Calarogus Shark Media Gratings trivia fans. I'm Mark Ellison, and
today we're cranking up the difficulty with some ridiculously hard
trivia questions that will challenge even the most dedicated quiz masters.
Question one, what is the only US state capital that
shares no letters with the name of its state? Question two?

(00:32):
In chemistry, what is the name of the theoretical temperature
at which all molecular motion ceases? Question three? Which Shakespeare
play contains the stage direction exit pursued by a bear?

(00:57):
Question four? What is the most abundant game in the
Earth's atmosphere after nitrogen and oxygen? Question five? In what
year did the Library of Alexandria, one of the ancient
world's greatest centers of learning, suffer its final destruction. We'll

(01:20):
be right back with these brain busting answers after this break.
Welcome back, trivia fans. Let's reveal today's ridiculously hard answers.
Question one, which state capital shares no letters with its state? Answer? Pierre,
South Dakota. The capital city Pierre shares absolutely no letters

(01:44):
in common with South Dakota, making it unique among all
fifty US state capitals. This stumps many people who try
to think through all the capitals systematically. Question two, what's
the temperature where molecular motion stops? Answer a salute zero,
which is negative two hundred seventy three point one five

(02:05):
degrees celsius or negative four hundred and fifty nine point
six seven degrees fahrenheit. At this theoretical temperature, all atomic
and molecular motion would cease completely. It's impossible to actually
reach absolute zero, but scientists have gotten incredibly close in
laboratory settings. Question three, which shakespeare play has exit pursued

(02:28):
by a bear? Answer the Winter's Tail. This famous stage
direction appears in Act three, Scene three, when the character
Antigonus flees from a bear. It's one of the most
memorable and unusual stage directions in all of Shakespeare's works.
Question four, what's the third most abundant atmospheric gas? Answer

(02:50):
ar gone, which makes up about zero point nine to
three percent of Earth's atmosphere, while nitrogen seventy eight percent
and oxygen twenty one percent dominate. Argon is the third
most common gas, though most people would guess carbon dioxide,
which is actually much less abundant at only zero point

(03:11):
zero four percent. Question five When was the Library of
Alexandria finally destroyed? Answer? Six hundred forty two AD, when
Arab forces under ahmer Iban al As conquered Alexandria. While
the library had declined over centuries and faced multiple earlier attacks,
this marked its final destruction as a center of learning

(03:33):
that had existed for nearly one thousand years. That concludes
today's five daily trivia questions. I'm Mark Ellison, and today's
questions were crafted with the help of a I technology.
