Jean Prounis founded Prounis Jewelry in homage to her ancestry. Her great-grandfather, Otto Prounis, was the co-proprietor of Versailles, a celebrated 1940s nightclub in New York City. When she stumbled upon her grandfather’s treasure-trove of memorabilia and pictures, she knew exactly what she wanted to do. Prounis Jewelry combines Jean’s love of antiquities and a family legacy of creating treasured memories and objects.
