Today we’re talking about COMPETITION. Healthy competition is our invitation to level up in our lives. We’re thinking a lot about the different ways people get motivated to do their best. Study after study have shown that introducing elements of competitive play into exercise increases how much — and how enthusiastically — we do it. In this episode, we explore how community and trust can help us incorporate elements of healthy competition into our lives. Our guest is the most decorated American track and field athlete in Olympic history Allyson Felix who knows a thing or two about competition. We’re also joined by OG Peloton instructor Jenn Sherman to talk about ways to use the leaderboard for motivation.
