He introduces how to use "clear intention" in order to transform the shackles of hope. He also discusses how we tend to fixate on the details, which can cause anxiety, fatigue and frustration, and how we can co-conspire with the Universe, allowing the Universe to do the heavy lifing and handle the details in a much more efficient and innovative way.
