 Zulfat Suara is a Nigerian immigrant living in the American Christian south. She's the first Nigerian woman elected to public office in the United States and created a movement in Nashville, Tenn. that mobilized people around her causes. She's an expert at building power and relationships in places some people would think she doesn't belong.
