Mickael Viljanen is THE chef's chef and nothing short of a legend in the Irish culinary game. He currently holds the position of Chef Patron at Chapter One by Mickael Viljanen, a two Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant situated in a fine Georgian house in the heart of Dublin's north inner city. Prior to this, Mickael served as the executive chef at The Greenhouse restaurant in Dublin, where he achieved two Michelin Stars in 2019 . His impressive portfolio includes multiple titles such as "Chef of the Year" and "Restaurant of the Year".
