I juni 1995 skrev det norske kvinnelandslaget i fotball historie på svensk jord. Etter en imponerende turnering, der Norge gikk ubeseiret gjennom gruppespillet uten å slippe inn mål, ventet Tyskland i finalen. Med scoringer av Hege Riise og Marianne Pettersen sikret Norge seg sitt første – og hittil eneste – verdensmesterskap i fotball.
Men hva ble arven etter at seiersflyet som eskorterte trofeet hjem av F-16-fly landet til folkefest på Fornebu?
