The Baltimore suburb of Lauraville is the kind of neighborhood where everyone knows everyone but one resident stands out against them all... Tyra Womack is a local celebrity who hosts a weekly gospel radio show. She is universally beloved by the community. But when Tyra’s son Jerel gets a new car... the tight street parking becomes even tighter. Everyone takes the situation in stride, except for Tyra’s next-door neighbor, Richard Green. He’s suddenly full of complaints of Tyra and Jerel encroaching on his space. Most of his claims are either petty or unfounded, yet he becomes increasingly righteous and angry. Things escalate until Richard becomes locked in battle with the whole neighborhood. The conflict boils over until one of them lies bleeding out in the street from a bullet wound.
