Ellen (00:01):
Hi.
Marley (00:02):
Hi.
Ellen (00:03):
calling in from an airport.
Marley (00:06):
I know I'm here so early.
I'm here three hours early for my flight.
It's a little ridiculous.
Ellen (00:11):
Is that how you normally operate?
Are you an early airport person?
Marley (00:15):
Um, I'm a little bit of an early
airport person, but not this early.
I'm in Detroit.
I was getting a ride from somebody andthey had work to do this afternoon, so
I was like, I can work from the airport.
So now here we are doing work.
Ellen (00:26):
Very cool.
Marley (00:27):
It's a weirdly quiet airport and
I hope that holds true because podcasting
from an airport is like not definitelynot on the list of best practices.
Ellen (00:35):
I know.
Well, it's better than what Iwas suggesting, which is, Hey,
I could do it from Central Park.
It's fine.
I would like to
Marley (00:42):
Right, right.
You should try it.
I mean, especially if you've got agood mic, um, we should try it and
then give people's feedback on it,
Ellen (00:47):
That's what I was thinking.
I should start maybe by saying I'mwildly jealous of what you've been
up to for the last like three weeks.
'cause you have been bikerider extraordinaire.
Marley (00:56):
It has been pretty incredible.
Um, my, my travel season is in full swing
Ellen (01:02):
Uh.
Marley (01:02):
gone every single weekend
in May, and then my summer is
shaping up to be incredible.
I have some fun news about that.
Um, yeah, in the last three weeks,I was just thinking about yesterday.
I've ridden in Detroit, uh,New York and where was I?
The week before that?
Ellen (01:18):
Somewhere.
Marley (01:20):
I think I was in
Ellen (01:20):
You were somewhere.
Marley (01:22):
I think I was in Arkansas.
But, um, it has been, I lemmelook at my calendar real quick
'cause I don't wanna lie to you.
Ellen (01:28):
I'm not sure i'm convinced
if you were
actually.
Oh, do you know what though?
I think you were, but I do thinkthere was an all bodies event.
When did you have a ride?
There was like an art ride.
Marley (01:39):
Yes, that's exactly what happened.
Um, that was the week before.
Yeah.
So,
Ellen (01:43):
Yeah.
Marley (01:44):
it has been a very
exciting, yeah, so I was in
Ellen (01:47):
Three weeks.
Marley (01:47):
Detroit.
I'll be in Eugene, Oregon next week.
And then, yeah, we were in, um,Arkansas the week before and then I was
at Sea Otter and Kansas before that.
So it has been a wild spring of travel.
Ellen (01:59):
That's incredible.
It was, it's like this, a differentversion of what you did last summer
where it was just tour Demarley
made it everywhere.
Marley (02:08):
I'm, I'm kind of doing the
same thing this summer, but I won't
be in a van, so I'm gonna take mylittle Kia soul and we're gonna
go back out to the west coast.
Um, I mean, let's be honest, Arkansasis kind of hellish in the summer.
It is like oppressively hotand humid and just not fun.
So I'm gonna go back out to theWest Coast and um, Daisy May will
stay with my mom for a coupleweeks and I'll do a couple events.
And then, uh, you're going to France soon.
(02:29):
I am also going to France.
Ellen (02:32):
For fun for all bodies for.
Marley (02:35):
it's for work.
Um, so, but it's notnecessarily for all bodies.
Uh, but it is.
So I'm going with EF Adventures.
They're in an adventure travel companyand they have hired me to go on their
Tour de France, uh, femmes trip.
Um, so it's like nine.
Ellen (02:54):
you kidding me right now?
Marley (02:55):
so it's nine days
of riding around France.
Um, we're kind offollowing the women's tour.
We get to ride a coupleof the iconic climbs.
We get to be at one of the stage finishes.
Um, but I'm getting paid to go onthe trip, paid to make content.
Um, and I'm so excited.
I'm like, did I make it?
Is this, is this gonna be making it?
I think so.
Ellen (03:14):
I think so it's certainly
evidence that I would put
in the column of making it.
Marley (03:18):
I, I think so too.
Yeah.
So, um, it does mean I have to miss outon one gravel event that I was super
excited for and really looking forward to.
Um, but I haven't gotten to go toEurope since I worked in corporate
America since pre covid times.
So I'm very, very excitedto get back out to France.
I.
Ellen (03:35):
Yay.
Are you going to do any differenttraining as you approach that event,
knowing that you'll be climbingclimbs that are in the Tour de France?
Marley (03:45):
That's a great question.
Um, probably not, um, because I'mgonna be on an e-bike, so because it's
EF Adventures, they're partners withCannondale, which is perfect because
Cannondale is my sponsor, and soI'm gonna be riding an E road bike.
Um, which I think will
Ellen (03:59):
Oh
Marley (03:59):
it way more enjoyable.
Ellen (04:01):
yeah.
I don't think I realizedthat E were a thing.
Marley (04:05):
yeah, yeah.
So I'll be on their, theirsynapse, their synap, neo synapse.
Um, so it's kind of an all road bike.
It's got clearance for up to 48, soI could throw some gravel tires on
there, but, um, I'm stoked at it.
Ellen (04:16):
Yeah, that's exciting.
And I wonder too, that mightbecome an opening for us to do
a really good e-bike episode.
'cause we've been wanting to do a likeproper, how do you e-bike on longer trips,
episode.
We haven't had a good opportunityto figure that out yet.
So if that's what will be piecesof it, then maybe we do that.
Marley (04:36):
Yeah, I mean, I'll find
out when I go on this adventure.
I mean,
Ellen (04:39):
Yeah.
Marley (04:39):
I think the longest day that
we have riding is like 50 miles.
So
Ellen (04:43):
Okay.
Marley (04:44):
like a ton.
I mean, it is a ton of riding,um, but it's, it'll give me a
good chance to test out this bike.
So I'm excited about that.
Ellen (04:51):
Yay.
Oh my gosh.
This is great news.
Well, let's talk about whatyou've been doing as well and
why it's exciting and important.
so
Marley (05:01):
last week we were in, I say
we, Kaylee came on this trip and we
went to New York City for the fiveBorough tour, which we've talked
about on here, and I think folks haveprobably seen it on the newsletter and
seen it on our socials, but also had.
A camera crew following us around becausewe are making all bodies on bikes.
Part two, documentary.
Ellen (05:22):
Like an official
follow up to the og.
Marley (05:25):
Yes, So, uh, we got the green
light from Shimano this spring and
then, um, we picked a productioncrew and we met them in New York
and it's super, super exciting.
Um, so I don't really know what thestory's gonna be this time, that's like
the filmmaker's magic, but they followedus around New York for a couple days,
and then next month in June, um, they'regonna come down to Bentonville and we're
(05:48):
going on a bike camping trip together.
Ellen (05:51):
Okay.
Marley (05:52):
Yeah.
Um, so actually it's more than that.
So they're coming to Bentonville.
We are doing a pilot project fora bike industry certification.
So I think we've talked about this on theshow a little bit before and we'll talk
about it more, but essentially, um, oneof the big requests from bike shops is we
want to be better to people of all sizes.
How do we do it?
(06:12):
And it's like we figured out we'regonna do a certification program.
Ellen (06:16):
This is great.
Marley (06:17):
we're gonna run the pilot
program in June while the camera crew's
there, um, to kind of show the breadthand the depth of what all bodies
on Bikes does as an organization.
Um, so while we are in New York, oh myGod, I can't believe I'm saying this.
Um, we also filmed asegment with the Today Show.
Um, it's, it's so.
Ellen (06:37):
Tell me, well talk me through this.
'cause this is all, I'm like, watchthis all happening from over here.
And I was like, wow,how did this come about?
Did they find you, did you apply to them?
Marley (06:47):
So they found us.
Last winter when I was named an outsiderof the year by Outside magazine,
Ellen (06:52):
Yeah.
Marley (06:54):
that was the catalyst.
Um, so I, we got an email inJanuary from the producer and
she said, Hey, we saw you guys.
Like in Outside magazine, we wouldlove to do a segment on the Today Show.
Can you guys come to New York?
And this was in January.
And we're like, yeah, totally.
It's gonna be a little challenging to plana fun group ride in January in New York.
And she was like, oh yeah.
(07:14):
Let's do it later in the year.
So once the, uh, the five tour wassolidified and that we are gonna have an
all bodies on bikes presence there, welet the Today Show know, like, Hey, we're
coming out for this, would this work?
And they were like, oh yeah, definitely.
Um, so it was really funny though.
They were like.
We wanna film a group ride, but it needsto be like 45 minutes outside the city
(07:35):
so that we way we can get a drone up.
And me and Kayla are like,uh, we don't live there.
We have no idea.
But thank God we have a couplefriends of all bodies on bikes.
He's actually been on the show beforeAndrew Schneider from Party Size cycling.
so we reached out to him and we werelike, Hey Andrew, any chance you
wanna help us plan a group ride?
(07:55):
And he is like.
The saint of All Saintsand he put together this
incredible group ride for us.
And so on Friday, oh my God,an an Escalade picked up Kaylee
and I at our hotel in Manhattan.
Ellen (08:08):
it black
like
Marley (08:09):
Escalade and we.
Ellen (08:11):
Uber, like the Uber xl, not
Uber xl, like the Uber fancy version.
Marley (08:16):
Yeah, exactly.
And so we, we walked out withour bikes and the driver's like,
I didn't know you had bikes.
And so he was totally cool about it.
And like, we put the seats down andso then we drove like an hour out.
It was like an hour and a halfout to, uh, hybrid New Jersey.
Um, and then there was, um, a cameraguy and a sound guy and the producer.
(08:38):
And we set up and did a bunch ofinterviews and like B roll, and they had
GoPros on us and taking all these shots.
And then the correspondent came out.
So she was on the air in the morningand then she came out to New Jersey and
we took her for a short little ride.
Ellen (08:52):
Okay.
Marley (08:52):
first time she'd been on a bike
in a couple years and it was really cute.
And then, um, they followedus around for the group ride.
Ellen (08:59):
Nice.
Marley (08:59):
the morning and then we had
the group ride in the afternoon.
I, I'd say like 25 peoplecame out, which was awesome.
Um.
But sadly, which is really ironic, theywere getting the drone up for the group
shot and it flew straight into a tree.
So,
Ellen (09:13):
Oh.
Marley (09:16):
so I don't think they are
gonna have any drone shots unless they
were able, like we left, um, 'causethe group ride was still going and
they were like, I guess we're gonnacome back for the drone at some point.
So I don't know what their plan is there,
Ellen (09:28):
Oh wait, like
it's stuck in the tree?
Marley (09:31):
it was stuck in the tree.
Yeah.
Ellen (09:32):
No, I just ran into the tree
and fell literally like a kite,
like a modern day kiteis stuck in the tree.
Marley (09:39):
yep.
Ellen (09:43):
Oh.
It is really sad.
Sad.
Especially given that you like wentall the way out to Jersey just to
have the drone
to get stuck on the tree.
Marley (09:51):
pretty funny though, but, um.
Gotten a couple emails todayasking us for like, some digital,
some pictures of group rides.
And
Ellen (09:58):
Yeah.
Marley (09:58):
sounds like they're
putting together this segment
now and it'll air at some pointmaybe this week, maybe next week.
Ellen (10:04):
When do you know when
will we be able to shout that?
To tell people to go watch to,
Marley (10:08):
I'm hoping.
Like today or tomorrow.
Yeah.
Ellen (10:11):
so when we know,
know.
Marley (10:13):
all bodies on like social
media and then we'll of course put
links to it and all that jazz, so,
Ellen (10:17):
Oh yeah.
I'm so excited.
Marley (10:20):
thank you.
It's like such a weird thing to have itbe a normal part of my lexicon to say, oh
yeah, I did a segment with the Today Show.
Ellen (10:27):
Sure.
Normal things,
Marley (10:28):
what the heck?
Ellen (10:30):
normal influencer things.
Marley.
This is incredible.
Marley (10:33):
I dunno.
It's funny though, because likewhen this all started, Kaylee's
mom predicted that you guys aregonna be on the Today Show one day.
And we were like, nah, you're crazy.
Ellen (10:41):
Because it's important, to
me, that's the signal of, once it
catches fire, it's gonna reallymake a big difference because it
is, it's so needed and just likenobody on this podcast is going to be
surprised to hear me say this right.
But it's just not that revolutionaryof an idea to say that all
bodies belong on bikes and yet
(11:01):
today's show worthy.
Marley (11:02):
movement.
Yeah.
Ellen (11:03):
Yeah.
So,
Marley (11:05):
and that's what
The Today Show Loved.
Ellen (11:07):
okay.
Marley (11:08):
there's so much
negativity out there and like.
Ellen (11:10):
Hmm.
Marley (11:10):
falling apart right now.
Um,
Ellen (11:13):
What do you mean?
Whatever could you mean?
Marley (11:17):
Lord, um,
Ellen (11:18):
Yes.
Marley (11:19):
honestly, I do feel kind of bad.
Like I feel like I'm a Pollyanna, likekind of ignoring all the negative stuff
because my life is so focused on joyand cultivating joy for other people.
It's just, it's kind ofa weird juxtaposition.
Ellen (11:31):
It is absolutely a
juxtaposition and joy is resistance.
I struggle with this a lot.
The same way that you, Ithink just described, right?
I don't watch the news and I don'tgo searching for, how bad is this?
I know that it is bad.
I know that my role in this isorganizing and building community and
(11:52):
finding the joy so that people cancontinue to do the important work.
So don't discount your role in the joy andthe health and the mental health benefits.
There's a lot.
There's a lot at play here beyond, look at this girl riding bikes.
She's so happy.
Like, let's be real here, Marley.
Marley (12:12):
Thank you, Ellen.
Yeah, it's, it's easy to doubtyourself, but um, I think you're a
hundred percent spot on with that.
Ellen (12:18):
It's an important piece of it.
We, this, we're all in this for thelong haul as far as the, uh, macro
economic, political environments.
And so we need to find these pocketsof joy so that you remember that
we're building something better.
Marley (12:32):
Exactly.
Yeah.
Ellen (12:33):
Yeah.
Marley (12:33):
But go back.
Going back to the Today Show, um,you know, it was a similar mindset
to when the film first came out ofkind of like an, oh crap, we need
to get ready for the influx that's
Ellen (12:44):
I was just gonna
ask, so be even more famous.
Marley (12:52):
Well, um, this is, so
Kaylee has had her Instagram
private for years and she set itback to public, which is exciting.
Um, so she's going public.
Um, I'll probably put upsome more bikini shots.
No, I'm just kidding.
Uh, I'm not changing anything on thepersonal side, but there has been kind
of a, I wouldn't call it a mad dash,but like a, let's get really serious to
(13:14):
make sure that everything, all bodieson bikes, public facing is ready to go.
And we have started a membership programessentially to ensure that we take as much
advantage of this opportunity as possible.
Um, you know, I think we've talkedabout this before, but, funding
for a nonprofit is so uncertain.
We've been really lucky to get acouple of awesome grants, but those
(13:36):
grants aren't renewing for next year.
And so I don't know howI'm gonna pay my salary.
And so we've had the goal to havea membership program for a couple
years now, and this was kind of thecatalyst to say, okay, time to get
our ducks in a row and make it happen.
So I'm excited to announce thatwe now have a membership program.
So now, regardless of whereyou live in the world.
or not there's a chapter near you,you can officially be part of the
(13:59):
All Bodies on Bikes community.
And really importantly,we have a free tier.
So yes, we are using the membershipas a way to fund our endeavors and
make sure that we can still haveawesome programming and make sure
our chapters like have the supportand safety equipment that they need.
So we have the community membership, which is free and will always be free and
gets you access to all of our resources.
(14:20):
Um, the, the big thing that changed iswe just kind of redesigned the website
a little bit and essentially put ourresources section behind a paywall.
Um, and that's really theonly thing that's changed.
Ellen (14:33):
And it's not a
paywall in the literal sense.
It is a we, we want you to be partof this if you're accessing these.
'cause there's the communitylevel's free is what you just said.
Part of building a communityis bringing you in.
We wanna know who you are.
If you love all bodieson bikes, so let us.
Marley (14:50):
Let us bring you in and you
get access to our Discord community.
Um, so we've started a public discordcommunity where people can ask
questions, share resources, sharewins, um, share photos of their bike.
We all love to do that.
And so we
Ellen (15:05):
Yeah.
Marley (15:06):
Discord community that
we would love for you to join,
uh, by becoming a member.
Um.
yeah, we've got the free membership.
We've got, we're calling itthe Cruiser membership, which
is $5 a month or $50 a year.
So if you sign up at the annuallevel you get two months free.
we've got the Trailblazer membership,which is $10 a month or a hundred
(15:26):
dollars a year and then the Pacesettermembership, which is for folks who
have a little bit more to give andthat's $25 a month or 250 bucks a year.
And then we also did a, we're callingit a bike industry membership for like
shops or brands or anybody that's notlike an individual that wants to be an
all bodies on bikes member and for allthe paid membership, we're gonna have
(15:47):
special stickers coming out that say like.
Proud all bodies on Bikes member.
Um, the other really cool thing toois if you become a member, um, you can
suggest topics to be on the podcast,
Ellen (16:01):
Nice.
Marley (16:01):
is really, really fun.
So.
Ellen (16:04):
I am absolutely a fan of this.
I wanna know, are there differentbenefits for the different tiers?
Marley (16:11):
There are.
There are, yeah.
And we've got 'em all outlined on thewebsite, but primarily it's, you know,
the community membership just comes withlike the free resources and the discord.
And as you go up, you get more swag, you get a little bit more access for
folks who are doing the Pacesettermembership, which is like the 25
bucks a month or 250 bucks a year.
We are gonna have, and this is asurprise to you, uh, we are gonna have
(16:32):
like a Meet the Members podcast wherewe invite a couple folks, um, and we
interview members of all bodies onbikes, um, to get their perspective and.
Ellen (16:41):
Oh my gosh, I
can't wait to meet you.
Whoever you are prospective members.
Marley (16:47):
So it should be super fun.
Ellen (16:49):
I won't lie to you.
Part of my brain is constantly pretendinglike I'm being interviewed by like
Stephen Colbert so I will be happy toset that up and just be like, you've
got stories and we wanna hear 'em.
Marley (17:00):
Yeah.
Because we do and.
I don't know if you got to experience thisat Mid-South Ellen, but like when I travel
places, people tell me their stories andit's probably one of the most joyful parts
of this work is to hear how they got intocycling or back into cycling or how they
found out bodies on bikes and how theysee themselves reflected in our work.
Um, and that really keeps memotivated and keeps me going.
Ellen (17:23):
I love it too.
And I guess to me it's just thesmallest ways of seeing what
all bodies is accomplishing.
And again, that the, thatjuxtaposition of like, this is
not revolutionary and yet it is.
It's that, it's that perfect littlepoint of the spear stories that
really illustrate what we're doing.
I love this.
My gosh.
Marley (17:42):
you.
Yeah, I've, I'm excited about it.
I was a little bit nervous, uh,but I'm also excited and I think it
really will help, make all bodies onbikes sustainable into the future.
Um, 'cause I've talked
Ellen (17:53):
Yeah,
Marley (17:53):
before, but we really
want this movement to go on.
Long after Kaylee and I are kind ofat the front of it, we wanna be able
to pass this on to somebody else,so that'll, that'll help us a lot.
Ellen (18:04):
I like this so much.
Congratulations Marley, and I am excited.
Our new today show listeners.
Marley (18:10):
Oh my God.
I can't take myself seriously when wesay that, but yeah, seriously, uh, if you
found us from The Today Show, welcome.
Ellen (18:20):
Hello?
We
Marley (18:23):
We did, oh my
gosh, this is really funny.
So we sent them a carepackage to Al Roker.
'cause Al Roker is a big cyclist.
And so we were, we meant togive it to the production team
that was there and we forgot.
And so we sent them a little carepackage with water bottles and stickers
and notes, um, to say like, welcometo the all bodies and bikes family.
So we're hoping that when itairs, Al Roker will say something.
Ellen (18:44):
I hope so.
Oh my gosh.
Can you imagine, also think oflike the perfect idea of all
bodies on bikes representation.
Like he is great.
Does he just wanna comebe our a bob uncle?
Marley (18:57):
Oh, I would love that Abu Daddy.
Ellen (19:01):
I mean, I was going for
something that didn't sound
like my romance novels, but yes,
whatever he wants to be.
If it comes with moreexposure, I am here for it.
Marley (19:12):
Oh my God.
Speaking of, okay.
Totally switching topics right now,but I saw this incredible thing.
Somebody sent it to me on Instagramand it's like, you know, those
harnesses that people wear?
Um, yeah.
Like sexy harnesses
Ellen (19:25):
Like a leather sex.
Marley (19:27):
Yeah, it's, yeah.
But they make it now there's a companythat's making it like reflective, um, as
like a bike safety reflective harness.
And I am
Ellen (19:37):
It's,
Marley (19:37):
with that.
Ellen (19:38):
it really opens up
the door for naked bike rides
to have more representation.
Marley (19:43):
Oh my God, I love that.
Have you ever done a naked bike ride
Ellen (19:47):
I have not, I have gotten
really close and then I wanna say that
like the date switched or something.
I was like nuts.
Um, I will say I'm probably, if I ever get
pun, definitely not intended for that one.
Shoot.
Um, but I will say, I've thought aboutthis and I think I will always be a,
(20:10):
I'm gonna wear underwear kind of rider.
Not for the non nakedness, butjust for the comfort level.
Marley (20:14):
Same.
About my boobs, like I havevery large breasts and it
Ellen (20:18):
oh,
Marley (20:19):
fun to have 'em just
like swinging, swinging free.
I.
Ellen (20:22):
that can be a logistics
problem at that point.
Marley (20:25):
I did get on my trainer one time
this winter without a sports bra on, and
I made a reel about it and I got a lotof people saying, yep, I've done that.
Not fun.
So
Ellen (20:36):
Good to know.
Good to know.
It's like I feel like,
I
think they did.
I will say we are also for the podcastnews, hoping to be a bit more, um,
consistent in getting episodes outevery couple of weeks, which means
you'll get a little bit more backand forth as we are not, we're
being a little more casual about it.
So let us know what you wanna hearus riff on, whether it's boobs
(20:57):
or butts or um, membership fees.
Marley (21:01):
Yeah.
And if you sign on as a member, you get all access and there's a
little thing that pops up that'slike, suggest a podcast topic.
So we would love to hear yourfeedback and see what, what
y'all wanna hear us jabber about.
Ellen (21:13):
We can jabber
about a lot of things.
It's more interesting if it'ssomething you wanna hear about.
Marley (21:17):
Yeah, people care about it.
Yeah.
Um, so, um, what else is going on?
So we're go getting intofull, full swing of summer.
Um, we have so manyevents from our chapters.
Um, I can't even list them all.
There's probably 10 or 15coming up in the month of May.
So folks should just
Ellen (21:33):
Good plug for head over.
Marley (21:35):
bookmark all
bodies on bikes.com/events.
But yeah, there's, there'sbike camping trips.
There's.
rides, there's all sorts of coolstuff happening and there's gonna be
more, um, added throughout the summer.
Ellen (21:47):
Especially with the new
chapters, we cover a good chunk of
the country, and that is by design.
So even if you are someone who's eager to.
Go somewhere or to get involvedand we might not be, might
not have felt close before.
Be sure to check on becausewe've got new not episodes.
That's what I'm used to saying.
We have new chapters located allaround the country, so hopefully
you can get to something somewhereand if not, you can be a member.
Marley (22:11):
We have a growth plan for more.
I know folks are constantly asking, how do I get a chapter in my city?
It's coming, I promise.
Um, we got some feedback from our existingchapters that they needed more support.
They really wanted tofeel a good foundation.
And um, so we've been working to buildup that infrastructure and build up
that support for our existing chapters.
But we will continue to grow and sowe'll do a call for new chapter leaders.
(22:31):
Um, so there is an opportunity to getinvolved in all bodies on bikes if you
think you want to have a leadership role.
Um, and we'll have more info on that soon.
Ellen (22:40):
Very cool.
Um, are there any big.
Kind of all bodies on bikes, national level, places that you will
be, that people might travel to.
Marley (22:50):
Yeah, we've
got a couple coming up.
So we'll be at Gravel Locos in Texas.
Um, our DFW chapter willbe there for that event.
Um, we'll be at Unbound Gravel in June.
I guess it's May and June.
It's on the weekend of, um, and then.
I know there's more coming up, especiallyas we get into spring and summer.
Um, I'll be at Joy Ride in Oregon, whichis a women's specific event, women,
(23:11):
trans, non-binary, femme presenting.
We'll have an all bodieson bikes presence there.
Um, and that's
Ellen (23:19):
Three.
Marley (23:20):
for now.
Ellen (23:21):
Those are three great ones.
Are those all gravel rides?
Marley (23:24):
Uh, joy Ride is not Joy.
Ride will be a pavement ride.
Ellen (23:28):
Nice.
So lots of places to catch us comingup this summer, and we will of course
continue to update for those two.
Instagram's.
A great place to follow toknow where Marley's gonna be.
You can follow all bodies on bikes, but you can also follow Marley herself.
And then the website's also updatedwith the various places and.
Things that you can find us at,and then we'll do it here too.

It's gonna happen.
, Marley (23:55):

for you in closing out this
episode is become a member.
