.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Pursuit of a carjacking suspect. West Washington Boulevard at Curson Avenue,
mid City.

Speaker 7 (02:52):
Before he's roady mostly in the media and going into
oncoming lanes of traffic.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
Someone's going to get killed here. He's going against traffic.

Speaker 6 (02:59):
L do that now's north.

Speaker 7 (03:04):
Stand the wrong side very long, just like you did
right there. They'll go into oncoming lanes for a short
distance if they've got their.

Speaker 5 (03:10):
Nobody gets killed or heard here.

Speaker 9 (03:12):
The only most aggressive d this guy time and.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
The wrong on a busy street eighty five miles an
hour on busney streets until.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
They have the clearance to speed through.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
With the West Washington at Conference Avenue.

Speaker 7 (03:26):
Passed away mouthing as well, because even though they've got
their lights and sirens blaring, anybody could be going through
the green light they've won.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
If this freaks way mos out, they pull over and
take get a cigarette.

Speaker 9 (03:36):
What the hell.

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Is this blow through dozens and doesn't it's a good
During the course up this pursuit.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Carjacking suspect flying in the middle lanetuing.

Speaker 7 (03:47):
Westbound Washington through there. Uh he had the green light through.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Oh my god, with lots of chances. This guy's taking
a lot of chances, with a lot of people's lives
right on his tail.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
And west Washington and Highland.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
He used to call out the location. You're continuing westbound
Washington Boulevard.

Speaker 5 (04:05):
Yeah, so far, so lucky.

Speaker 6 (04:07):
He's actually eastbound on Washington Washington right.

Speaker 5 (04:10):
Yes street.

Speaker 10 (04:10):
Yeah, did not hit anything that we have seen yet,
although you did point out.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
And the cops are right behind him there, you know,
twenty five feet behind him. They're keeping up with this guy.
They must really really want.

Speaker 10 (04:20):
To do no maneuverability if there's something coming right now?

Speaker 1 (04:23):
Right hand turn? Is that northbound that Claudela northbound?

Speaker 2 (04:27):
Are so down and then he's going to turn left
right on twenty So he just turned right on twenty
head west.

Speaker 7 (04:35):
Again, right, Yeah, I mean yeah, the way they're driving here,
you've got a high speed.

Speaker 5 (04:40):
Then now he's northbound.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
If that was west the suburbs of l A.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
This is a very difficult area to navigate. These are
not north south streets, a lot of curving streets in this.

Speaker 6 (04:48):
Area where he goes all the week through.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
They just turned barely.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
CBS and k cow lost their feet. I gotta go
with four or five or seven is just okay, count
SINCDNG with that feed.

Speaker 6 (05:04):
So he's going kind of like east down right now.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
You see the artwork of these all right, we're watching
it live chase here radical chase potential carjacking slash kidnapping
suspects in a white car. There's probably thirty or forty
cop cars in the area wanting this thing to stop.
And he grabbed this dude just under the freeway. That's

(05:30):
the ten freeway again and is that south now the
ten freeway?

Speaker 4 (05:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (05:36):
Now he's heading eastbound.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
Potentially all right, eastbound Adams.

Speaker 11 (05:41):
He keeps flying down these roads and he like he
did just now, he's going over sometimes those humps on
the roads and he got a bottom out at some
point going that fast over us things.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
And a lot of damage to the rear left quarter panel.
Going eastbound Adams. Oh, he's got the wrong way this
he's gonna crash, he cannot. I mean, his luck is
going to run out on him and some.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
Poor predictab where his next move is gonna be is.

Speaker 5 (06:07):
Gonna get They'll taken nailed by this guy.

Speaker 4 (06:10):
And he even even a remote indication of a pit maneuver.
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
This is a radical chase like Crozier is right. I
don't think we've seen this kind of radical chase in
a while. That it's got to be southbound Frenchshaw, south
southbound French.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
Shaw, targets and wait intelligence.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
Crazy chase there, subway all my places. McDonald's man, wait
till seven o'clock.

Speaker 6 (06:42):
So what drive are you gonna hit seven?

Speaker 5 (06:44):
Whatever's open, whatever's that matter.

Speaker 1 (06:47):
It's just as salt delivery system twelve Burger King to
le bk all right, we're at the Jefferson Crenshaw area
West Adams.

Speaker 5 (07:00):
If you're in that area, be careful.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
This guy has zero regards for Chris, the public and
guys and gals wanted to get home.

Speaker 9 (07:08):
It's how he's he's avoiding the freeways.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
Yeah, yeah, you think about maybe the freeway is a
crowded in that area.

Speaker 6 (07:16):
But they they just tried to spike him.

Speaker 5 (07:22):
I don't think they got it.

Speaker 7 (07:23):
He missed great attempt there, but he missed the spike
and now unfortunately.

Speaker 5 (07:29):
That'll rile him up.

Speaker 4 (07:30):
See him.

Speaker 9 (07:33):
That they stay on surface streets.

Speaker 11 (07:34):
It's like the possibility of spike becomes a jar when
you stay on service hundred percent.

Speaker 4 (07:39):
He came close, but I think he should.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
They're probably looking for a place to ditch this thing
and run to maneuver. He's got to be running out
of gas, and he's going eighty miles an hour, you know,
stopping and starting on surface streets for an hour, and
he's stays circular.

Speaker 11 (07:53):
Enough in the area that cops are in position enough
to try to take his wheels.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
And he's probably obviously familiar with this area that we've
been all Krispy Krane. Those donuts are great, but they
try to upsell you at Krispy Kreme. You know, another
dozen for four dollars?

Speaker 5 (08:12):
Are you a member? Are you give me your phone number?
Will give you Yeah, I'm just buying an fing donut.
You know.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
We're not going on a trip around the world, but we'll.

Speaker 10 (08:22):
Take a closer look at it. But the way he's
driving a radical chase.

Speaker 1 (08:27):
You've got to turn on channel two, four, five, seven,
or nine to watch this. It's an incredibly dangerous chase
running through the Lambert Park area right now West Martin
Luther King Junior Boulevard at Hepburn or Creede Avenue.

Speaker 5 (08:43):
A big chase.

Speaker 1 (08:44):
You might see the helicopters if you live in that area.

Speaker 5 (08:47):
Now he's on the wrong.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
Way, completely on the other side.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
And there's a median there so he can't get back
on the other side.

Speaker 5 (08:56):
It's actually getting more This is not going to end well.

Speaker 6 (08:59):
That's right, Luther King Junior Boulevard at Arlington.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
Some poor guy or galas just trying to get home
and this idiot's gonna slam into them and is going.

Speaker 5 (09:09):
To cause a ton of damage.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
I'm shocked that these guys don't crash more often driving
like that in this city with that kind of traffic
at that speed is unimaginable.

Speaker 5 (09:21):
How they keep doing this.

Speaker 4 (09:23):
If they can coordinate a handoff that might be in.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
The car another cop there. Man, the cops are all
over the place on this one. This is a carjacking suspect.
May also be a kidnapping suspect, as well, three dangerous
guys that really want these lads.

Speaker 9 (09:36):
Off the street in that South LA area.

Speaker 6 (09:38):
Yeas to Popeyes.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
Louisiana Chicken another ka and getting a zone.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
Showed the video of this is a radical chase in
the West Adams area. If you see the helicopters above it,
you're's going to be two, four, five, seven, nine. Probably
eleven is over it as well. They're just not showing
it on TV because of the Dodger game. All those
helicopters around West Adams, they're all following this pursuit on
wet West Martin Luther King June Junior Boulevard at Pelldale

(10:16):
or Brighton Avenue, coming right.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
Up on Normandy Avenue, that's the next major. He's heading
eastbound on West Martin Luther King Junior.

Speaker 5 (10:23):
That's a great KFC right there.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
You know, there's a big soccer game at the coliseum
and he's heading into that direction.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
Oh it's spiked. Possible spike. No, okay, I think he
ditched it in the met He's yeah, there's the spike
right there. He's he's smart. He's staying in the middle
there where it's tougher to spike him. Oh God, is
he close to hitting these guys takes so much. Oh, radically,
you've got to see this chase. You've got to if
you're on the freeway, pull off, get into a bar

(10:52):
restaurant and look at the sucker.

Speaker 9 (10:54):
I'd love to see these spike strip practice drills that
they do.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Yeah, Oh, the chicken in the sidewalk and the crosswalk
almost got popped.

Speaker 4 (11:02):
The tires and breakthrough that one.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
Or if you have your cell phone and you're not driving,
channel two, four or five, seven, nine eleven, they're all
on this. You can watch it on your cell phone
and we'll do our best to keep the updated here.
But it's it's hard because there's so many turns and
so much traffic and so many different streets being called
in this West Adams area. But he's got to be

(11:24):
familiar with this area. He's been in this area for
the last forty five minutes the.

Speaker 7 (11:29):
Wrong way so many times before somebody gets hurt. There's
just too many people.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
Way too many people out, way too many cars. Something radical.
I fear that somebody's going to get hit here. Unreal.
All right, we've got to take a break. Unfortunately, we
will come back. The chase continues here in South Los Angeles,
Vermont and Vernon Avenue. All those helicopters are following this

(11:53):
one dude who is suspected of carjacking and or kidnapping.
There's three guys in the car allegedly, and the cops
want these dudes. We're live on KFI an update at
Dodger Stadium. Toronto's just scored again, so it's three to
one Toronto, three to one Toronto, and the chase continues.
Lots going on here in California and Southern California.

Speaker 5 (12:15):
We step to you with a lot of crap every day.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from KFI
AM six forty.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
Three to one Toronto at Dodger Stadium. The car chase
continues in South Los Angeles. It's near the one oh
five and the one ten. Now they're east of the
one oho of the one ten Freeway. It's in near
the airport a couple of so. None of these stations
can fly their news helicopter into that restricted area, so

(12:46):
we just were watching it from twelve miles away on
a camera and it's not that exciting. So CBS and
Channel not to A nine have gone to other programming
was that angel.

Speaker 2 (12:58):
He's on Imperial Way right now, which, as you said,
runs parallel to the one oh five Freeway at last,
and maybe maybe a minute ago, he's probably coming up
on Crenshaw or make that Central at this point eastbound Imperial.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
If you've got to come back north for us to
enjoy this thing, or at least to watching obviously, all right,
we'll keep an eye on that. Let's crank up a
channel seven and see what Christmass. Yes, this is happening for.

Speaker 10 (13:26):
Law enforcement when it comes to their helicopters getting get
helicopter has to fly within LAX space as well and
get special permission to be there.

Speaker 5 (13:34):
We don't know if that, in fact is happening.

Speaker 10 (13:36):
As we continue to scan around, we're looking for more
eburdency lights. There are some lights right there in front
of you that we're trying to push in on, and
that may very well be the pursuit as it winds
its way through these streets. One hundred and eleven, one
hundred and twelfth Street, right there.

Speaker 1 (13:55):
Right in the middle of the watch area.

Speaker 6 (13:57):
Yeah, right in the middle of the screen.

Speaker 10 (13:58):
Okay, we want to bring in Bruce Thomas, our law
enforcement expert joining us next helped us through many of
these persons.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
Right now, and I've been watching.

Speaker 4 (14:07):
This is the first question.

Speaker 8 (14:08):
And second, what do you.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
Think carjacking possible? The kidnapping suspects wanted by the cops.
I think there's at least three people in the car.
All right, let's crank this up here.

Speaker 5 (14:19):
What you have to say here?

Speaker 4 (14:20):
You have wanted armed carjacking suspects who apparently have done
a couple of car jackings.

Speaker 5 (14:25):
From what I understand.

Speaker 9 (14:27):
So these are one and bell any suspects.

Speaker 5 (14:30):
So this pursuit's not gonna go away, right.

Speaker 10 (14:33):
They're not gonna let go, and they do measure who
they're chansing, great Bruce, I mean, if they believe that
these suspects are highly dangerous to society.

Speaker 1 (14:43):
Let's go channel to or channel nine. They flew over
the airport. Maybe that's why they were off the air
for a while. They flew up and over the airport.
And now they're on this, uh, this chase. They're the
channel two and channel nine now have the better view
of this chase, and you can see it. They're on
Central in southeast Los Angeles, Central Avenue in one and

(15:06):
fourteenth Street, and it looks like it might be coming
back towards US. A lot of cops out there and
it looks like that's the SWAT team. I don't know
if it's pertaining to this. Oh yeah, no, I think
this is a different.

Speaker 4 (15:20):
Chase today LPDS.

Speaker 5 (15:24):
Same chase.

Speaker 1 (15:26):
Oh no, I'm not talking about I'm watching Channel four.
Channel four has a swat on the freeway and it
looks like this might be for a different reason.

Speaker 5 (15:35):
But anyway, you're right.

Speaker 1 (15:37):
So we're still in Watts with this chase with LAPD
that's been going on for more than an hour, and
we've been covering here with a lot of dangerous moves.
They have zero regard for the public, and now people
are coming out on the street to watch it as well,
which could also represent another element another danger. People on

(16:00):
the Oh, there's a lot of people out there now
watching this.

Speaker 12 (16:03):
Neighborhood before and the suspect has just kind of been
hanging around.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
So this is in the Wants area one hundred and
twelve and Zomra Avenue.

Speaker 4 (16:11):
If we replayed the video from if you're watching.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
On the Channel two or Channel nine, they got a
beautiful view of this. Evidently they oh now their foot fail.

Speaker 5 (16:18):
Again one two threes and at least.

Speaker 4 (16:21):
Three guys in drive and now they're out.

Speaker 5 (16:25):
And three guys running from the cops.

Speaker 12 (16:27):
Now two helicopters overhead trying to keep tabs on this one.
But this is what I thought was gonna happen.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
Lots of cops in the neighborhood, neighborhood, you know.

Speaker 4 (16:36):
They ran into a dense neighborhood.

Speaker 12 (16:37):
They immediately one of them went into a unit, and
then a bunch of people came out and kind of
started interfering with LAPD. There we go, there's no those
are the officers looking for him, and here we go. Okay,
so they still have them. One of the spotlight right
now off of Hooper and one hundred and fourteenth the
one guys are booking it. Here's one with a white shirt.
There's other people that are starting to come out as well, and.

Speaker 5 (17:02):
You can't tell who it is.

Speaker 4 (17:03):
Confusing, it's so chaotic.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
Everyone just started running and they didn't know who it was, and.

Speaker 12 (17:08):
Then all these other people come out and kind of
get involved in this make it more confusing. Yeah, And
I mean we've got officers out here running all over
the place, and and and just people kind of getting
mixed up in this situation.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
They're not a bad poy to go in this neighborhood,
and everybody runs just like you have no idea who
you're chased it, that's it.

Speaker 5 (17:32):
Wow, what an ending, right, and now you have no
idea where the guy is. He's gone.

Speaker 1 (17:39):
All right, Well, well we'll keep an eye on it,
see if they can wrangle these dudes up. But it
ended up on Hooper Avenue in one hundred and fourteenth
Street in the I think that's in the Watts area,
at least in Los Angeles. Who that looks like they've
got at least one guy in the neighborhood on Channel five,
looks like that absolutely one guy.

Speaker 10 (17:59):
Hearing now that they have one of those suspects in custody,
you might have tried to get out another way out
of this building.

Speaker 4 (18:05):
So the two still outstanding, one in custody.

Speaker 5 (18:08):
They're saying, all right, we'll continue to track.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
Okay, all right, the chase is over, but now the
hunt for them inside these buildings will continue. Crazy night
and the Dodgers still behind three to one at Dodger Stadium.
In the top of the fifth inning, Guerrero's up, which
is bad news.

Speaker 5 (18:26):
For the Dodgers.

Speaker 3 (18:27):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on De Maya from
KFI AM six forty.

Speaker 1 (18:32):
Toronto is beating up on the Dodgers. We're in the
bottom of the fifth inning and then we just had
this chase that ended up in the Watts area and
we'll see what's going on at Dodger Stadium. Mac Max
Mounsey just got thrown out, So there's one out bottom
of the fifth and Keiky Hernandez, who has already has

(18:54):
a home run tonight is coming up.

Speaker 5 (18:57):
But it's still pretty doable.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
I mean, as long as they can keep it to
three to one, Dodgers can come back and win this
thing and go up three games to two going back
to Toronto. I'm not losing hope yet. I'm not losing hope.
Elly has lost hope, but I'm not losing it.

Speaker 4 (19:11):
I am.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
I'm holding on to hope and I'm praying that these
Dodgers win this World series. Los Angeles needs this world
series after the year we've been through.

Speaker 5 (19:23):
We need this series. Come on, key k put another
one over the fence. Ah, all right.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
We are promoted on the what they called the look Ahead,
where we you know, come on and promote what we're
going to do the very next day. And yesterday we
told you that if you live in a high end apartment,
you're now subjected to at least one irritating thing that
happens in low end apartments as well, and that is
couples fighting. Couples fighting. It used to be in low

(19:53):
end apartments. You'd hear it all the time. You know,
people are having money issues or marital issues, and and
there's battles all the time in apartments that you know,
guy's paying three hundred dollars a month. Well, now people
are paying ten thousand dollars a month, and the troubles continue.
You know, when you got your rent at ten thousand dollars,

(20:14):
your water bill, your power, maybe you have to pay obviously,
you have to pay for insurance, a couple of car payments.
Thin walls in an apartment building, thin walls if it's
not built you know, to code for condos. If it's
just for apartments, the walls are thinner, they're cheaper to
build that way, and you hear everything that goes on

(20:34):
on the other side of that wall. Thin walls, which
is a horrible name for an apartment building fewer parking
spaces as well. Some of these apartment buildings in Hollywood,
they're taking parking away from you and building apartments in
the parking lot. The ADUs, I believe what it's ADU. Yeah,

(20:56):
the ADUs. So they're going to take your parking spot
and put a bed in it and a TV set
and bang, Bob's your uncle. Plus if you live in
one of these apartment I used to live in in
Normandy and Wiltshire and an apartment building on a Rollo
Street on the eighteenth floor, and it was three D

(21:17):
house of funky smells. There was every single food in
the world was being cooked in there, and a lot
of it was great, but there was one thing that
would that they cooked all the time, and it was
I think it was called kim chi. Fa smelled that.
Oh yeah, kim lined cabbage. It's either you love it
or hate it. Yeah, And now we didn't warm up

(21:39):
warm up to it enough.

Speaker 5 (21:40):
I guess it's got a funk.

Speaker 13 (21:41):
It does.

Speaker 5 (21:42):
Yeah, gotta get used to that.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
And Brussels sprouts when everybody comes in here and they
it wasn't that Brussel spoutsout bellio or somebody will throw
them in the microwave and smells like a big fart. Yeah,
is it brussel spouts?

Speaker 5 (21:56):
Yeah, you like Brussels sprouts.

Speaker 9 (21:58):
Oh yeah, when they're prepared properly.

Speaker 5 (22:00):
Yeah, it's like a big fart.

Speaker 4 (22:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (22:04):
You always got a love of the people that bring
in those foods.

Speaker 11 (22:06):
We had a news a guy in the newsroom years
ago who would bring in hard BOI legs, Oh my god, yeah, and.

Speaker 9 (22:12):
Then heat them up.

Speaker 5 (22:13):
Oh my god, just no regard for anybody else.

Speaker 9 (22:16):
Yeah, you don't get that.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
I went into the refrigerator a couple weeks ago and
there was a half a sandwich in there that looked great.

Speaker 5 (22:23):
So I popped that. I ate that.

Speaker 1 (22:26):
What it looked awesome?

Speaker 4 (22:30):
Was it good?

Speaker 5 (22:31):
It was great. It was great.

Speaker 1 (22:32):
It was from like Antonio's or something never heard of.
It was some more in north Ridge, and I opened
up as a turkey. I could see through it. It
was a cellophane wrapper on it. Oh that's turkey on
the look like a wheat. I'll eat that.

Speaker 5 (22:45):
And I polished that off and.

Speaker 4 (22:49):
It was good.

Speaker 5 (22:49):
It was great. It was great.

Speaker 1 (22:51):
So you ate someone else's dinner, Well, I don't like
to look at it that way. How do you look
at it.

Speaker 5 (22:57):
Well, okay, here's how I look at lunch I've had.

Speaker 1 (23:00):
I've brought meals in that I went to get and
they're gone, and so everything comes out and wash at
the end.

Speaker 5 (23:07):
The kimji, you.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
Get a meal, you get get a meal, Give a meal,
give a meal, get a meal. And so anything that's
in the public refrigerator there is a public up for grabs.
Oh it's called the public seize the public fridge. Yeah,
it's up for grabs, and everybody knows that. You know,
you put a lunch in there and you're about fifty
to fifty shot of you eating it that day.

Speaker 5 (23:27):
But that was a sweet sandwich. I enjoyed that.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
But the fighting that's going on now and even high
end apartments is driving people crazy because when you spend
eight thousand dollars a month, you want to be around
other people that can afford eight thousand dollars a month,
and yet they are fighting like cats and dogs, like
a guy who's spending you know, two hundred and fifty
bucks a month. There's an apartment building on the way

(23:50):
out to Valencia and there's a big sign on it,
you know, three hundred and ninety nine dollars moves you in,
but it should be three ninety nine moves you in
dot dot dot, and the sheriff moves you out. Cause
if you're at three ninety nine a month, man, you're
around a lot of other guys at three ninety nine,
and those are just squeaking by, just squeaking by. It

(24:13):
could be bround life's most interesting guys. It's George Carland
calls him all right, three to one, Dodgers down at
Dodgers Stadium. The chase is over that we've been following
all evening here. It ended up in the Watts area
of Los Angeles. Lots of people running and you know,
confusing the cops. And I think that's why they did it.
They went in the area and said, okay, well we

(24:34):
land here, gather around, then everybody take off and it confused.

Speaker 5 (24:37):
This is the cops. Not a bad plan. Not a
bad plan.

Speaker 1 (24:41):
And so we'll continue watching the game here. You can
watch it. It's on channel eleven. It's also on five
seventy a m our Dodger or sister station here. And
then at seven o'clock tonight, Mark Thompson is coming in.
So that was gonna be cool. Mark Thompson from seven
to ten. And I know he works with a lot.
Tony works on his YouTube show We're the Chicks.

Speaker 5 (25:04):
Yeah, here, he loves that.

Speaker 9 (25:08):
Does she have a sister?

Speaker 5 (25:09):
Yeah, Belly. Do you ever you like a like a
young niece or something around?

Speaker 4 (25:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (25:15):
Yeah, I love that. I think I heard him in
the Yeah.

Speaker 8 (25:19):
I mean, you know north of eighteen obviously, you know obviously, Yeah,
I mean, what do you think I am?

Speaker 5 (25:28):
Man?

Speaker 9 (25:28):
Do I need to say that?

Speaker 8 (25:31):
You know?

Speaker 5 (25:31):
I think I do? I think I do?

Speaker 4 (25:33):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (25:35):
Keep t JR.

Speaker 5 (25:35):
Off my back, he's here. Just flip me off, all right,
you get wait them.

Speaker 3 (25:45):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from kf
I am six forty.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
Watching the Dodgers show A Tani's Up. Dodgers are losing
three to one in the sixth inning, and whoever wins
this game goes up three games to two, and it's
got to be an on.

Speaker 5 (26:04):
It's got to be the.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
Favorite to win the World Series. Whoever wins this game
got to be Mark Thompson comes in at seven o'clock,
so he'll take you from seven to ten PM.

Speaker 5 (26:14):
Two night.

Speaker 1 (26:19):
Dodger. Oh what a catch in the right field. It
could have been a double for Otani. Instead, it's an out.
It's an out we have.

Speaker 5 (26:28):
Tony is with us.

Speaker 1 (26:29):
Tony is the boardop here and also a technical director
computer specialist. But you're also a big slot machine collector.
I would say that, how many slot machines do you have?
One slot machine in, one video poker machine? Oh wow,
I love video and one pink pachinko machine. What's the
video poker game you got?

Speaker 14 (26:51):
God, it's from the It's from like eighty eighty nine.
It's a from a copy called CEI. It's super Jack
pant and what Nichols. It's a Nichols and it's a
deuce's why? So what do you what's your slot machine?

Speaker 1 (27:02):
That's a i GT Double Diamond Deluxe.

Speaker 5 (27:05):
I love that game. It's cool. It's the one I
won money on back in the day. And who dropped
it off for you? Are no carriers? Just coincidentally? Oh yeah,
I just gonna text like we're delivering it. I'm like, hey, Tim,
look but I would love that, man.

Speaker 1 (27:21):
I think I could save a lot of money if
I just buy like twenty slot machines and never, you know,
go to Vegas again. Old enough, you could totally allow
to in California, so okay, and you so you can
legally own them, but they can't pay out money.

Speaker 14 (27:36):
My I don't even know if I mean, it's it's whatever.
I just I think it's whatever goes mine doesn't mine
runs on tokens. Okay, But but the is the law
whatever goes Probably not.

Speaker 5 (27:46):
I don't know that.

Speaker 14 (27:47):
I just know the age has I just I'm sure
that they don't want you having a slot machine paying
up money in California.

Speaker 1 (27:53):
Where did a slot machine come from? The one you
bought Vegas to Ohio? To me, I believe, really, okay,
you know I know the company bar from was from Ohio.
Is it great to get a new machine in the house.

Speaker 5 (28:04):
It's kind of cool. It's great.

Speaker 14 (28:05):
You're probably up all night playing the first night of
all things, I leave me. I had to make sure
it worked last night, obviously.

Speaker 4 (28:11):
Sure.

Speaker 14 (28:11):
I forgot my work done every three am about an
hour and a half, and I basically live. I had
ten bucks in it for an hour and a half,
essentially classic like it just kept I just kept winning enough,
and like this is great. Of like ten bucks, it
must be a quarter machine.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
It's a qud machine. Yeah, what's the max bat nine
three seventy five cents? So three quarters we get three
quarters at a time in you know. Yeah, it's like
you know, one, two, three go. It's a slot machine,
so take wrong with you.

Speaker 5 (28:34):
It's cool.

Speaker 14 (28:35):
I'm like a hundred bucks, well one hundred dollars in
court in tokens, does they take bills? Yeah, but I
just pull them out, you know. I just do it
to get the credits in the machine, and then I
just pulled it out of the machine. It's essentially free playing.
I think I got to do that, all right.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
Speaking of gambling, Mark Toms should.

Speaker 13 (28:51):
Leave it in the machine and then just the next
person who buys the machine against all those dollars.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
Why have we not started an underground casino.

Speaker 5 (28:58):
I am just thank you a lot.

Speaker 13 (29:00):
I'm thinking that Tony has us onto something, because that
is the big thing.

Speaker 5 (29:04):
Slots are the.

Speaker 14 (29:05):
Way you those Japanese pachico machines are way more fun,
way more cool.

Speaker 13 (29:10):
Yeah, And we've we've hatched like like Barney and Fred
and like the Honeymooners. It used to be Jackie Gleason
and Norton, all these different things. We talked about opening
a Dunkin Donuts together at one point, but they all fail.

Speaker 5 (29:25):
We could never do them.

Speaker 13 (29:26):
No, we never do them. So this might be yet
another Now, I don't you know, underground is always tricky
because you are running a foul of the.

Speaker 5 (29:33):
Law, right, But they got the bigger fish to fry.
That's that's the hope.

Speaker 1 (29:36):
I'm going to ask you a question here. A new
report just came out. What do you think the fastest
drive through in America? Is? Fastest dry through in America?
What faster establishment? Oh, I'm still going to go McDonald's. McDonald's. Okay,
McDonald's is on the list, not not near the top.
Number one.

Speaker 5 (29:57):
It's Taco Bell.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
Wow, fastest drive in the country for the fifth consecutive year,
with an average service time of two hundred and fifty
seven seconds.

Speaker 4 (30:07):
And uh.

Speaker 1 (30:08):
And then there's also Chick fil A Dutch Brothers. They're
also high on this.

Speaker 5 (30:13):
That's what little less than three minutes?

Speaker 1 (30:15):
Yeah, less than three a m well, one hundred and eighty.

Speaker 5 (30:17):
Is three minutes.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
So it's for oh, you're the math gut it's a
little over four it's four minutes and seventeen seconds. Okay,
But I think that that they're even faster than that.
The one the the Taco Bell that I go to
is on Buena Vista and Magnolia, and man, it's it
is quick.

Speaker 5 (30:36):
They move, they move, they get it rolling. Yeah, what's
on that big show to night? Bobby got a.

Speaker 13 (30:41):
Show that was that the Well, at first I got
a personal story. You you've turned me onto the power
of personal stories. And we had a big gas leak
in our kid right in front of our house. And
how the gas company handled it is interesting. I think
people will find it interesting.

Speaker 4 (30:55):
Anyway.

Speaker 13 (30:55):
I definitely lit a torch and looked for it. The
first dude came out and kind of was mellow about it,
and who reported you smell it? Yeah, we smelled it
for several days. Neil Iley Courtney called it in and
the guy came out and goes, nah, it was to
be fair, it was Sunday night, and I think it
was just kind of like, you know whatever. But he
came out and he said, no, I don't really smell much.

(31:16):
And I'm thinking, oh, man, I said, well, it was
really gets bad and run over here. It's kind of bad.
He goes, and he said, I'll test it out with
some equipment and then he rings the dormane. He goes,
you're right, it's leaking. There is a gas leak here.
Reason I'm going to call it in. Don't worry.

Speaker 5 (31:30):
He stayed at hotel.

Speaker 13 (31:31):
No, he stayed, We stayed. He said, he got nothing
to worry about. And then nothing happened. Monday goes by
and nothing happens, and then Tuesday rolls around and we
call it in again. Now it starts as a fresh ticket,
like nobody even know about it. And they came out
again and they said, this is a serious leak and
we we're going to get on this right away. But

(31:51):
the dedication to the people who showed up on Tuesday night,
it was really how many people showed up, Well, it
was one guy who was terrific and he stayed all
all night until the crew arrived.

Speaker 4 (32:01):
Wow.

Speaker 13 (32:01):
He said, I'm not going to leave this.

Speaker 5 (32:03):
This is a dangerous situation.

Speaker 4 (32:04):
Wow.

Speaker 13 (32:04):
Yeah, it was really cool. And that guy, uh was
you know, we kept going out. Do you need anything?
He said, no, no, no, no, that guy, and he
deserves a real shout out. He was out all night.
Imagine just sitting there in the truck because he said,
they told me I can go home and I'm not
leaving the name is Ray Rodriguez.

Speaker 5 (32:20):
Ray Rodriguez.

Speaker 13 (32:21):
Shout out to Ray Rodriguez. Big, big stud All right, anyway,
there's a big show.

Speaker 4 (32:25):
It's big.

Speaker 13 (32:25):
I'll talk about I was at Dodger Stadium last night
at the World serious.

Speaker 5 (32:28):
I'll talk about all that.

Speaker 1 (32:28):
And the Dodgers are down three to one. I'm sure
Mark will have scores. Yeah, we all dating long, giant studd.
Nice to see it, but great to see you. All right,
