(00:07):
We are sick and tired of being sick and tired.
The disrespected person in America is the black woman.
But still like dust, all right? Pretty girls in the VIP they

(00:29):
came with drain. They'll need ideas.
The revolution will not be televised, brother.
You are like a new Joe John. Even if you are not.
Ready for the day? It cannot always be night.
Freedom, freedom, freedom. Welcome to self-care school

(01:03):
everybody. My name is Morgan.
I'm joined with my friend Vanessa on the line.
Are you there, Vanessa? I am here.
Hi everybody, wherever you are walking around the world, y'all
showing out around the world, you are welcome here, you belong
here. This is week 5.
We are talking about financial freedom, y'all, and it's

(01:24):
financial freedom so that we canlive longer, right?
Because poverty is deadly. We learned that on Monday.
Listen, all around the world we've been hearing the same
thing, y'all. I can't do this right now.
I got self-care school. I got, I'll be back in 30
minutes. I got self-care school.
You doing self-care school? I'm doing self-care school.
I just appreciate everybody. We're going to hear from so many

(01:45):
voices today, but let's get started.
As you step out onto your porch, open your front door, feel the
sun on your face, get that vitamin D in your skin, your
largest living organ, step out onto the porch.
We are talking money this week. We are talking financial freedom
this week and we usually start with a Daughters of Story, but

(02:08):
this is maybe even a Mothers of Story or a Sisters of Story.
These, these are living legends that I want to talk about today.
None other than the Williams sisters, Serena and Venus
Williams, who have started countless businesses, who have
turned what they have into enough and who have made us all

(02:31):
so proud. So we are going to be launching
into talking more about our finances today and tomorrow,
entrepreneurship. So I thought it might be nice to
celebrate them. So we're going to do tapping
today. So square your feet, hip
distance apart, rock left and right.
Like make sure that your hips are kind of open.

(02:51):
Y'all, your shoulders are open. Take a few deep breaths, inhale
and exhale. We're going to do tapping today.
The ancient method of opening upyour energy channels along
meridians, right? It's called tapping.
If you haven't done it, I'll teach you.
The first tapping we're going todo is on our crown.
So you're going to gently tap the top of your head with your

(03:12):
fingertips. There's no right or wrong way.
Just try that. Just try that tap on your crown
with your fingertips and feel ifyou want to go harder, if you
want to go softer, if you want to go slower, if you want to go
faster, whatever feels good and energizes you at your crown.
Then I want you to try your eyebrow tap and I want you to go

(03:33):
on the inside where your eyebrows start the thick part.
OK, so I want you to tap at the start of your eyebrows.
Is it gently? Is it soft?
Just start to pay attention to the tap and how it makes you
feel. Then let's try the side of the
eyes, right on the on the bone outside of the eyes.
You just tap there. OK, And I'll guide you through
this one. Then I want you to do your

(03:54):
collarbone, which is that hard bone right under your throat,
right above your heart collarbone.
All right. And then finally, I want you to
just shake your hands. All right, so we're going to do
this with some affirmation. So stand tall, y'all, Feet
planted, hands relaxed, deep breath in with me, deep breath

(04:20):
out. Good job.
Good job. Listen, you're not just
dreaming, y'all. We are building.
We are built like the Williams sisters, y'all.
I want you to start with your crown.
And for 15 seconds, I want you to gently tap, say out loud or
in your mind. No one is judging you.
I think like a champion, every move I make is strategic.

(04:49):
Like Serena, I invest with purpose.
Now I want you to move to your eyebrow tab right at the start
of your eyebrows, and we'll do this for 15 seconds.
Stay with me or after me. I see the long game.

(05:10):
I train for endurance in business and in life.
Like Venus, I design systems that work for me.
All right? Y'all see it be it.
All right, we're going to move to the side of our eyes and tap

(05:30):
for 15 seconds and say I am focused, I don't blink.
I protect my name, my time and my brand.
Ownership is my default. Let's move to the collarbone for

(05:51):
15 seconds. Tap firmly there.
Open up your your energy meridians.
Oh, all across the world, y'all? That's powerful.
Stay with me. My roots are strong.
I build generational value, not just quick wins like the

(06:13):
Williams sisters. I move with strength and
discipline. Y'all go ahead and shake your
hands out. We're going to affirm.
Shake your hands out. You can shake your legs out.
A light bounce in your knees. Stand powerfully.
I am built for this. Say it with me.
I am built for this. I don't wait for approval.

(06:36):
I protect my vision. I move my money.
Woo. Welcome to self-care school.
Move on to your driveway. Vanessa, are you there?
Let's get started, sister. Yes, I protect my brand, y'all,
I said I do. That was really good.
We're gay. We're going to step into the
driveway. This is a simple audit, y'all,
Just a review of our habits, ourbehaviors.

(06:59):
Especially because we're in Week5, halfway through self-care
school, and I want you to take astep forward just for showing up
today. Just take a step forward for
showing up today. We're midweek through a week.
That could bring about a lot of feelings of shame or avoidance.
But you are doing so good because you are here.
So I'm proud of you. Now, if you know better about

(07:21):
anything because you learned it from self-care school, but you
didn't do better, I want you to take a step back.
If you know better about any onething but you didn't do better,
like my auntie said, just take astep back, OK?
If you have a ritual or a practice that you rely on when

(07:41):
you are paying your bills, that means you have a specific date
on the calendar or you light a candle, you sit down with your
partner, you have something specific you do when you pay
your bills, take a step forward. If your bills are scattered
across your purse, your table, your car, all over the place,
and you just don't even know where they're at, I want you to
take a step back. If you have a centralized

(08:05):
account that you use or a centralized tool that you use to
track and pay all of your bills in one place, I want you to take
a step forward. If you feel any bit of fear or
shame anywhere in your body justfrom these questions or just

(08:29):
about this topic, I want you to go ahead and take a step back.
It's talk back Thursday, y'all. Good job.
I want you to look around. I want you to see where you are
again. Everybody should have taken a
big step forward at the beginning because you should
feel proud of yourself. I'm proud of you, Morgan.
I'm proud of me that we were showing.
I got me a + 2. Today I got me a + 2.
Today I'm feeling good about it.Let's walk.

(08:51):
There you go Yes, let's walk. I love Talk Back Thursdays
because we right away can bring in our home Girl Naira.
Naira's representing the Next Gen.
Naira's a organizer on the Girl Trek national staff.
She's deep into the college community, deep into the youth
spaces. If you are somebody out there
who has a young girl on college or on a campus or just a young

(09:13):
girl who's just working and and you think she could be great to
help organize with Girl Trek, especially to help organize the
Next Gen. I want you to e-mail Naira
directly. I'm going to put her whole
e-mail right now on blast. It's Nyra Naira at girltrek.org
and be like, yo, my daughter's here, my daughter's there.
And Naira will follow up with her and make sure that she can

(09:34):
get started walking on her campus.
But are you with us this morning, Naira for Talkback
Thursday to tell us what women have been saying in the streets
about self-care school? Yes, I am.
Thank you for all of that V, because I was going to put
myself on blast if you didn't. So I appreciate it look.
Look, scare money. Don't make no money.
Look, I'm happy that you're herewith this naira.

(09:57):
How have you been feeling for self-care school?
And tell us, where have you beengetting these testimonies from?
Where have you had your ear to the streets before we play some
of the words from the women out there.
I'm for sure self-care school has been very awakening from me
being a 24 year old. I don't know everything, so I'm
grateful to sit under so much wisdom and just here with you

(10:18):
and all of our other home girls on the hotline have to say for
sure the women are inspired. They even can relate a lot and
just knowing that. Like they see, like you said,
they. They know better now, and now
they're trying to do better while grappling with their
presents. So I'm grateful to just have my
eyes. And ears to the streets.

(10:40):
Hey y'all, my name is Marcina Lelia Coma and I want to say
I've been walking with Girl Trekfrom the very beginning 2010.
I heard Vanessa and Morgan on a radio program and y'all inspired
me to walk and I haven't stopped.
I'm 69 years old and I currentlylive in Merida in the Yucatan

(11:00):
state of Mexico. We have a growing and thriving
Black American community here and Girl Trek is here.
I walk every morning with another sister in the community
and we've inspired other sistersto walk.
Thank you. Thank you.
Hey girl, check. This is Mel with some garden
tips. Take a look at fabric pots.

(11:21):
These are great ways to grow plants or fruits and veggies at
home without needing to put anything in the ground.
You can buy these at local nurseries if you're trying to
stay away from the big box chainstores and eating that
solidarity, which I am, so it takes a little effort.
But you can find these. Fabric pots and in local smaller

(11:41):
stores. Wonderful for growing tomatoes.
I'm going tomatoes right now andthey allow the roots of the
plant to get a lot more air because air is going through the
fabric. So check those out.
Bye. Hey go trekkers, my name is
Shalisha and I'm sending love all the way from London, UK and
I just wanted to say that the self-care school has been so

(12:04):
impactful for me over the last few weeks.
Sometimes the self discovery journey can be a lonely one, but
for 30 minutes a day, getting food for thought from like
minded sisters and hearing the voices of fellow trackers on
Talkback Thursdays is a reminderthat I'm not walking this path
alone. I've been working on having the
same level of integrity I have with others with myself, and

(12:27):
this week was my first week completing all five days and I'm
proud of myself. So thank you, girl Trekkers.
Hey Morgan, I pray your well, I had to come message you because
earlier today I was talking to one of my students in my mindful
nutrition school, which is whereI help women overcome emotional
eating habits. And I was just checking in with

(12:48):
her, seeing how things were going and asking her some
questions about just her overallexperience.
And she shared with me about this challenge that she was
taking and she was like, it's called the self-care school.
Have you heard of it? I said no, I haven't heard of
it. Goes on.
And she starts telling me about it and how much has invigorated
her and made her start thinking about Wellness and self-care in

(13:11):
a different way. And she said, yeah, girl Trek is
the one who's doing it. And immediately I was like
Morgan. And so she goes on and she's
telling me about the school and all the things she's learning.
So then I go to the website and I'm like, oh, this is dope.
I love the mission, love the journey that you're carrying us
on individually and collectively.

(13:33):
And I love that you broke it down into all those components.
And so she was talking about thefood component as well, because
that's what my school focuses onis like helping women overcome
emotional eating habits, really starting to realize what are
their unmet needs? Why are they turning to food?
How do they stop turning to foodto cope with life and start
using food to connect to their vision and their vitality and

(13:55):
their voice. And so when she told me, I said,
Oh my God, this is so dope. So I just listened to, I want to
say it was yesterday's episode, but anyways I came to say
congratulations, I love it. And also I wanted to ask you
what support do you all need? How can I support you all?
Yeah, like, like what do you need in terms of support?

(14:19):
And if there's any support specifically that you need
around food and emotional eating, please let me know.
I'd love to, like, lean in and support you all.
All right, I hope you're. Well, which?
It sounds like you are, sounds like you're you're thriving, but
still I just want to send the love 'cause I know that what we
see on social media isn't alwaysthe case behind the scenes.

(14:39):
So anyway, send you much love and just let me know how I can
help out and support you all. All right, take care.
Good morning. Well, good morning for me
afternoon for you. So after yesterday is my
self-care school of the Costco and got me some some glass

(15:01):
dishes and I'm throwing out my plastic.
I think I want to live on the live, but in 2, the point is
some of this plastic, I've probably had these bowls right
here for probably about 5 or 6 years.

(15:22):
I'm sure they and I heat in themand everything.
So yeah, I want to just get rid of them.
And I'm sure even if I didn't heat in them, I mean heat up
stuff in them 5-6 years, a long time.
It absorbs stuff. So anyway, thank you for the
session. Get my bowls together here too.

(15:43):
All right, bye. Thank you so much Naira for
bringing those woman's voices into the conversation.
I literally it was grinning ear to ear.
I was clapping with every singletestimony.
I was just smiling. I can just literally feel the I
can feel both the love and I canfeel the power and how

(16:05):
individually each woman is picking up the knowledge that
she needs for herself and carrying it forward.
So I was just, yeah, I just. I love this segment.
Yeah. Naira, thank you so much for
including my sister. Y'all.
That was a private message my sister sent to me.
She can't kill me for putting uson a broadcast.
Shout out to Kendra. She was her voice alls crackly.

(16:25):
She like I. Thought that sounded like
Kendra, but then I was like, no,her voice is too Husky.
I was like, that's not Kendra. There was a morning.
Time it was a private message, but I was like, people need.
To hear this my real. Family is like being blessed by
this. I feel really grateful for it.
This makes me feel so good. It's going to be an easy episode
y'all. We're going to get into two life

(16:46):
saving skills. The 1st is how to release that
through ritual, and the second is how to get into the 800 club.
And if you don't know what the 800 club is, it's all about your
credit score. And I know we've talked back and
forth about capitalism. We've talked back and forth
about the systems. And also on today's episode,
we're going to talk about how ifwe're in that system, we can go

(17:08):
ahead and shoot for the stars orshoot for the moon.
I used to say shoot for the moonand even if you fall, you'll
still be among the stars. But you know, so we're going to
shoot for that 800 club on today's actual episode.
All right, Morgan, we're going to talk really quickly about
ritual and about the rituals that our grandmas use, that our
aunties use, that women have used throughout the diaspora to

(17:30):
call in wealth, to break, to ward away debt, and to bring
prosperity into their lives. Are there any rituals, Morgan,
that any of the women throughoutyour life or any of the women
who you've known, even maybe men, are there any rituals in
your family that you all have used around money?
Yes, tithe and give it to the Lord first.

(17:50):
I plan. That's right.
That's our ritual. It is our ritual.
We give it to. We give it to, like, the greater
good first and then and then we trust and believe.
So that is, it's a ritual my whole family has been doing.
And I tied a little bit differently, but I still tie,
yeah. That's right.
And it's the number one. It's number one on my ritual

(18:11):
list, spiritual tithing and, andthere's a lot of women, Morgan
or a lot of spiritual women who use connect scripture
specifically with tithing and they actually specifically
scriptures in Proverbs and specifically actually today I
have Proverbs 3125 and I'll invite everybody to say it out

(18:32):
loud with me. I invest in peace.
I tithe and trust my money has purpose, which is a a short and
condensed version of Proverbs 3125.
I invest in peace. I ties and trust my money has
purpose. So black church mothers and
black folks in the church have been tithing and it is so so so
important. I don't tie to a church, church

(18:54):
Morgan, but I do set aside some of my monthly income so that I
can support like my little cousins and my family with
things that they need. And I consider that my spiritual
tithing. And so I really think it's
actually about a practice of believing in abundance and
believing that you don't have tohold on so tight to everything
that you have and that in giving, you'll be gifted back

(19:16):
like tenfold of what you've given.
So spiritual tithing is a ritual.
I highly recommend everybody getinto it in one way or the other.
My second ritual, Morgan, that Ihave for people, y'all, it's a
burn bowl. What is it?
Root workers, Southern women used fire to cleanse energy and
cut cords. You could today, if you believe

(19:38):
in the energy of of fire to cleanse, you could write down a
fear or you could write about money, or you could write down a
actual debt that you have and you can burn or tear it to
symbolically release it. And as you release it, you could
simply say you are not my story. This third ritual, actually, I
love Morgan because I actually have started to see this a lot

(20:01):
in different places, like in different movies and stuff I've
been watching. And I actually think that my
grandmother used to do this, butI didn't realize what she was
doing. But it's a salt sweep.
You what is it so swept porches for blessings.
You even talked about sweeping in the diaspora, Morgan and how
powerful sweeping is. But a lot of women salt their
corners, put corn salt in the corners to block bad energy, and

(20:25):
then they use salt and sweep it to remove poverty energy.
So you could sweep your space. You could place salt in the
corner and and then you can say I make space for prosperity as
you sweep. You could just sweep and I make
space for prosperity as I as yousweep and just clear the energy

(20:46):
out of your house and use salt in that powerful way.
My grandmother was always sleeping and I feel like she
might have been using salt as well.
And then the last ritual that I have for folks, Morgan and I
think people are familiar with this in one way or the other,
but it's an altar. You can create a wealth altar, a
sacred space for your money intentions and your ancestral

(21:08):
guidance. You can build your altar with
photos, you can put coins, you can put candles, you can put
written prayers. You can just create a small
space in your actual home. And every single day when you
wake up, you can go to the altarand you can say, bless the work
of my hands and show me what's next.
Bless the work of my hands and show me what's next.

(21:30):
So if you believe in altars, youcan create an alter for
yourself. So I have.
So there's wealth alters that you can do.
Morgan, both Morgan and I are already on it.
So we have the Ritual 1 unlocked.
We're doing tithing and I hope alot of you are doing tithing.
You're learning about tithing, burn bowls, salt sweeps and
wealth alters. And now that we have the rituals

(21:51):
all laid out, I actually want tomove into this part of the
episode where if you were out onthe street, y'all, and we were
charging for this, we could really charge.
But this is pregame. We are putting you onto free
game. You could go to a credit repair
specialist, You could go to a financial advisor and they could
give you some powerful tips and some tricks on how you could

(22:13):
actually raise your credit scoreup the top of the credit score
pyramid is of course, 800. Credit is power in this
capitalist society that we live in.
It gives you access to so many different types of things.
And so I actually just want to go over, first of all, the five
simple rules that most people use to actually keep their
credit up. And then I have some hacks.

(22:35):
The a quick list of things that you could actually do to help
you increase your credit score. But before we even get into all
of that, I wanted to do a solidarity spotlight Morgan I
was thinking about what are tools that we can give women
resources. Please come back tomorrow's
episode and share. Is it Shirley or Sheila, your
friend who left the? Vanessa, her name is Shelly.

(22:56):
She's this cool girl. She's like a part of my extended
friend group and I was so grateful that she reached out.
I'm so grateful that she reachedout too and we're talking about
economic freedom this week and there's a currency in what she
did. I have a girlfriend, Doctor Key
Hallman, shout out to her. Some of you may know her book
actually no one self-made, but Ijust saw her say this on a

(23:18):
Charlemagne show. There's an actual currency when
you make when you take the step, the extra step to tell somebody
your gratitude or to share the appreciation or even when women
are coming on to my self-care school and you're leaving your
voice notes. There's a currency there.
It's a powerful, it's a, it creates richness in US, richness
and our bodies richness and our spirits.

(23:38):
So I'm so glad that she shared that and to keep the currency
going in terms of just sharing the stage, I want to do a
solidarity spotlight Morgan for our girl Tiffany.
The budget Nista Aliche Tiffany is widely known to people as the
budget Nista. She has a beautiful community of
women who are taking their powerback with their finances.

(24:02):
She's the founder of the Live Richer movement and I I highly
recommend her community. I know a couple of people who
are in that community to help you y'all and she specifically
has a lot of tools around this the.
Presence is in that community. When she came to the.
Schedule test. That was more exciting to see
her. There was there.

(24:22):
Was the fuchimista here? Oh my God, there's the
fuchimista. She's so awesome.
She's so awesome, and I'm going to give you a quick overview of
how to get into the 800 Club. But you could go deeper with
Tiffany. She has some books, Get Good
with money Made whole, and she has some online resources,
including the Dream Catcher community that you can join.
But I'm going to put you on to the short game right here.

(24:43):
Morgan, the five things. Let me know if you're doing
these things. Maybe this is too much in your
business, but maybe not. First of all, the five things
that we should all be doing, y'all is paying on time.
Obviously. Payment history is 35% of our
credit score and one late payment can drop us to 100
ports. And this is important because
even the minimum counts. So you can just set up auto pay

(25:04):
if you can, and you could, especially if you're going
through a financially hard time. You don't have to try to pay
everything off at once, but you want to try to at least pay the
minimum balance of course on things and to put things on auto
pay when I promise y'all to God that auto pay has saved my life
over these last couple of years.I am not a person who can who
has a monthly ritual around likehow I'm supposed to be paying my

(25:25):
bills and stuff. And so putting everything on
auto pay has been significant for me.
The second thing that people do is they keep their credit usage
low. You try to use less than 30% of
your available credit, and if you have $1000 limit, you try to
keep your balance to $100.00. Of course, I know that can be
hard because we're using our credit cards for real things out
there in the world. So one trip would trick is to

(25:47):
actually get one card that you simply open up and intentionally
don't use at all, but you put itaway and that card is just
helping to keep your balance actually up.
The third thing that you can do is keep your old accounts
actually open. Credit age is 15% of your score.
So don't close those old cards down once you have paid them
off, you can you can actually cut them up so that you're

(26:08):
actually not using them, but youcan just keep the accounts open.
So that's a really good way to keep your score up.
You can as. Long as the annual fees are not
high, yes, I hear our CFO in ourhead.
Yeah. So that's right.
Like I have a old credit card from college and it's whack but
I've been keeping it open for that reason but I was like my
credit is good enough I don't need this wack car just charging

(26:30):
me this $150.00 every every yearfor no reason.
Yes, yes, that's a very good tip.
Yes, thank you for that, Morgan. And then you can limit new
applications. So really be conscientious.
But if you're just thinking about something, make sure
before you actually try to open up anything new because
inquiries, of course, count for 10% of your score.

(26:50):
This just happened to me. I did.
I was checking on something I can't remember and I didn't
realize it was going to be an inquiry and it was.
And then you can mix your credittypes.
So credit cards, installment loans, retail accounts, 10% of
your score is about having a healthy mix of your credit
types. So those are the five tips.
And when I read the tips, I was like all of that.

(27:10):
And I feel like I'm still struggling.
So I know these 5 tips. I know all those things and they
don't feel. Do you know your credit score?
I do know my credit score because, and this is actually my
very first, I have 20 ways and we may not even get through all
of them, y'all, but I'm not bestones I know to rate.
No, these are good. I was like, if I just read this

(27:30):
like a poem, y'all, this might be what y'all need to know,
right to know. But the very first thing on
there is you have to monitor your credit score.
So I'm a part of one of the there's plenty of them, Credit
Karma, Credit Sesame Nerd wallet, but you actually need to
be a part of a credit monitoringsystem and I am a part of those.
So I do know my credit score. Morgan That's the first, first
thing that everybody needs to do.
Sign up for something. It will break down so much of

(27:53):
your usage, so much of your where your, how much cards you
have and all of the the top fivethings that I just said you'll
be able to figure out on one of those three sites.
So that's the first thing I havefor people.
Morgan This second thing I have not done yet, but this is maybe
the most important thing I personally could do to help my
credit score. I do not own a home right now.
I'm renting and this is something that advocates have

(28:15):
been working for years for, which is how do we get our rent
payments reported on our credit score?
Because it's one of the ways that they are keeping people in
poverty, which is unless you own, then you don't have a way
to actually indicate that you'rea responsible payer.
But there that's changed Morgan. And there's a lot of ways now
that you can report your rent payments on your credit score.

(28:35):
Experian Boost has a way that you can do it.
Rent Reporters is a site where you can do it.
Boom Pay is another place you can actually actually start
getting your rent reported on your credit score.
So I was like, oh, I really actually want to do that.
That's one for me. You can add utility and phone
bills to your credit score. Did you know that to your credit
report? And they can actually help you.
So any of the things, the small bills that you're paying on

(28:58):
regularly that are not a part ofyour credit score, there are
ways now that you can start to get those reported because what
you're really trying to communicate is that you are
fiscally responsible and consistent and can be relied on
on a monthly basis. And so if you don't have
capital, that's been keeping people even away from the even
being able to build up their credit and now people are
starting to address that. You can use a secured credit

(29:19):
card. You can get a $500.
You could go to your bank. You can get a $500 secured
credit card and then that creditwill card will actually start to
report on to your credit report for you.
You need to dispute your credit part report errors.
Y'all dispute them. And this is where AI, ChatGPT,
any of the actual tech tools outthere, you can literally just

(29:42):
talk into them what you need andthey will write for you the
letters to all of your credit reports.
Sometimes it's just the effort, y'all, to just put it out there,
put it in the mail and start to dispute things.
A lot of them have like online submission places where dispute
centers where you can put they. Always be falling off because
they don't got no capacity to fight you, so you.
Just write that. Letter fall off.

(30:03):
You can get a credit builder loan.
A lot of your banks will actually chime credit builder.
These are sites where you can actually get a credit builder
loan. You can ask your credit cards
for a credit limit increase to help lower your credit
utilization. A lot of people don't realize
you're empowered to do that. Just ask them to raise your
credit limit for you. You can become an authorized
user. You can ask a trusted family

(30:23):
member with good credit y'all, but don't be doing them wrong.
You can become an authorized user though on their card so
that they're the they're good credit.
From that that card starts to report on your actual account.
You can pay twice a month. You can reduce your balances
before it's reported to the bureau's by playing twice a
month. That's a really important one.
You can use a debt payoff calculator or a bot.

(30:45):
There's bots that will help you, nerd wallet, snowball tool,
tally or bots that will help youto do debt payoff.
You can consolidate your high interest debt which people do
onto 1 card that's more effective for you.
You can freeze but not cancel owed cards.
You can avoid. You can pre qualify for stuff so

(31:06):
that you don't have to do the hard pools.
You can delete financial clutter.
Y'all cancel your subscriptions. This is a huge one.
We could have done a whole episode on this.
Morgan, cancel your subscriptions.
And then the last three things that I have, Morgan, for people
is you could start a prosperity jar.
This is something that feels small, but it could actually

(31:26):
become big. It's actually part even when we
think about the rituals, you could drop coins or dollars with
intention into a prosperity jar and just watch it actually start
to grow and see how that actually changes your motivation
around actually saving to actually see the money actually
grow in the actual jar. And then you could track the

(31:47):
last one is you can track your wins like workouts.
Morgan, you can create streaks. You can be like I'm on track
this month, I'm on track this month.
And there's many, many of the tools that I mentioned earlier
have a bit ways on there that you can actually track your
minds and start to create streaks around how you pay your
bills. So those are our two life saving

(32:08):
skills. I've taught them.
I hope in about 30 minutes. So you're just returning home
and if you're feeling really amazing, I'm going to close out
with my girl. A little bit of a snippet from
cranes in the sky. I was, this sun was on my
spirit, this song was on my spirit as I was getting prepared
for this episode. I've been listening to it a lot
lately, especially the list of all of the things that she says

(32:31):
that she tried. And I'm just, I'm just giving us
a celebration and I'm giving us grace and I'm giving us praise
because we're trying so many different things on a daily
basis to feel good and to heal ourselves.
And I just want us to stay in the actual game around their
health and healing. So we're going to close out with
a little bit of Solange. My credit card below got a new

(32:57):
dress would make it better. I tried to work it away but that
just made me even sadder. I tried to keep myself busy.
I ran around in circles think I make myself dizzy.

(33:19):
I snapped it away.
