Hammama trauma! Harry Styles! Helicopters! How to shower! And the life-changing art of Japanese Misogi!
Episode 16 is all about getting as comfy as possible…but also, it’s about stepping out of our comfort zones! One of the scariest and most fun things about stepping out of your comfort zone is that you never really know what’s going to happen: you might discover a new hobby, you might score a new job, you might even meet your spouse! Ultimately, that’s what it means to step from the known into the unknown - you’re trying something new, taking a chance, and that always involves a bit of risk - you just never know what is going to happen and that’s okay! Oftentimes, stepping out of your safe little bubble is terrifying, it’s true. But it can also be thrilling and super valuable in your own journey of discovery and growth!
